Hi, I have an Enhance RO aqua guard (Customer id [protected]).I have renewed the contract on 25th March 2014 from Rao enterprise(code 14407, representative name Ranjan Kr Singh).I had to get 4 filters.But I have received only 3. The service guy confirmed that he will provide that next day.But after 3months, I am still to get the same.As a result the filter have not been changed in the machine.I have raised several tickets for this(Example 76695146, 76770285, 7431209). I just want to know if I will get the 4th one at all?Or I have to buy it again?

    I am the unfortunate owner of a eureka Forbes Infiniti model. Despite paying a huge amount the technician who came to service the purifier was incompetent and struggled a lot. He said the filters need to be replaced to which I agreed and the was for Rs 3000. Now the pending work is for a valve which he said was to be procured from Guindy. It's been several weeks and the technician Suresh - [protected] never returned and does not pick my calls now. Have escalated in the eureka Forbes website and in the customer care. Always same answer we will get back in 24 - 48 hours. Have recorder their conversations and screenshots of the service request escalations are with me. Am planning to take this legally. Since this is really annoying and this is pure deficiency in service. Complaint number[protected]

    No offence here. My first service request was raised on June 24, 2014. This was done on your website. When I Called your call center they said that they do not entertain the service requests which was raised in the website. So frankly speaking its been over a month that I have been following up with you guys. The complaint number provided was the second one raised by the call center. Lets see how far you will be able to prolong this fix.
    No action taken till date. Daily following up with the call center with false promises that the technician will be coming home the same day. Also false promises like it has been escalated to next level and action will be taken immediately. This is pure deficiency of service and calls for legal action as per Consumer Protection Act.
    Not a single response evoked from Eureka Forbes till date. Dunno what kind of thick skin these guys are made of. No one has approached me for looking into the issue. The first response from Eureka Forbes for my consumer complaint was on 28.07.2014. No response after that. Been following up with the call center everyday and they never let me speak to a manager. They are just adamant that they will send someone by the end of the day. And thats that. Why do these guys sell their products if they cannot give proper support.

      My Service Contact Receipt No.[protected]. Mr. Biswanath Dey on 26.06.2014 take AMC for Two Years and Change Filter Candle but not Changed Carbon Black and says Changed day after tomorrow but still not changed till date also use unprofessional language towards services and he told I refund your money. I Call too many times but still our purifier running without services. I do not received any service from your side from installation till 26.06.2014. I purchased purifier on 27.04.2013 ITEM CODE GWPHDHIFL010000- AG HIFLO-PKD WATER CUM PURIFIER -[protected].         There is some in my aquaguard classic water purifier. I give my purifier to BEE JAY Sales from where I was purchase it. But after 2 days when I call him they told me very rudely that our technician is absent from two days and we have much work, do't call us again. When it will repair, I will call you.

          Dear Sir,

          I have procured Aqua guard
          in 15th June 2014 and installed in July 2014. Now in July only we are facing the problem that muddy water coming from aquaguard.new machine.

          We have registered the complaint on 21st july 2014 and complaint no is [protected], but till date nobody is attem=nding the same .


          This is very bad service from aqauguard.

            I have a service contract with Eureka Forbes for my Inova Aquaguard and the Aqua Sai Service Center is the assigned one for my Region. I would like to highlight this to you that the service contract was signed on 20th August 2012 which mentions the following :- No. of Periodical Service/Year : 2 Replacement of Consumables Per Year : One Pre Filter Candle and Carbon Block, Two Carbon Granules & Dual Cartridge Replacements for the model applicable. Since August 2012, I hardly had 2-3 servicings till the DATE [which is out of standards]. Out of which only Once they changed the CANDLE AND THE CARBON BLOCK; nothing other than that was changed. The Aqua SAI SERVICE CENTER which has been assigned to my region, is ULTIMATE WASTE & SUCKS BIG TIME as 1) they don't provide customer service well. 2) sends the executive's without any prior information to the customer. 3) when I had called the office contact numbers following was the experience: a)representatives over there said " We don't have information as of now". b)When asked them where is your manager [Every time they have same reply] "MANAGER IS NOT WELL HE IS ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL". c)There is a Lady Clerk [unable to recall her name] who is supposed to do the documentations and give customers the call with the information about the service's : NEVER EVER HAD A CALL from HER d) When asked the representative at doorstep "how you people directly come without any prior information ?" representatives responds "OFFICE CLERK [the lady mentioned in C)] should have had called." OVER ALL of this, This is not the first time all this has been highlighted. About approx. 6 months back i had spoken to customer care and mentioned all this, they had committed that they will overcome all these issues but there are no improvements. I also had mentioned and requested to change the service center and assign me with new SERVICE CENTER so that I can have proper service with respect to my contract, but the customer care executive said "that is not possible." PLEASE PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AS THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FROM SUCH A HUGE REPUTED COMPANY.

