i am using aqua guard duos. It is under AMC. my registered mobile no. is [protected].

its is in the name o[censored].Selvam - 73/33 86th street ashok nagar ch-83.

I have requested for service on august 30th 2014. and today is 4th septedmber.till now no service person has turned up. no response from customer care no.

kindly help me in this regard.

Iam plannig to pack the machine and send to the head office.

    I am forced to write here because I am completely disgusted
    by the services that has been provided. Inface there is no service which has
    been provided so far. My Aquaguard RO Nano is not working and no water coming
    out of it. I have been complaining about the same. Firstly the phone never gets
    picked up or is engaged all the time. And in case I was able to talk to some
    guy, he behaved so badly infact started name calling me. His name was Manoj
    Kumar and his number was [protected]. I want an action to be taken against him
    and an update regarding what action was taken against him.

    Also the Customer Care Executive is not even bothered to
    talk and Mangers are not even available.

    Even the official website compliant register does not provide with a complaint number.

    I want my RO Nano to fixed asap. Please suggest how to proceed further with the same.

    I am forced to write here because I am completely disgusted
    by the services that has been provided.Worst service provider i ever seen.
    I have reported a service case since 2 weeks and nobody has contacted me yet.
    I have done 3 years contract [6000 rs] with company.
    Nobody has contacted me in last 2 years and nobody responding my service request as well.
    I have now only 1 option to go comsumer court.

      I had registered a complaint against my aqua guard model AFDX on 31 July 2014 but no action has been taken yet.

      For your reference complain number : [protected] against the name Tome Inacio Sequeira, mobile no [protected].

      I registered the complaint many time with the customer care. but the result was the same.

      I am from Goa, the service center in goa is not giving any attension.

      we are having a drinking water problem. Can you please look into the matter.

      I don't think my request forwarded by you has worked. Its been 5 days and these has not been any response from the serve team.

      You don't understand the water problem we are facing.

      I had paint 2600 for 2 years servicing and this is how the service is been provided.

      I think people should not look for Eureka forbes product any more.
      Either the Goa service team is bad or entire service works the same way.

      Same in my case also, I purchase product on 13 Aug 2014, paid full amount, still no product.
      Sales person who collected money from card ( machine ) is not reachable .

      Please don't buy any product from Eureka Forbes, they are cheaters...

        Eureka Forbes is taking customers for a ride... Money Has been debited from my account a week back and the product has not yet reached me . Order has been placed with the Sales rep on 25th August for Aquagard Enhance UV Sales Specialist, Suraj Rajbhar ([protected]) and his Manager Mohammed Shaik ([protected]) are taking customers for a ride with false promises. I am spending money every day on buying Bisleri from the shops. who will be compensating for the same. Was promised a machine on or before 29th by Suraj and then he refuses to pick the call. The same method is followed by his manager. Customer service email ID is not functional, mails a re bouncing back. Chat online does not work. Complaint number 90241265 provided by the call centre Zakir Khan has yielded no response. I would be filing a police complaint on eureka forbes and it's employees for fraud & cheating and would definitely go to the consumer court. Sameer A

          I got Eureka RO on 5/2/14 installed at my residence B1/16, Gulmohar City, Haibatpur Road, Derabassi - 140507, Dist Mohali (Punjab). At the time purchase and installation, your officer Mr Narinder assured that the machine would be serviced afer every six months ( 2 services in the first year). However, even after contacting your Panchkula (Haryana) office several times and even after personal visits to the office (20 Kms from y residence) they have not responded to my requests till date. Even yesterday I contact Mr Narinder but his response was very negative. He even said that he was not concerned about complaints to higher officers. I also tried to contact Mr Yogesh Panday, Incharge of your Panchkula regional office, but he did not pick up the phone.


          RO was installed in Feb and it is already eight months, but servicing is not being done. I have had a very bad experience dealing with Eureka officers.


          Please arrange to get the RO serviced immdly and also ensure that your officers deal with the consumers properly and dutifully.

