I have bought the Wet & Dry Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner by 28-Oct-14 by[protected] the Blue colour flexible tube has come out from the holder of one end which connects to the suction part. I have failed a complaint @ your call center & my complaint number: 78957348 I got a call from the service men saying that they can't come for this since it is a new i have assist only with the Agency where i have bought. Then i contacted the Agency: Venus RO Systems of Mr.Ramesh-[protected] / [protected] Tey said they will come and assist by next day for that assistance Mr.Rajesh kumar called me-[protected] Till now I am contacting them on daily basis no one is turning up to fix my problem.

    Ph – [protected] I have a Vacuum cleaner model of trendy Nano, About 2 months ago, it stopped working. Hence I went to the authorised center at M/s Gurukripa services, chinchwad pune. It was advised by them to replace the motor Which I agreed immediately.. But when a handed over them the unit, evenafter 2 months the service center was not able to service the same. Every time I used to call them for followup, there was some or the other reason to excuse. Many of the times the call itself was not answered & nobody bothered to call back about the status… Parallely, I have registered a service request on call center and the complaint no. is 78458196 There was no response for this as well.. In between, I have called your Kasarwadi Pune office as well to remind, there also no response received.. This has resulted in a huge discontent and dissatisfaction for Eureka forbes customer service.. I am going to stop using all your products and will spread the word among all my friends & relatives as well.. Now I have taken the unit back from the Gurukripa services, , Can you please look into the matter and send the technician? I have tried on your email at [protected]@eurekaforbes, com, it also showing as mailbox full for last 3-4 days.!!! All my details are available in your service data base.. ( based on mobile no)

    After escalation to CEO & Marketing head, the service request has now been attended.. The same complaint was forwarded '[email protected]'; '[email protected]'.. After which the things started moving .. The service center him self called me, serviced the unit and it was delivered at home..

      In 6 months, the filter's tap broke and for the past 3 months or more it is still not replaced. I have placed a complaint with their so called help line and called 5 times until now for a tap replacement- until now, no soul from the company has woken up from his deep sleep and even bothered to look into my complaint. Once a guy calls and says bring your filter to our service and I even did so but still no use. He says there's no tap in stock and for such small things he can't go home. At the time of selling a product, Eureka Forbes executives spoke their hearts out and claimed this product to be the best but when it comes to product quality and service, even a street side company would provide a better one. Such third rated quality products do not befit a so called great company which you claim to be so. You are losing your market value for sure For almost 3 months now, I am running from pillar to post to have one tap replaced. Friends, please seriously think 10 times before you buy a EF product. This is disgusting and frustrating. I regret our decision to buy a Eureka Forbes Amrit filter. [protected]

        This is the 4th time we are filing a complaint for providing bad equipment of water purifier & the EUREKA FORBES IS NOT DOING A SINGLE JOB TO FIX THE ISSUE OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT which has been purchased just before 05months ago. Maybe service department is not quite mature to handle the situation of their clients. ITS SAD & DISAPPOINTING MOMENT TO HAVE EUREKA FORBES as a choice FOR HOME APPLIANCES. Such a pathetic service and model we have never experienced. WE WANT TO A STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE SAME & SOLVE THIS ISSUE AT THE HIGHEST PRIORITY.

          I have purchased a new classic water purifier in end of October. its power switch got complaint and leakage from back side and front of the out let from the next day onwards. I have called the sales executive who placed it.he told he will make it correct.thereafter no response and i called customer care and registered a complaint. i didn't get any service, again i complained several times to sales executive.Yesteday technician came and found that complaint is for switch. The sales executive informed me as its having one year replacement warranty. I asked fro replacement and they are telling its no possible.

SNEHA ENTERPRISES, TIN NO: [protected], Ambedkar Nagar, shaktinagar, sonebhadra (u.p) 231223, Authorised Frnchisees of: Eureka Frobes Ltd. sales and service, To Mr. lal prasad Rana, Here Their comes a problem of leakage from bowl which is attached with filter to eureka forbes, Rajesh Yadav who came to made set to my home and from the purchase of 20/10/14 theirs comes a problem within a week so kindly made with this problem as soon as possible its because their can be another problem to us and to eureka too. we have complaints to 3 of the company persons (Rajesh yadav, govind, guljaar) by a call and all of them were telling it has to be repaired by one week... but it has not been repaired so its my humble request to solve this.. as soon as possible, i will be thankful for this...

              I have a Aquaguard Classic machine. I had registered a request for attending to the machine as early as 8 a.m. on[protected] on 3988 3333. I have been following up on that eversince with further calls on 17th, 18th and 19th. Till this time at noon on 19th no technician has turned up for servicing. I have an AMC valid upto Feb 2015. My customer # is [protected] and the complaint # of 18th is [protected]. I have been trying to talk to Sri Imayavaramban, Sales Manager whose tel # was given to me as[protected] by the call centre. He does not pick up the phone at all. One of his assistants asked me to ring up their franchisee Shajee Enterprises on Chennai # 4214 1402. The cat was out of the bag. I was told that the franchisee has ONLY ONE TECHNICIAN working. So he is not able to attend to calls. God help who buy Eureka Forbes products and enter into AMC with fond hopes.                     I have purchased the product AQUAGUARD BOOSTER online at www.eurekaforbes.com on[protected] which I received through courrier on[protected] and same day I raised request[protected] for installation. Started from[protected] I was continuously calling to customer care for the installation for 15 days where no one came for installation then I raised another request[protected] to cancel the product and return my money back to my account. Now its being almost two month I am following up with customer care and they keep telling me that we escalated your complaint, and you will get the call from our sales team. The product is at my home with seal packed where other side, today I noticed that on the website (www.eurekaforbes.com) they started AMC (Anual Maintenance[protected].                       HI, I purchased Aquagard Compact filter unit online on[protected]. I was told by sales person that it will be delivered to my home address and will be INSTALLED by company technician. Received the unit on[protected]. In spite of repeated phone calls and e-mails for installation it is not yet installed till today. On my complain one Mr.Bittu Singh from company came to my house and said that he will not install the unit and that i have to be a plumber and do it my self.It is comany's responsibility to install the unit in working condition.I even contacted one Mr. Sanjeev Agaraval (M[protected] from Aquaguard company and he assured me that company will install the machine immediately but no one has come for installation.Rita VoraM - [protected]CID no[protected]Surat

