Sir I had a service contract of my Aquaguard water purifier with eureka Forbes for a period of two years[protected] To[protected] which includes servicing and changing of filter element twice a year. On 19 July 2014, I received a call from my service dealer (Vighnaharta Enterprises) that a technician will be coming home for servicing on[protected] which was Sunday. After waiting for whole day at home nor the technician came nor did they made any call about their absentee. Unfortunately technician came on Monday without informing me when I was in office and nobody was at home. I got the information from my building watchman that he came and went. Then on Tuesday again I called the service dealer, they assured me that he will come on Wednesday evening when I will be back from office, but again same thing happen, nor the technician came nor did they made any call about their absentee, again I waited for Thursday but he did not came. When called the dealer their phone was out of order. Days past but no servicing work was carried out. Then on[protected] ie Thursday my aqua guard was not working at all due to filter choke up, so I have to buy Bisleri water for drinking purpose from thursday onwards, when I called them they received my call and assured me of sending the technician but again he didn't came, again the same thing happen on Friday. Then on Saturday ie[protected] some how I was able to contact the proprietor of Vighnaharta Enterprises Mr Vinayak (cell no. [protected]) he told me that he will check it out and assured me of sending the technician on the same day at evening but till 7pm no body came when contacted Mr Vinayak he confirmed me that the technician will come by 9 pm and he came at 9pm, but that fellow did not have the filter element with him, so he temporarily rectified the filter and told me that he will come on Monday ie[protected] evening and change the filter element definitely. Then on Sunday again my filter was out of order and again the same thing happened, the technician didn't came on Monday, when contacted Mr. Vinayak he told me that he will check it out and Inform me, but his phone did not came back again after some time when I tried to call him his phone was switch off. Another thing I would like to bring to notice that the second service of this contract ie on June 2013 was also missed by the service dealer. Is this the way to behave with the customer or are the doing the service for free of cost. Kindly help me into this issue. Thank you

The changing of filter candle was done on 12/08/2014, but why it took so long time for the filter to be changed and another issue is about the missing service of June 2013.

    I had purchased a water filter online with Snapdeal in February/. It was installed after three weeks. The technician has several problems and when he left i noticed there was NO REJECT water coming after flushing process happens. I have been calling your company for MANY MONTHS. Every time i call no one comes despite your staff telling it will be 24 hours. I have been drinking bad water since many months, and my wife always is complaining of stomach problems. I;m an considering legal action since you are totally incompetent as a company at providing customer service. In the meantime i am not waiting two weeks since my last complaint and am told every day since one week that tomorrow some one will come. You need to organise your company properly for such an important product. This is my worst experience in India since 8 years with any company.

      I have purchased a gold nova in year April 2008 my customer code is [protected] and receipt no is[protected] and I'm consistently updating my AMC from 6 years but instead of being a regular customer they do not provide service to our expectation. Service is extremely poor because first of all technician do not come on time when they are informed to do so also the service center in kalyan namely sai shraddha services from where we have purchased a eureka Forbes product do not respond immediatey to our grievances .Recently there was a foul smell coming in water and also water was not in pure form some minute particles were coming from gold nova purifier so we immediately contacted our nearest service center i.e. sai shraddha services and head of service center Umakant Deshmukh assured us of service within 2 days .But technician could not recognize what was fault in aquaguard and again we contacted deshmukh next day he came and checked it and told us that one liquid namely citric acid would be required which he had not brought on that day and again assured us of service within two days when technician used that citric acid then also problem was not solved and again we complained about impure water . now they have recognized the cause of problem and compiled that carbon candle should be replaced actually cap of carbon candle was already broken by some technician while he came for cleaning 15 days earlier now as your policy for amc is that only one candle is provided in one year but because of your technician fault or defaulters mistake why are we responsible of paying cost of candle that should be provided by you but head of area Mr anil phadke is not responding so still we are drinking that foul smell water and there is lack of coordination between your technicians and coordinator and head Mr anil phadke and Mr umakant deshmukh So its very much paining to say that such a big product company could not provide service to customer who is within AMC for three years .if it will be going like this only i would never recommend anyone to use eureka forbe product . Its is my earnest request to you to attend my complaint and also take action against those who are at fault of in spoiling company name in sai shraddha services kalyan, Maharashtra 421301 hope for reply soon, , , , , , thanking you

        I have an Aqua guard CB Gold Water Purifier with a 3-year service contract expiring on 22/08/2014. As per the provisions, the Candle and carbon are to be changed once a year. To-day we have booked for half-yearly servicing;in which also the Candle & Carbon are to be changed.The Booking No.is 77659770 of 11.8.2014. But the Service technician, Rakesh and his Supervisor, Sanjay Gawde refused do do the same on the plea that in the last servicing it is not done. When I asked where in the contract it is written, they could not cite the sae and went ahead with the servicing inspite of my insisting for change of candle & carbon. If this is the quality of service then we are not going to renew the AMC and will switch over to some other product.           I had lodged for a service request for my aqua guard infinity on 05/08/2014. (Complaint no: [protected].)
          Till date no one have bothered to attend or call back. But when I booked for a demo, they called the very next hour. This is the most irritating part. Why should we buy a product if there is no after sales service. (Specially for a product like a water purifying system).