            Hi, We Booked one order on 17th Aug 2014 but till date order not received and executive not answering our calls . We coordinated many time with helpline no. i.e.3988 3333 as well as we drop some mails but no reply . We taken faith in branch but due to poor Management and Representative we are facing lot of issue . We are facing some financial issue and invested huge amount i.e.10000 but no help from company .             They are cheaters... Even after 25 days i not received the product. paid full amount, they lied me if I pay full amount I will get the item next day.

              Hi, I would like to bring into the light the worst servicing provided by Eureka Forbes. I have sent an SMS/Filled online form for servicing/ Called customer care more than 4 times, but no one ever showed up for the servicing. After calling i always got a response that we are escalating your complain to higher level but nothing happened ever. Finally, i gave up and called the private water purifier servicing guy to repair the purifier. This is totally pathetic. They do not even respond for anything. I hope if you are reading this then at least improve your service a bit.

                Thank God... I cancelled my order from your company... Ridiculous people right from the basic to the head...you guys have a wrong atitude of treating your customers like hell...I was promised by a rep from your vilivakkam branch that he will supply a Vaccum cleaner...he took my post dated cheques and told that he will deliver the product within 5 days...Alas it didnt happen... I called back and check and he told that he will do it in another 5 days...days rolled off...i didnt get the machine...this was a repeated story for 20 days... I told him that i am not intrested in the machine and told him to cancel the order...I dont know if it was his fate or mine...he started avoiding my calls...i called his manager...he never picked the call... I went to his office...their response was excellent...their receptionist promised a callback...i never received a call... I called her back...she told that some of their sales people are like this...Pathetic...I again called his manager... That guy got irritated and told to call him the next day as he was busy somewhere else...I called the call center...that guy spoke and told that he will escalate...One more joke...no one called me...Eureka I am sorry...you will have to remove some from your company...Whom to contact now ???? is the CEO available ????

                  Hi, I purchased Aquagaurd classic on 13th July 2014 and was installed after 3 weeks of rigorous followup.Recently I have been facing issue with water quality I am getting. I registered a complaint with for getting it rectified. Mr Shankar attended the request on 31st August 2014 and found out that TDS is 808 which is major reason for poor water quality. He suggested to get the machine replaced with RO and advised us to speak with sales staff for the same. On inquiring for the replacement with sales person Mr Manohar (Mob: [protected]) he told that the same is not possible as water quality was already tested. Water TDS was not tested while installing the machine at the location rather it was tested in some other location for same supply and was advised that Classic model will suffice the need. I am ready to pay the difference amount for the same for replacement.                       I have given complaint 2 months back calling customer care people regularly but no use very worst service from Eureka forbes very very wirst service centres you people have... from cust care gave me service centre number which is located in bangalore Mahalakshmipuram please cancel the license first its very worst reponse i got from them each time i call... u people taken insurance amount from me and given such a service to me... i never recommend Eureka forbes Products to any body if someone purchasing it i will stop it by telling the service from u very worst company...

                        sir, i bought Aquaguard on this january and it was not installed properly and as a result my family ha to drink carbon filled water. i hae bills for hospital i had to pay as i had drunk carbon filled water. It was installed by your representatives itself. i need compensation or else i am taking case to consumer court.

                          I Had purchased Aquaguard enhance water purifier on 12th May 2014.. I bought the product in mumbai and needed to install it in Karla lonavala, I specifically asked the salesman if this was possible and was assured that the service and installation would be possible in my Karla residence..Since then, We have numerous phone calls but for last 3 months, no one from the agency has come to Install the machine, The product is Aquaguard Enhance, invoice number is 3974100 and the order no is[protected] Date of purchase is 12th May 2014.

