    I purchased an aqua sure water purifier and no one from company has even turned upto install my machine. Inspite of repeated reminders and mails no response from anybody. I have asked for contact details of customer service head and not providing that too.
    if this is their response on initial installation wats the road ahead ?

I will never ever recommend your product to anyone in future and also iam initiating a letter to CSDs to please avoid Eureka Forbes. This blatant violation of consumer rights and taking everything for granted.

      I had purchased a Aquaguard enhancer RO+UV around month back and it has stopped working after week . Later I registered a complaint[protected] with Aquaguard customer care on 29th July 2014 best part is till NOW IT IS NOT RESOLVED . • Customer care only appologises and they are not taking any responsibility • Sales person and area service managers are very arrogant and irresposible respectively • Engineer came and dismentled and kept it and nobody is working on it . Such an bad service from these guys I really paying price for purchasing this product . I am really not sure where to go from here to fix this  Regards, SB

          though agreement to give service including parts as said for my Infinity at contract no [protected] dt 16.01.2013 but practically it is seen that it has provided only one time in last two years and at present we are totaly unprotected from this side for that too from customer [protected]

            I have got one eureka forbes aquaguard (reviva) filter machine installed at my home, 6, deshbandhu road(East), kol-35 from 2008. But this year i have faced a horrible and unbearable situation of non-availability of drinking water. The machine is under AMC from 11.06.2014 and valid upto 10.06.2015 and remained out of order frequently. I put up complaints on .. 11.06.2014, 21.06.2014, 14.06.2014, 16.06.2014, but all my efforts went in vein. I am still now suffering from non-availability of drniking water. According to your executives all the connectors along with adaptor have to change to resolve the problem but it will take few months because of non-availability of spare parts. so, please resolve my issue and help my family along with my child to get drinking water ., debasree banerjee, [protected] / [protected]

              Dear senior managment of eureka forbes, I have registered a complaint 77317986/77555282, which is yet to get resolved for a month now. I must say that the customer care is trained so well not to get anything resolved. The senior executives are genius who promise to get things resolved in a day but they make sure that the day never comes. Since I cannot use the product anymore, i am planning it to put it in my drawing room as showpiece. Unfortunately till now i could not find a "showpiece" made of scrapped eurekaforbes water purifier. Pl. send me any designs if you have. And funny thing is that i met a executive who promised me to get a new one installed in two days. I am really figuring out if i should get a newone installed right next to it, so that my old purifier does not feel lonely. Well when i brought the purifier last year the sales executive said that the water will be so clean that I need not use mirror. Now the water is dark brown which is coming unfiltered. He made sure that he sell the product without even willing to explain its limitations. When i spoke to one of your super intelligent service person, he said the dark brown water is highly pure and can be given to kids without fear. He promised to get the machine fitted with some filter for extra cost, for which he came never. Due to such performance of the entire team and the poor machine, I have decided it to gift it to any of your company head. Unfortunately I don’t know the address. Can you pl. help me find address? And pl. forget about servicing the machine, I am fedup of fake and useless promises of your entire eureka forbes team

                My machine is under AMC .My complaint has been registered at Sambalpur vide Sl No 153 dated 08.08.2014. The issue has not been resolved till date. and I am suffering a great due to non availability of drinking water. How long can I manage by purchasing mineral water from the market? As you know, once we are used to drinking water from Aquaguard, it will not be possible to drink the normal tape water. I am informed that the delay is due to non availability of required spares and the same is likely to take some time. In fact, I wonder, as to how the transfer of spare from one area to other area can take so much of time when the courier availability is so fast and reliable. I must say that the customer service in Tata's group has relegated from top piority to down below yielding the priority in favour of PROFIT.                 My RO Water Purifier is under AMC. No service has taken place in the last six months. The service guy now tells that the previous person who did service by passed a filter. Now the carbon filter is gone and needs replacement. The franchisee is Salami Enterprises Chennai. I am escalating this issue.

                  I bought an AMC for my Aquaguard Reviva model RO on 2nd June 2014. It has been more than two months now and several complaints but I have not received a resolution. There has been no candles replacement till date and the service guy who had come did something to the RO after which the water alert has stopped functioning and the storage leaks all the time and overflows and wets my kitchen. The set has also not been installed properly. Such pathetic and horrible is their customer service quality that despite repeated reminders, I have not got any result. They have fraudulently charged me for the AMC without giving any service therefor. Escalated this to their Service incharge of my area but to no useful end.. Horribly pathetic is the word which can describe this fraudulent behaviour.

