My consumer code is [protected]. I had placed a service request for water purifier at the call center. I was informed that the technician would visit my residence in a day or two. When no one came for 2-3 days, I followed up with the call center. I have since been following up with the call center but there is no resolution provided so far. No technician has visited my residence till date. Such a delay for servicing a water purifier is not acceptable (water being one of the most important things in one's daily life). I have been a Eureka Forbes customer many years now and it is disappointing to see the drop in service levels of Eureka Forbes who claims to be a 'Friend for Life' and provide 'value for money' to its customers.     I myself skpatel, I have complain 3 times to eureka Forbes but any serviceman has visited to my destination and my aqugard is not working for last since 4 days there is problem in candle, carbon need to be change, and also company has not provide any type of service for last 4 months and I m facing problem, so this is my humble request that company should give an quick response for customer satisfaction, kindly do needful as soon as possible.

      Myself Kamlesh Kumar, had purchsed one green R.O from eureka forbes on 11.02.2014 (Item code-GWPDENGNR10000 AG and Discription of goods- [protected]) from Jaipur. Since beginning, the R.O is not working properly and has been troubled us continuously . Each time, compalint was lodged with sales persons helpline nos, but the complaint was attended after many a reminders to sales persons/ reminders at helpline nos. The RO was repaired after a long-long delay each time. It used to trouble again by non functioning within next few days itself. I was not even send bill of the RO, which was ultimately send to me after a great follow-up in month of August by lodging online complaint. It has again stopped working on 04092014, and I had to lodged compalint for replacement of RO on helpline no, on 05092014. No one attended the complaint, ultimately after a vigorious follow-up at helpline nos., sales person the company person visited on 11092014 to repair the product. I did not allow to repair the RO, instead asked company persons to replace the RO. But still no step has been taken by the company in this matter. I have suffered a lot of mental harressment in last few months due to defective RO and non functioning of product. At present, service engineer, sales persons have stopped attending my phone calls. The RO is dead for last so many days. Despite my enormous efforts, contacts on helpline nos. personal nos. of sales person, servicing head nothing is done, but false promises by sales persons, servicing head.         We purchased Aquaguard Enhance UV WP (New) system on March 24.03.2014, thr' sales after discussion with your represenattive Mr. Vaibhav Dhanavade. The installation was done and we have used the system for the last nearly six months. During the first service last week, when we enquired about an extra blue tube provided, we were told that it was meant for drain water which was not critical. However when we insisted the service agent connected it. Now when we start it, the tank filling (water collection) has become very slow with a good deal of water flushed out of the system at the same time as seen during the filling process. The technician was not able to explain what was the drain for, how it helps and how it works or how important it is to have it working. Secondly, I realise that we have been drinking substandard quality water for the last few months because of negligence and carelessness of your representative. Finally, I find the system very ill-efficient / environment un-friendly as a good deal of water is wasted during the filtration process. I would like to request for a clarification about the functioning and utility of the drain within next one week. I hope that the concerned staff is also duly reprimanded as well as trained to perform their job better Needless to say, I will refrain from recommending your water purifiers to anyone in future.           