I had contracted with Eureka Forbes for one year after sale service. However, despite taking the full amount, the company did not turn for the whole year. When contacted through customer care no. they tried to shift their responsibility from one person to another. The company did not respond to a single mail. All the phone calls were answered with different persons giving excuses.
Complaint marked as Resolved 
The company supplied my the cartridges. Thanks a lot to this forum. Otherwise these service providers would be looting common man without giving any service.

I had made annual contract with the company through Invoice No. 22373454 dt. 11.08.13 for “Designa” model water filter. It was explained by their executives as well as written in the contract that within the year, the Cartridge would be replaced twice in the year free of cost and two minimum services would be given free of cost­­. Apart from this, any other repair/replacement would be done free of cost. The same fact has been communicated through their executives telephonically and face-to-face. However, no service has still been provided to me.

In the last month of July, 2014, the executives called me for services. When I explained that I have received none of the two cartridges, they said that the previous franchise had to do that, but they have left the franchise. Hence, they were not in position for giving the cartridges. However, they said that they would sent their person for remaining one service {one cartridge replacement}, and resolve the problem of previous cartridge with the company. After so many follow-ups, ultimately, their person turned up on 10.08.2014. After arrival, he enquired me whether I would make a new contract for the future year. Just like previous occasion, he assured for 2 cartridge replacements in one year free of cost. I told him that it would be intimated him later. But he should first complete the job he had come for. After cartridge replacement, he asked me for contract. I told him that I was already under cover of the scheme and he had to provide me one more cartridge very soon. He told me that the previous franchise company has fled, so they cannot help. During conversation with him and other persons from his company, I told that for me it was Eureka Forbes with whom I had had a contract, it makes no difference whoever comes for delivery of the services offered in the contract. But it was useless, and he took away the new cartridge installed in my machine.

I called on the helpline, but no Complaint was generated, although it was assured. Then I sent request through “sms”. The follow up Activity No. [protected] with complaint [protected] was generated for my registered mobile No. [protected]. Till now, I tried to resolve the problem through calling the Mumbai {Lower Parel Office No.[protected]}, which has never been picked up. Two or three times, I also received some mobile calls, claiming to be from Eureka Forbes, who repeated the same story that they could not do anything as the contract period had expired and hence I should renew the contract. It is also brought to your kind notice, that none of the so-called executives narrates his/her name/designation/Employment Code even when being asked. Ever the person who visited my house did not bear any I Card/employment No. They willfully use to call from different mobile no. Hence, it is difficult to know the authenticity of them, which is dangerous from safety point also.

Thereafter I called the customer care no. and even corporate office no. but everytime different persons gave different evasive replies. The mails addressed to them on 03.09.2014, 23.09.2014, 03.10.2014, 21.10.2014, 22.10.2014, 24.10.2014, 26.11.2014 & 24.12.2014, all got answered. As there was no response, I stopped follow up. Ultimately, I had to contact you to resolve the problem.

I am deeply aggrieved by this harassing and deceitful attitude of the company. It was their duty to provide me the services with same respect they pursue for renewal of contract, which you failed in. Apart from this fact, I have been cheated of the contract amount as well as to face a lot of harassment by the company and my family has been kept on health danger for constrained to drink unfiltered water.
Eureka Forbes is a cheater and previously also the company use to do so.

    i have resitered complaint through help line at [protected], on 17/01/2015, but no service person turned up till today. My complaint numbers are 91061476, 91072130, 91076978. I am calling customer service every day but there is no proper action to resolve my issue ie the suction is not working properly. My phone number is [protected] This is the worst experience with any customer service. They are just useless, They just better scrap helpline for GOD sake.

        I had bought this Aquasure Expert RO+UV Water Purifier in the month of June 2014. Till date it has been fixed on a wall and the product was working fine. Since the tap was leaking, I logged a web ticket on Friday, 16th of January for the issue ([protected]). A person named Sanjay, fixed an appointment for Saturday morning to check the issue and clean the machine too. He came down on Saturday and pulled down the machine to check and said the washer of the tap is loose and he will come down on Monday and get it fixed. After he left, the machine just crashed on the floor on getting the water filled in it. With 8 litres of water on the floor and no water to drink. I tried calling the customer care ample of time to get the issue fixed and they kept on telling me to talk to the dealer for the machine replacement and they would look in the matter asap. They kept on giving me complain numbers: [protected], 79903284 and [protected] without any result. It has been four days and we are having a hard time with drinking water crisis and the huge loss we have incurred. I am THOUROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY THINGS HAVE BEEN DEALT AND NO ACTION BEING TAKEN EVEN AFTER FOUR DAYS OF DISTRESS.

