My name is Roshan, called Eureka Forbes for a new water purifier, My Order # is [protected]. I paid the full amount of 15, 500rs for Enhance Ro. I was told that the product will be delivered in 2 days by the sales representative and now it's been over a week and i haven't received my product yet for which I have paid in full cash. Nobody seems to care or call back to keep me notified even, i have been calling for one week and all they do and say is "you will get it tomorrow". THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED BY ANY COMPANY.

    Hi, I had purchased one of the products of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard (AQUASURE NANO RO) from Eureka Forbes online portal, i.e. http://www.eurekaforbes.com/ShoppingCart/ on 1st of Mar 2015 but requested product has not been delivered to shipping address yet. I lodged a complaint on 11th Mar 2015 regarding this at customer care # 39883333 and they provided me reference number of the same as 91430202. I am calling them approx 2-3 times daily and they have no specific reason for this delay delivery. I asked them to return my money on 14 Mar 2015 but they asked me to wait for some more time, I today itself called to know status, but as usual their is no response. I just got a call from Vineet (Aquaguard CC executive) and he said we don't have this product available, please purchase some other! I requested him to return my money, but hes not sure when can be it possible. Please find resolution for same or its better if they can return my money with penalty.     I purchased an Aquaguard Magna from a sales person in Bannerghatta road bangalore in August 2015. He said that the unit will fit in the allocated place in the kitchen, When the unit arrived, it didn't fit and the technician said the place it to compact for the product. I repeatedly called the sales person Mr.Mohan Kumar and there has been no resolution. I've asked him to take it back and refund the amount, on top of this multiple calls to the company just raises tickets...no action at all...
    Please go for some other responsible company not Eureka Forbes.

      with reference to the above subject i bought a new aquaguard classic model water purifier vide Dc. no. 24746621 dated 19.12.2014 thro emi. Rs. 919 scheme for 10 months. the first month of emi. Rs. 919 debited on 16 th Jan.2015. The second due Rs. 1319 debited 17th of feb.2015. instead of Rs. 919. I discussed with Mr. Kanagasabai Manager coimbatore Branch. He asked to contact their accounts Dept. Mr. vinodh He promised to adjust in the excess amount by the next month. Meanwhile the 3rd due also debited on 12th mar. 2015 as Rs. 1319 instead of Rs. 519. Today i contacted mr. vinodh again, he forwarded to call mr. Ravi. of the same offfice, coimbatore branch. Nobody had taken interest to resolve my request.         I have a aquaguard clasic filter. The nozzle pipe connecting water supply to the aquaguard got damaged. It is neither available in open market nor at your service center. More over service center personel are of little help. I do not want to enter into a AMC contract, this policy of the company is restrictive trade practice and i plan to lodge a complain with Competition Commission of india

        wow fully eureka forbes does not have such service centers.
        the company does not even cared to contact, which speaks of the good customer service it renders!!!

          I was a proud owner Eureka Forbes Auqasure RO water purifier 3 months back. But the recent turn of events has just eroded away my confidence in the quality of Eureka Forbes products & services. After one year for satisfactory usages of RO, I took AMC of the product trusting the services in Nov’15. As per terms all the filters were replaced and service guy assured me that I need not worry for one more year. Now I realize that was an intended pun on me. On 26th Feb’15 I noticed black particles in my water tank and reduced flow for which I complained with pics to customer care . The complaint was attended on 5th March’15 .However within 15 days, I noticed the same black deposits in tank with almost NIL water flow. I escalated the matter and the technician attended my home. As expected he said that the carbon filter needs to be replaced and I have to pay for it as per policy. I was surprised, why should I pay for a product replaced only 4 months before. After insisting I was given a free replacement but now I have to worry about other filters in place. I was assured I was being given new genuine products at the time of AMC but now I realize that none of filters were in sealed pack. I was either handed over the refurbished products as the products are the sole discretion of service franchises or Eureka Forbes has started minting money over substandard products which don’t even last for 6 months. A good way to make money, at first charge the customer for AMC and then by handing sub-standard products, keep changing the filters and making money. The guy even took back my old filters which might be used to fit in other machines in the name of AMC. It would be pretty interesting if Eureka Forbes checks that filters are new or refurbished ones. As I think, any new product does have a warranty for at least 1 year/6 months and if as said that all the filters have been replaced with new, I believed RO should be as good as new one but not with Eureka Forbes at least. Also no receipts are provided for individual filters. The so called new carbon filter worked for 3 months with external filer in place/inlet water TDS measuring only 120-150 / no refitting /service only by authorized service center/ usage of hardly -6-8 ltrs a day. I have learnt from my mistake and will perhaps never opt for Eureka Forbes RO or the AMC service again. Anyways I am pretty sure the strategy is working for Eureka Forbes and my letter will not be given heed to. Dikins [protected] dikins.[protected]@yesbank.in