                        I had bought aquaguard enhance RO+UV on 28/10/13. I had put a service request on 9/11/14 since the filter had stopped working. The service man (Uchit Dutta, no. [protected]) arrived next day and said that all the candles and membrane have to be changed. I spoke to Snehasish Kundu(mobile no.: [protected]) who is the service manager in Jorhat. The new parts costed Rs. 3795. The service man said that the candles have to be changed every year. Plus I also paid annual AMC contract renewal amount. The total bill came up to Rs. 4725. This means every year I have to shell out around 5000 bucks for this aquaguard filter parts and warranty. Why was this not said when I purchased the filter??? Are these methods the company seeks to sell aquaguard parts every year? Then that means I have made a major mistake purchasing the Aquaguard product. Above all this, today I receive three message on our registered mobile number from Eureka Forbes saying that they have replaced the spares under Free of Cost basis during last visit. What is the meaning of this?? The service people charge and then they say its free of cost? Reimburse the amount then.                             Hi there, we have bought a Classic Aquaguard in 10.11.2013. At the time of purchase your sells personal told us that a single candle can continue for 2 - 3 years. There is no extra cost. Now after completion of a single year your service personal told us that we have to maintain amc every year with 1530 rupees. We are a middle class family so how can we afford this much. If your service person told us about this cost then we can shift for another company. We already fixed we will bought philips product. Your sales person misguided us. Now what will you do? Tell me as soon as possible. Previously same sells person misguided us to purchase a small vaccum cleaner. I have an Aquaguard Classic model. It is under AMC for two years from10.01.14 to 09.01.16 and I have paid Rs.2725 for this.It went out of order during late first week of October 2014 and a complaint was lodged with your helpline in the second week.A Technician by name Mr. Gnanasekaran came two three days after the complaint was registered and he took away the machine to his office at Jagannathapuram, Velachery as he said there was some fault in the board. In the meantime Diwali came and he said he would repair and bring it back after Diwali. But he did not bring even 10 days after Diwali.Atlast he brought it on 2nd or 3rd of this month, but even then he could not commission it as he told he forgot to bring some wire or tube. I have been repeatedly contacting your Help Line and I have spoken to almost all the Customer Care Executives but to of no avail. I also spoke to one of your Senior Executive Mr.V.P Singh three days back, who promised to restore it immediately.But nothing has happened so far and the fact remains that the equipment is not in use for nearly a month. Apart from this, We are forced to buy water can costing Rs.35 pre can ever since you failed to repair., although we never used can water. I am extremely sorry the way in which this has been handled and strongly condemn your callous attitude to your customers. Here, I need to mention that to cover up your lapse on the complaint made in early October new complaint number is being assigned every time I approch your staff to know the status of my complaint.                                     Just after two days of buying aquasure elegant Ro we have to call the customer service as the water coming was very bitter in taste not drinkable at all, the agent on the call said issue will be resolved today(what a relief).Three days gone by no issue resolved even after calling them again and again .Finally after three days the agent came without much care about how we are dealing without pure water having kids in the family but the company does not care at all .He then said the membrane of the product is defective ( new product and defective) and has to be changed, assured us he will come tomorrow in the morning. Since two days and we have no clue where is he and where is the bloody company . This is by far the worst product ever purchased wish i had read the reviews earlier would never have buy it then.They are cheating us openly and no value for the problems we are facing .I wish this company fall into debt and wind up as it is so useless what is the company for when it cant deliver good products or resolve the issues or show some care but none and none will ever be they just simply don't care.so upset i wasted my hard earned money on this stupid product.Please never but this.

                                      I have purchased one Enhance RO+UV water purifier on 3rd week of September 2014. After seven days I am facing problem with that machine. I informed customer service about my problem. Technician visited and told me that connection was not done properly at the time of installation and that's why the problem arise. he also told it will create problem frequently if connection not made properly. then i called sales person Mr. Bijay Mukherjee (office : Kasba, Contact no: [protected]) and informed about the same. At the time of installation I also noticed it to Mr. Bijay, then he assured that no problem will arise in future due to this type of connection. Every place they are doing connection like this. Now i can realize it was his false commitment. So that they can set the machine with shortcut. actually he was hurry. Repeatedly he forcing technician to do it fast. He totally cheated me. also I have pay Rs. 300 extra for the connection where as at the time of demonstration it was told by sales person Mr. Bijay Mukherjee that I don't have to pay for the connection. It's totally free installation. Now since last two weeks machine totally stopped. I have registered complain to customer care, another technician visited and told me the same problem and told me to contact the sales person to rectify it. I called Mr. Bijay and after so many attempts he picks up my call and told it will rectify shortly. Now almost one month left but no positive result and now his phone is not picked up. It's really disappointed for me that i have spend so much money for a machine which I can not use. Since one month also I am paying for the packaged drinking water to purchase. Now I don't know to whom I should contact. Who will solve the problem? Please help me to sorted out this problem. So that I can use this machine. PLEASE HELP
