Dear sir,
One of your product “Aqua guard Reviva†was purchased by me on[protected] bearing unit Sl No-6039845 from “Priti Aqua solution, Angul, Odisha contact No-[protected] / [protected]â€.Since last 1 Month it was out of order and not supplied any water. I have contacted to the supplier, he replied that our duty is to sale the product but not to provide service after sale, you contact to the service centre. Then from the warrantee booklet I got the phone no and contacted to “[protected]†on[protected] lodged a complaint bearing no[protected]. Nobody is responded & contacted to me regarding my complain, perhaps they take it casually. Then after 7 days i.e. on[protected] again I contacted to “[protected]†.they replied that we have contacted our Bhubaneswar service centre they will attained. But unfortunately till date nobody is came to attain my problem. Again I lodged a 2nd complain bearing No[protected] dt[protected].Before sale of a product, your people convince the poor customers with false assurance like “our products are international products, In all India our service centres are there. We are providing 24 hours door to door service to the customersâ€, where is your 24 hours service? Even after lodged a complaint nobody is responding since last 20 days. In your warrantee booklet you have written that 3 free services & checking will provided but nobody is available to see. You imagine how your people are providing which type of services to the customers. This is my sincere request to you, please sort out my problems otherwise I will escalate the matter to your higher authority.
