    Each and every time when I book a complaint about my water purifier I need to fight to fix the issue. They never attend the calls in 24 hrs like they are saying in customer care, They will took at least 10 to resolve the simple problem. The whole service department is like that, they won't give any value to their customers. Once if they sell the products that's it!! Customers has to die for there services, VERY VERY WORST AND POOR SERVICE FROM THE EUREKA FORBES. They should have to take the necessary action to retain their customers.

      No response till date. Have wasted my money by taking AMC for 3 years and following up for last 1 year. Very poor customer handling and nobody reverts. I was told that my data is not available to them as they have changed their system to SAP etc. From last 1 year i am following up for doing the servicing of the product as per AMC contract but have not recieved any response. have filed serrvice request in june last year and have been escalating it to next level till date.         Dear Sirs, I am an SBI executive I have been using water purifier of Eureka Forbes for more than two decades. My present complaint is about the product model REVIVA {RO} which is now seven years old. During the first four years of renewal of AMC every year, candles were being replaced and the old candles returned to me, But for the last three years, the service provider took away the old candles while new ones were replaced. They said that that the rules have changed and the old candles are returned to Eureka Forbes. Recently, on 27.05.2015, I renewed my AMC for two years, i, e, up-to 26.05.2017 and as usual, the service-provider took away my old candles stating that those were o be returned to you instantly. I do not understand the reason as to why our properties will be taken away by you when we make big payments for those. This arouses suspicion in my mind that the candles were reused as even the labels were never removed during installation or extraction. I have paid Rs 8270/- on 27.05.2015 for a two-year AMC, Only three candles were fitted into the system as against four on the material day and the fourth one they said was in short supply and the Post Carbon Candle will be fitted as and when supplied by you. It is the old one that is functioning now. The service provider is: "SWASTIKA SERVICES, GURU VIHAR, P.O. & DIST- PURI, ODISHA STATE, PIN- 752001". Its contact # is [protected].         Hello Sir, The following are the chronology of events which took place in the post complaint scenario. • At 07.13 PM on 02/06/2015, I received a call from the mobile no. 9090092052 stated to be belonging to of some Mr. Roy of Aquagaurd, Bhubaneswar office. Mr. Roy talked to me for 4 minutes and 27 seconds, when I described the incidence of 28th May 2015 as complained to you. He then told me that he would be reverting back after talking to the local office at Puri. • At 07.48 PM on 02.06.2015, Mr. Roy telephoned me once again and said that the old membrane and new carbon filter would reach me in the evening of the day following. • At 07.38 PM on the 2nd June 2015, I received a call from the concerned mechanic who made AMC. He said that he needs an urgent appointment with me to deliberate some of the problems he was confronted with. I was not interested and I wanted him to come prepared with the old membrane and the new carbon filter. • On the following day at about 12 noon two local mechanics came and as power failure was there, they requested me to call them after 04.30 pm. • I called at about 04.50pm and things were finally set right. They also returned me one old membrane which I received under authentication. With this all the four old candles of the last AMC were received by me. Thanks

          My name is Smit Vasudev and I had ordered a vaccum cleaner from Euerka forbes website on 05/04/2015 and till date I have not received the product. I called Eureka Forbes customer care number many times a all I could get is "We"have forwarded your request to concerned department and it will be resolved within 24 hrs". Eventually I got call from courier service and they said we have your product and invoice says Cash on delivery when I had already paid for the product online. I have called Eureka Forbes customer care many time to send a mail or contact the courier service ant rectify the mistake but still no response has been received.             Hi, I have purchased Aquasure Shakti on march 9th but now after 2 months its water filter was not working . On 24th may i logged a complaint and after waiting for 6 days Even after being told by everyone that your servicing is worst and no one responds properly i made a request. I was told that within 1 day our Aquasure technician will contact me. but no technician contacted me.. Seriously guyz, the interest & importance which u give to your customers while SELLING is no where seen in your after-sales services. SERIOUSLY FED UP OF YOUR IN-RESPONSIVE. is this how u take care of your valuable customers? I m never gonna buy another AQUASURE in my entire life & will advise each & everyone all through my life not to buy from you. . If i do not get a response in a day. IM GOING TO FILE A CASE in CONSUMER COURT against you. How can you take us for granted ?

