sir, I have lodged my complaint of the broken lid of the candle of my aqua guard, on phone no.[protected], about a month ago, and since then, I am asking to the madam who attend the phone, to change the broken lid of the candle, and every time only one answer is there, that they have asked the company to send this lid, but the company is not sending it, as well as she assured us that the it will be changed within one or two days, but sorry to say, no result came out, so I approach yourself, with a strong complaint, to please change the lid at your earlist please.