            I had purchased a water purifier Aquaguard AG - MAGNA RO+UV, (Customer Id [protected]) on 28-Feb 2014 and I was told it would be delivered by 4-Mar0-2015. It has been 10 days since the las date but the delivery has not happened. The reason always has been given by the logistics company that delivery is not possible after 6:30 PM on a working day or has not been delivered as agreed on saturday.                 Since the last FOUR WEEKS I have been calling the Service centre at Satara. I must have made AT LEAST 20 TO 30 phone calls to your office. Your Service centre executive Mr. Dhananjay is a LIAR, he informs me that he will come and visit me but REFUSES to do so. From yesterday, I have called him up NO LESS than 7 times. Each time he responded saying that he will visit me shortly. IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE EUREKA FORBES PROVIDES TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER WHO HAS BOUGHT- Two Vacuum Cleaners, One Water Purifier and one Storm machine? I am thoroughly disgusted with you people, if this complaint is not addressed, I will step up my complaint to the Consumer Redressal Forum. I dont know how you employ such in your organisation, who are so UNPROFESSIONAL.

                  The so called GREAT eureka Forbes were all nice until tehy did the sale of Water purifier but once the payment was promptly made THEY NEVER TURNED UP TO EVEN Install the machine..which they were supposed to do the next morning...we patiently waited for 2 days, ..then when we called the person...for which they came and conveniently dropped the machine and again DISAPPEARED!!! IT is solid 10 days... and it is still not installed and they bloody don't evn pick the phone... WISH I HAD OPTED FOR A BETTER SERVICE LIKE KENT!!! Now the money is paid, , , they don't do anything... can something be done???WHOEVER PLAN TO BUY EUREKA FORBES PLS DONT DO!!!

                    I purchased Aqua guard Green RO on[protected] from PUNE. MAHARASHTRA. I was told that I will be getting 3 servicing in first year under warranty. The machine was serviced only once ie on[protected]. No service was given after that till date. Complaint was registered on Toll free number . No.is [protected] . I was told the Agency was shifted from one person to another.Is it my fault ? . The company doesn't bother for its customers.

We lodged our complaint through mail on 01 Dec. 2014, but till the date no solution is offered to resolve the issue. Being one of the repudiated R.O. manufacturers we do not accept such type of negligence of not attending our issue. We are attaching all print out of our mails exchanges with your local office and customer care center. Kindly take the necessary action within 15-days or otherwise we may take legal action for refund of the paid amount for the purchase of R.O. Such a bad service they are providing to customers. I heard that this is a good company but witnessing all this i think this is a very third class company providing third class service. company is not bothered about customers what they are going through really bad impression. I have to put all this on social websites so others should not get troubled. please do something about this.

Water storage purifier from Canteen Stores Department- Armed Forces And installed on 27/10/2009 at my residence NP-2/47, Ballygunge Maidan Camp, Kolkata on 01 Jan 2015. I am facing the problem from day one as water is not filtering properly and when i saw the filter, it is broken in parts. I have contacted too many times but but till i have got no response from his side.                               Dear Sir, I'm a scientist working under Dept of Atomic Energy Govt Of India.Presently I'm stationed at Heavy Water Plant, Tuticorin. I purchased two itemssuch as Water purifier & Vacuum cleaner from Mr C Saravanan the sales representative of Eureka forbes Tuticorin/Tirunelveli. I'm happy to convey that both the Items are working well. But as the prefilter of water purifier purchased on 08.07.2014 has not been cleaned since its installation, I have been calling them since a week. But it is deeply regretted that in spite of calling them several times no one has turned up to help me out of this problem. I want to go for AMC for which a budgetary offer is required from the representative. Therefore, it is requested to direct your representative to this task at the earliest.                                 WILL SOME COMPANY HELP ME GET THE DUST-BAG REFILL FOR MY EUREKA '' TRENDY STEEL VACUUM CLEANER. MY BAG GOT TORN ONE YEAR AGO.                                   I HAVE PURCHASED EUROCLEAN WET & DRY VACCUM CLEANER MODEL ON 06/02/2015 ORDER NO[protected] FROM KALYAN BRANCH. FROM DAY ONE THE PRODUCT ENCOUNTERD PROBLEMS AND 3 TIMES SERVICE PERSON VISITED FOR SAME ISSUE & FOUND CODE VINDING PARTS TO BE REPLACED AFTER SO MANY FOLLOWUPS BUT NO UPDATE FROM SALES & TECHNICAL TEAM 35 DAYS LEFT TILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED REPLACEMENT & TOTALLY UPSET WITH PATHETIC SERVICE OF EUREKA FORCE . MY EARNEST SUGGESSTION IS PLEASE THING 1000 TIMES BEFORE BUYING ANY PRODUCTS FROM EUREKHA FORCE.