              On 4th July i registered only complaint on Eureka forbes website that my Aquasure had stopped working ( just 2 months after buying). The very next day, person came and informed that PCB had malfunctioned and will have to be changed. On asking how much time it will take, he said 2 days. When i contacted him after 3 days, he told that PCB was not being provided to him from the main centre. So, i escalated my complaint on their online website but still for the next 10 days, i got NO CALL from anybody...such level of mediocre service On 16th July, i contacted their call centre ( you have to wait for 5 minutes each time for their OVERBUSY staff to attend call) & i was told that my problem will be solved the same day. When i contacted them in evening, i was told that problem will be solved next day...when i threatened to take legal action, i was given the number of Central Zone Head ... stupid named Rajaram He promised me that my problem will be solved by 17th evening & when i tried to contact him on 17th evening..he refused to pick my calls...like an i was calling him till 11 PM, but he never bothered to respond...such great level of pathetic performance The next day i.e. 18th July, he called me & informed that my problem will be solved by 11 and when i asked why my calls were not picked the previous day, he said "AREY SIR...HOTA HAI...CHALTA HAI"!!! This is the limit of pathetic performance & zero attention towards customer satisfaction. People like RajaRam should be sacked so that everyone learns a lesson & they start giving better customer service Even though my problem is solved now, i dont want anyone else to go though this painful process, hence raising complaint here. Hopefully some action will be taken

The product was defective and it did not work, he told us it shall be replaced the next day. But till date even after placing hundereds of calls to them nothing has happened. The person who sold us the product is Mr. Ravi [protected] has just stopped picking up my phone. When trying to lodge a complaint with the service centre, they just put me on hold.                   Poor customer care and aquaguard company’s response

                  Beware of aquaguard company

                  Case of purchase of aquaguard enhance ro
                  1 i purchased enhanced ro aquaguard for domestic use on 25 jun 2014 and requested customer care for fresh installation vide reference number 89945455 dt 13 jul 2014 at 1000hrs. After repeated persuasion with the customer care (Which keeps you hold for more than 10 minutes every time you call them), a technician came on 16 th jul 14 and told us that the new membrane is required to be changed and he will arrange for the same and will install the very next day. However till today ie 22 jul 2014, nobody has turned up. Several calls to them have gone into deaf ears.

                  2 contacting their service head on mobile number [protected], he was aware that the work was still pending and told me that he will call back within 10 minutes but hours passed, call is yet to come. On calling up again on the same mobile number, some other person picked up the phone and asked me to repeat the entire episode..This is how aquaguard is treating its customers, total irresponsible attitude.

                  3 is there anybody at top management listening through this site and if some shame is left, it is requested to get installed my aquaguard at the earliest . Else i will
                  Be constrained to go to print & media and knock the door of law for such pathetic attitude of the company towards its customers.

                  4 with all above, there is a serious doubt of functioning ability of such a renowned company with respect to following


                  (A) the customer care expects you to keep on hold for more than 10 minutes every time you call them. This clearly indicates that the company is not bothered about customers time and value
                  (B) that the concerned complaint department doesn’t check whether the complaint has been addressed nor they take any feedback from customers regarding rectification of complaints

                  5 god please save from such fraud company’s who cannot install an aquaguard for more that 10 days.

