I have purchased Aqua guard Genius from Eureka Forbes 2 years ago. Over a period of time (1.5 years approx) the adapter was not working properly. So I have given the service request for the same. Till date they have not turned for services. I have communicated through e-mail also, but did not get any responses. It is very disappointing service from Euroka Forbes, Very very careless and senseless service given by Eureka Forbes.
The problem has not yet resolved and Eureka Forbes does not care about the customer at all.
Please take it seriously and resolve as soon as possible.
Otherwise it would be difficult for you to handle further.

    Hi, I had made payment for your product via online for Dr Aquaguard Compact on 7th of May 2015. I haven't received the product nor been followed up by any of your officials on the delivery, hence I had raised complaint with your customer care 3+ times and still there was no response, so I cancelled your product and asked for the refund. Customer care told me they have cancelled and will process the refund, I am calling customer care again 3 + times to get my money back. They are simply asking me to call some personals in kerala, and when I contact them they are saying they can do nothing for products purchased online. This is a ridiculous event, where you are making customer to keep calling all over india to check the refund status. Please give back my money. All the details including complaint number are provided below.     Its been 2 day's I have raised complaint in this forum, I have not yet heard any update on my refund status.

    I have raised the complaint with all relevant details still you guys are not able to provide any update for me? This is an absolute shame and it shows the incompetence of your customer service.

        I had complained to Eureka forbes service centre on 15.04.2015 for service of my R O system. Since then I have made 15 calls to their Cust. care no. 39883333. But no effort has been made by the above said company to either contact or call me regarding the subject till date (26.05.2015). Finally applicant made the call to private service provider for the service of my RO system and paid Rs. 1500/- despite of my right of 3 free services as said by the company.           Dear all. i purchased Eureka forbes vacum cleaner. I paid first advance amount 2000. after that i paid full amount through cheque. that sales person still not giving money. that guy name is ramesh still not paid the money to me. But every day he is telling different story.

            I have done the AMC 2 months back. Now when my Eureka Forbes water purifier stopped working, I raised a compliant 5 days back. No communication from Eureka Forbes Service Support since then. When I call the Service Support number, they assure me that by 5 PM same day technician will come to my door to fix the issue but no one came or called me. I have contacted 4 times until now, each time I am being told that my complaint has been escalated and soon the issue will be rectified. I am feeling helpless and cheated. Please look into this matter, I have proof of every thing that I stated on this Customer Forum.

              i have a service contract with eureka forbes for 1yr validatity . The contaract begins on 29 july 2014. I am facing some problem with the aquaguard so filed a complain with the company . complain number 81571099. it was filed on 11 may 2015 .As per the rule the complain will be address within 48hrs . I have called the helpline 3 times to resolve the issue and wrote to them as well but the issue is not solved . I feel cheated .Water is the basic need and after paying for the product and the service contract the problem is not resolved . Please help me

                  On Monday may 25th 2015 I purchased a refill cartridge of Aquasure Amrit online through the eureka forbes site. Shockingly the transaction was not completed, but the money Rs.449/- was debited from my account. The transaction ID on my bank statement is[protected] I tried calling the main eureka forbes number, who refused to register my complaint and instead gave me #[protected] which no one picks up (tried 7 times).                     I had lodged a service request with Eureka Forbes on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 for getting my aquaguard (Aquaguard Enhance model) serviced. I was told that I would get a service within 48 hours of lodging the service request. The service request number is [protected]. However no one has turned up for doing the job. I have called up 3 times at the customer care for sending someone to service my aquaguard, but it is of no use. It is getting frustrating for me. I am supposed to get 2 free services within one year of purchasing the product, and Eureka Forbes is least bothered about providing me the service. Please help.