                                    e lodged complaint for our RO on 09th March'2015 but nobody has turned up since so far inspite of several phones to yr local person mohd Ali. He made several false promises but nobody turned up till now. We took two years annual maintenance last year. Kindly look into it, as it's very bad...                                     But it was very bad on Eureka Forbes that in spite of paying two years advance against annual service contract our problem of RO was rectified after 48 hours from the time of complain.
                                    Kindly look into it why delayed services provided to us.

                                      I have been using Inova for past 7 years. Every time we have to remind the service person to carry out the timely maintenance of the equipment. The services of the company has really deteriorated. In 2013 and 2014 i had to speak to a No of dealers and literraly get after them. My AMC ccontract receipt No 24161410 for 3 years started on 4 October 2014. Now i will have to get after the comany representative for maintenance! regards Jaswant Singh Nayal

                                        A big disappointment from eureka forbes.on 24/01/2015 a sales manager Named vijay bhardwaj, branch: jabalpur (M.P) who does door to door service, visited out home & began telling us about the aquaguard enhance green RO. on day 1 he was coaxing us to exchange our old aquaguard & buy this new model.we told him that we need time to think over this but he was adamant on selling the model of which we had no clue.he immediately handed us the advance receipt Rs. 1000/- & was confusing & bluffing us the whole time!! next day he visits our home & gives a description of the enhance RO model..it was the responsibility of this man to tell us about available models but he very cunningly diverted the whole topic.he did not gave details on warranty extension, servicing, other versions & TDS meter . i googled up & asked him questions relating to these queries he lied that he will check the TDS level & stuff!! he also said he would give a demo & if the model does not suits us he will pay back the money.HE THOUGHT I AM A KID & WAS EXPLAINING ABOUT REVERSE OSMOSIS & STUFF!! i am an engineer & i knew how foolish was he!! i pretended i did not knew about technical stuff!! next day he disappears & a technician comes & installs the unit.the sales manager never told us how will he connect the unit with our corporation tap!! the machine filters very slowly & our corporation water is available for 1 hour only at evening!! the technician fitted the pipe with corporation tap!! this model is useless for us!! there's no difference between this 1 & our old model..!! after this 2 new guys visited our home & were bugging us badly to buy a vaccum cleaner & we clearly yelled NO!! this man VIJAY BHARDWAJ very cunningly made false claims & is now acting busy!! repeated phone calls have been made but the whole staff lies all the time! this man is not uninstalling the unit & returning our money!! also he did not gave us the warranty card & is making excuses!! after 100 calls they sent us the bill through courier!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! THE CUSTOMER SALES SPECIALIST " PRABHAT KUMAR SISODIYA " ALSO WAS COAXING US TO BUY MORE PRODUCTS !! I FEEL CHEATED !! I DON'T WISH TO TRUST THIS BRAND AGAIN!!

                                        Recently, I have purchased a Classic + models from Aquaguard [Sales Officer Shri. Patil, mobbile No. [protected]] at Indira nagar, Nashik (Bill No. 1220168 ddated 30.01.2017]. After 2 days, machine came and after few time plumber came. He fitted the machine in presence of may son. Earlier aquaguard Nova was fitted. The plumber used old diversion tap and tube and connected new tube to old tube and very badly fitted the machine. In the evening, I saw the bad fitting and called to Mr. Patil and ask him why the plumber has used old diversion tap and old tube. He said that, he will tell the plumber to fit new diversion tap. However, the plumber not fitted the same on 02.02.2017. Instead, he call me on mobile and told that the diversion tap is not supplied with machine. However, 10 such taps are being received from ahmednagar on 03.20.2017 and tomorrow i.e. on 03.20.2017 he will fit the new tap. The plastic bag supplied with the machine, it is specifically mentioned that diversion tap is supplied with the machine. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE OF EUREKA FORBES LIMITED. I told Mr. Patil, that I wiil filed compliant about ii traetment given by the company to the customer. Now, on 03.02.2017, one phone call received from unknown person (cell No. is [protected]) and he told me that he is calling from the Aquaguard and he has been directed to fit the diversion tap accordingly he went to home and fitted the same but the diversion tap seems to be very low quality. Now, can anybody responsible person of Eureka Forbes Ltd. as to whether
                                        1. Diversion tap is supplied with CLASSIC+ machine
                                        2. Wheteher diversion tap fitted afterwards is genuine or otherwise.

                                        I just hope that reply will be received from You. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
