I purchased a water filter online for the sum of 2, 499 on the 8th of April 2015. I have not received the product and none of my emails have been answered regarding when it will be delivered. I have written to the company again requesting a refund but have not heard any reply from them. my transaction ID is[protected] Customer ID[protected]

    Hi, I Purchased on 8/4/2015 through Online Mode, my customer id [protected], One of Your executive will call me an he suggested wrong Product. The product name is ENHANCE UV, so my water will be very hard and TDS also 800. this product is not suitable For my water. I sent more mails to Ur Customer Care .But No Reply, Please give me the correct person details and contact me Immediately who will Handel those On-line payment issues and all. I don't wont any Sales person and Local Dealers Contacts .All ready i Spoke with them also But they can't solve my Problem. They told me u ask customer Care only. Finally i asked please give the concern person who will Handel the Online payment issues .I am trying to contact Ur customer care service from 13 days, but they are not give proper response also. Note: Please Refund my Amount. I raised many complaints and many times. so that i am suffer with lot .I spoke with Shusma, Devaraj, Shivam, Preethi, Harish, and Vineeth. Still They also not solve my problem.For mobile Bill only Rs.1000 is over from last 12 Days. there are complaint numbers are 91668411, 9166154, 91713316. so i don't want this product. please take it back.       DT.22.04.2015 SIR, I BOUGHT ACQUAGARD WATER PURIFIER SEVEN YEARS BACK. I HV DONE AMC AFTER WARANTY PERIOD. THIS TIME ALSO I HAVE DONE AMC UP TO 2016. IT IS MY MISTAKE I HV DONE THIS. EVERY TIME I WANT SERVICE, I HV TO CALL UR PERSON THROUGH CUSTOMER CARE NO. BUT UR PERSON IS TAKING THEIR OWN TIME. SOME TIME THEY WILL COME, SOME TIME THEY WILL NOT COME. I AM GIVING YR SERVICE RATING AS (- MINUS 100%). PL NOTE THAT I HV CALLED THIS TIME SERVICE FROM MONDAY ONWARDS. TILL DT. NO BODY ATTENDED MY CALL. TODAY I HV CALLED CUSTOMER CARE.         But am receiving a call from Local Sales Person. He told me we can't do anything to do. They told me that Please ask customer care persons only.

        Am expecting calls from who will Handel the Online payment, those persons only call me and Refund my amount Immediately .

          Hi I am Hanuamntagouda Patil Customer id : [protected]. Mobile no [protected] We purchased AQUAGUARD GENEUS on 12th April 2015, but still the product is not delivered at my home. Sales person was told me that product will be delivered within 7 days but still it is not delivered. I called customer care number provided in the company website many times but there was no proper response. I wrote mails to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com what was the problem. Eureka forbes company services so poor.dont purchase them my friend.

            The service technician (Kalpesh Sodye, Id no. 54036) from Sai Siddhi Services was very rude. After replacing the filter he asked for payment, but refused to give a receipt saying they never give a receipt. I refused to pay without receipt so he removed the filter and took it back. I have forwarded the complaint to area manager Lalchand Yadav. EUREKA FORBES SERVICE IS CONSISTENTLY THE WORST.

            Its been 2 weeks that i have been placing complaints over phone, via online complaints, personal complaints to the technician, still my problem hasn't been resolved. Atrocious service by eureka forbes. This is the last time i'll be buying a product of eureka forbes. Total cheats these people are, they charge you AMC service contract for the entire year and do no service our the year unless called upon and begged to come and do the service. Now when the purifier has gone bad, its been 2 weeks, This bunch of worthless people have not done anything to resolve the issue. The machine is not working at...

              Dear sir I had purchased a aquaguard total enhance ro on dated 24-09-13 having customer id-[protected] and invoice no-[protected]. Three days back i found its water storage tank bottom got cracked and it started leaking, while no external harm done to it.so i lodge a service request no-[protected] on 18-04-15 and today i got call from your service centre and they are asking total amount 0f 1200 rupees for replacement. But i suggest it is a manufacturing defect which leads to cracking of water tank .technically it was just passed your warranty period but having such problem so early is a rare case so it should be replaced free of cost.               i am writing this update just to remind eureka forbes about my problem of CRACKED WATER TANK.and want to know about the action you will take. As problem came to my notice after 1 year warranty period, but such problem( cracking of water tank) was not acceptable even if it was occured just after 5 months of warranty period and must be replaced by company without any cost.

                SIR, I BOUGHT A WATER FILTER ON 29/9/14 AND AS PER THE TERM THE MACHINE NEEDS A GENERAL SERVICE. I WAS AKSED TO CALL AT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE BUT FOR 10 DAYS THEY DIDNT ENTERTAIN MY CALL AND LATER THEY ASKED THAT THE MACHINE HAS NOT BEEN REGISTERED YET. I ASKED THEM WHAT IS THE SOLUTION BUT THEY DIDNT HELP ME. I M HAVING THE ORIGINAL BILL WITH ME YET HOW COME THE MACHINE HAS NOT BEEN REGISTERED. THIS KIND OF SERVICE WAS NEVER EXPECTED FROM EUREKA FORBES MY FAMILY HAS BEEN A PART OF YOUR CONCERN FROM PAST 5 YEARS..                   I had purchased Eureka forbes Expert water purifier -RO eight months back and within guarantee period. Now its not working and LCD screen shows blank. Still water is filled in the tank. I have tried to call on the call centre, nobody is picking up the phone and subsequently i called Mumbai number and still no response. I have paid Rs.21000.00 to the water purifier. Worst customer service i have ever seen. Hence take action against such company simply grabing money from the customers.

