    I purchased a Eureka Forbes Dr. Aqua Gaurd in April 2015 and placed a return request within 10 days. The cancel and refund request was placed even before the product was delivered to me. It has been more than 2 months now and I have called Eureka Forbes customer care for at least 50 times now and have also visited local customer care office. Every time the response from customer care is that my request has been escalated and I will get refun within a day or two. Two months have passed by with same response but no action. This is absolutely non ethical and unprofessional service. Even complaints that I logged are unheard. I tried to use the escalation process online in Eureka web site but the application has some technical problems it won't let me proceed. I am feeling stranded after making full payment. Planning to head to consumer forum and send a legal notice asking for quick action.

      Complaints…. Eureka forbes vacuum cleaner…cheating the customer
      Sub:fraudulently cheating and seling it out the vacuum ceaner given for service job order no 53901, , ,
      I dr. T. Anandamoorthy handed over a sparingly used eureka forbes vacuum cleaner, otherwise in a good working condition, for rectification of a minor defect of not recoiling of the power cord, on20 / 04 / 2015, to your service centre at ramavaram, chennai. One mr. Karthy technician (His mobile no[protected]) of that unit received my piece and told me that there is some plastic part of it has just melted and it has tobe replaced at a cost of around rs. 700 / = and i accepted his statement, and he assured me it will be returned in 2to 3 days. He assured me that he will call me back as soon as the problem is solved, but he never did it and even when i call his no he put my mobile no in his black list so that i couldn’t contact him. This such a cheating attitude of one who is working for a reputed concern like eureka forbes. After all these things on 11 / 05 / 2015 i personally went there to collect my vacuum cleaner and this fraud no1 the technician karthy handed over one condemned demo piece and pressurizing me to accept that one, but i refused since because i have written my name in my piece using permanent marker. This fellow started abusing me and in the mean time the service centre supervisor mr, saravanan (His mobile no [protected]) intervened and asked me to accept the piece and make use of it for the time being and my original piece will be delivered to me at my home, and with the hope i received that condemned demo piece after writing on the counterfoil that i am receiving only the condemned demo piece showing all my dissatisfactions and all my displeasures.
      After that regarding this matter i tried to contact this service centre technical supervisor mr. Saravanan to his cell no[protected], but he also not responded satisfactorily and after some time this fraud no2 also put my mobile no in his black list it seems. Finlly the loss is to me apart from the mental agony and torture i suffered. The work shop of your company (Ramavaram service centre @chennai) has sold my very sparingly used vacuum cleaner fraudulently and cheated me and harassed me by making me running from pillar to post.
      I request you to direct them to return my vacuum cleaner immediately and to pay a compensation of rs. 10, 000 / for deficiency in service, selling item fraudulently and causing me mental agony and harassment.
      If above conditions are not fulfilled within 15 days from the date of receipt of this message, i shall be forced to approach appropriate forum to get the remedy.