          Dear Sir I am using the product of Eureka Forbes past 8 years. This product was working with certain issues however till date the complaint were solved and the Machine had not stopped completely. On 15th of Jan 15 the machine stopped working completely, therefore I called the call center on # 39883333. I received a complaint # 79871732. Engineer though visited and informed to change the circuit. Its been 5 days now and I am bouncing between call center and service center, without any solution. All agents are rude Mr Zakir from call center and miss jyotsna from service center openly offered me to go to consumer forum as they cant help me and its not their job. We tried reaching the sales executive Baskar - [protected] but there has been no response from him yet for the phone call nor for the mails sent to him. We have sent a mail on 13.01.2015 giving the billing detail address once again in spite of having given at the time of order / payment made date on 25.12.2014 but there has been no reponse from him yet VIVEK BALI LORDS APARTMENT FLAT NO 6A – 6TH FLOOR 94 SATYADEV AVENUE MRC NAGAR CHENNAI – 600028.               I purchased new Enhance RO water purifier but from starting day its not working. We called service center they told there is a server up gradation and hence they will need time to send a service man. Every week when we call same thing they mention. Now I am feeling why I purchased this product from fraud company... Most third class product and service also. This company should band... they all are making fool to customer.

                Eureka Forbes...A company of Government Officials... Committed to make your life a BIG HELL Complaint Number : 79844059 I got a defective piece of Aquaguard verve which I got to know about during its installation and I have called 27 times (Yes !! 27) to customer care but they have standard replies 1) We are sorry that you had to wait Sir. 2) Your problem will be resolved within 6 hours 3) We have forwarded your request to our concerned team. 4) You can talk to senior head of Mumbai Area(Who never picks up the call) I bet he must have been a government officer. Its 7th day after I lodged the complaint. My request to all people. never purchase this from this company.

                  I have purchased water purifier (serial no : [protected]) on 25/02/13. After one year I entered into the Annual Maintenance Contract on 06/05/14 for one year. In last 6 months, the technician has replaced the membrane 2 times and they must have come for cleaning for about 4-5 times. Secondly, after lodging the complain no one attends the complain in time. Day before y'day we have again lodge the complain (No.[protected], up till now no one has come to solve the same. I request you to replace my machine. Please don't compel me to go to the consumer court.

                    Myself Subhransu Sekhar Brahma reside at plot no - 587/5544/7242, Sameigadia, Chakeisiani, Bhubaneswar- 751010. I was paid the AMC charges on 23.12.2013 for the period 23.12.2013 to 22.12.2016 but tilldate, you have not changed my aquaguard's candel till date after expiry of one year. I have called your local office at Bhubaneswar yesterday for AMC and the office bearer was replying me that the AMC will be done today at 10 AM but no body was came. During last services, there is water leakage in the connection but your engineer was not came after repetitive call.                         I bought aquaquard genus from cool system hoshangabad m.p pn 23.09.13. It was still not working. The service members visit and checked all. They told me that there is major fault in your aquaguard PCB. I permitted him to order a new pcb and change it.                           This big fraud Eureka Forbes sent more than 10 people in our locality to sell their product. My bad luck, i met one of the and as i was looking for a water purifier, i had given them my number. They called one day before the appointment date and their sales representative came with a brochure and suggested me buy one product. He showed me one fake bill as wee that other person has also ordered one.then i sad that i need some time to think but he forced me to buy now. he came again after an hour and told me some more stories. finally i fell in his trap and booked a product and paid the full amount Rs 8, 990 on the spot . then he promised that the product will be installed on the next day (Sunday). I called him many times on Sunday and he said, they will come today but that has not come till now. I am waiting for their fellow since last five days and called that sales representative at least hundred times but all in vain. Even his manager is not responding now. I booked the order on Saturday morning and till now no response from their side. The sales representative was Named Harish ([protected]) and he works for the Ramamurthy nagar Branch, Bangalore. His manager Ramesh ([protected]) is a useless fellow. No response from his side as well. Receipt no was 257. Please help me to get my money back. I am fed up with this thing now. Thanks in Advance.

                            I am a customer of Eureka Forbes U V water purifier. The machine was not working properly, since after your technician attended from Muvattupuzha, some body came from Ernakulam and got repaired. After that the water flow to the machine is not being cut off when become the tank full and it overflows and spilling around. I put complaints to your person concerned. But my calls are become futile nobody attended my machine after a lapse of three weeks. I am a customer of Eureka Forbes since from the year 1988. I am having A M C for my machine.                             The EUREKA FORBES AQUAGUARD REVICA RO+UV brand is installed at our residence and we are paying annual maintenance every year. The product gets out of order very frequently and the servicing is really bad. Every time we raise a complaint the technician does not set right the machine we are very upset with this product
                            yesterday again on our complaint your technician from M/S TACIT EURO SERVICE, AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE, Jalandhar (PUNJAB) attended and today it is observed no light is glowing and water filter not working properly . Your water filter gives us panic from the last five months. Previously your technician replaced our new Memoram (Filter type part) with repaired old one which creates much problems our TDS was 2 which is harmful for the body and saying that the company is not providing us new one for removing the defects. Now again on our complaint technician came and replace that repaired one with another repaired one which creates much problems and does not set right the machine we are very upset with this product
                            I am having A M C for my machine. I am very disappointed with this kind of service provided to me. Kindly do the needful for readdressing my complaint. Please look into this matter seriously.