            11aug 2014, I have purchased a product from AQUA GUARD (EUREKA FORBES). The product is WATER PURIFIER (UV).
            The executive has assured us that the product will reduce the TDS content by 60, and is also good according to the locality.
            But after installation when asked to check the TDS content he refuses and said it will not reduce the TDS content and for that I have to buy RO.
            Even the guy who came with him to install the water purifier agreed that the executive has said that the TDS content will be reduced to 60.
            But the executive does not want to listen anything and started using abusive languages and also threaten to call his local friends.
            By the grace of God I was at Home or How Does Womens and girls Handles this kind of people.

                Yesterday service technician( Mr. Avirup) came to my home in the evening but That was the problem on my machine he could not solve anything even he gave damage on my home machine on the spot. This home machine is inverter. The Company will bear the cost of repairs to the machine.can You not repair the water machine today? The Company will bear the cost of the machine to trai.Gone was the first day but no response by company. Now What do i do? As technician( Mr. Avirup) have made a mistake, Since you have made a mistake.As the company will be able to correct mistakes .Obedient to the company.I don;t have any argue.
                Yesterday I am not satisfied for Eureka Forbes Company at Kanchrapa in Kolkata. This reason is Mr.Avirup in the employ's Eureka Company.
                when you Dismissed Mr.Avirup in Eureka Company(service) at Kanchrapara in Kolkata and licence will be cancelled the Service Franchisee of Miss Ruma Mondal by head-office and code no is 2126 then I am satisfied because all employee's of EUREKA FORBES Company (service) do't work and they have misbehave to me.
                That is why Eureka Forbes Company is Very very FROT FROT FROT FROT. That is why what do you punishment Mr.Avirup and Miss Ruma Mondal . Now this Action is taken immediately.

                  I have been trying to get service for my EURO CLEAN WET/DRY product from local franchise as well as from company since two months.
                  No one cares to attend complaints. Company's customer service section is loaded with thick skinned fellow otherwise one can not be deaf towards customer complaints.
                  Most horrible thing is that EUREKA FORBES customer service number is never working. SMS complaints never attended.
                  Umpteen number of times I lodged complaints online but the system produced reply with complaint number came once. Ref: 2CE9087570 dated 6/8/2014.
                  Local service unit girl called and intimated that service person will come to me on 7/8/2014. At least half a dozen times we wasted calls and money to know whether the service person really coming as we have to make available someone home to attend them.
                  It is just horrible experience with EUREKA SERVICE.. BE IT AQUA/CLEAN PRODUCTS.

                  After this complaint, some one from Hyderabad office of Eureka contacted me yesterday morning and took brief of my grievance and assured to resolve it during the course of the day.


                  Local franchisee owner Mr.Murali and his staff are just incorrigible so much so that even after he assured personally day before to resolve my problem, he did not bother to mind his assurance.


                  I think it is not that easy. Either I should get rid of the EURO products or bear with their disservice!

                  Sir, my problem is not resolved yet. Some service section persons speak from Hyderabad and Delhi and enquire about the problem and assure me of early solution. SO FAR THE EURO CLEAN IS NOT IN USEFUL CONDITION.
                  The local service person probably on 13/8/2014 visited us and replaced tank but the airtight gasket middle part not brought. Said mistaken identity and promised to come in next 10 days.
                  It is almost 20 days, company not bothered to set it right.
                  Any way very very bad service by EUREKA FORBES. While selling products they show all the care under the SUN and afterwards, the customer has to shed blood through his eyes.

                  See sir, it is heart burning with bloody Murali and band, who are not only thick skinned, but ruthless. They assure and do not care to attend. I am unhappy with your company management also for not being upto date in communications. your cust service phones do not work, people dont work.

When he told me about AMC he promised me machine installation failure also under AMC.But when he comes again for machine installation failure, he said machine installation failure is not under AMC. So why I invest for AMC. He give me wrong information that's not fare.I am a loyal customer of eurekaforbes. Why that's kind of bad service and bad service Person. My machine falls because of this service person. That's not fare.And he also told me he have no responsibility for installation failure. So who responsible for this ! If he don't know about reinstallation, so why he reinstall at 11 may 2014.It happened in may 2014, now I am complains, because those days between may to august, I was out of Kolkata for PERSONAL MEDICAL REASONS. Now I am back and complained against this bad behavior servise person. And my next machine service date in August so I don't want this service person again. Please send some good behavior authorised service person with proper company I CARD.

