Executive named "Vishal" from 'pure water solutions' having contract on company basis abused me on phone and told"jahan margi complaint kar de" and hang up the phone. Kindly resolve my complaint. and kindly cancel such person contract with company. I have already filed a complaint on company customer care then only his executive came and problem was not resolved. again i called up then he started abusing. Kindly help to resolve as my r o is not working and we are in trouble. Executive phon no is [protected] on which the person misbehaved.

    I purchased a air purifier DETOX from Eureka Forbes on 15 Feb2015. From the very first day, the machine is not working. I tried contacting their sales person but no one answered the phone. Thereafter I lodged a complaint with their customer service no.80376462 dated 21/02/2015. I have sent another complaint on their web site also but NO RESPONSE so far. I again contacted twice their customer service but despite promise o[censored]rgent action, there is no response. I feel cheated and do not know what next should be done. Please HELP.

      Bought a water purifier (model - Crystal) from Vasanth & Co, Tirunelveli on 16.01.2015. The purifier was installed on 19.01.2015. The engineer who cam for the installation could not make the product work. He called his superiors for help, who guided him on the call, end of which the purifier started dispensing water. However, the water dispensed by the machine emitted a plastic smell. A complaint in respect of the same was made to area service centre the same day. An executive visited and checked the product and confirmed that the water developed a foul smell after it passed through the purifier. He stated that he shall escalate the complaint. Thereafter after multiple follow ups, an executive landed up to collect the water samples (both the normal tap water and the water dispensed from the purifier) on February 2015. After this is there was no further communication from the service centre. On following up after a week later on 20.02.2015, we were told (by one Mr. Sasikaran from Chennai service center) that the product was defective and shall be replaced in a week's time. Now even after two weeks we are yet to receive the replacement. Mr. Sasikaran is not attending to calls, and the local service centre is not giving a satisfactory response. Bought the water purifier trusting the high standards of customer service of Eureka. It is sad that the Company has broken my trust in it. I am seriously considering to approach the consumer forum to get my grievance addressed. Request all to be careful and outright return a defective product, since once you accept it, you are stuck with it and have to run (unsuccessfully) pillar to post to get it replaced.

        We are using Eureka Forbes Filter, we faced a problem & Raised a request. From Suchitra circle - PIN 500055, technicican Mr. Jagannath Came & he cleaned the filter & asked to install a pre-filter, we agreed for that, they changed 1000/- for that. But after all these issue was not resolved then started calling him, nextday he was back & said internal filetrs are gone. We paid 1000/- & he replaced. But still we had the issue. Then after too many calls his manager Srikanth said, he will come check. But he didnt came. The same Jagannath came & this time he said issue is with the pump. He taken the machine then ... for next 4 days... no one is taking the call.

          This is Senthilkumar, bought AquaSure Xpert 4 months back in Bangalore. Since bought, always getting some other issues and used to call contact centre. Again, around 12 days back, machine is showing “Fault C” and not working. One person named Mr Lingraj attended the issue and told that he would solve the issue within 24hrs. After that around 4 to 5 complaints I gave through web, SMS and via contact center. Nobody has come so far. Really I fed up with the service and buying the water from outside past 10 days.             my aquaguard is lying dead for last 5 days and im continously following it up with customer care everyday. but nobody in eureka is bothered. these guys come very easily when AMC renewal is required. but when it comes to service, they disappear. I WILL SUE EUREKA FOR THIS HARASSMENT.

              my aquaguard sensa was not working since sunday.today morning when i called on [protected] and booked the complaint, i was told that the technician will visit us at5pm.i requested for an early visit around 3pm.after coming back from hospital, i was waiting for the technician.again i called at 5.40pm, they said the technician is in our area n will be coming soon.i waited till 7pm leaving all my work aside.nobody has attended.this is the same response everytime.iam fed up with the service.kindly take strong action against eurekaforbes.

                    My aquaguard ( model Nova ) is on AMC. Its water flow switch is not working for past 4 months. The local Eureka Forbes mechanic did some temporary adjustment but it's still not working. I was told t It needed replacement which will come from Coimbatore . But it never came and my aquaguardis lying unrepaired. I have also complained by SMS several times at [protected].                       Still writing so many mails and lodged 5-6 complaints nothing happened. I don't get any service except one call and on missed call. The person told me on phone this require some part change or require senior person visit but nothing happened. till today. 5 months passed. My problem is Water purifier stop working . after some times it start again working. Time is not fixed. It may be 10 minutes to 2 days. Some complaint no and dates as below to see you support performance. after these complaint no visit by your support staff.[protected][protected] [protected] [protected] If you require other complaint no before this I will provide these . problem is same. It stop working frequently. Your product as well as your service are very poor. I feel I made a mistake to purchase Enhance UV. anyway, Please arrange technician visit as soon as possible to solve this problem permanently. Currently Filter is out of order since Saturday evening.