        Service Request number 82074383 19th June: I registered a service request via IVR as per my AMC. 20th June: Your technician Mr Vinay attended the request, cleaned the filter. When asked why the flow is less, he informed it will be all right after the 1st purification. 21st June: The product stops working. I call up customer care and register a complaint. 22nd June: After constant follow up with your call centre, Mr Vinay comes again. He was not able to find the fault and called up Mr Kishore. They seem to fix it at it started purifying. 23rd June: I noticed that the water from the out-led pipe is not stopping even after the water tank is full. Its not even stopping even if we cut off the power. I call up Mr Kishore again. He told me to stop the main tap and assured someone will attend it. 24th June: After repeated calls to Mr Kishore (mob: [protected]) he gave me Mr Vinay’s number [protected]. He was not available. Then I call up customer care again. They assure me an escalation has been made and they will attend to it ASAP. 25th June: I call up again and again to customer care. No resolution only ‘assurances’ that it will be resolved. 26th June: Morning I speak to Ms Maheshwari who committed to me she will call me back within 15 mins with the details. After waiting for more almost 1.5 hours I call up customer care again and Ms Dhanalakshmi made me talk to the floor supervisor Ms Supriya. She also assured me it will be done in a day. And she told me that she will be available on the floor in case I need to talk to her. 26th June Afternoon: I get a call from number [protected] at 1 PM and was told that by 4.30PM technician will visit my place. I waited till 5:30PM and call back to that number. One lady picks up and told my details has already been given to the technician and they will visit me today. Till 6:30 when no one comes, I call back to the number again and again and no one picks it up. 26th June Evening: I call up customer care again and was flatly denied my request to talk to Supriya. Then I was given Mr Kishan Kumar’s number [protected] and was assured he will surely attend the call and explain me the details. When I called the number was switched off ! I call back customer care again and was given Mr Ramesh number [protected] and was told by executive Mr Tarkash ( I am not sure how to spell it) that Mr Ramesh will definitely attend my call. He even told me “ If the number doesn’t work not call us back and we will take care”. All incoming calls were barred in this number. I call up customer care again and the told by 27th June Morning 1st half it will be attended. Now my question to you is have I done a crime by choosing Eureka Forbes ? When a sales request is made its attended in hours. And when a complaint is made this is how the customer gets treated? Its drinking water, and I have been denied the basic right to drink purified water even if I pay for it. Pathetic service centre and customer care who doesn’t even have correct mobile number or the assigned person like Mr Kishan Kumar and Mr Ramesh not doing there jobs. I have spend a good amount of money in making these calls already and don’t know how much more I need to spend. Leave aside the waste of time and mental agony.           I am using Genius model RO in Panchkula for the last two years.Every time after service, the water leakage starts in1-2 hours period. I regret to say that after repeated requests the persons addresses the complaint in 7-10 days & charge us without our fault. This had happened twice in the past. Now this time today, same has happened. I have requested again to address the complaint. No body is responding. Our complaint no. is [protected] from registered Mobile No.[protected]. I am your premium client and don't like the nasty things every time. You are requested to solve this problem at the earliest.