                              Case Details about my Faulty machine On 6th September 2013, I purchased a‘Aquaguard Enhance’ water purifier from your store for Rs: 15, 490/ and the same was installed on 13th September 2013- . The order number of this purchase is[protected] and the customer id is [protected]. We used the machine for the first three months with no problem. After that the machine has stopped working. The faulty machine was first serviced on 13th January 2014 (Serviced Basha). The machine worked fine for few days and again it didn’t work. There after the machine was serviced frequently [18 March 2014 (Serviced by Salim), 23 April 2014 (Parveen, Salam), 15th May 2014 (Balamurugan)] by your various agents. However, none of them were able to rectify the faulty machine. On 17th May 2014 and subsequently on 27 July 2014, few of the machine components were replaced and we were promised that machine would work after that. But, the machine didn’t work at all. On 24th November 2014, we once again requested your agents to make it work. Anthony from your company serviced the machine again but the machine didn’t work. Finally we handed over the machine on 27th November 2014 to your company for replacement and till today we have been constantly asking your company officials to look after this and provide the replacement. However, none of our attempts were successful. During our interaction with your company, we experienced a very traumatic customer service. Our phone calls were never answered. We had to visit the store each time to follow up on our issues. Since the purchase of this machine, we have made hundreds of phone calls and numerous store visit to find a solution for our problem. It was saddening to mention that we were treated very badly and with utmost negligence during this course. We no more need this faulty product. I am within my rights to request a refund for this. I would like to get full refund of the purchase price. I would appreciate this matter being resolved as soon as possible.If I do not hear from you I will forward my complaint to Consumer court for further advice. Jayakumar, Chennai.

                                I already lodged a complaint to your kolkata office vide docket no.79836841 on 12.01.2015 .I got insulted by your authorized representative named Mr. Chiranjit because he misbehaved with me. I purchased Aquasure model --Crysta type on 01.0202014 but i remain on leave on 12.01.2015 to execute AMC for 3 years amounting to Rs4080/-. with your company. But unfortunately i could not execute AMC to-day on account of misbehaviour by your authorized representative. Please do needful at your end & expedite my AMC with your company . Please treat the matter most urgently.

                                  Facing problem with your Product & customer care Number one start automatically at any time and you customer care number never be attended always busy. I purchase Aqua Guard Enhance RO+UV which upper limit cut as the tank gets full, but within few days i found even we are not using the water in between it automatically gets starts and after few second gets off.. And when i am complaining the problem of your product the executive says it will take 48 hrs. to solve this, Its the product which is creating problem to me so you must attend the same immediately As it is consuming Electricity.

                                  if you can't give service then please return my money so that i can purchase some other company filter as i feel your service is worst of all other company...
                                  As this is my second complaint after purchase the product with 4 months...

                                    This is lohit.v.bidari and i have ordered aqua guard water purifier (model#GENIUS). I have booked on 4/1/2015(sunday) receipt#237 / 068632. Till date product has been not delivered. Attached receipt fyi. Finally i want cancell this order because im not getting correct response even from branch manager also. his name is somshekar...think that for installation taking lot of day then what abt service.. really i can't imagine. So Im planning to go for kent which is giving good service and on time delivery... Kindly arrange to refund amount.. i don't want to go for aqua guard.                                       Sir/mam, This is to inform you that we are the franchisee of Eureka forbes from the year 2012 of Ranchi, Jharkhand named as Vishal Markeing. We want to tell you that we have the stocks of around 2 lakh with us whose details are 12 pcs of CLASSIC, 9 pcs of PRIDE, 3pcs of NEO, 2pcs EUROSTAR, 1pcs ENHANCE RO which is totally dump with us and the ranchi head office is not trying to liquidate it at any cost, they are not listening to us at all. What circumstances can be done by you and what kind of help I can get from u. Should I go to the consumer forum pls suggest us for the above said as early as possible.                                         I have signed up a AMC more than one month ago for INR 8, 000/- with the agreement that the filter will be replaced immediately after the AMC is signed. Since last 1 month there is no response or no person from Eureka is replacing the Filter. I am calling continuously to their service agents but I get FALSE promises that it will be replaced in next 3-4 days. This just goes on and on. I even called up Eureka Service Centre office on Saturday 3rd Jan and i was told it will be replaced on 5th Jan but till date nobody has come to change. One of the useless service from a very old reputed Organization. It seems i am being cheated and my money is duped. Disgusting service The AMC was signed on 5/12/2014 and the number is 24388464. Can somebody look into this ASAP? I expect Eureka forbes to extend my AMC by additional days from the date it replace the filter.