                        When I was enquiring about this product, I used to get calls everyday from Eureka Forbes. A guy named Aditya used to call me from Mumbai. Once I got the product, no body called. From last 3 days the product the product is not installed and all the helpline numbers are always busy. I logged a request but still no go. The escalations handled by Miss Anu Kotian ([protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in) does not even respond to the escalations raised. Very poor customer service and after sales service.

                        We bought enhance UV from Eureka Forbes online. We received the product on 27th March 2015. Till day there is no one who has visited to have this installed. We have been calling the support number everyday, but there is nobody turning up. The representatives always gives us false promises and the number they provide to contact no body picks it up.

                          I have been calling Eureka Forbes for the 7th time today for getting my filter tap fixed, every time I am promised that they will send someone buy noone have turned up yet. This is after paying Rs. 6000 AMC. The filter costs Rs.16000 and we were not told that the service charges will be Rs.5500 annually because thats the cost of the candles/mechanism inside.The tap that comes with a Rs.16000 filter has always been unsteady and wobbly which finally fell off after a year. The filters pipe got blocked after a year and we had to go through the endless calls and follow ups to get that fixed just like we r doing now to get the tap fixed. I regret having bought such an expensive fiilter expecting that service and quality will match the price.

                            I HAVE PURCHASED AN AQUA GUARD TOTAL SENSA MODEL INTHE YEAR 2008 FROM YOUR CHENNAI ANNA NAGAR BRANCH . EVAR SINCE I PURCHASED THE PRODUCT THE MACHINE ENCOUNTERD MANY PROBLEMS BUT YOUR SERVICE PERSONNEL NEVER ATTENDED TOTHE PROBLEMS IN TIME . NEVER DID THEY ATTENDED TO THE PROBLEM TO MY SATISFACTION.                               I lodged a request to FREE service my Aquasure water filter with "AQUA SHARP SERVICE, BP. CODE: 14812, SEC-3, ROHINI BRANCH"
                              The technician Pramod while servicing the filter offered to install "Aquaguard Water Filter Cartride" for Rs. 375/- After installing and servicing when asked for the proper bill he misguided by putting the amount on "SERVICE ACTIVITY REPORT" which clearly says "This is not a bill. Don't pay against this report". When called at Aqua Sharp Service office phone number [protected] one Ms. Kumud told she would mail a copy of the bill. So I asked I would wait for 5 mins for the E-mail and after receiving the bill would make the payment. So she then said it is not possible to mail today and she would then send a physical copy tomorrow at my residence. So I told her when I would receive the copy of bill the payment would be cleared.
                              Then she told me to not get the candle installed and asked me to return the candle which was already installed. How can she tell me if I should buy or not buy something? Why is she not providing the Bill? She and her colleague Ms. Sonia has further told me that they do not provide any bills when they sell to customers (Recorded call conversation) and only when asked they mail the bill in 1-2 days. When I contacted at Customer care and lodged my complaint they again provided the contact number of AQUA SHARP SERVICE and disconnected the call. (Recorded call conversation)

                              I hope you understand the fraudulent nature of this sale and take most strict action against this company.

Aquaguard is the worst brand ive ever used we also have kent and all the part are easily available.the main thing is that was purchsed top end model of aquaguard geneus. That no one can in the whole district. Now we planned to hire a lawyer and post a complaint to court for this thing.

                                      I have booked a water purified on 20.02.2015 with your company through one Mr. Virendera Singh Cell No. [protected] and have issued a cheque for an amount of Rs. 10, 490/- for purchase of the product. I was told that the machine will be supplied to me by monday. Thereafter I have been constantly calling him for supply of the product. However, till date I have not received the delivery but only false promises that machine is on the way and will be delivered to you anytime. I can show you the call records from my mobile.

                                      In view of the above, I call upon you to investigate the matter, why the machine has not been delivered to me till date and what is the status.

                                      Without prejudice to above, I intend to initiate action for deficiency in service, which please not,

                                        Hi, i own a aquaguard RO enhance model and is on AMC for the 3rd consecutive year. I rarely call the customer care, but when i do for any issue the service is very poor. Its been 4 days since i registered a complaint, but no one has attended till now. My mobile no. is [protected] and the complaint ref no. is [protected]. I had called 3 times to remind your customer care and all that they do is give me assurance of sending someone at the earliest, but no one has turned up till now. I would like to redress this issue to the consumer redressal forum here in chennai if continues to be unattended . I am quiet surprised inspite of being in chennai, a metro city, it takes unusual so long to even attend a complaint that too for a customer on a AMC . I also feel aquaguard shoud take steps to cancel contract of such irresponsible service centers, which only spoils eureka forbes reputation. thanks for any response in advance, and let me know if you need any futher details

                                        Hi, thanks eureka for your reply and thanks consumer complaints.in for escalating this issue and solving . A aqua guard executive visited my home yesterday and solved the issue finally . It would be great if the executives attend to the issues within the stipulated time in future and if they cant, atleast let us know the reasons for the delay, so we will be too happy to cooperate. I appreciate aquaguard for taking up this matter seriously and solving my case . The service executive ( mukesh) who visited me was so polite and did a great job .I am happy it ended up this way . Thanks
