Updated by dipakcbi I had made annual contract with the company through Invoice No. 22373454 dt. 11.08.13 for “Designa” model water filter. It was explained by their executives as well as written in the contract that within the year, the Cartridge would be replaced twice in the year free of cost and two minimum services would be given free of cost. Apart from this, any other repair/replacement would be done free of cost. The same fact has been communicated through their executives telephonically and face-to-face. However, no service has still been provided to me.
In the last month of July, 2014, the executives called me for services. When I explained that I have received none of the two cartridges, they said that the previous franchise had to do that, but they have left the franchise. Hence, they were not in position for giving the cartridges. However, they said that they would sent their person for remaining one service {one cartridge replacement}, and resolve the problem of previous cartridge with the company. After so many follow-ups, ultimately, their person turned up on 10.08.2014. After arrival, he enquired me whether I would make a new contract for the future year. Just like previous occasion, he assured for 2 cartridge replacements in one year free of cost. I told him that it would be intimated him later. But he should first complete the job he had come for. After cartridge replacement, he asked me for contract. I told him that I was already under cover of the scheme and he had to provide me one more cartridge very soon. He told me that the previous franchise company has fled, so they cannot help. During conversation with him and other persons from his company, I told that for me it was Eureka Forbes with whom I had had a contract, it makes no difference whoever comes for delivery of the services offered in the contract. But it was useless, and he took away the new cartridge installed in my machine.
I called on the helpline, but no Complaint was generated, although it was assured. Then I sent request through “sms”. The follow up Activity No. [protected] with complaint [protected] was generated for my registered mobile No. [protected]. Till now, I tried to resolve the problem through calling the Mumbai {Lower Parel Office No.[protected]}, which has never been picked up. Two or three times, I also received some mobile calls, claiming to be from Eureka Forbes, who repeated the same story that they could not do anything as the contract period had expired and hence I should renew the contract. It is also brought to your kind notice, that none of the so-called executives narrates his/her name/designation/Employment Code even when being asked. Ever the person who visited my house did not bear any I Card/employment No. They willfully use to call from different mobile no. Hence, it is difficult to know the authenticity of them, which is dangerous from safety point also.
Thereafter I called the customer care no. and even corporate office no. but everytime different persons gave different evasive replies. The mails addressed to them on 03.09.2014, 23.09.2014, 03.10.2014, 21.10.2014, 22.10.2014, 24.10.2014, 26.11.2014 & 24.12.2014, all got answered. As there was no response, I stopped follow up. Ultimately, I had to contact you to resolve the problem.
I am deeply aggrieved by this harassing and deceitful attitude of the company. It was their duty to provide me the services with same respect they pursue for renewal of contract, which you failed in. Apart from this fact, I have been cheated of the contract amount as well as to face a lot of harassment by the company and my family has been kept on health danger for constrained to drink unfiltered water.
(As he aware that machine was under AMC) by saying that some family member might be using Candle
in night at 4 am if power was not (Was not aware that house is having alternate arrangements of Invertor / Generator)
Or secondly there might be earthing bypass in electrical switch board that may cause short circuiting .
With this communication i would like to warn service team to stop it immediatly else i will lodge FIR towards
poor equipment quality, Third class maintinance and danger to cosumer life .
For your information i am reminding following to Eureka Forbes to ensure within time frame given on earlier complaint :
01. Replace New Machine Free Of Cost
02. Arrange for immediate repair of damaged property
03. Send apology due to unprofessional response of Sr Management staff .