                  6 if the action not taken in next few days, i will move a memorandum to blacklist y working jurisdiction and ban the company from entering into the complex

At the given time, the technician came and installed the machine by changing appropriate membrane. By this, the issue stands resolved. I also thank this forum for whatever action taken to resolve my complaints.

                    We have Aquaguard RO on AMC and after the technician changed the filters, the filters have been constantly leaking. We lodged a complaint on 14th July, 2014 but till date the problem has not been solved. One technician had come in between stating he will come the next day to rectify the issue, but no one has turned up so far. This is absolute cheating with the customers. I have been calling the customer care twice every day and in the morning they say the technician will come in the evening and again when I call in the evening, they say for sure he will come by 7:30 pm, Alas, no one turns up. Are we to wait at home the whole day for the technician??? If the technician is unable to make it, why doesn't someone keep us posted so that we don't simply wait for him??? What are we paying the AMC for?? Is it Customer care or CUSTOMER SCARE!!! My Address is - A2/10 Green Acres, Justice Veeraswamy Road, Kandanchavdi, Perungudi, Chennai - 600096 Please HELP!!!

                    There has been no one so far to address our complaint we registered on 14th July. The service manager of Eureka Forbes, Mr. Imayavaramban (at Perungudi area, Chennai) promised me that there is a pump issue and will be rectified by evening yesterday, 23rd July. But nobody came. Also, today, there has been no response to my phone calls to him.

                    You have mentioned in your comment to leave my contact number and your executive will get in touch. I did so but no one has called yet!!!

                    What should I say as a customer. I am so disappointed.

                    This is to acknowledge that finally the technician has come and fixed the aquaguard issue of water leaking. It has taken almost 2 weeks and several reminders to get the task done.
                    It would be nice to keep the customer posted if there is going to be a delay in fixing an issue and communicating to us rather than we following it up.
                    Hope Eureka Forbes Customer Care will stand for what it means!

                      I have bought Aquaguard RO (Reviva Model) on 12/Apr/2010. Order No :[protected] We have put AMC for every two yearssince then. Name of Service centre: Everest Enterprises 66, Ponnusamy Nagar, 3rd street, Sembium, Chennai Ph[protected] The latest AMC is executed on13/June/2014 having Contract Receipt Number :[protected] Name : Sebasthi Devi Address : 1455/2, 11th Cross Street, Poombuhar Nagar 2nd Main Road, Kolathur, Chennai -99 As a part of AMC, the technician namedMr.Senthil replaced all filters in the machine. From that time onwards, the machine isnot working properly. We have contacted customer care twiceafter that and a service technician comes home, replaces some small "Lconnections" which is used to connects filters and says everything will befine and he goes. He also charges money everytime he comes byproviding bills, which we believe to be fake. Wonder why Eureka is asking money forservice when we are in AMC. We also doubt the quality (Original /Duplicate) of the filters replaced during the AMC contract. Request yourimmediate action and the Aquaguard RO is not working well evennow. Not sure what is the techincal skill set of the technicianswho arrive here doing nothing but charging money.                       Please update the status of this complaint made.
                      I anticipate a concrete reason why the Technicians are charging money when we have the AMC in place.

                      Technician Name : Mr.Senthil kumar - charged Rs.260 and Mr. Mahendran - charged Rs.50.
                      Both has been charged for replacing a small T- connection and L-clamps which connects the filters.
                      As a Mechanical Engineer, I know well that this pieces does not cost more than Rs.15
                      When I asked them, why they are charging money, Their response to the customer was

                      "this is what I charge, If you have any doubts address mail to customer care or complaint to Eureka Forbes"

                      This shows the rude behaviour and lethargic response of the Technicians.
                      Of course the problem is not solved even after that. This shows the quality and integrity of technicians in solving a problem of customer.