But the same fault of the machine not starting is still persisting even after the technician had visited my residence thrice to solve the same fault. He finds a temporary solution to rectify it and again that fault crops up. I request you to solve my problem as fast as possible and send an experienced technician this time.                                 Dear Sir, We bought Aquaguard Enhance RO Model from "Eureka Forbes Limited" Sur Bhaban, Saradapally, Asansol, West Bengal on 09-Nov-2013. Cuatomer iD is - [protected]. But, recently, since last one month, we have noticed that the water quality has degraded - a white particle like substances are coming out with the Aquaguard water. We have contacted customer care servcices three times. The technician(Aneesh) showed up once but he was unable to detect/rectify the problem. We informed that to Aquaguard several times but since then no technician has turned up. As a result, now we are not able to use our Aquaguard at all. Request your kind attention and speedy solution to this issue. Thanks

                                  I have booked Enhance Green0RO Aquaguard on[protected] with full cheque payment thru. your agent Mr.Avadesh Tiwari, vide order no.[protected]. He promised me to get delivery on 26-08-14. But till today i.e. 30-08-14, i have not recd. the delivery nor proper reply from the agent. This is very disgusting. I have not expect such kind of inferior quality services from eureka forbes. I have warned your agent if delivery not recd. today, cancel my order & returned my money. Now it is upto you whether to retain the customer or not.

                                  Hi all.

                                  Same in my case also, I purchase product on 13 Aug 2014, paid full amount, still no product.
                                  Sales person who collected money from card ( machine ) is not reachable . I was told if I pay full amount next day after noon I will get the product. no use..

                                    Aquaguard Reviva 50 was installed by an Aquaguard representative at my home on 12th Aug, 2014. But the following requests have not been covered till date : 1. Bill for the sale has not been delivered till now 2. After installation TDS has not been checked and confirmed by the installation representative yet 3. Before installation, a LifeTime Free Service Gold card was promised as part of a festive promotional offer, which has not been delivered yet. 4. After installation the waste water discharge quantity has not been set yet, thus enormous amounts of discharge water is being expelled from the purifier. I have contacted one Mr. Vikash Mishra, mob no - [protected], regarding all these issues several times but no action has been initiated to mitigate these issues. Also before sale of the purifier, the same person explained me several times the costumer oriented approach of Eureka Forbes towards costumer satisfaction and the same person is now not returning my calls. I just want to confirm that is this the way you conduct business ? Big propositions before installation and not answering the calls after landing the installation. And kindly confirm whether the same attitude may be expected later on also well in advance so that i may rethink about the 30 day replacement policy ?

                                      Dear Concern, this is regarding routine service of RO Reviva... i renewed my contract for one year on 29/011/2013 to 28/11/2014... on the very first day the service engineer replaced complete sets of filters and promised me that he or the company representative will visit in auto mode as an when the service is due or as per your request... till date ie on 30th Aug 2014 nobody approached me nor visited my place... i called several time to Mr Sunil (Service Engineer) - +91 [protected] but all vain... the commitment level is zero.                                         Dear senior management of eureka Forbes I have purchased the water purifier on 15th August 2014. From the dealer Named Radhika Sales Corporation. Shagun Chowk, Pimpri, Pune. Invoice no. KS/037236 Date 15/08/14 Model No. Aqua Sure Aquaflo DX UV water purifier. From the day of installation it’s give smelly water. I had given a complaint first on 20/08/2014 and Req. No. 77787903. They sent someone to resolve the problem but the guy who has come without his ID Card as he was unable to said his password which ask by your verification team, hence I have to returned him without work has done. After that again I have given a request no. 77822922 on 22/08/2014. Again they sent someone Named Mr. Mahesh from Good Luck Service who has his ID card but behaving very badly as was unable to recognize the problem. After that again I called to your Eureka Forbs team they assured me that they will send a right & senior person to resolve the problem, but no one come from your side again I called to your customer care executive and described all the thing that they provided the area managers no. (Mr. Datta Kumbhar M- [protected]) he had also assured me that he will send a right person to resolved the problem nest day, but no one come after that third day I called him but due to some personal medical matter he was at hospital when I called him. I can understand but I am unable to understand the thing that if one person is not available for any reason so work should stopped or there should be a substitute to take over there duty’s. Yesterday dated 28/08/2014 the guy Mr. Mahesh again call me regarding the request given by me but I asked him to do not come at my home to resolve the problem as he was the same guy who visited before and behaving badly while visiting. So Dear senior management team please see in to the matter carefully and resolve the problem if there is need to replace it with new one do it. Please do necessary step for the same .
