    From the first day machine not working even from the date of installation till today, we have not drink a drop of water from that machine and they have detect the money from account. I never seen a such bad product in my carrier. Customer ID :- [protected]

      I purchased Eureka Fobes Magna Water purifier in Dec 2014 and their sales person Mr Vijayakumar informed that if we also purchase Vaccum Cleaner then there is a LIFE TIME FREE SERVICE for BOTH. The person who came for FIRST TIME DEMO of vaccum cleaner demanded and took Rs. 150/-. I kept on calling Vijayakumar to give the written communication of the LIFETIME FREE SERVICE but he started becoming evasive. Right from the starting water purifier was giving problems and everytime someone came and rectified in a very hotch potch manner. Then few days back again it became faulty and again another person came and repaired. When enquired about lifetime warranty all of them CATEGORICALLY DENIED any LIFETIME FREE SERVICE. Today when I caught up with Vijayakumar he said the scheme is over and that I had purchased after the scheme !!! So the person Mr Vijayakumar has clearly CHEATED ME.

        I have complained one month back for my Aqua reviva system for leakage. AFter 10 times calling the customer care, the engineer's came and ask for the nature of the complaint. Then they came and told us the pump is not working but they don't have spares, will come back again. Another 2 weeks gone. After calling customer care / shouted / cried / pleaded, they could give me the team leader name and number Mr. Premnath. After 5 times he could attend my call and again asked the same question, and he was complaining that I am not giving the exact nature of the compliant.??? Why I should explain, to him, he is supposed see the last log book of the call visited / or come and inspect the machine. Instead he was Sarcastically satiring me, unless I tell the nature of the complaint, he cannot take action.bring spares, then with my knowledge I was inform the nature, then he said it is a pumb problem, but the sapres is not availble, and informed me by today he will do the needful, But till now he has not visited, neither called me. now it is exactly 1 month, and we are without water, but paid 2 years AMC. Is the company is having any respect to the customer, or not. Please take action or otherwise repay my AMC fully with the one month suffereing loss. V shankar. [protected].           Dear Sir, I purchased the product Dr Megna (Aquaguard) water purified month ago. dt march 29th 2015. the product was getting installed on April 20th 2015 only . Still now am not able to use the product . i registed the complaint against the product via customer care many times but no use. and also they representative told so many false promise.I try to conduct the representative they are not response properly still now my problem was not rectify. my complaint nos are 91692930 & 81427034 & 81377139. i need to resolve my issue. its really worst service.

            Sales person Murugesan[protected] has sold the Aquaguard Reviva - 50 purifier on 15-Mar-2015. After the payment is completed he is not even responding for any of my query. Process is not explained. I have not received a receipt for my order. Also I checked with other Aquaguard technician & the TDS is very high around 192. So I want to get it rectified & need a warranty card along with receipt. The worst sales person I had seen & never expected this from Eureka Forbes. Please resolve my issue. Since my mobile number is not registered I am not able to file a service request also.

              I have placed an Online order on 29th April 2015 as per Eurek Forbes tele sales guidance and they have confirmed me that the product will be delivered in 5 days along with free gift + receipe book but as on today nothing happen when i contact the local customer care sales team they says that it is handled by Mumbai office and they gave me the contact number which is no one answering. There is no tracking for product in online like other online website are providing. My customer ID :[protected]