I purchased Eureka RO Enhance in Sept 2011. Took AMC in Sep2012. Extended AMC in Sept 2013. At that time the technician told me that the water filter is good and it can be changed after few months. They told the same during every 2 months when they serviced. Now the water quality is low and since my AMC is expiring, I asked them to change the filter vide service request no [protected] Dt:16 Sept. They did not respond for 4 days. I made several calls every day. finally they told that as per their records the water filter is already changed. So they can't change it now. Not sure if they sold it outside. I got three area manager numbers, Karthik :[protected]; Venkatachalam:[protected]; Emayavarman:[protected]. I called each of them several times but no one responded. I even sent sms to all of them. No response. It's very pathetic that their area managers are not responding to the calls? Hope they believe in what they say "Your friend for life". and resolve my issue by replacing the filter. Since it was not attended, I lodged request once again on 25-aug-2014 and was registered under no D69C0937101. Since no body attended, I relodged my request for the third time on 04-sep-2014 and was alloted request no [protected]. Inspite of following up the matter on telephone to Eureka Forbes local centre at Tel No:[protected], nobody cares.               I have purchased a Aquaguard ENHANCE RO water purifier on 15.07.2012 from Eureka Forbes, Chengalpet center, Tamilnadu (customer code: [protected]) Later after satisfactory completion of 12 months warranty period, I have entered into an annual service contract (3 periodical service visits/Year)valid from 09.11.2013 to 08.11.2014 vide Contract receipt no.[protected] after paying Rs.4, 230/- to your customer service representative Mr.Venkat (ph:[protected]). From 09.11.2013 to 20.04.2014, I was residing in the same address where the annual service contract was started. But during the above mentioned period, the periodical servicing visit due on 08.03.2014 (within first four months of contract) was not at all carried out. On 20.04.2014, I shifted my residence to Perungalathur (pincode:600 063) and I demanded for installation of my machine in my new residence and the same was carried out on 26.06.2014 by your representative Mr.Naresh (BP Name: RKP). During installation I insisted upon carrying out Periodical Servicing visit. But your representative refused to do so stating that call has been raised for installation only and that he doesn't know anything regarding ASC which we have entered. During the month of July 2014, Taste of water from RO detoriated and I registered complaint for attending the same. After several follow ups and consequent complaints a service technician (Mr.Rajkumar/ST code: 48895) was assigned to rectify the machine and he visited my house on 16.08.2014. I deeply regret to inform you that the first service visit in the contract was carried out only after 9 months from the date of entry into contract. In the mean time, all the damage possible to the machine might have happened. Even after shedding one third of the original cost of the machine, in the name of so called "Annual service contract" not even a single visit was made to maintain the health of the machine. As the machine was not periodically checked and due maintenance were not carried, I suspect the life of most important parts in the machine may be reduced in the long run. During visit on 16.08.2014, your service technician replaced only a membrane in the machine out of all consumables allotted per year(pre filter candle, sediment filter pre carbon & post carbon were not replaced). I hereby request you to look into the above way in which you handle your valuable customers, and try to avoid such unethical practices of abandoning the service contract you enter into with your customers. I believe that you will take necessary action in this regard to protect my belief in your company which I had before buying your product. I request you to do reasonable remedies for the violations of terms and conditions of the contract happened during the above period of contract and do the rectifications as early as possible before the expiry of the contract.