                  Even after 72 hours nobody attended for servicing.. Request you to escalate same and do the needful. Request you to suggest what further action can be taken against the company.

                        Dear Madam/Sir, Aquaguard sells their product door to door trapping the consumers with propaganda of benefits of new machine. This year 2015 in January, Aquaguard sales person appeared at my door and sold me "Aquaguard Magna" describing the health benefits of this new machine.Since the purchase of this one, five times there were snags.Again today i have lodged the complain with the ref-[protected]. Sine it is in warranty period, so they will repair it free of cost.But i am worried, seeing the frequency of snags, when warranty period is over how many times i have to pay for such repair. I had purchased "Aquaguard Reviva" four years back still it is working fine but "Aquaguard Magna", though both are installed adjacent to, has stopped working many times within the span four months only.                         since the last time, after having requested Aquaguard for permanent soultion of the malfunctiong machine "Aquaguard Magna", i have registered complain 14-15 times atleast through my registered mobile number:[protected] and to name a few complain numbers are:81390566, [protected] etc.but now since last two times of my registering complain no body from Aquaguard has turned up and since then it is out of order though it is in warranty period.
                        i am of firm believe that their sales person has definitely sold me a machine which is in early stage to establish reliabilty.it has been sold on completely false ground.
                        through this form, i would suggest in line FSSAI with there, too, should be institution to check such electronics products which are being sold on false ground and false promise.

                          [protected]@eurekaforbes.com Hi All, I have purchased Aqua guard nector - R.O on 06/06/2014 of 14, 500/ ( Serial no. [protected] / TIN no. [protected] / Receipt no. 820). Since 10/07/2014 i m facing issue with indication of "filter replacement" as well as water is not purifying. We found insect and dirt in the purifier, we have complaint to local service center ( Sahyadri complex, near bhadbada road, Bhopal M.P) - Mrs. Usha Nair and contact number[protected], as per them PVC / Circuit Board is faulty and need to replace but no one have came to replace it under warranty till now they just come clean the purifier with water call it "service done" against my complaint. But after several complaint no one have rectified the issue even no complaint number / reference number against our complaint is provided. Please look into the issue and replace our aqua guard nector R.O. Hope i will hear from your customer care team soon else i will take necessary legal action against the company for this faulty product.

                              I registered a Service Request No. is: [protected] on 14th April 2015, which was answered by your Franchisee Technician Mr. Amit Acharekar of M/s. Vivel Services Employee ID 50969 at 1630 hrs.

                              The problem was that the filtered was clogged.

                              I have to complain about his behavior which was extremely rude, because he was speaking on the phone half the time that he was servicing the filter - he broke one of trays while NOT paying any attention to the job.

                              After some how he finished servicing the filter was still clogged and he was NOT ready to listen to my reasoning that it is still clogged, but when I refused to sign his work order did he reluctantly opened the filter once again with brute force as to try to break it as a retaliation.

                              When I demanded his ID, he didn't want to give it - but I insisted and he handed it to me - when I took a photo he used abused language.

                              We have owned Aqua Guard filter for a long time and even signed up an AMC, because the previous technician Mr. Salim always visited our home to servicing and was very cordial and courteous, we never had any problems with him.

                              But Mr. Amit Acharekar is the worst type of person that could be working for your brand and it's reputation.

                              I would like to know what action you have taken against him for this misdemeanor.

                                I bought a an Aquasure from Aquagaurd UV UF Prime water filter from Adeshwar Vijaynagar on 27th of March. The technician came next day and installed the filter only to find the water filter was faulty and the technician visited 2 or 3 times but the problem was not fixed, After that they told us they would give a replacement, They came to my house and dismantled my purifier and kept it in a box. Now i haven't got my replacement yet they are just delaying. When i called the Manager of Aquasure by the name Prakash with the phone number [protected] he was very rude and told me that " You can do whatever you want, go file a complaint if you want, you have to wait until we give you a replacement" Now i'm just wondering if this is how a customer support manager would talk in such an unprofessional manner. It reflects the whole company. After paying 9000/- rs i don't have a water filter now. Aquagaurd is not helping out they are very rude and immature.

                                    Existing SR no: 81094971. I live in Dankuni Housing, Hoogly, kolkata, west bengal. I am using aqua guard magna model for 4 months. Last 1 week, i am facing some issues and complaint with local servicing center. After 3 days they have suddenly identified that there is a problem in the sensor, so it is not working. They confirmed that they will resolve the issue. But very next day they have stopped taking call and after several tries when the call has been received by them they are saying company will take care this we have nothing to do. Who is the company, what is role of local service center, this is not expected at all from a company like this. Request logged for 4 days, no phone call, no executive visit to check even where the problem is. I don, t know whether this compliant will go to the company or not. But please do something as in dankuni water problem is severe and that's why we went for aquaguard.