                After purchasing a Nano RO on 14th Feb, 2015, barely a week later the Water purifier was not working. We have called on the helpline. The service personnel came 4 times and finally their effort went in vain. They have expressed their agony on the manufacturing defects. The machine has been laid inoperative. We launched complain this time to Khosla Electronics and on 8th Apr, 2015 a new machine was installed. We found a ray of hope that the defective one finally replaced. Unfortunately, the second machine again got non-functioning since 21st Apr, 2015 and on 22nd Apr, 2015 I launched a complaint through the helpline number. They have given me a docket bearing no. 81214763. I have requested that as drinking water is not available, the service engineer should be sent earliest. We have to drink water from the deep water reservoir which is a highly risky prone to various micro organism and arsenic. Not responded to my call, I again called on 24th Apr, 2015 quoting the docket no. and requested for urgent solution of the same. It is a great irony that till today neither it is attended for replacement/repair nor Eureka Forbes expressed their concern for the customer’s discomfort. Only one call has been received by my wife, however as she was in her office, she told the caller to attend after 6 pm of any day. However, nobody turns up till date. It is an unfortunate and surprising matter that company like Eureka Forbes can behave with their customers in this way. We are staying in a residential flat in Batanagar, Mahestala, Kolkata : 700139 and everyday morning before going to office myself and my wife have to stand in long queue for a bottle of water supplied by Municipality. It is so embarrassing to stand which ultimately lead to late attendance in office for both o[censored]s, resulting poor performance in respective professional arena. Even after completion of hard toil in corporate and my wife in outdoor sites we make queue in the night. Our humble question to Eureka Forbes : • what we did wrong in buying their nano ro product? • Who gives the Authority to Eureka Forbes to harass customer in this manner? • Are we supposed to stand in queue for water from municipal waterline over the years after purchasing Eureka Forbes Product? • What social status now we have as we stand in queue for a bottle of non-purified water? • Who will be responsible if anyone of our family members get affected due to non-purified water? Our request to your goodself please take the product back immediately and compensate us as deemed fit else we have no other way but to move as per the law of the land regarding our harassment.

But during installation it was found that the it was found that " Electronic Membrane Life Enhancer" is missing. b)The model no. [protected] mentioned in the machine.                     Correcting date: On Dec 8, 2014 I had perchaged water Purifier online. I was suppose to receive a bottle with it, in a week or two. The water purifier was delivered however, I am still (Today is 10th May, 2015) following up with Eureka Forbes guys. I called local saleman also who gave us Demo; I called call centre ; Sent email to sales people . Even one of the person called and told me that It was delivered to me. I asked him to check to whom it was delivered because I perchaged the product from Eureka Forbes, If courier guy delivered to some their place then I am not responsible. After some day, One guy called and said its dispatched and I will receives on some days. I am still waiting and haven't got any clear answer on what happened and ETA. The same product I had recommended toof my friend and he is also waiting. It's very unprofessional and frustrating. I thought to buy Vaccum cleaner but I dropped the plan after my experience with Eureka Forbes.                     very true same experience with me, forget the bottle they have not yet done the setup. still following up. I strictly recommend don't pay online, opt for cash on delivery. customer id [protected].
                    I have a vacuum cleaner Euroclean XL which needs servicing. I called up the toll free no 39883333 on 10/5/2015 and registered my complaint. The lady at the centre neither told her name nor did she give any docket number but said that someone will call in 24 hrs. Since no one called up I called up the toll free no on 11th and spoke to one Praveen. He gave me a docket no 81514663 and said I will get call in 24 hrs. Nothing happened. On 12th I again called up the toll free no and spoke to one Ms Jayanthi who said that no such complaint has been registered. So I asked her to register the complaint fresh. Instead she asked me to call one number [protected]. But the person on this no told me to call up [protected] which I found out is not in existence. So again I called up and spoke to one Sowmya. She said there is no one by the name of Praveen or Jayanthi and asked me to contact another no locally. By this time I got fed up and decided to speak to the MD of the company. This is how the call centre works. They give a false information that someone will call within 24 hrs which never happens. In fact I even wanted to buy an Aqua guard water purifier but considering the response of the company and so many unhappy customers I have decided to go for some other make of water purifier and not to buy Eureka Forbes. This message will be sent to my colleagues also
                    who plan to buy water filters.