              Hi, i am logesh, bought Magna HD RO + UV Aquaguard through online, it has been installed on 11th May, after that we checked the TDS level its more than the Machine level and so that the water taste is also very bad not only that service engineering is saying that can consume the water, regarding this complaint raised on 22nd May and followed by many phone calls, till now no response from Eureka Forbes side, please do the needful ASAP.                 Hi, Today morning i booked a service request and after waiting for 5 minutes on the line on ur 39883333 number finally some one picked. Even after being told by everyone that your servicing is worst and no one responds properly i made a request as a final call. I was told that within half an hour ill be receving an sms and Aquaguard technician will contact me. but no sms received till now & no one contacted me from Aquaguard. Seriously guyz, the interest & importance which u give to your customers while SELLING is no where seen in your after-sales services. SERIOUSLY FED UP OF YOUR IN-RESPONSIVE. is this how u take care of your valuable customers? Im never gonna buy another AQUAGUARD in my entire life & will advise each & everyone all through my life not to buy from you. and NOW AGAIN im trying to your number[protected] NO ONE IS RESPONDING.                 I didnt get a reply from 39883333, finally i had to call the AQUAGUARD DEMO BOOKING number and they said to call the service request number[protected] again, again got fed up, finally i decided to give one last try, and harrassed the DEMO BOOKING GUY to give me the contact person for the Servicing. Finally sm1 rang me up and gave another guy's number, that was also switched off. d servicing guy who called me earlier was not picking my calls.
                I WAS SERIOUSLY FED UP AT THIS POINT

                Finally one guy came on monday and did the service, the SERVICE WAS SATISFACTORY of course.

                You give such good ads, and pretend that your such a good and well reputed company, and EVEN I THOUGHT THE SAME & made the mistake of BUYING ONE an year back. (WHICH I WILL NEVER REPEAT IN MY LIFE)

                YOU JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER.

                Just a tip of advise: If you dont invest on your SERVICING area as much as ur investing on SALES, your sure to close shop soon. and You are not the only one in the field, now WATER PURIFIER'S market is HUGE and We as customers have lot of choices.

                    निवेदन है क़ि प्रार्थी ने दि. 13.05.2015 Aquaguard enhance R O को ऑनलाइन खरीदा था जो की मेरे पास दि. 24.05.2015 को डिलीवर हुआ। जिसकी Customer ID [protected] व transaction ID 62469 है। डिलिवरी के बाद Aquaguard team उसका installation free करवाता है और समय पर करवाता है इसके installation के लिए मुझे मोबाइल नंबर दिया गया जो कि [protected] शिव कुमार Aquaguard head incharge का है। ये मुझे पिछले 24 तारिख के बाद दे ये कहकर परेशां कर रहे है की मै आज install करवा दूंगा और आज 30 मई हो चुकी है इनकी टीम के पास केवल 1 व्यक्ति installation करने वाला है जो कि रवि है जिसका मोबाइल नंबर [protected] है जो की instaal करने के पैसे की मांग कर रहा है और रोज रोज टालता रहता है। मुझे इस समय RO के पानी की बहुतावश्यक्ता है। Aquaguard की सर्विस बहुत ख़राब है जो कि समय पर कार्य न करवाके अलग से पैसो की मांग करते है मुझे इन सब से बेहद मानसिक पीड़ा हुई है कृपया इस R O को वापस कर मुझे पूरा पैसा दिलवाने की कृपा करे और उचित कार्यवाही करे जिससे अन्य ग्राहक को ऐसी दिक्कत न हो। धन्यवाद राहुल राजपूत([protected]) अम्बेडकर स्कूल के बगल में, प्रेमनगर थाना रोड. खेरा. नगरा, झाँसी 284003