                      I have entered into an annual maintenance contract for the water purifier model classic at my house located at flat No.B/403, Sita Kutir, Veena Nagar Phase II, Off L.B.S. Marg, Mulund West, Mumbai 400080, Maharashtra, under contract receipt No.[protected], which is valid till 7/12/2015. Despite repeated complaints no technician is being deputed to service the machine and replace the used carbon granules.                         I bought a water purifier from Eureka Forbes during March 2015 [just 2 months back]. Though I was warned by so many well-wishers that Eureka Forbes is one of the worst customer service company, I still bought it thinking that atleast inside Chennai their service would be better. But it turned out to be true that it is pathetic in terms of customer service. For over 1 month the instrument was working fine, but in the beginning of May 2015 it started giving problem. The instrument started making lots of noise and vibrating a lot. Thinking that its better to fix an issue at the starting stage itself, I called the customer care number and registered a service request[protected] on May 11 2015. The person promised that it will be attended on the same day. But nothing happened for two days and so I called again on May 13. I stated the service request no, the person apologized for delay and again promised that it will be attended the same day. But nothing happened, so I called the next day on May 14. Again they apologized and this time created an escalation request[protected]. This time too the same 'false' promise of same day service was given. I waited for the call from the technician or atleast the customer care person, but nothing happened till May 21. This time I thought of raising a request in their web site, thinking they would respond atleast to that. Infact they took the preferred date [25th May] and time of service [10 AM], in the request - [protected]. But as usual nothing happened. After waiting for few days, I called up today [May 25] and stated the entire history. They bluntly apologized and said the same dialogue that 'service will be done by today evening]. I really got frustrated and asked what kind of service they are rendering. I demanded to talk with the superior but they bluntly told no superior was there. Then I asked what if the service [as promised each time by them] is not done today? Will they take back the instrument and refund the money? For this, she said yes and she just started blabbering that the service will be done by today evening, tomorrow evening and so on. 1. I've spent Rs.20000 for the instrument and now I'm buying water from outside for the past 5 days. 2. I know for sure that if the service person doesn't come today, they won't take back the instrument [as the customer care person promised] and Eureka Forbes will have 1000 reasons for not doing this. 3. Its really pathetic to see such namesake customer care service. They are least bothered about actually serving the customers and only giving fake apologies and fake promises. 4. Is there any government body that is taking these complaints seriously or atleast regulate such pathetic companies? I'm still not positive about getting this instrument repaired and really don't know what to do about it. The only mistake I did was to spend my hard-earned money of Rs.20000 to buy this pathetic product from this pathetic company - Eureka Forbes.

                        [Update] As I had mentioned in my original post, no service engineer came yesterday [25th May]. As usual their promise was fake. I just got one call in the morning from a local service center and they took my name and address [which I had already given in the service requ
                        est] and they ended the call with their famous dialogue 'service will be completed by same day evening].

                        Again in the evening I got another call from the local service center, this time someone else spoke and again asked for my name and address. Seems like now they found another way of extending the delay. To add fuel to the fire, the person before ending the call simply told that 'service will be completed by tonight or tomorrow [he had called me around 7 PM]. Don't know on what basis these people are giving commitments. If the same happens to them or their dear-ones, probably then they would realize the pain.
                        [Update - 28 May] Finally after 17 days of ordeal, the service person came and completed the work.

[protected] has been lodged one month ago and as on date it is not resolved and when contacted the hyderabad head Ms. Bina Khan[protected] she is not able to solve the problem and tried to contact her boos Mr. Natraj ([protected]) but I am not able to contact him and always the mobile is switched off and sent many sms regarding the complaint and till not no one is responding.

                            I have booked service for Aquaguard RO 3 days back. And it is 72 hours no one has attended the machine. I have been assured that some one will come today and attend the machine, but it was a total lie. After first service, one novice engineer came and messed up the machine. Now my RO is just like normal aquaguard. I have verified with local engineer and they examined and told that some machine is not working. I believe that the reason for changing the machine (Cost around 1800 INR) service center is not going to attend the machine until next AMC renewal. It is frustrating.

