Eureka Forbes customer service has gone down the drain. I have been calling the customer care since july and requesting them to do a routine clean up of my Aquaguard. I get assurance from them saying their service person would visit withing 48 hrs but they have never shown up. They take Rs.1640 as a yearly contract fees and no one shows up!! Its risky to have my family drink water from a product which has not been cleaned for months. Eureka...

I am forced to write here because I am completely disgusted
by the services that has been provided. Inface there is no service which has
been provided so far. My Aquaguard RO Nano is not working and no water coming
out of it. I have been complaining about the same. Firstly the phone never gets
picked up or is engaged all the time. And in case I was able to talk to some
guy, he behaved so badly infact started...

Hi, I would like to bring into the light the worst servicing provided by Eureka Forbes. I have sent an SMS/Filled online form for servicing/ Called customer care more than 4 times, but no one ever showed up for the servicing. After calling i always got a response that we are escalating your complain to higher level but nothing happened ever.