                  I shared my contact details the very day itself, but have received no response till date. Horrible group of people who operate there. Got a mail form the aquaguard team that they will get back to me in several days!!! What do they mean by several days???? Such unresponsive approach. Guess need to escalate this complaint to a legal level

                    I am using Aquaguard Reviva RO water purifier Unit Sl.No. 6012162 from 20.3.2014 . In between there was little problem of membrane leakage but the problem was not sorted out by Technician. Technician Mr. Garg told that it is not available right now but he will bring next week and get it changed. Then Technician changed membrane without any number on 12.7.2014. I asked to change it by company membrane. Then he told that within a week company will send new membrane on my address to change it, then I will replace the same. I trusted him but till date 13.08.2014 he didnt came when i called him he are not responding. I am very sorry to write complaint that how indian people get purified water with the assurance like this dealer. Kindly suggest him to provide good services and not loss faith of the consumers of the company.

                      Dear Sir, I have got one eureka forbes aquaguard RO filter machine install in my residence (C-35, JVV, Salt Lake, Kolkata). The machine is under AMC for 2 years. the machine remains out of order frequently. I put up a complaint at 08.05 am this morning but till now (6pm) nobody turned up. Docket no.[protected].05 am) and another[protected] am). There are 5 members in my house and it is difficult to remain without drinking water that is why I spent a significant amount on AMC of RO machine. I cannot expect this sort of negligence from a reputed company like Eureka forbes.                           I have an aquaguard RO REVIVA and its product ID is [protected]. I had a 2 years service contract valid from18/07/2012 to 16/07/2014.I renewed the contract on 29/07/2014 for another 2 years valid from 29/07/2014 to 28/07/2016. The person who visited me for renewing the contract promised me to change the filter cartridges the next day. No one has turned up till date. I have made several complaints at their service help line at[protected]. Every time I make a call, the customer care (don't care) executives give a complaint no and I have dozens of them. They tell the same thing like parrots. There is no feed back system on the current status of our complaints. It has been 15 days since I renewed the AMC and we've been drinking water with high TDS. syed mohideen k.s.h

                          On 12/08/2014 afternoon Eureka Forbes service personnel attended the complaint. The filter cartridges have been changed. The person who came for the renewal of AMC himself attended the complaint. He said he had obtained leave and gone to his native. If the complaint could not be attended for want of personnel or replacement parts they should have told me so which could have reduced my anxiety. This has never happened with Eureka Forbes earlier.                           Dear Sir,
                          I call your custumer care for my complaint that taste of water is not good & TDS is low. But my problem was not resolved. Today on 18/05/18 your company technician comes and changed the membrane which was not sealed, when he opened RO to changed membrane I and your technician see all filter check all filter in which date & year written by pen is 27/11/2015 is mentioned. I take picture of all filters. It means that in my present AMC service your technician not changed my filter because my previous AMC date is 27/11/15 to 26/11/16 and my contract receipt no. is 25441546 I am attaching Invoice cum receipt of previous & present AMC along with pictures of filters in which you clearly see the date 27/11/15 mentioned in all pictures of filters. Eureka Forbes is a big company & committed for his product and services how your technician do that it’s a trust that I have in Eureka Forbes, I am sorry but your service is not acceptable like this. So kindly look into the matter as earliest as possible Eureka Forbes is a brand name and I have been a loyal customer for years. So kindly changed all filters of my RO. My present AMC date is 7/10/17 to 6/10/18 and my contract receipt no. is 0007455.

                            Sir I had a service contract of my Aquaguard water purifier with eureka Forbes for a period of two years[protected] To[protected] which includes servicing and changing of filter element twice a year. On 19 July 2014, I received a call from my service dealer (Vighnaharta Enterprises) that a technician will be coming home for servicing on[protected] which was Sunday. After waiting for whole day at home nor the technician came nor did they made any call about their absentee. Unfortunately technician came on Monday without informing me when I was in office and nobody was at home. I got the information from my building watchman that he came and went. Then on Tuesday again I called the service dealer, they assured me that he will come on Wednesday evening when I will be back from office, but again same thing happen, nor the technician came nor did they made any call about their absentee, again I waited for Thursday but he did not came. When called the dealer their phone was out of order. Days past but no servicing work was carried out. Then on[protected] ie Thursday my aqua guard was not working at all due to filter choke up, so I have to buy Bisleri water for drinking purpose from thursday onwards, when I called them they received my call and assured me of sending the technician but again he didn't came, again the same thing happen on Friday. Then on Saturday ie[protected] some how I was able to contact the proprietor of Vighnaharta Enterprises Mr Vinayak (cell no. [protected]) he told me that he will check it out and assured me of sending the technician on the same day at evening but till 7pm no body came when contacted Mr Vinayak he confirmed me that the technician will come by 9 pm and he came at 9pm, but that fellow did not have the filter element with him, so he temporarily rectified the filter and told me that he will come on Monday ie[protected] evening and change the filter element definitely. Then on Sunday again my filter was out of order and again the same thing happened, the technician didn't came on Monday, when contacted Mr. Vinayak he told me that he will check it out and Inform me, but his phone did not came back again after some time when I tried to call him his phone was switch off. Another thing I would like to bring to notice that the second service of this contract ie on June 2013 was also missed by the service dealer. Is this the way to behave with the customer or are the doing the service for free of cost. Kindly help me into this issue. Thank you