                              Since last 7 days back I lodged a compliant low water to tank, and after continuous follow up and complaints to customer by difficulty it was attended last 5 days back and replaced the filter and since that the water not drinkable for good and safer health, in this regard many complaints and mail to eureka, but no action, , still the problem is persists and main important is the product is under AMC ... And customer care not helpful best of my experience in this regard further continue calling me is only wasting of time to wait on queue with out solution After replacement of filter the TDS from filter is 500 ppm, but the incoming water tds un changes since the years And in AMC they never visit as per contract and not completed as per norms and always through customer care by service request only they attending the compliant that after continuous follow up And visitation Technicians not had any experience result the service being rendered is utterly poor and dis appointing and the mangers contact numbers are Non reachable and they not responding even our SMS

                                I have purchased an aquaguard magna HD ro+ uv on[protected].it does not work till 21 may 2014. I have already complaint 5 times BT no one can response. Technician does not visit at home for checking. We are in very much trouble with out water. My complaint number is 81644132. BT no one can response.they said today come BT no one can I already send my request from SMS BT no..eureka Forbes have such a very bad service.I feel guilty for using product of eureka Forbes aquaguard if we know about your service we don't purchase your product at any cost.

                                I purchased aquaguard magna model, indicator s not working and no water outlet since 9th March 2016 ..still nw no response from customer service .no one visited home to check . Irresponsibly answered vry disappointed with your service and choosing your brand...the contact numbers given by ur employees are all fake mobile numbers I never expected this from a reputed company

                                Dear sir, I am a retd. officer from Mily Engg Services. I had been using Aqua Guard water filter for the last 15 yrs & its performance was fine. I purchased your new appliance Magna about 1year& 3 months(appx) ago. Since then we are in trouble. It works satisfactorily for about a week after repair & becomes off road thereafter. Earlier my comp. used to be entertained by your toll free no [protected] but now it says that my no is not regtd. I then disturb mob no [protected] who always helped & sent some body. Mech. attended in last of May & today my plant is again out of order. No body is giving correct reply for its serviceability. I am of the opinion that defective Pc. was installed in my house & your local co. is trying to hide the fact.                                 We have purchased it in April- 2017.. already now filtering is very slow. it is taking more than 3 hours for 6ltrs filtration.                                   Being an old customer of Eureka Forbes, I had purchased Aquaguard Geneus water purifier on August 2013. I have also enclosed the invoice of my purchase. After only two days, I asked the supplier to change the machine for the reason that it was producing excessive sound. The sales office at Dehradun replaced the machine after examining the problem. Later, after one year, on October 2014 to be precise.. The machine stopped working. Eureka Forbes technician repaired the machine. But since after the first service, the machine is not working properly. It is working intermittently and showing service indicator. After complaining repeatedly, the technicians are not able to fix the issue. Considering this problem, I bought AMC (Contract Enclosed) on December 2014. Despite registering complaint again and again, there were hardly any assistance given by your side. Though, the technicians visited several times..but they are unable to resolve the issue. Last time I registered a complaint on 5th of May 2015, but no action have been taken till now. So i again registered a complaint after 10 days and customer support of Eureka Forbes assured me that they will send senior technician, as no one is able to resolve the problem, despite visiting more than 25 times. Yours being a reputable company doesn’t seem to look after your customer. Customer support is always unwilling to help. Most of the customer support number doesn't work. I am very much frustrated from the issue. It’s been 9 months, I am looking for a solution. I have wasted so much of my time and money on the purifier to get it fixed.