            Sir/Madam, My name is Maneesh Chaudhary. I stay in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. I bought my Aquaguard Reviva 50 RO on 18/01/2015 from DBS Technology, Shop No.144, Plot No. 8, Dwarka. This RO worked properly only for 2 months. After that a problem developed and it filter a very small quantity of water in a day. I complained about it through the Aquaguard helpline no. A person came from the Aquaguard office, checked it, told that its membrane is choked and it hadd to be replaced, and he will return after bringing its membrane. But he never returned back. I again coplained about it, another person from Aquaguard office came. He told that he would come again with the membrane, but he never came back. A few days later I again put a complaint through the Aquaguard helpline no. They gave me the complaint number but no person has arrived after that. It has been over a month since I put my last complaint and contacted them many times for the problem. They say they will send someone but till date no one has arrived. It has been 4 months si ce my RO is not functioning. Initially when I bought this product I was convinced that it is a very nice company and is always ready to look after its customers. But I find the exactly opposite. I request you to look into my RO problem and rectify it as soon as possible.               Dear Team, I bought new Eureka forbes- I Shakti1500 Litres, in Nov 2014 from kings electronics in kamothe Navimumbai. were it stopped working after a month, which I notified to the custome care. They used to provide the complaints number, however no actions are taken. Now from last one month I got number of complaints from customer care, and they were saying i'll be charged 100 Rs as a visiting charges, which I was ok with that. Then I got a call from one of the guy Mr Gupta ( [protected] ) which he came twice at my home, he answered their is nothing issue with the cartride, he needs to just clean it, so he will come next day. Now, wenever I am calling him he is giving me the date, and asking he will charge me 200 Rs, visiting charges, but he is not present, wenever he is promising me to come. Below are the complaints number raised by Eureka forbes:- [protected] raised on 12th may [protected] follow up activity no raised on 18th may. IS IT KIND OF SERVICE FROM SUCH A BRANDED NAME. I just want my problem to be resolved, if nothing action will be taken, then I'll lodge a police complaint against the company and the person Mr Gupta who always promise to come, but even he dont bother to inform me, what is the reason that he is not able to come.                 Hi All, Please be informed you that Aquaguard Reviva RO system was not working properly from 14.05.2016 but i have complaint on 16.05.2015. some one will attend again issue yesterday (24.06.2015)I have booked complaint customer support said waiting for parts you ticket will open .(I ask reference number but customer care representative said ticket still open waiting for parts).but today late evening some attend and said we need to paid Rs 3500 .(its still under warranty ) is not acceptable we are use very minimal . 16.06.2015 water rate below 45 said but today person said above 100 ?                     1. AFTER LODGING COMPLAINT ON 17/06/2015 AND 19/06/2015 FOR AMC, IT WAS ATTENDED BY TECHNICIAN MR. SAI KUMAR (CHINTAL BR, HYDERABAD) ON 22/06/2015. BEFORE CHANGING THE FILTERS ON PRESENT AMC, PRODUCT WAS MAINTAINING TDS RANGING FROM 60 TO 70 AGAINST GROUND WATER TDS 812 SINCE INSTALLATION AND AFTER AMC IN 2014 EVEN. ON PRESENT AMC AFTER CHANGING THE FILTERS ON 22/06/2015 THE TDS INCREASED TO A RANGE OF 115 TO 120 WITH A BAD TASTE OF WATER. ON THE SUBJECT I APPRISED TO THE MANAGER, CHINTAL BRANCH, HYDERABAD, MR. SRIKANTH REDDY ON TELEPHONE AND HE REPLIED THAT “I CAN NOT DO ANY THING ON THE TDS IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED RETURN MY FILTERING ELEMENTS CHANGED ON AMC”. THEN I ASKED HIS SUGGESTION FOR SUITABLE AGENCY TO CARRY OUT THE AMC ON MY PRODUCT AND HIS ANSWER WAS NEGATIVE. 2. ON 24/06/2015 MR. SAI KUMAR (TECHNICIAN, CHINTAL BRANCH, HYDERABAD) AGAIN VISITED FOR RECTIFICATION, BUT INSTEAD OF DECREASING OF TDS FURTHER INCREASED TO 160. WATER DISPENSED BY THE PRODUCT IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE FOR DRINKING. THE HIGH TDS AND AS THE PRODUCT TAKING LONG HOURS TO FILL ITS TANK DUE TO HUGE LOSS OF WASTE WATER THROUGH EXHAUST WATER PORT HAS FORCED ME TO SHUT DOWN THE PRODUCT AND PRESENTLY PURCHASING DRINKING WATER FROM MARKET.                         Sir Iam from Sri Ganganagar 335001 Rajasthan I have complained about my aquaguard to local office of eureka at Sri Ganganagar on basic ph no.[protected] . No one had came for service for three days then I again called on same number yesterday to remind them again the staff recived the phone talked very rudely with a slang with my mother and yet complain not resolved I want you to take this matter seriously other wise I have to knock consumer courts door. I further request you to update me with the steps taken by you in this regards . Iam an old customer of you eureka and my product is in with extended warranty but the way they behaved is ridiculous the conversation is recorded in my mothers ph . So if you want any proof I can provide you. But I want strict action for this misbehave.

                          I'm from Hyderabad. I bought Dr Aquaguard Geneus + more than 10 days ago online. They did not deliver the product till now and above that no one is picking up phone or responding to the request. I paid ₹22, 990 online trusting the company and now I'm not getting my product delivered. When I send them an email they called me and said they will get back to me in couple of hours after contacting logistics team and even after 2 days they did not get back to me. Their sales team were behind me while buying the product, they said there were some exclusive offers if I buy online and now after I paid they are not reachable. I'm seriously worried about my money now.

                            We purchased Dr. Aquaguard RO 2 months back. The Executive who contacted us was Mr Manoj Kumar, Ambattur, Chennai Branch. His mobile no. [protected] During the purchase, he promised us to give Rs.1000 discount + cover + stand for free of cost. when his manager came to our residence for collection, they were asked us to pay the full amount of Rs. 15500 (without discount). When I asked the executive, he said, he will return Rs. 1000 by cash in a couple of days! In the bill the discount details cannot be mentioned and he further requested that this discount shouldn't be informed to his office. Whereas, till this date, he haven't yet returned the cash and we are calling him everyday, he is giving us different reasons. One of my friend contacted the executive and he is telling the same dialogues to them also & he is cheating the customers We need our money back. Bcoz of this kind of executives, the brand name is getting spoiled. Eureka forbes has valuable customers and Bcoz o[censored]r brand many people are willing to buy ur products. I got a bad opinion Bcoz of this kind of employees, hence, I will never recommend ur product to anyone. we planned to buy vacuum cleaner, but now I dropped my plan in buying this product from eureka forbes I request you to kindly look into this issue and take necessary action against the executive Thanks & Regards Kavitha [protected]