                              I had purchased a water filter online with Snapdeal in February/. It was installed after three weeks. The technician has several problems and when he left i noticed there was NO REJECT water coming after flushing process happens. I have been calling your company for MANY MONTHS. Every time i call no one comes despite your staff telling it will be 24 hours. I have been drinking bad water since many months, and my wife always is complaining of stomach problems. I;m an considering legal action since you are totally incompetent as a company at providing customer service. In the meantime i am not waiting two weeks since my last complaint and am told every day since one week that tomorrow some one will come. You need to organise your company properly for such an important product. This is my worst experience in India since 8 years with any company.

                                I have purchased a gold nova in year April 2008 my customer code is [protected] and receipt no is[protected] and I'm consistently updating my AMC from 6 years but instead of being a regular customer they do not provide service to our expectation. Service is extremely poor because first of all technician do not come on time when they are informed to do so also the service center in kalyan namely sai shraddha services from where we have purchased a eureka Forbes product do not respond immediatey to our grievances .Recently there was a foul smell coming in water and also water was not in pure form some minute particles were coming from gold nova purifier so we immediately contacted our nearest service center i.e. sai shraddha services and head of service center Umakant Deshmukh assured us of service within 2 days .But technician could not recognize what was fault in aquaguard and again we contacted deshmukh next day he came and checked it and told us that one liquid namely citric acid would be required which he had not brought on that day and again assured us of service within two days when technician used that citric acid then also problem was not solved and again we complained about impure water . now they have recognized the cause of problem and compiled that carbon candle should be replaced actually cap of carbon candle was already broken by some technician while he came for cleaning 15 days earlier now as your policy for amc is that only one candle is provided in one year but because of your technician fault or defaulters mistake why are we responsible of paying cost of candle that should be provided by you but head of area Mr anil phadke is not responding so still we are drinking that foul smell water and there is lack of coordination between your technicians and coordinator and head Mr anil phadke and Mr umakant deshmukh So its very much paining to say that such a big product company could not provide service to customer who is within AMC for three years .if it will be going like this only i would never recommend anyone to use eureka forbe product . Its is my earnest request to you to attend my complaint and also take action against those who are at fault of in spoiling company name in sai shraddha services kalyan, Maharashtra 421301 hope for reply soon, , , , , , thanking you

                                  I have an Aqua guard CB Gold Water Purifier with a 3-year service contract expiring on 22/08/2014. As per the provisions, the Candle and carbon are to be changed once a year. To-day we have booked for half-yearly servicing;in which also the Candle & Carbon are to be changed.The Booking No.is 77659770 of 11.8.2014. But the Service technician, Rakesh and his Supervisor, Sanjay Gawde refused do do the same on the plea that in the last servicing it is not done. When I asked where in the contract it is written, they could not cite the sae and went ahead with the servicing inspite of my insisting for change of candle & carbon. If this is the quality of service then we are not going to renew the AMC and will switch over to some other product.                                     I had lodged for a service request for my aqua guard infinity on 05/08/2014. (Complaint no: [protected].)
                                    Till date no one have bothered to attend or call back. But when I booked for a demo, they called the very next hour. This is the most irritating part. Why should we buy a product if there is no after sales service. (Specially for a product like a water purifying system).

                                      11aug 2014, I have purchased a product from AQUA GUARD (EUREKA FORBES). The product is WATER PURIFIER (UV).
                                      The executive has assured us that the product will reduce the TDS content by 60, and is also good according to the locality.
                                      But after installation when asked to check the TDS content he refuses and said it will not reduce the TDS content and for that I have to buy RO.
                                      Even the guy who came with him to install the water purifier agreed that the executive has said that the TDS content will be reduced to 60.
                                      But the executive does not want to listen anything and started using abusive languages and also threaten to call his local friends.
                                      By the grace of God I was at Home or How Does Womens and girls Handles this kind of people.