                                    To: Eureka Forbes We have purchased Total Enhance UV Water purifier system Eureka Forbes which was delivered vide Delivery Challan (DC) No. 25333461 dtd. 09.04.2015. This model was purchased after discussion with your sales person, Mr. Sunil Pal. From the date this model was installed we are facing one problem after another. Initially mechanics from your end attended the problems. The problems remain recurring but now no one is attending the problems in spite of making repeated calls. Even, the person who was behind my blood to sell one machine probably to achieve his year end sales target i.e. Sunil Pal also didn't pick up the phone after seeing my no. On 7th. of this month I received a call from a lady of your Borivali address when I narrated all theagony that we are facing since installation of this model. I requested her to connect me some one senior or Mr. Sunil Pal. Inspite of assurance I didn't get any calls from them. Mr. Sunil Pal also was not responding when my cell no was appearing on his handset. This week on 19th. I called him from a landline no of Pune, when he picked up the phone. After lot of deliberations he assured nme that he will visit us along with a technician on 23rd. i.e. today at 12 noon. Morning at 10 am today when I called him again to remind about today's visit, he informed me that within 10 minutes he will call me. When he didn't call me till 11.30 am, I again called him and then he informed that he will come at 4.30 pm today along with a technician without any fail. At 4 pm again I reminded him and he confirmed me his visit at 4.30 pm. Till 4.45 pm neither did he come nor did he call. When I started calling him from 4.51 pm (5 calls) he didn't even bother to show the courtsey of picking up the phone. Finally I have sent him a message at 5 pm stating that I am lodging complaint againt him to Eureka Forbes top management, even then he didin't bother to call till the time I am writing this complaint (now it is 6.00 pm). All these are available in my phone records. To make his sell, during March he was calling me throughout the day and one day even I got his call at 10.30 PM. Now, since he has done with his sells, he even do not bother to pick up the phone and better not to talk about providing the service. I am now looking into the option to inform our Society to bar Sunil Pal to enter our Society premises. I am using Aquaguard since last 13 years. I never dream that I will have to go through this pain this time. Had it been so, this time I had several better options available. I am sure after getting this complaint, someone responsible from Eureka Forbes Sales department will call me on my cell [protected]. If I do not receive the call by 26th.                                         Customer ID: [protected], I have purchased Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD UV on 29th April and have got this installed on 2nd May'15. From the day first i am getting issues with the unit like Leakage issue next to the tap in the filter which was sort out by the engineer. Then the unit started showing other issues like after filling its tank to its fullest and once the main line water is gone, exactly after 1 hour the water from the tank goes somewhere (approx amount is 750ml, can be more). Which again i raised a service request and engineer visited along with Mr. Manoj & Ravender since this happens only when the fresh water is on and the tank fills itself so this issues did not occur in front of them. But since i am already using Enhance in Gurgaon (almost when it was launched in Delhi NCR) which is again another model of Eureka Forbes and i have never face such issue. I requested all of them here in Chandigarh to replace the unit since it is giving these much issues in its 1st few week. But seems like nobody is trying to trust the Customer when the Customer himself purchased it online and even plugged out its old water purifier have no options without a water purifier. Also if i wanted my money back only i would not have requested for the replacement. I have followed up with almost everything, tried calling every of your number[protected], +[protected], [protected], [protected]). Even tried filling the refund, exchange form in the website. But none of them work or land me somewhere who says this will be done on the website only. I have also dropped an email to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com that too 2 times but no response till today. I am sure Eureka Forbes is a Customer oriented organization, but I am too harassed this time by following up so much, faced wired expressions like I am doing some fake. Since i feel like being cheated by Eureka Forbes and knowing the fact that I have purchased this machine online so I am covered under 30 days Money Back Guarantee “With no questions asked” (however I explained everything). I request you to spare some time for me and arrange a call back to help me getting my money refunded as soon as possible. Or i will proceed further to Court to file a criminal case against Eureka Forbes Mumbai and will make sure to party Chandigarh office as well for doing a fraud with me.                                         Its been more than 1 month now and still the issue persist with no fruitful response from Eureka Forbes. However i have received couple of calls just to make a fun of mine as when i explain them the issue they start laughing. Well i can understand that We being customers are duped now and off course Eureka Forbes will laugh on us. But no issues i have made this mistake of purchasing the Product.

                                        However i am able to save many People to purchase Eureka Forbes products by spreading the truth already. And will keep on doing that, it has already affected me but i think i have already made a full justice back to Eureka Forbes and will never stop making people aware about the Cheater among the Cheaters who just want your money and then give you a faulty product with no service.

                                        Also, World's most stupid staff is hired by Eureka Forbes. Who don't know how to communicate, not aware about their own product and if ask why they say We didn't got the training..huh!.. But anyways don't you(Eureka Forbes) worry i am here to save other for being duped by you!

                                        Now you have a great evening, day or what ever the hell you want.

                                        And i am happy that I made whether its a little but a good loss to you!