                        i had purchase aquaguard duo machine from eureka forbes on 2011 and i was done service agrement with them on year 2014, they dont give proper service to me related to that th complaints details are as follows-
                        1)i was given complaint to change tab of machine they change tab after 3-4 dys after complaint which is not part of that machine they changed tab of another machine at that time they said that we will change proper tab after getting through company within 1 wk but they cant change tab
                        2)also when the service man come to servicing of my machine, he doesnt know anything about that machine he doesnt fit it properly i was again call to another person he came and repair that thing in that he doesnt fit tube of motor
                        3)i was called multiple time for change tab and reading of tds of water but serviceman cant come to serivice my machine i also kept mail complaint but they dont take any further action

                          Mr.Surojit previous agent ([protected]) of Ranigang, Dist-Burdwan(W.B) gave me an AMC paper amount Rs.1700 for four candle change.But he changed only one candle.But the paper was false.The paper is still in my hand.Now he resign from the service and I still not received the balance money.

At the time of installation complete assurance was given of regular service and regular service reminder calls.But in actual it has become very tedious process to get in contact with the sevice person of above said product.Now it has stopped working instantly and after making a no. of phone calls, i have got no response from company side.Then what's the use of going with such huge brand names and paying such huge amounts on their products.                               Dear Sir/Maa'm, I have Eureka Forbes Aquaguard purifier, but from last 6month i have to face many problems with this machine. It releave saline in water and the water became alcaline.The upper layer is cover with white sheet of saltness. I complaint many times in last few months but i couldn't get any permanent solution of my problem. Many service person came at my home, clean machine's tank but after 1 day the same problem accures.The service man told me that saline is hardness what ur machine release from ur water. But when i was supposed to perchase the machine ur company or company's sales person doesn't told me about it. Often I called sales person but the sales person also doesn't take any care of it. Even I don't get any satisfy answer from sales person. Here, I request u to give me perticular solution of my problem otherwise take ur machine back I don't want to continue with ur machine. I had made many calls to your call centre and logged complaints vide no[protected], but every time I got false commitment that it will be delivered soon. Pls help.

                                  I am unable to purchase the dust bags for EuroClean Ace vacuum cleaner from your Outlet in Vasai (Thane - Maharashtra).                                     Request No. [protected] And [protected] I bought Aqua guard Green RO. I was promised that there will be 3 free service in the first year in the intervals of 4 months. Unfortunately they dont keep any track of it and we have to remind and struggle to get the service. I raised a request for 2nd service on 15/07/2014 and technician comes on 16/07/2014 late evening. Have no idea what service he did, after the second service machine stopped filtering water. Since then I am calling them to come and attend but so far no one has turned. Every time I call, they ask me My address telephone no etc etc etc but no one makes note of it nor takes any initiative to serve. Total number of calls made, 20 in two days. Got 20 falls commitment from service engineers and Team Lead ( Nandhini Service Centre Bangalore).

                                      We had taken 3 year AMC for our Aqua guard on 21.11.2014 (Customer code - [protected]) . We had logged our complaint on 15.7.2014 with Eureka Forbes ( Complaint request[protected] as our Aqua Guard was not working.Inspite of several reminders to the customer care nobody attended our request from Eureka forbes.So we got it repaired from outside. Company is not bothered about their Customer request.They Collect Money from the customer in the name of AMC and don't turn up for service.

                                        I was interested to buy a vacuum cleaner (both wet & dry) hence one of my colleague had shared my number with the agent from Eureka Forbes. The agent called me up to check about the same with me and assured to send a person for demo. While I checked if there are any offers she assured there would be 2 offers : lifetime free service and a travel bag as a gift. I liked the product and before payment got confirmation and assurance from the agent that the gifts would be delivered within 2 days. It has been more than a month that I have been following up with them but there is no gift received yet. It is not about the gift that I can't buy, but it is the promise they failed to keep and it is too pathetic about Eureka Forbes is they can give false assurances to get customers. Also the person who gave the demo doesn't have any sense to talk to the customer anf yells at the customer saying just for a bag he is been followed up multiple times. I have had a very pathetic experience with these Eureka Forbes guys and really frustrated. Please help me in solving my issue.
