I bought a Aquaguard Classic Water Purifier from Eureka Forbes at Ernakuam, around 10 months before. They promised me two free services. I called several times the customer care for the free service, but they are not coming to do the service. Their product is not a quality make, Hence they are asking for AMC of about 25-30% of product cost per year.
This is really a kind of cheating their customer.
Say 15k product would need 5k of AMC and a service charge of Rs300. Actually, service should be the part of service for thier product. However, they are earning more money through service annual maintenance cost and toher charges.
