I ve purchased eureka forbes water puripurifier aqua flo dx on 24 dec 2014 ...then i gave a call to the customer care centre for the installation of it ...thev promised to send their engineer for the fitting of the same ...however today is 29 dec and i still have not any kind of support from them...it is so rediculous ...i am continuously calling ur customer care no but they are keeping me on hold for long time ...and even after that no response has ben recd so far ...please wake up and send some body immediately...

    Dear Sir, I have purchased an enhance RO Aquaguard in the year of 2011. After one year of warranty period I did AMC for a period of Two years i, e from dated-09.12.12 to 08.12.14 with worth Rs.7800/-. At the time of AMC it was clearly told that the AMC will cover two time change of water filter candle both inside and out side. But during the entire AMC Period they have changed only once. The very next day of the expiry of AMC period i, e on dated-09.12.2014 my machine was out of order and after repeated intimate to the service centre they are asking for more amount approximately Rs.2500/- to repair the same. Being a old customer of Eureka Forbes, I have never faced such type of services from you. Your service centre was really disappointed me during the entire AMC period. Hence, I am sincerely request you to please do the needful at your end as soon as possible so that my family will get safe drinking water. Anticipating your quick response in this regard.       On 25th Oct 2013, we have purchased Aqua sure kitaanu magnet from srihari steel palace in Nagarjuna nagar, Tarnaka, Hyderabad - 500017. From the day one it was slow and after two months it was dead slow. We had to wait for 3-4 days to get 10 glasses of water. We did complain to the dealer. He suggested to wash the filter etc we implemented all the suggestions. Day one was okay but from day two onwards the problem was the same. Recently vexed with the repeated complaints to the dealer, we took the item and left it there. He gave to the company person and after a week gave it back saying the filter has some problem. When the problem was informed when it surfaced, i demanded the company should change the defective piece. Till now no replacement. A number of times we brought to the notice of the dealer. Finally lodging online complaint. When complaint was lodged, if the dealer dilly dallies and crosses the warranty period, what should the consumer do? I had trusted Eureka Forbes but now I really repent for not going for other popular brands. I request you to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

Since April 2014 the machine is getting out of order at regular interval. As per your sales rep. version this m/c is a trouble free one. My feeling is that I have purchased a problem. I have been using your water purifier for the past 13 years & I have never experienced such problem in the past. You are requested to solve the problem at the earliest & remove root cause that brings the M/c out of order. At present I am having two m/c of your Company. RO Green is going trouble free & RO genious is a nightmare.

This consumer name was Mr. Biswajit Roy.He is my elder brother & the customer code was [protected]. .This complaint no is 79142918 & 90719042 and aqua-guard machine does not work. before one month ago The service engineer and Branch Manager(kolkata) has threat to me by phone and miss behave to me on the spot and all employees didn't work in EUREKA FORBES Company (kolkata). Before few month ago the service engineer damage my home machine on the spot.This home machine is inverter but the service engineer told me that i don't damage your home machine and he lie.That is why I requested you sir that service engineer who will come from Mumbai to Kolkata will visit to my home in the morning on Monday. At first I will check your id proof and certificate of technical and No objection certificate of company Then the service engineer will check my aqua-guard machine and I can't show aqua-guard machine service history to the website. This site is www.eurekaforbes.com but why can i not show my total machine service history. As your problem but I wanted to show my total machine service history through online. My problem don't solve till now 1 month.That is why I decided that I do not want the machine of Auaguard in EUREKA FORBES Company and now the money of thirteen thousand two hundred and five(13, 205 Rs)will be return to my home immediately.Explain the money is (Auaguard + pump + Amc =7190Rs + 1830 + 4185). If you don't solve my problem then I will satisfied that Eureka Forbes Company is Very very Frot FROT FROT FROT Now I wanted that All employ's should be dismissed of eurekaforbes in kolkata and this Action is taken immediately. if you don't action immediately then I will send my problem to the office Ombudsman and office consumer forum.               Dear Concerned, This is with great frustration I am writing this email. We had bought 'Aqua guard water purifier' during the last week of Aug 2014. Due to domestic reasons (space constraint) we had returned back the product intact within 30 days from the date of purchase. Mr. Yogananthan #[protected] was the representative who attended this deal. Right from Sept 2014 we have been following up for the refund of paid amount (Rs. 15000). But we are yet to receive the payment. Its almost 3 months time yet every time we call there is no answer as well. I hope this complaint of mine will be addressed on top priority.                 I had placed the order 2 years back & payment was also maid by me & till date the full security system has not been installed at my site. I had contacted many times to Mr Shyam having its mobile no.[protected], to Mr Anish having its mobile no.[protected], to Regional Head having its mobile no.[protected] . In my absence my family lives alone & if any mishap is there, Eureka Forbes will be solely liable for the same which may please be noted as the Eureka Forbes is failed to complete the security system of my house. I also reliazing that I had wrongly made the payment to Eureka Forbes & eureka forbes is totally failure on completing the job of installation of Security System and also not taking any action on the sales representatives like Shyam. If the company is not in position to install and complete the security system then the company should close its service & windup & should return the advance amounts to its customers.                 The security system has till date not completed. it seems that the company is delebrately involved in not providing the services & not providing the equipments & taking back the equipments illegally without the consent of the owner for which he has paid 2 years back