                I K B CHARI FROM GUNTUR PURCHASED AQAGUARD WATER PURIFIER RO ENHANCE IN THE MONTH ON JAN 14. I ST FREE SERVICE ON 22.5.14. ON THAT THE TECHNICIANS FAILED TO OPEN THE SYSTEM BUT THEY BLUFFED IT WAS CLEANED, OK WE SIGNED ON THE SERVICE CARD SERVICE RENDERED. BUT ON 17.9.14 THE PEOPLE CAME AND FAILED TO OPEN THE WATER FURIER .

                  Some shame less fellows are working in your company. Why don't you dismiss them who are not fit to handle their customers. They don't attend after repeated complains.My complaint No [protected] dated 11/09/2014.I also informed by mail that I am not getting water but there was no action. I paid the amount as per your requirement for one year contact. Money is not matter I give you more money but you should fulfill the customer's demand. Otherwise stop this process. Machine will be thrown out when it doesn't work. One more request if the machine is not repaired please return the amount as much as possible and return back yours machine

                    As on date 13/9/2014 i found insects (ants and larva) in the main tank of my Aquagaurd enhance Green RO. So i complained next day (14/9/2014) on[protected], the customer care executive said that it will be difficult for her to send someone on Sunday but she will try. That day a technical person came afternoon and after seeing the product he said the filter and belts are required to be changed. My mother was at home at that time she said to him that he must clean the appliance and tell the reason that if insects are found in main tank then what is purpose of changing the filter and belts. He did not stayed for a while there after listening this and went away saying that first you buy yourself filter and belts then call me for service. It was very rude for him to say this. I dont know his name else I would have mentioned here. I want to mention here that product was serviced 45 days ago by eureka forbes representatives and according to me the reason of insects entering the main tank is loose top cover of machine. The filter and Belt can not be the reason of insects entering in the main tank. After the incidence i again complained on same number, no one came. On the next day (15/9/2014) i again complained by calling that number. On 16/9/2014 i complained again, no one attended till now (17/9/2014). This product was bought by me because of name of the company. But i did not know that the company provides very poor after sales services. I am having very bad experience of this company and have decided to stop recommending Eureka forbes products to my friends and family.                       Hi Eureka Forbes, I have booked model Geneus by paying Rs 21490/ to sales executive Mr Babu (Mobile [protected] Emp no 9067465) in Bangalore. I have received the product and is installed at my location. Now i got call from the call centre that the sales executive has not deposited the money to company and invoice can't be generated due to this. As i have paid full amount to authorized person sent by Eureka Forbe and now i have become the sufferer due to malpractice of the sales executive. The receipt given to me number is 048648 and order form cum receipt No[protected]. I hope eureka Forbe team will resolve this matter amicably before i approach consumer court or police.                           I bought eureka Forbes water purifier--Royal model around ten years back.. i have AMC contract with the company... one month back i told the service people that the machine is running for only ten minutes..after that it automatically stopped by itself.. They took the machine to the service center for repair.. Two days later they didn't bring the machine... i rang them several times ...they didn't attend the phone. Due to some personal reason i left for Bangalore for more than a week... after coming from the trip, i rang them & asked them to bring back the machine... i thought that the problem with the machine would be set right... but it was not...it still alive... what to do with the problem? Please do the needful asap.

                            We are based in Goa. We had purchased a Eureka Forbes Aquasure Crystal UV Water Purifier on 05 December 2013 from CMM, Merces, Goa (Invoice No. T/8882). In July 2014 it stopped working. As it was still under warranty, we called up the centralized complaint number on 23 July 2014 (we were informed that this is the only way to do it for a first time complaint) and registered our complaint., the service request number being [protected]. We were told that we would be attended to very soon by their Goa personnel. However, for 2 weeks nobody called. After 2 weeks a technician (Sanjay – mobile number [protected]) came to our place and checked the machine. He said the PCB of the machine needed to be replaced and he would come back in a day or two. He gave us the number of his manager Atul (mobile no. [protected] ), who we spoke to and he also said that our machine would be fixed in the next few days. However, for weeks thereafter nobody came and we would get no reply from the number of the manager Atul whenever we called. Finally after a few weeks, we personally visited the office of Eureka Forbes in Porvorim and told them about our problem They said they would ensure that the matter would be attended to in the next few days, however nothing happened. So we once again complained to the centralized complaint number and we were told that a message would go to their Goa branch to attend to our machine. We also called up the store CMM where we purchased the machine, and they gave us the number of the person in charge Venkatesh (mobile [protected]). We spoke to Venkatesh on 3rd September and he said he would ensure that someone would come and repair the machine in the next day or two. A week ago we got a call from a person saying he was the technician and that he would come the next day, but he never showed up. Today is 15 September, i.e. 7 weeks since we first registered our complaint and we have still not been attended to, inspite of our repeated phone calls and visits. This is absolutely shocking service on the part of Eureka Forbes. With this kind of service under warranty, what do we expect once the warranty period is over? If they cannot attend to our machine, Eureka Forbes should give us our money back and in the very least compensate us for the amount we have spent on bottled water purchased from outside.                             Re: your reply, I have been assured of this so many times in the last almost 2 months through my numerous calls and visit, but nothing has come out of it. You have not given any date or time when your representative will get in touch - if you are really concerned, I should get my water purifier attended to the very same day or the very next day. So please give me the date or time when your representative will come and fix the same.

                            @ Chinmayi Bathena: If still nothing happens, go to the Consumer Court. With the details you have, they will even check calls and everything. And companies like this HATE the consumer court.