                        We have paid Rs 2850.00 vide cheque no 115695 drawn on HDFC Bank towards AMC for 3 years. Your company is suppose to give services once in 6 months which has not done till today. It is only on our request once in a year that too repeatedly reminding to your customer care. In the year 2013 no service was given to us. In 2014 I have requested your customer care for the service on 25.7.2014 and the request no given to me is 77401323 and your person came here on 28.7.2014 and asked us what is problem in water purifier. I told him that candle/carbon in the filter has not changed since last 2 years and he went back saying " i will come tomorrow". This tomorrow has not come till date. In the meantime I reminded them on 1st August and spoke to one Mr. Sagar (Head of Servicing Dept) who assured me that the person will come on the same day which did not happen. Again I spoke to Mr. Sagar on 6th of August and the same assurance which did not happen yet. Whenever I call them up new request number is given but no action. Today when I call them up and wanted to speak to Mr. Sagar they just made me to hold the line and disconnected. It happened twice today. I just want know is this the service you are providing to your customers after taking money. Instead of fooling the customers and taking money in the name of AMC why don't you ask for donation.

                          Dear Sir,
                          We own a Water Purifier Compact Model of Eureka Forbes since more than 2 Years
                          Before we were using the earlier version but as due to non availability of parts the Co. Person has asked to replace with a new one on a discount rate.So we had purchased the same.
                          We have also taken the Annual Contract for service as regard the same as well.
                          Continuing Copy of Contract also enclosed for a quick view.
                          Now since last Six month We have calling & asking the Co. & the service centre
                          for servicing the same as the machine has totally stopped to function.
                          Before all this stuff the Co. Person has came with an offer as earlier that the machine is outdated
                          so Company is availing you a new machine on discount rate which we have neglected.
                          After that no one is making provision for attending the same even if the service is booked
                          by Net or Phone call.
                          This is all seems to be a fraud being trapped with the customer by the Co for harassing
                          & making the Customer to purchase their new products.
                          I ask why the service is not taking place when the same model Compact Water Purifier
                          is also being sold online by the Company.
                          Please kindly take a prompt action as against the same at the earliest.
                          Do take the matter with the head as all seem to be involved in the same that either
                          the customer purchase their product or no service will be provided.
                          Please let a response at the earliest.

                            I have purchased Aquaguard Enhance RO water purifier which was installed on 3rd April 2014, Last 15 day it was not working properly from 2th August onwards it has stopped working, after that i have raised a complained against it on 04.08.2014 Complaint No:77583665 on their customer care service helpline and they told that their technician will visit within 24 hours but nobody came up till now, even i have tried to contact their higher management also but nobody is responding Properly, Apart from that everyday i am paying rupee 100 for mineral water

                              I purchased the Eureka Forbes 20 Ltr Amrit Storage Aquasure Gravity Water Purifier from snap deal. And the product delivered to me on 4 August 2014. On 4 aug evening i noticed that the water is leaking from the joint of the tab. After that i made a call to [protected] but the no. on waiting for 15:07 minutes at 7:06 PM and 2nd call at 7:20 PM duration 4:30 minutes that i charged Rs.35 approx. On 6 Aug i called on 39883333 again no. in waiting for about 4 minutes. I have complaint that the no one response on helpline no. and also they take charges on helpline no.s without informing even when was the call in waiting. And second replace the water purifier.

                                  I have been an user of aquaguard for last 14 years. For last 2 years we had got an AMC done for two of our aquaguards and I had to make n number of phone calls to call your service people to service it. I do remember that in this period they changed the candle only once, but unfortunately I did not keep a record of their visits as earlier it used to be so professional that I never had to bother but they would come by themself for the service. It looks to me that parts meant for AMC are used elsewhere for lesser cost and the AMC customers are suffering. Request you to kindly take action and restore the faith back in Aquaguard service.

                                    Respected Sir, i have purchased Eureka Forbes Elegant RO water purifier and get installation on 09.07.2014 after installation it was working well but on 31st of July it has stopped working, after that i have raised a complained against it on 01.08.2014 on their customer care service helpline and they told that their technician will visit within 24 hours but nobody came up to 3rd August than i have called again and given reminder they apologise and make me sure that my complaint will be clear shortly after that i called them on 04th, 05th and 06th but they are only apologise and tell me that your complaint will be solved shortly, even i have tried to contact their higher management also but nobody is responding. Apart from that everyday i am paying rupee 100 for mineral water after spending rupees 12000 for purified water.

                                      I purchased a water purifier, Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV on 25-Apr-2014. Till date i have not received the invoice for the purchase. It is over 3 months and i have been calling the sales personnel every alternate day. He is constantly giving me lame reasons for not delivering the invoice. Just to get an invoice if i have to make several calls and still not receive it, then i dread to imagine the trouble i have to go through to get a free/paid service done. I am really disgusted with your after sales service. Please have the invoice delivered to my address at the earliest.