                  Since September I have been calling the customer care for service. There was only one visit by the technician who made an AMC but no service of nano ro was done. Rq no. Is 78729129. After that I have called the customer care many times and every time I am given a new complaint number, but no technician comes over to check the nano ro. Please look to it. My nano ro needs a service asap.

                    A sales representative of Eureka Forbes came to our home saying that he is from Philips(We are using Philips water purifier). He played with us with his words and eventually convinced us to book a product and took 500 advance from us and said if we do not like the product it will be refunded immediately. Also provided us a receipt for 500 cash which is also an invalid receipt. I am attaching that. Later when we said that we don't want to take the product he said that he has to do some formalities and cannot return the money immediately and behaved with us in quite a bad manner. Since then we have not heard from him. Whenever we call him he gives some kind of excuses. Al I want to say is we do not want the money back. But I want the company to immediately take harsh action against this kind of employee. This is not expected from such a renowned brand. I do not have much details of this representative.                       On 24th November i have make a complain Reference No 79172941; the complain is yet not resolved. 2 or 3 technical has visit and all have different view but problem are yet not resolved. I am using this eurekaforbes acquguard since last 10 years and have regular AMC of the product but it can't resolved. Since last 1 week daily i chess up but no technician has attend the call.I don't expect such wrest service from eurekaforbes.

                          I am using eureka forbes aquaguard...i pay my yearly servicing charges on time without fail...i have my grace period upto march 2015...but since last 3 months i am facing a servicing problem...i have being keeping on complaining about the same problem but no correct servicing is being rendered...the servicing people are telling that they have to change the tranformer but they are not doing that...it has been 3 months since then and i got vexed with this...i had also filed a sms service request for which i havent even received any servicing..complaint no:-[protected]...please take immediate action in this regard at the earliest possible time..

                          Last week i purchased one EUROCLEAN vacuum cleaner from EUREKA FORBES CUDDALORE, TAMILNADU . In that new vacuum cleaner supplied the representative failed to find the connector to the hose. He made a commitment to me that the spare will be arranged next dayand collected the whole amount from home. After repeated calls and persuation also they are telling the same story "the material will arrive ". If a new custormer is having this type of ill-treatment what will be the my hope in their after sales and service?

                          i dont know the reason for the poor response from a reputed company like EUREKA FORBES. Is due to lack of review from top management OR M/S Eureka forbers is thinking that the materal will move based upon thier brand name.

                          OVER ALL EXPERIENCE WITH EUREKA FORBES CUDDALORE VERY POOR.

                            My Aqua Guard is out of order since Dec 9 2014. I lodged a complaint with the Customer Care on Dec 10 2014 and the complaint number was - [protected]. No response. Second complaint was lodged on Dec 18 2014 and the complaint number was[protected] and I was given full assurance that it would be given top priority. No response. Third complaint was lodged today Dec 20 2014 and the complaint number was [protected]. Again the Customer Care executive gave me full assurance that today by evening my problem will be resolved. No response. Tomorrow is Sunday so action is expected. I wonder how long I will have to ask for water from others due to the apathy of "FRIEND FOR LIFE" .WILL ANYBODY LISTEN AND ADDRESS MY PROBLEM????