                                  I bought Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV on 12/07/2014 at Rs 16990 (Bill No. 12316 Mark Enterprises, Sohna Road Gurgaon). After 1 month o[censored]sage it started its pump started leaking excess water continuously. The machine keeps working and leaking water continuously for hours. We have called customer care several times but there is no solution done yet. Some technician say that pump is faulty, some say that membrane is faulty but no one fixes the problem. It seems that my heard earned money got wasted with no one listening to our concerns. This is pathetic customer service and faulty product from a well renowned brand. Please help.                                     Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your notice that I have made a purchase of Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard water purifier(1 Piece) and Pre-Filter Bowls(2 Pieces) on dated: 22/07/2014 by paying a total amount of Rs.16, 400+500(towards installation charges). Proofs of payments Rs.16400 attached. Though I have complained to your customer care executives over multiple calls, but no action as been taken yet regarding your sales executive(P. Vikram Reddy; [protected]) who has resorted to Fitting a used second hand pre-filter bowl at my premises after collecting money for a new pre-filter bowl that costs Rs1200/each; and also not providing me with a proper bill for the purchase. I was supposed to get in touch with a person named (Rajnikanth:[protected]) but no action has been taken by him either regarding either the replacement of the pf-bowl or providing a proper bill. Though I have been calling him each week, he has given me lame excuses as to the sales executive absconding. As I am a lawyer by profession, i shall make it clear to you that such discrepancies will not be tolerated and; I shall soon approach the consumer court for justice after due filing of Complaint against your company/executive at a local police station.                                     As already mentioned by me, as to being cheated by Sales Executive & Technician from your company (Eureka Forbes) by installing a used second hand pre-filter bowl at my location to which the sales executive(P.Vikram Reddy) too has agreed upon a conversation over a phone call & not providing me with a proper bill for the payments made. I hereby request you to
                                    1. Immediately replace the used pre-filter bowl with a new set.
                                    2. Provide me with proper Bill Documents for the purchase.
                                    3. Take immediate action against the sales executive & the technician for their malpractices.

                                      I have installed AG Enhance UV water purifier from aqua guard 6 months back . But now within after 6 months there service engineer came for servicing and screwed up the UV lamp connection due to which it has stopped purifying water and also stopped dispensing it . I am facing this problem since 15 days and no has even bothered to look into it .. very bad service

                                        NOT GIVING PROPER SERVICING. TOO MANY COMPLAINTS STILL NO ONE COMES FOR SERVICING.I Lydia Curel resident of 302 A wing Indrajeet Apartment, Near Ganpati Karkhana, Majiwada, Thane -400601, Mumbai, Maharashtra Ph No [protected] . I bought aqua guard water purifier many years back(Aquaguard Compact Purchase date[protected].Mr Khimji solakni was the person who fitted the purifier but he didn’t fit the safety valve. The service guys never called me before coming to provide service so they used to come at any time which was inconvenient for me.
                                        On[protected], a person named Manish singh came for the servicing but as there was water problem at our place on that day, so he signed himself, went back and reported the company that the servicing was done.
                                        On[protected] a person named Mr Gaikwad promised us to give a good service so I did a renewation of 3 years but in the receipt only 2 years[protected] to[protected] was written for the cost of 3 years. The end date of service should have been[protected].
                                        Also after the renewation, they still have not given us any service.So I called Eureka forbes[protected] helpline and the person Mr. Kedar Sharma gave me a complaint no 78051978 dated by 5-9-2014 at 15:43.He said that your complaint has been registered and the servicing would be done within 2 days. But it has been more than a week and still no one has showed up for the servicing.I even called the person Mr Gaikwad ph no [protected] for requesting the service.He said that he will come tomorrow and replace the filter.I still waited for him till today[protected] evening but he didn’t come.The replacement period for the filter is long past its due. Members of my family are falling ill because of the water which is not filtered properly by the Aquaguard filter.Who is responsible for this?We are drinking boiled water daily.So its my request that you take your aquaguard filter machine and give me my money back.Your harassment is now past my limit and so I will go to the consumer department and file a paper against the company for its poor service.
