Dear Sir, My self Kaushal staying in Bangalore (Karnataka) I am using your company product Euro clean vacuum cleaner from some months recently last month I got a problem with Electric power cable Its automatically getting winded . my complain no is Complain no [protected](registered through mobile) I called customer care 4 to 5 times & 3 weeks they make me fool saying complain is registered & technician will visit shortly after so many efforts at last one of the customer care executive Sandeep connect me to technician with mobile no [protected] & after calling him 2 to 3 times he visited on sat & he told we have to change power cable assembly & he need to check whether it comes under warranty or not I told customer care executive told me to come under warranty then he told he need to check & he will update me next day once office open & that day date was 10-5-15 again Monday I called he said tomorrow & till date that tomorrow not came . I need u ask one question why you people sell your products if you can’t give service properly. we are not asking you anything free & its shame for the company & the senior people if they don’t know what is happening or our customers are happy or not. Why so big company like eureka Forbes does not have some SOPs or system to handle customers request or to know whether complain has been rectified or not. after At last trying everything I am writing you to get some help or support expecting you will take some action to solve my problem.     Dear Team, As I have bought your RO machine from your company office at (New CG Road Chandkheda Ahmedabad-382424) branch I was being told that bill copy will be sent to me by post within a week. But till time I have not received my bill copy. If this nominal thing is not managed well by company then as an customer what service should I expect from company. Its more then three week I have purchased your machine. Is there anybody responsible to dispatch a bill copy. Kindly do needful to resolve my problem.

        I have brought Aquaguard water purifier ( Enhance RO+UV) around 4 months ago from Priti Aqua Solution, Angul, Odisha ( Authorized dealer). They told me 3 free services in one year warranty period. I have called customer care for servicing after four months. 1st time technician called me but he did not come for service.             Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Aquguard Magna RO on 10th January 2015. Since then I have been gone several issues regarding product which is yet to resolved. I have made several complaints to the sales representative and service advisors. My latest complaint no. 81172676. Below were the issue I had to go through last 15 days: 1. My water purifier stopped working since 18/04/2015, same day i have made a complaint and the customer excecutive promised that my issue will be attended and sort out within 48 hrs. However, till today my waterpurifier is not working and i am not seeing any hope in near future. 2. After several follow-up a techinician visited on 22/04/2015, and he identified the issue as motor pump problem. And he has promoised me he will replace the pump on next day evening. 3. Further, the technician have not visited next day as he promised. After much follow-up again he has visited today with a new pump. He stated reason for his dealy, as euroke forbes has not given them a pump and today only he has received the same. 4. After, replacing the pump also issue is not sorted out. Now he claims that issue could be "PCP" board (if i am correct). How can a new waterpurifier of not even 3 months could have all these issues? I strongly believe that you have delivered me an old piece. Now i am in a dilemma. He has not told by when the issue will be sorted out. I am buying water for last 12 days because issue of aquaguard water purifier. I have chosen Aquaguard over KENT/ZEROB thinking of better quality product with better customer support. Also after reading good review from some of the websites. However, you have proved me wrong and day by day I regret about my purchase. Please give me any of the following solution for this issue: 1. Request you to please return my money back and take back the water purifier. 2. Request you to replace my exsisting aquaguard manga with a new piece. I am strongly believe that you have cheated me by delivering an old piece. Hope you will take my concerns in right spirit and thank you for the same.

            As ever you have again and again gives false promises! You have promised through above comment that you will be calling and resolve my problem. Not only that issue is yet to resolved but i have not even got a call from you yet! Poor / worse customer service. I would say third class customer care from you guys! Sucks!
            I agree with the complainant. I bought the same RO Magna in Jan 2015 and the very next day it had issues. After a long list of calls, the service guy comes with a bad attitude and doesn't even fix the appliance properly. Now, again the same issues are happening- the pump simply does not kick in sometimes no matter what. This is a badly designed piece of junk and the service is fantastically PATHETIC!

                On 2nd of may i had purchased a product online (enhance green ro). They have promised that the product will be delivered within a week but till date I havn't received the product and when i call to customer care executive they are not responding me in a good way.

                    I bought euroclean wet and try, due to sales executive wrong commitment i raised the cancel (Req#[protected] on 24/04/2015. still i don't get any response from their side. i have called their helpline# more than 10 times. but simply they said like "today we will send the engineer to pickeup the device", but no action taken. Kindly help to cancel the order.

