I have a Aquaguard Total RO Reviva under AMC. I raised a complaint on June 11th. The service person, Mr. Lakshman attended to it and replaced cylinders. In the past, when this was done, the water overflowed and cut off didn't happen. I asked him to wait to check if the problem does not recur. He assured me that the problem would not recur and that if there was any issue i could reach him on his mobile and he would attend to it immediately. As I feared, the water cut off didn't happen and in addition the outlet tap also started leaking. I called him on 12th morning and he assured me he would attend to it. So i didn't call the service dept. Till today morning there was no response. So i called the service to;ll number and raised the issue. My entire wood work was getting impacted and i have suffered for the last 4 days. They said they will attend to it on priority, Till evening no response. I again contacted Mr. Lakshman who said he will come in 20 minutes to set it right. I am still waiting. Is this what you do to a customer after taking the 2 year AMC amount in advance.? This is shame on a company which prides itself on after sale service. My complaint number is 81947526. If you cant employ qualified technicians or have responsive after sales service don't be in the business of offering AMC., unless u are looking at it as an avenue for revenue generation.

    Hi I bought a RO+UV Aquasure model in Sep, 11. Since then I have been taking regular AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). This time I took it for 2 years. Till last year, AMC was provided by Tannu Enterprises where Mr. Jai Prakash ([protected]) used to entertain us. As part of AMC, membrane and filters are replaced once annually and for us, they always used to be replaced towards the end of the tenure, i.e. at the time of renewal of AMC contract. This year, we took a combined contract for 2 years (Contract Rcpt #[protected]. And now instead of Tannu Enterprises, it is now being held by some other agency where Mr Om Veer([protected]) is the point of contact. We raised a regular service complaint( #[protected]. No one entertained the request for 4 days and then it was closed from the back end. Also Mr Om Veer told us that replacement of membrane and filters has already been done for this year which actually has never happened. Last week I raised a fresh request (#[protected] and the guy on the helpline number promised to arrange a callback call with the concerned department which till date hasn't been materialised. I am pissed off with the kind of service and the mismanagement of the agencies providing the AMC on behalf of Eureka Forbes. Please either refund m money for this AMC (roughly 8200/-) or get me a written assurance that I will get dual replacement of filters and all. --Sudhanshu +91-[protected] +91-[protected]

I feel highly disappointed to inform since the first very day my machine is not working properly and facing problem every day, have made number of complaints every time technician comes to repair it works for few days again it starts creating problem.. Since i have purchased this machine on EMI .. I wil not be paying anymore EMI's till my problem gets solved.. Request you to please look into the matter and get it solved ASAP.           in continuation of complain dated 17/04/15:-- since the last time, after having requested Aquaguard for permanent soultion of the malfunctiong machine "Aquaguard Magna", i have registered complain 14-15 times atleast through my registered mobile number:[protected] and to name a few complain numbers are:81390566, [protected] etc.but now since last two times of my registering complain no body from Aquaguard has turned up and since then it is out of order though it is in warranty period. i am of firm believe that their sales person has definitely sold me a machine which is in early stage to establish reliabilty.it has been sold on completely false ground. through this form, i would suggest in line FSSAI with there, too, should be institution to check such electronics products which are being sold on false ground and false promise.

          since the purchase of Aquaguard Magna in December 2014, on an average 2-3 complains per month have been registered from my mobile no-[protected].
          Thanks to this forum, part of the problem for unrelaibilty and disfunction of machine was taken care off by replacing level sensor. but it is still disfunctioning and every now and then complains are registered. since few times, intermittently machine is not filling up water and "Green" indication glows showing some problem.TDS level is also high.
          Aquaguard service persons visited and said since warantee period is going to expire so such problem will continue and "Green " indication will keep on glowing.
          Hence to rectify the problem, some components need to be replaced.
          But they are not showing any willingness to rectify and accordingly replace the defective components. On enquiring about it, their answer is that since it's warantee period is going to expire soon in Dec 2015 so no parts can be replaced.

          Such answer and action of Aquaguard is completely against the consumers interest.
          And kindly look into it to resolve the problem.

