I purchased a Eureka Forbes Magna water purifier on 1st Aug 2014 from sales person named Sankar (ph: [protected]). After repeated calls only got the water purifier installed on 13th Aug. After installation observed that the newly launched Magna water purifier is a DEFECTIVE product of Eureka Forbes. The purified water gets empitied automaically. We called up the sales person informing about this issue. But he seems reluctant. We called up multiple people of Eureka Forbes multiple times informing about this problem (Padmanaban [protected], Srinivasa Naidu [protected], Saravanan [protected]). But no body seems to do anything about this defective product. HOW CAN REPUTED COMPANY LIKE EUREKA FORBES SELL A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND DOES NOT RESPOND BACK TO CUSTOMER'S CONCERN. After lot of frustration decided to return the product and get the refund. Hearing about the return & refund, Eureka forbes people wants to fix the issue of this defective product somehow and tried convincing us. But I wanted to return the product and have my money back.I called up very person mentioned above more than 10 times asking them to take the product back and give us the refund. But no body cares to do anything about this. I have even logged a complaint on the Eureka Forbes website and also called up the call center to log a complaint. Still no action has been taken. Recently called up the call center and found that no complaint has been registered to refund of money. Got shocked and logged a complaint again yesterday. EUREKA FORBES IS A COMPANY THAT PROVIDES WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE BEWARE OF EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT ESPECIALLY THEIR DEFECTIVE MAGNA WATER PURIFIER. ALSO BEWARE OF THE SALES PERSON ESPECIALLY SANKAR (PH:[protected]) WHO IS GOOD FOR NOTHING.

    My customer ID : [protected] I own an Aquaguard and It not even a year it got break down twice. I registered my complain on 20th September. Some person from a service center called me and I specifically mentioned him that red is coming up. Service guy came home on 23rd. But, he came to my home without parts and then told me that photo static some part is not working..will be back tomorrow morning(24th sep) before 12 noon with new parts.He didn't come. Then, when I called him on 25th sep morning he told I am busy and I will come tomorrow morning and also told me I don't have stock and will collect from office if part is available and only come after it comes, I can fix it. He asked to contact customer care.Its been more than 5 days since I raised this problem and no proper response. There is so much problem we are facing at home without drinking water. Is this the way you guys treat the customer? And before buying you tell that the problem will be taken care in 24 working hours. This is not at all acceptable. Please take action immediately.

      My customer ID : [protected] I own an Aquaguard and I have taken 2 years AMC. I had called customer care to replace the filters on September 12th. Some person from a service center called me and I specifically mentioned him that filters needs to be replaced as per AMC. But, he came to my home without any filters and then told, I will be back after 2 hours with new filters. Then, when I called him, he told I am busy and I will come tomorrow morning. Next day morning, he came to my home with 4 filters out of which 2 were sealed and 2 filters were not sealed. I asked that guy to call the owner and I spoke to him asking why 2 filters were not sealed. He told that these filters nowadays come without sealed covers which was not at all convincing. I think he was trying to put some old filter. Since I didn't accept, that guy told he will bring new filters next day morning. Next day morning when I called him, he told he will come next to next day. Again I called the service center owner and he spoke in a different tone saying I don't have stock. Only after it comes, I can send it. He asked to contact customer care. I informed this to customer care. Its been more than 2 weeks since I raised this ticket and no proper response. Is this the way you guys treat the customer? That too trying to replace old filters. This is not at all acceptable. Please take action immediately.

        Sir, I have to complain against Shiv Shakti Enterprises Vikas Nagar Lucknow.([protected]) I have deposit 500 Rs. as initial amount for Eurekaforbes Aquaguard through company seller on 28 Aug 2014 as they had told they are Genuine franchise/Dealer of the Eurekaforbes company. But when I call him many time in 24 hours to cancel the booking and refund my 500 Rs, they deny and forcefully told me that you have to take product, amount would not refunded. As per your information there was no guidelines for non refunding this Initial amount.

          NO EUREKA FORBES SERVICE IN GOA FOR PAST ONE MONTH Received a call from[protected] on 20-SEP-2014; No body turned up; received a call from[protected], who asked for directions of house and whether AG unit is under AMC. He has not turned up probably because unit is under AMC? Called today No [protected] at 6.08 PM, and he states " we will see later" . Service request for AG GNOVA is of 20-aug-2014 under no [protected]; customer id [protected] for amc contract no 22737476 valid from 29-oct-2013 upto 28-oct-2016. Repeated request once again on 25-aug-2014 and was registered under no D69C0937101. Since no body attended, repeated request for the third time on 04-sep-2014 and was alloted request no [protected]. Inspite of following up the matter on telephone to Eureka Forbes local centre at Tel No:[protected], nobody cares. What is the use of AMC.

