Being an old customer of Eureka Forbes, I had purchased Aquaguard Geneus water purifier on August 2013. I have also enclosed the invoice of my purchase. After only two days, I asked the supplier to change the machine for the reason that it was producing excessive sound. The sales office at Dehradun replaced the machine after examining the problem.
Later, after one year, on October 2014 to be precise.. The machine stopped working. Eureka Forbes technician repaired the machine. But since after the first service, the machine is not working properly. It is working intermittently and showing service indicator. After complaining repeatedly, the technicians are not able to fix the issue.
Considering this problem, I bought AMC (Contract Enclosed) on December 2014. Despite registering complaint again and again, there were hardly any assistance given by your side. Though, the technicians visited several times..but they are unable to resolve the issue.
Last time I registered a complaint on 5th of May 2015, but no action have been taken till now. So i again registered a complaint after 10 days and customer support of Eureka Forbes assured me that they will send senior technician, as no one is able to resolve the problem, despite visiting more than 25 times.
Yours being a reputable company doesn’t seem to look after your customer. Customer support is always unwilling to help. Most of the customer support number doesn't work. I am very much frustrated from the issue. It’s been 9 months, I am looking for a solution. I have wasted so much of my time and money on the purifier to get it fixed.
