I HAVE PURCHASED AQUAGUARD DEO WATERPURIFIER IN 2012 AND EVERY YEAR I USED
TO CHANGE ALL FILTERS, SO THIS YEAR 2 MONTHS AGO I PAID RS 3000 TO CHANGE ALL FILTER WITH TRICHY LOCAL COMPANY SERVICE PEOPLE IN KK NAGAR, THEY SENT THE GUY TO CHANGE, AFTER CHANGING THE ALL FILTERS THE NEXT DAY THE MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING, SO IMMD AFTER MY COMPLAINT, THEY CAME AFTER MANY CALLS/10 DAYS LATER, THEY CAME AND SOLVED, BUT AGAIN THE NEXT DAY, THE MACHINE HAS STOPPED
WORKING, AGAIN I VE CALLEDTHE SERVICE GUY IN HIS PLMOBILE, HE IS NOT BOTHERED TO COME, EVEN I HAVE CALLED THE COMPANY TOLL FREE SERVICE NO 39883333 MANY TIMES
THEY GAVE ME SWEET TALK/THEY PROMISED THAT THEY WILL SEND, BUT NOBODY BOTHRED TO COME FOR SERVICE.AFTER PAYING HUGE AMOUNT TO PURCHASE AND PAID RS 3000 NOW FOR THE SERVICE, THE MACHINE IS NOT WORTH FOR A SINGLE RUPEE.
WE ARE DRINKING NORMAL TAPE WATER.PLS DONT BUY ANY EQUIPMENT IN EUREKA FORBES, THEY ARE CHEATING.