                            With reference to the above complain on the Executive, Mr. Manoj Kumar. The Executive returned the balance amount of Rs. 500 along with the stand. He apologize for his mistake. Thank u so much for Ur immediate action

                            But the Branch Manager, Mr. Sathis didn't gave respect to a customer and he is telling that we had got benefit of Rs.1000 and Bcoz o[censored]s the executive had lost his money and job. More over, he is asking us whether do u have any record of this discount, have u got any written letter from the executive abt the discount. Will any customer get this type of letter From the executive? without knowing this simple thing how can he be a branch manager?

                            Once he came to our home for payment collection, he came directly and said we are from eureka forbes am the branch manager, pls make the payment for the product. We asked them, how to believe u are from eureka forbes, do u have ur visiting care or any id card for verification. Even after asking thrice, he was nt ready to give us his visiting card nor id card and informing us that he doesn't have his visiting card with him. How to believe him that he's from eureka forbes? So we refused to make the payment.

                            I can't understand y eureka forbes are recruiting such kind of persons. He was so arrogant. He was insulting us a lot for this discount. No one got such type of discount, only u got it. Will I build a bungalow with this Rs.1000 discount? The branch manager was threatening us to give a written letter stating that we got the discount, bcoz of his compulsion we wrote a letter and gave it. This s not the way to treat a customer. We need a apology letter from the Branch manager, Mr. Sathish Kumar, Ambattur, Chennai Branch

                            For ur kind information that the issue has not been resolved yet. I have mentioned clearly that the branch manager threatened us to give us the letter. We need an apology letter from Sathish, branch manager. How come your team would have given a wrong information?

                            Few days back too, Mr. Sunil, franchise was refused to service our machine, he was forcing us to buy a cylinder which cost for Rs.1000. He told us that only if we buy the cylinder, the technical person will service our machine. More than 10 days none o[censored]r service team came to check the machine. Mr, pothiraj too involved in this issue. Finally we paid 700 for cylinder. Do eureka forbes cheat customers like this?

                            Note to the public: pls don't buy any of the product from eureka forbes they are No.1 cheater. The persons in eureka are so arrogant. Till we buy their product they will give u good care, give false promises. I am the good example, we got cheated by eureka Forbes.

                                Since last one month i am trying to get done service of my RO that is under AMC but no final action has been taken by company. While selling product they come several time but when service is required they do not like to listen. It's like a dream come true if there toll free no responded. It is really disappointing.

                                  We had a problem with the water handle of Aqua guard Magna for which we had raised complaint on 19---June-2-015 There was absolutely no response whatsoever and after numerous phone calls to customer service. funking service and now on service centre numbers are telling not reachable

                                      I booked Magna HD RO +UV on May 3rd through online channel and paid the full amount. And they delivered a wrong product ~10th May (got Enhance product) and then after I am following up daily with Customer care and most of the times they don;t pick up and when they do they give false promises saying " we will call you back in few mins" and so far never got a single call back after 1 month of following up. Very frustrated and WORST customer care / service provider in the world. I STRONGLY recommend people to NOT but their products. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

                                      This is not new and I have heard the same saying give us one more change from some of your customer care people. These are the nos. I have called some 40-50times to these nos. and had a VERY PATHETIC and FRUSTRATING experience.

                                      1) [protected]- Guy named Harish sits in Mumbai office. God knows why you guys have him employed.
                                      2) [protected]- Some lady, who always says i will check and call you back in 1hr and never ever called back
                                      Even after all this, the response is very bad. There is no word yet on what they are planning to do to provide me the product for which I have paid 17, 000Rs online.

                                      Can I at least get my money back? I don't want your product nor your service. It's been more than 2.5 months and there has been no proper response on my complaint. I am looking like a fool given I have paid the entire amount and just waiting for the product