            On 7 Jun I logged 1st service request to service my Aqua guard Enhance UV machine . One technician came next day and told some parts need to be replaced . The machine is under AMC till 2017. After that no body contacting or turning up . Again logged a complain#81946430 calling CS but no body turned up . So pathetic service, can't imagine, After logging the complain I repeatedly called CS and every time a new person picks up and says escalating to higher authority .

              I had bought the machine on assurance of your representative regarding the prompt installation of the machine once it was received which proved out to be tall promises and fake claims as the real scene was very different when I had received the machine, We had to literally chase your guys for getting the installation done. if this is not enough, even the seniors are covering the staffs back and kept fooling me about the installation status.

                Hi Eureka Forbes Team, I have purchased DR. AQUAGUARD AQUAGUARD REVIVA RO+UV from eurekaforbes.com. I have raised an installation request on 11-Jun-2015 and requested to do an installation on 13-Jun-2015 (Saturday) and they have agreed. Compliant No: 92100094 Contact No:[protected] I have done lot of follow-up's, but still the executive didn't turn-up for installation. Eureka Forbes call center guys are cheating their customers. Today alone i have contacted them 5 times and they gave me the same answer without taking any responsibility..."We have forwarded the request to the concern person and the executive will reach your place before 08:30pm for installation" They spoiled my week-end...Worst experience with Eureka Forbes and i never recommend their products to others. Even before installation i am facing lot of problems and i am not sure how they will behave after installation services. I am really worried about their services. Is there any way to return the product? Please advice. Thank you.

                Hi Team, Please don't put the same comments for all the issues that we are raising through Consumer complaint's forum. Not sure whether you guys understood our problem. Let me see whether i am getting any call from your side at least on tomorrow. Please don't cheat the customers.
                I have purchased Enhance RO+UV online (via Snapdeal) on 20-Aug. I have been calling customer care everyday to do the installation and they give me a new reg number ([protected], [protected]). The service engineer closed the ticket without installing the purifier. He even asked me to pay 1000 INR to get installation done. This is pathetic service I have ever encountered.

                I am thinking of returning the product and also recommend to everyone in my network to stop using Acquagard products.

                  We have purchased an top model purifier named AquaGuard Geneus, the after sales service is the worst i have encountered till date.I have raised 3 requests dating 1.1st may 2015 - complaint no.[protected] 2.31st may 2015 - complaint no.[protected] 3.6th june 2015 - complaint no..[protected] despite assurances over the phone, none of the them have actually come and reviewed the complaint, even if people have attended the call, would give excuses such as insufficient stock of filters and such.its been almost one and half month and got back any.Its really frustating.

                      I purchased Auqasure Prime by online from Eureka forbes Website as on 20th May 2015 of Rs.8199/- through Credit card on( EMI basis). On the website they written that product will be deliver within 5 days but my product not yet delivered to me.After that I following/Call to their customer service (call centre[protected] from 10 to 12 days but they answering me your product will deliver to you within 2 days.I call then still...but same reply and they also give me on line sales executives mb no [protected](Mr vinit Jain) this person received my phone once (before 12 days) and told me that your product will deliver to you tommarrow. But not got it..After that I call him daily but he not receiving my mb. I also sent them 3 emails for to solve my problems but no reply from them.(email [protected]@euekaforbes, com & [protected]@eurekaforbes.com) I am very frustrating about this such behaviour of this reputed companies employees. They does not responding to customer.Even no one there to sort out my problem.And I don't know about the cancellation of this product, not given any information about the cancellation of product on their Website.Even call centres executive not giving any information about the cancellation procedure. He assured to deliver the machine on 14.04.15 but till date not resolve my problem because your water purifier Adaptor not Ok and i have not received the same, even after following up with all concerned persons & booking complain on net, by telephone & by mail and asked to return my money.                           Latest complaint No.[protected]. While registering complaint I requested your people very clearly that " I need TDS checking" while servicing my infinity purifier. Two times I have given the same request. But your technician approaching me without TDS meter. They says nobody instructed them to carry TDS meter to my home. This is very clear that you offcials are neglecting my complaints regularly. Being a genuine customer of Eureka Forbs, Can I solve my request through you? Hope you will reply as early as possible.                             I have bought a an Water Purifier a year back. It is the top end Model - AquaGuard Geneus. I thought that it will solve my water problem. But the main pain point I realized when Service Required LED started glowing. I tried to raise a request, call the customer care. To my surprise none of the approach worked. No One responded. I am really frustrated with this.