                        Dear Sir, I have purchased a water purifier "enhance UV" model from Prabir traders of west midnapur through an executive Mr.Santanu(cell no-[protected]) in the month of March 2015. Initially I had made a down payment of Rs.4000 and gave 6 cheques for the next 6 months installment of Rs.1775 each . But due to my medical problem the installment for the month of April was not cleared from my side as the cheque was dishonoured . More over I was not able to contact Mr.Santanu for further communication as I lost my cell phone, where his number was saved. Even he was trying to contact me over my phone . Worst part happened yesterday, he came to my home at Bankura and I was out of station for my official work. He shouted rigorously at my mother and threatened her in many ways . In a nutshell he misbehaved with my mother literally for Rs.1775 . Now today in the morning I returned home and came to know all the happenings from my mother . I rang Mr.Santanu asked the reason for his misdeed . He bluntly denied the fact . I requested him to uninstall the machine and take away the thing from my home . And I have made up my mind not to keep the machine and hence I have put a stop paymenzt to all the remaining cheques.                               I purchased Eureka Fobes Magna Water purifier in Dec 2014 and their sales person Mr Vijayakumar informed that if we also purchase Vaccum Cleaner then there is a LIFE TIME FREE SERVICE for BOTH. The person who came for FIRST TIME DEMO of vaccum cleaner demanded and took Rs. 150/-. I kept on calling Vijayakumar to give the written communication of the LIFETIME FREE SERVICE but he started becoming evasive. Right from the starting water purifier was giving problems and everytime someone came and rectified in a very hotch potch manner. Then few days back again it became faulty and again another person came and repaired. When enquired about lifetime warranty all of them CATEGORICALLY DENIED any LIFETIME FREE SERVICE. Today when I caught up with Vijayakumar he said the scheme is over and that I had purchased after the scheme !!! So the person Mr Vijayakumar has clearly CHEATED ME.

                                I have complained one month back for my Aqua reviva system for leakage. AFter 10 times calling the customer care, the engineer's came and ask for the nature of the complaint. Then they came and told us the pump is not working but they don't have spares, will come back again. Another 2 weeks gone. After calling customer care / shouted / cried / pleaded, they could give me the team leader name and number Mr. Premnath. After 5 times he could attend my call and again asked the same question, and he was complaining that I am not giving the exact nature of the compliant.??? Why I should explain, to him, he is supposed see the last log book of the call visited / or come and inspect the machine. Instead he was Sarcastically satiring me, unless I tell the nature of the complaint, he cannot take action.bring spares, then with my knowledge I was inform the nature, then he said it is a pumb problem, but the sapres is not availble, and informed me by today he will do the needful, But till now he has not visited, neither called me. now it is exactly 1 month, and we are without water, but paid 2 years AMC. Is the company is having any respect to the customer, or not. Please take action or otherwise repay my AMC fully with the one month suffereing loss. V shankar. [protected].                                   Dear Sir, I purchased the product Dr Megna (Aquaguard) water purified month ago. dt march 29th 2015. the product was getting installed on April 20th 2015 only . Still now am not able to use the product . i registed the complaint against the product via customer care many times but no use. and also they representative told so many false promise.I try to conduct the representative they are not response properly still now my problem was not rectify. my complaint nos are 91692930 & 81427034 & 81377139. i need to resolve my issue. its really worst service.

                                    Sales person Murugesan[protected] has sold the Aquaguard Reviva - 50 purifier on 15-Mar-2015. After the payment is completed he is not even responding for any of my query. Process is not explained. I have not received a receipt for my order. Also I checked with other Aquaguard technician & the TDS is very high around 192. So I want to get it rectified & need a warranty card along with receipt. The worst sales person I had seen & never expected this from Eureka Forbes. Please resolve my issue. Since my mobile number is not registered I am not able to file a service request also.

                                      I have placed an Online order on 29th April 2015 as per Eurek Forbes tele sales guidance and they have confirmed me that the product will be delivered in 5 days along with free gift + receipe book but as on today nothing happen when i contact the local customer care sales team they says that it is handled by Mumbai office and they gave me the contact number which is no one answering.                                         After purchasing a Nano RO on 14th Feb, 2015, barely a week later the Water purifier was not working. We have called on the helpline. The service personnel came 4 times and finally their effort went in vain. They have expressed their agony on the manufacturing defects. The machine has been laid inoperative. We launched complain this time to Khosla Electronics and on 8th Apr, 2015 a new machine was installed. We found a ray of hope that the defective one finally replaced. Unfortunately, the second machine again got non-functioning since 21st Apr, 2015 and on 22nd Apr, 2015 I launched a complaint through the helpline number. They have given me a docket bearing no. 81214763. I have requested that as drinking water is not available, the service engineer should be sent earliest. We have to drink water from the deep water reservoir which is a highly risky prone to various micro organism and arsenic. Not responded to my call, I again called on 24th Apr, 2015 quoting the docket no. and requested for urgent solution of the same. It is a great irony that till today neither it is attended for replacement/repair nor Eureka Forbes expressed their concern for the customer’s discomfort. Only one call has been received by my wife, however as she was in her office, she told the caller to attend after 6 pm of any day. However, nobody turns up till date. It is an unfortunate and surprising matter that company like Eureka Forbes can behave with their customers in this way. We are staying in a residential flat in Batanagar, Mahestala, Kolkata : 700139 and everyday morning before going to office myself and my wife have to stand in long queue for a bottle of water supplied by Municipality. It is so embarrassing to stand which ultimately lead to late attendance in office for both o[censored]s, resulting poor performance in respective professional arena. Even after completion of hard toil in corporate and my wife in outdoor sites we make queue in the night. Our humble question to Eureka Forbes : • what we did wrong in buying their nano ro product? • Who gives the Authority to Eureka Forbes to harass customer in this manner? • Are we supposed to stand in queue for water from municipal waterline over the years after purchasing Eureka Forbes Product? • What social status now we have as we stand in queue for a bottle of non-purified water? • Who will be responsible if anyone of our family members get affected due to non-purified water? Our request to your goodself please take the product back immediately and compensate us as deemed fit else we have no other way but to move as per the law of the land regarding our harassment.