                      #Pani_ka_cheater_EurekaForbes, (I am not sorry for my language) I am very dis-appointed with your intentionally performed ignorance. This not about bottle; in fact, I have spent more time and money than worth of bottle prices. Your contact Center, or sales representatives do not care; or take ownership; or even share clear picture. When we call contact center, they just say some one will contact on next 24 hours; nevertheless, we don’t hear anything for days, and then another cycle of calling your contact center and waiting goes on…Seems there are more who share same experience.
                      Believe me, an automated script like your response ignites more frustration. How and why shall I trust on your product and service?
                      You words like “sorry” and ‘apology” now sounds like “WE DO NOT CARE” .
                      The best professional courtesy you may deliver is to take your incomplete delivered product, and refund the money.

                        Hi, Myself Gyanendra Kumar Mishra had purchased Eureka Forbes Water Purifier on the date of 13th may 2014.At the date of purchase we are told that we will get 3 free services. On 20th Aug 2014 we called for our 1st servicing and they came and the person came and after doing 1st free servicing he told me that he will come after 3 months for second service, However after that they never visit our home for any services. Further as on 9th may 2015 we requested for our pending free services due to us and the person told that they will come within 2 or 3 days. On 10th of May (being Sunday) one technical person called me that our all 3 free services has been done and now we have to renew our AMC.I asked him for the dates of 2nd and 3rd services which are not utilized by me then he told that he came on 20th November 2014 and 20th Feb 2015 at 2Pm in afternoon and as door was locked he marked the services as completed. Now I want some clarifications: 1-Is the way Eureka Forbes gives services to Customers 2-The service man never intimate me before coming for free services but for renewal they call again and again even on Sunday also. 3-they marked free services as completed if the client is not at home. 4-Eureka Forbes Service person talks in a very abusing manner and give stupid excuses like("hamko kya sapna ayega ki ghar me koi nai hai"). 5-The service man threaten me that do whatever you want and can complaint to anybody you want, nobody can do anything to us. The mobile no from which I got call is [protected].(when I asked his name he denied and told me that he don’t want to give name and suddenly disconnected the phone.                           Hi there, Last year in the month of July, 2014 I had purchased the following product. S.R. No.: [protected] RO Water Purifier Name: AG Total Reviva I was told that this product would be able to bring down the TDS level of water from 2000 to 100-150. It is not able to do that, and water is not consumable. Moreover, it has a problem of processing very slowly, at a rate of 6-7 hours per capacity. It seems like it is not continuously working but stops for 2 seconds and then works for 1 second. It is giving me pathetic experience to deal with and I am seriously going to take a serious action if this problem is not fixed. P.S. : The product is under warranty. Hoping to get a fix ASAP.                             Hi my name is chethanraj, I am from Bangalore I had installed all security systems what all u marketing guy said BUT after 2 years 2 camera's r gone if we ask about this they say they have installed old version so for this I am not responsible & Video DVR is gone they say it cant be repaired because its old version u don't get parts, IS THIS THE WAY U GIVE SERVICE, the QUALITY for product is very BAD I believed upon Eureka Forbes that they have there own product, after seeing that product I came to know that they will buy the product & they will do service BUT NO they r not doing it & Eureka Forbes have well trained u r marketing person so that the customer must not say NO to u r product VERY BAD I dint except this from Eureka Forbes if there is no Quality r Service Why Do U Do MARKATING Ur PRODUCT...

                              I was staying at kolhapur. I called eureka forbes number for a new water purifier. One of sales executive viz. Mr Shivaji Kamble (his code9047629) visited my home, tested water and suggested for AG Classic Model. I told him that my transfer is due in 3-4 months. He said not a problem sir, you can change it within one year by installing new RO by making difference payment. However on transfer to Delhi when i contacted for RO as here the TDS level was very high, it was told me that there is no such company policy and you may get only rs. 2000 for your product. And if you want to buy RO only 2000 max 2500 will be lessed. Sir I spend rs. 8990 on this product on 02.07.2014 undet invoce no. [protected]. In Nov 14, I shifted to Delhi and the product is in its Box till now. If the sales person gives the correct information i would have purchased RO. Please look into the matter.                                 Hi, I had purchased Geneus water purifier on 23/12/2013, initially I booked some other higher model and paid the full money later changed to the Geneus model. Till date I have not got the return of the extra money I paid despite following up your team. The sale guy name is Naveen, ( Mobile no [protected], [protected] ), also I spoke to his manager but no use. Also I had long term service contract for the old machine, when I bought the new the balance money they said will transfer to the new machine, nothing has been done, and from last one year I am trying for service and no one is coming. This is very bad company having no procedure. I have not got even one single free service from the date of purchase, now the unit is not working properly, pls resolve my issue urgently, else I will file case against your company.