                            It got resolved. Had to do some followups after that. But finally the technician came. It was not a smooth experience. But all is well.

                            I don't know why you guys try to cheat people. Today one service guy came. He came and done some work. When he completed the work power was not there and he was not ready to wait. But he was very particular about the money. He took Rs8600 for the service saying that if there is a problem he will be there.

                            When power came, the Service required LED is still blinking. I called the office and they told me that it is my problem why I have given the money. You guys should not take the money when your have not done the job. Maintain some honesty man.

                              This is my worst customer service experience. I ordered AquaGuard Clasic UV through sales person in coimbatore and paid advance 2000 INR on 02/06/2015. They said after 2 days you will get installed. but after two days no response from their side... If i called they are giving new number then i called to the new number they also giving new number to call...its just looping like this..in some cases they are said "I will call you in 2 min". Its really frustrated... till today 9/6/2015 No one giving proper response for product delivery.. I have a doubt that even for new product delivery they are not responding properly after installation how they will resolve technical problems or services..

                                  We purchased the "Aquasure Xpert RO" dated 09 Mar-14 one of the biggest retail Chain. and basis recommendation of Eureka Forbes associate we have purchased the extended warranty for 02 Years till March-2016 and Rs. 8000/- for 02 years. Unfortunately since 20 -May-2015 our RO shows the message with Beep. Its been 2 weeks that we have been placing complaints over phone thru toll free No. [protected], We made first Compliant dated 23rd May-2015 and Complaint No.[protected] and second Complaint dated 30-May-15 and complaint No. 81777301. Every time we were assured that your complaint will be addressed and problem will sorted out in 02 working days.still Our problem has not been resolved till date. Atrocious service by eureka forbes. There is nobody to listen Customer problems in Eureka Forbes. I do not know what to do or whom i should contact get things sorted out our problem gets resolved. Last 10 days my kids are having stomach problem Doctor suggested to check the drinking water availability. If somebody can help to sort it out & I am feeling helpless. Can anybody suggested me how to approach Consumer forum to file a case against the Company. We have all original Documents invoice from retailer and Invoice of Extended warranted.                                     we have aquaguard reviva at our place and we've been facing problems with it. We renewed our AMC on MAY 19, 2015 and since that day its not working properly. since then we've been placing complaints over phone.. Everyone in our family is a working professional and its difficult for us to take leave every other day.technicians who come for service do not come on the date provided to us And when we call and ask them the reason for not showing up they give us lame reasons like... "WE WERE BUSY", " OH SORRY WE FORGOT" like we have nothing else to do but to stay at home and wait for the service engineer to show up!!! EUREKA FORBES - FRIENDS FOR LIFE!!! i guess not, better change it to "PROBLEMS FOR LIFE " Its really hard to understand why you ppl are ruining Co's name like this BY NOT RESOLVING CUSTOMER'S COMPLAINTS!! WHEN ITS TIME FOR OUR AMC RENEWAL WE RECEIVE ENDLESS CALLS FROM YOUR END AND EVEN AFTER PAYING IT NO SERVICE IS PROVIDED HOPING FOR A QUICK RESOLUTION FROM YOUR END

                                      Its been 2 weeks that i have been placing complaints over phone, via online complaints, personal complaints to the technician, still my problem hasnt been resolved. Atrocious service by eureka forbes. This is the last time i'll be buying a product of eureka forbes. Total cheats these people are, they charge you AMC service contract for the entire year and do no service our the year unless called upon and begged to come and do the service. Now when the purifier has gone bad, its been 2 weeks, This bunch of worthless people have not done anything to resolve the issue. The machine is not working at all. It is an RO+UV water purifier. Utterly rubbish service and claims of good service to the customer. Never in life buy an aqua guard product if you really want service. They are pathethic at it.