                      I mr Sunil R Patel residing at above address have your RO system wich is under AMC with your authorised BNP Services Anand. One person from BNP Services, Mr. Rajesh, visited my house on March 23, 2015 and insist me to renew AMC for further two years i.e. from April 17, 2015 to April 16, 2017 at old rate and also shows me letter from your compny stating not to renew any contract on post dated cheque as rates are going to rise.By the way I renew my contract for two years on March23, 2015 with effect from April 17, 2015 and pay a cheque of amount ` 7, 430/-. However, I do not want to make my contract for two years. So on very next day morning at 11.00 am, I contect BNP Services, Anand. One lady from account department inform me that yes, you can change your contrct to one year, after conferming that cheque has not punched. On the same day, in the evening at 4.30 pm, I again contect to know when I replace my cheque. The same person Mr. Rajesh, told me that your cheque has been punched and now it is not possible to change contract.I refused to do so, but they people do not responded my request, hence I wold not like to cover my RO system with AMC. I had alrady complain before two months to BNP Services, Anand and Compny office at Anand, but nobody responded me till todate. I would like to request you to interfere in the matter, to pay back my monry. Thanking you,

                        My Aquagaurd RO purifier is under breakdown for more than 15 days. The RO system is under AMC till May 2016. No response from service branch and poor service history in current particular Service branch. Unable to get help from nearest branch.                           i have services contract receipt for providing after sale services from 25/02/2014 to 24/02/2016 and contract number is 22996797. Nobody have come for servicing of Aquasure (aquaguard) . i have tried to contact them for last 3 weeks and nobody is coming. i have contact number of [protected] of mohan naik and [protected] of mr Lal. I have called them every two days in last 3 weeks and they are giving me different reasons for not coming. Initially they were telling me that my contract details was not there in the system and for 4 days they are telling me that they don't have filters of my aquasure . they will get it next month by 5th of June. could you please advice why its taking so much time to providing services. please provide some solution to it asap and if you cant provide service in next two days. please give my money back.

                            Problem facing since December'14;- Water leakage at Bottom of the unit ( repeated issue) Unit is Totally dead (Water is not getting filtered) We are buying water from outside !!!                                     Hi All, I purchased this product called Aquaguard Magna RO-UV-UF 3 months back in Bangalore. The worst thing has happened is that it is not working as there is no water supplying to the machine. Even worst part is before buying this product the sales guy called me 100 Times to se'll this and now when there is a problem they are least bothered to respond to my calls. I am assuming that they are cheating the public by offering second hand or faulty products to the consumers as it's just been 3 months that I purchased this product. I would request one and all to not to purchase any products of aquaguard. I would the respective officers to take a strict action towards this sales guys who gives false statements to the customers by offering us a product which is not worth it.

                                        Eureka Forbes water filter model ‘Eternity’ On March 14th, I had the misfortune of buying a Eureka Forbes water filter model “Eternity” ( Order No.[protected]. Ever since buying the water filter, the machine has been giving us continuous problems and it has not worked properly and even today the problem continues. I was informed that this is a high technology water filter and the company sales person (who incidentally has not shown his face ever since) persuaded me to buy the machine in replacement for my existing Nova water purifier from the same company. I find that the company salespersons are not trained to handle this new machine as many of them have been struggling for hours to rectify the machine whenever there was a problem. The machine has been fully dismantled many times and major parts like the photo resister, UV Lamp and software have been replaced without any result as the machine continues to give problems even today. Incidentally, the company does not have a system of giving any receipt for the jobs done, so one can’t be sure of what all parts they have changed in the machine. The parts mentioned above are what we have seen the technicians change in our presence. Repeated complaints to the company call center has not resulted in any concrete action. I have therefore asked the company to take back the water filter and give me full refund of the money paid. Inspite of repeated follow up, the company is yet to take a decision and in the mean time my problems continue. There has also been no response to the numerous calls I have made to their call centre.
