I live in Choithram Hospital campus, Manik baug road, Indore.
My water filter is Forbes Aquaflo Designa, purchased in Pune in the year 2006/7. Its filter candle was last changed in July'14. It is to be replaced after 6 months. I have been calling Mr. Ram kunwar, local, Eureka Forbes, service in charge. He promised to come many times but never turned up. Some weeks ago, I got a call from the company. I told this matter to them. They gave a local EF care taker's (Mr.Babu) number_[protected]. Today, when I called him he said he would forward this to your Bhopal office (no.[protected]. However, he advised me to ring up to them and tell this problem. When I called them, instead of promising me to send someone to give me a service they kept on asking me my old Pune contact number, which is not in use and I forgot a long time ago.
This is strange.
Will my filter candle be changed or not? Please note the filter is functioning very well. Only its candle needs to be changed.
