After purchasing a Nano RO on 14th Feb, 2015, barely a week later the Water purifier was not working. We have called on the helpline. The service personnel came 4 times and finally their effort went in vain. They have expressed their agony on the manufacturing defects. The machine has been laid inoperative.
We launched complain this time to Khosla Electronics and on 8th Apr, 2015 a new machine was installed. We found a ray of hope that the defective one finally replaced.
Unfortunately, the second machine again got non-functioning since 21st Apr, 2015 and on 22nd Apr, 2015 I launched a complaint through the helpline number. They have given me a docket bearing no. 81214763. I have requested that as drinking water is not available, the service engineer should be sent earliest. We have to drink water from the deep water reservoir which is a highly risky prone to various micro organism and arsenic. Not responded to my call, I again called on 24th Apr, 2015 quoting the docket no. and requested for urgent solution of the same. It is a great irony that till today neither
it is attended for replacement/repair nor Eureka Forbes expressed their concern for the customer’s discomfort. Only one call has been received by my wife, however as she was in her office, she told the caller to attend after 6 pm of any day.
However, nobody turns up till date. It is an unfortunate and surprising matter that company like Eureka Forbes can behave with their customers in this way. We are staying in a residential flat in Batanagar, Mahestala, Kolkata : 700139 and everyday morning before going to office myself and my wife have to stand in long queue for a bottle of water supplied by Municipality.
It is so embarrassing to stand which ultimately lead to late attendance in office for both o[censored]s, resulting poor performance in respective professional arena. Even after completion of hard toil in corporate and my wife in outdoor sites we make queue in the night.
Our humble question to Eureka Forbes :
• what we did wrong in buying their nano ro product?
• Who gives the Authority to Eureka Forbes to harass customer in this manner?
• Are we supposed to stand in queue for water from municipal waterline over the years after purchasing Eureka Forbes Product?
• What social status now we have as we stand in queue for a bottle of non-purified water?
• Who will be responsible if anyone of our family members get affected due to non-purified water?
Our request to your goodself please take the product back immediately and compensate us as deemed fit else we have no other way but to move as per the law of the land regarding our harassment.