                            Dear Mr Zakera. My name is Babulal and even I am facing the same problem you have faced. We surely need to take some hectic action against these people for making false promises, neglecting customers, not at all coming for service after giving AMC also.
                            Most important the technicians do not receive our call and in case they receive it, the technicians speak in a very rude way and tell us to contact some other technician though the job is assigned to that technician.

                              Iam venkat already i launched complaint with you. now eurekha forbes had sent my cheque for clearance even after i given the notice of order cancellation and notice on stop payment to bank as well as to eurekha team bangalore, due to poor response from the team people also without any product except a defective demo product.but they sent cheque and got dishonoured in my account which affected my smooth operation of my account so far without any dishonour in bank history, i want them to remove the defective demo product and return my cheque with compensation for time, tension and pressure, disturbance to health of my family and bank accont etc immediately.

I purchased Aqua Guard Enhanced UV on recommendation of Your Mr. Prafull Kumar Acharya Sr. Customer Sale Specialist. His code is 9052783 and his contact No is [protected]. I purchase this product on 27/09/2014 and installed on 30/09/2014. I made payment through HDFC Bank cheque No 728562 dated 01/10/2014 against Order No/ receipt[protected]. I have company printed order form copy. The sales person suggested me to purchase Enhanced UV at the current TDS level but service man suggest me for Enhance RO+UV. The sales person also committed me 8 litter Water storage capacity but it actually it is 7 litters only. Even hi is given in written. After repetitive request to Mr Prafull Kumar Acharya for Bill/Invoice on Phone or SMS only response was Aaj, Abhi, Abhi Karbata hun, Sir Aaj aapko 100 % mil jaye ga but I don’t get it from last 2 months. I make complaint regarding the bill 2-3 times. some complaints numbers are 79448022, 90862617 . Product (AG Enhance UV) is also problematic. It create different problem since purchase Tap leakage.No water filtration, Even same problem come again and again.Services are also poor. Now 2 months passed.                                   Sir I have bought Aquasure Nector RO recently. It dont even last for 6 month & now it down totally. When I try reaching Customer Care, the response is very poor. No support from them at all. Two person came for servicing the product, they made more problem still completely not working. They do not know how to repair the product. There had been so many reminder to Aquasure but nothing happened. This is third month still no resolution. Aquasure people did called up but the vendor did not turned up till date.                                     I had logged request for servicing of my Aqua Guard- Crystal on 16.12.2014. Two service guys come to service my machine. After 2 hours of working on machine, they told me that there some part is broken in machine. We surprise to see that those service persons are not trained enough to handle the machine and had broken my machine. Even after I told them to replace the same because we had taken 3 year service scheme. But to our surprise, they told that they are not carrying those broken parts and will come afterwards and replace them. After 3 days nobody has come to replace those machine parts and servicing. We had to take drinking waters from neighours. What a pathetic service.

                                    Now I will bound to approach customer grievance cell or consumer court for getting fault corrected.

                                    EK dum Chor company hai aap ki and choro ko employ kar rakha hai.

I was worked as an accountant in M/s.EUREKA FORBES LIMITED from Nov 17 2010 to 4th April 2014.In that period a company recovered PF amount from my every month salary. After resignation my company is not respond to refund my PF amount. I sent lot of mail to company. But no response. I don't know my PF number also. Because they are not given the PF number to any Employee. How can I get my PF amount from the company.

                                        I am having RO- Aqua Expert worth Rs 19573. My Registered Mobile No is [protected]/[protected]. I have been complaining several time (around 4 times in last 6 months) and got repaired many times though it is less than 1 year of Purchase. I think, I got damaged Peace. From last 2 days, my RO Plant is dead. I have registered complaint before 2 days only in your complaint cell (complain no.[protected] but answer comes is ---ok sir, some body will come to resolve your Problem but no body has come till now. Also in my feedback last time I had clearly mentioned that unit shud be replaced in case problem reoccurs. you know, water is a Prime and essential requirement and for last 2days and more...my RO is dead and no body from Aquaquard is listening to my Complaint. Forget about listening even lady executive told me that go to shop from where you purchased..i am not understanding the attitude and way of customer relations as service center is suppose to act on warranty and not shop keeper. Without water, I am facing a big Trouble. In apartment, what to do for Drinking water. How many days, one ask water from neighbour? I was having good Opinion about Aquagard but now i do not know when my problem will be resolved? You are requested to look in to my Complaint and on Priority as 2 days more gone to complaint registration. With Expecting to Resolve the Issue.
