Myself Kamlesh Kumar, had purchsed one green R.O from eureka forbes on 11.02.2014 (Item code-GWPDENGNR10000 AG and Discription of goods- [protected]) from Jaipur. Since beginning, the R.O is not working properly and has been troubled us continuously . Each time, compalint was lodged with sales persons helpline nos, but the complaint was attended after many a reminders to sales persons/ reminders at helpline nos. The RO was repaired after a long-long delay each time. It used to trouble again by non functioning within next few days itself. I was not even send bill of the RO, which was ultimately send to me after a great follow-up in month of August by lodging online complaint. It has again stopped working on 04092014, and I had to lodged compalint for replacement of RO on helpline no, on 05092014. No one attended the complaint, ultimately after a vigorious follow-up at helpline nos., sales person the company person visited on 11092014 to repair the product. I did not allow to repair the RO, instead asked company persons to replace the RO. But still no step has been taken by the company in this matter. I have suffered a lot of mental harressment in last few months due to defective RO and non functioning of product. At present, service engineer, sales persons have stopped attending my phone calls. The RO is dead for last so many days.
Despite my enormous efforts, contacts on helpline nos. personal nos. of sales person, servicing head nothing is done, but false promises by sales persons, servicing head. All my efforts have gone in vain.My daughter fall sick due to consumption o[censored]npurified water.