                                  HI, I am using Aquaguard Ro+uv. I lodge the complaint as on 27, April15 due to not working and after one week one of executive examine & verify that due to adapter default it’s not working . Now today is 8th, May15 no one is called & visited for replacement. We called on daily on customer care & they assured us that as of today it’s going to replace but nothing is happen. We use aquaguard for water & from last 10 days we purchase the water can from the market to drink the water. Actually it’s in Warranty may be that is the reason for non- replacement.                                     I booked Eureka forbes aquaguard magna online by paying rs 17490 on 26th April. I was assured that though usual delivery takes a week, ill get it even before that since i made a specific request for urgent delivery. But now its almost 2 weeks and everyday i call the customer care @[protected] i get the same response that it will be delivered within 7 days and that they will check the status and call me back in 2 hours. But no one calls back. Nowadays i can even track a product costing rs100 ordered online, but here after giving close to 20k ive no idea if and when ill get the product and whats the status of myorder. When i wanted to submit a complaint i was shocked to see so many similar complaints. Im seriously doubting of eureka forbes/aquaguard has changed to spamming or swinding to make quick money. Im not even bothered about the delay if there is some genuine reason or atleast they are transparent enough to say whats the actual status.                                     still no response. im following up with your call center almost on daily basis. Its more than 3 weeks and still nothing.
                                    I cannot track my product and still dont have a idea if ill get the product that i had paid for.

                                      i have booked a eureka forbes magna on 1st of May2015. the representative visited my place with 30 mins, as the office is opposite to my apartment. they offered me a product and i booked it. I made the payment immediatly trusting on him. person name: Balavant(91-[protected]). He promise the installation will be done on 3rd of may. But i never received a call from him, on 4th i called him atleast 20 times. He did not pick a call once. I contacted the service centre, they said i will get the service on 4th itself, a person visited my place and gave me a broken piece, of eureka forbes, front part pasted with cello tape. since 4th i have been raising compalint everyday ref no.[protected]. 5th, 6th, 7th everyday i have called for the service and everyday they promised me to give service, which has still not happened. so finally i have asked for the refund on 7th. ref no.91837204. I have been extremely harrased by eureka forbes. Expecting atleast i will get my refund of rs.17, 490 without any more hassles.

                                        I, Chhaganlal R Patel contract no. [protected], had given a request for relocation and service of my Aquagaurd water purifier on 30th April 2015 and the TAT given to me was 28 hours. But it has been a week no one has visited my place nor given me a cal.. I am calling everyday to customer care and making complain for the same but nothing has helped me.. later i got a no of Mr.Rajnath Tiwari from customer care stating that he is the head for the area.. i spoke to him and he gave me time of 24hrs.. but its been more then that nothing has happen.. Everyday i have to bring 2 Bisleri can of 20 ltrs each for drinking for my family members.. my money is wasted in this.. All the records have been recorded in my phone. Requesting you to kindly solve this immediately on urgent basis to avoid any legal consequences..

                                        This is what i am hearing from last few days.. i have contacted one of your executive, he said that their are no staff so they are not able to send anyone at my place.. This is the service which i am getting from your end. From your sorry my complian is not solved, i have to shell out 200 hundres rupees everyday for Bisleri from last 10 days because of your fault.

                                        In future I am not continuing with Eureka Forbes or any of your products.