            Hi, I have ordered AQUAGUARD ENHANCE RO + UV on August 28, 2014. Worst Customer service!! I am almost waited for a 15 weeks to receive product. Still now installment is not happend. I had Called many times for installment as well as received product but no response, No reply for mails. Even for installment itself worst service, How could I trust for future!               Dear Sir, I purchased your water purifier (Model- green RO ) on EMI basis on 05 /09/2014. After installation I found that the taste of water is very bitter. It is leaving unpleasant taste in mouth afterwards. I contacted your team many time but they replied that the taste will remain the same. On 16.09.2014 a salesperson visited and again and replaced all the candles and said, that the water of this model tastes like this only Sir, before this I had used water purifier of other companies(i.e USHA BRITA, KENT) which were less expensive but water of none tasted like this. Sir, It is very hard for me and my family to drink the water. You are therefore, requested to please look into the matter and get the purifier exchanged to maintain my trust on your brand.                 I myself N.Suresh kumar, I have purchased aqucard RO water purifier in the month of October 2013. I have complain 3 times to eureka Forbes but any serviceman has visited to my destination and my aqugard is not working for last since 6 days there is problem in filtering the water, and also company has not provide any type of service for last 11 months and I m facing problem, so this is my humble request that company should give an quick response for customer satisfaction, kindly do needful as soon as possible...

                  Dear Sir/Mam, I took help from your service centre on 16/09/2014.I bought AMC 3530 by contract receipt No10,[protected]receipt attached).Since 16/09/2014 my Nano Ro has not been working properly.I am without drinking water for 7 days due to mishandling of product by your service provider.When ever i tried to contact your company person, he would come and make some changes and charge extra money.Also I contacted your Helpline No[protected], with complaint No[protected].Also it was assured that a senior technician will visit same day. Unfortunately no one visited that day .Due to your company, i have to postpone all my professional appointments in last 1 week.In the last 1 week i had been without continuous supply of drinking water. As a result of which i had been in unwanted mental agony and financial hardship as well . So due to the mental trauma and financial loss i demand : 1.Cancellation of my check of Rs 3530-/- (Bank of Baroda, Check no-000014, Account No-[protected]) 2.Installation of new Nano Ro 3 Compensation of Rs 1 00 000(Rs 1 lakh) for wasting my valuable time for 1 week and mental agony and trauma.

                    Product : Forbes Trendy Steel V/C Date of purchase :[protected] Place of purchase : Ambica Electronics, Swaminarayan Nagar, New chhani rd, Vadodara Invoice No: 2265 Problem: Machine not working Complaint registered on 20th May'14 at Ambica Electronics. After many follow ups first inspection done on 28th June'14. Since then many follow ups done but no response and no rectification work done. My machine is under the warranty period and the company has taken the full amount of the machine. So why should I not get the service.It has been 5 months now and this is very high limit of patience. I would never recommend anybody to buy a Eureka Forbes product. I request you to take away your machine and refund my amount paid for the machine during my purchase.                         My consumer code is [protected]. I had placed a service request for water purifier at the call center. I was informed that the technician would visit my residence in a day or two. When no one came for 2-3 days, I followed up with the call center. I have since been following up with the call center but there is no resolution provided so far. No technician has visited my residence till date. Such a delay for servicing a water purifier is not acceptable (water being one of the most important things in one's daily life). I have been a Eureka Forbes customer many years now and it is disappointing to see the drop in service levels of Eureka Forbes who claims to be a 'Friend for Life' and provide 'value for money' to its customers.                             Myself Kamlesh Kumar, had purchsed one green R.O from eureka forbes on 11.02.2014 (Item code-GWPDENGNR10000 AG and Discription of goods- [protected]) from Jaipur. Since beginning, the R.O is not working properly and has been troubled us continuously . Each time, compalint was lodged with sales persons helpline nos, but the complaint was attended after many a reminders to sales persons/ reminders at helpline nos. The RO was repaired after a long-long delay each time. It used to trouble again by non functioning within next few days itself. I was not even send bill of the RO, which was ultimately send to me after a great follow-up in month of August by lodging online complaint. It has again stopped working on 04092014, and I had to lodged compalint for replacement of RO on helpline no, on 05092014. No one attended the complaint, ultimately after a vigorious follow-up at helpline nos., sales person the company person visited on 11092014 to repair the product. I did not allow to repair the RO, instead asked company persons to replace the RO. But still no step has been taken by the company in this matter. I have suffered a lot of mental harressment in last few months due to defective RO and non functioning of product. At present, service engineer, sales persons have stopped attending my phone calls. The RO is dead for last so many days. Despite my enormous efforts, contacts on helpline nos. personal nos. of sales person, servicing head nothing is done, but false promises by sales persons, servicing head.                               We purchased Aquaguard Enhance UV WP (New) system on March 24.03.2014, thr' sales after discussion with your represenattive Mr. Vaibhav Dhanavade. The installation was done and we have used the system for the last nearly six months. During the first service last week, when we enquired about an extra blue tube provided, we were told that it was meant for drain water which was not critical. However when we insisted the service agent connected it. Now when we start it, the tank filling (water collection) has become very slow with a good deal of water flushed out of the system at the same time as seen during the filling process. The technician was not able to explain what was the drain for, how it helps and how it works or how important it is to have it working. Secondly, I realise that we have been drinking substandard quality water for the last few months because of negligence and carelessness of your representative. Finally, I find the system very ill-efficient / environment un-friendly as a good deal of water is wasted during the filtration process. I would like to request for a clarification about the functioning and utility of the drain within next one week. I hope that the concerned staff is also duly reprimanded as well as trained to perform their job better Needless to say, I will refrain from recommending your water purifiers to anyone in future.                                 I purchased Eureka RO Enhance in Sept 2011. Took AMC in Sep2012. Extended AMC in Sept 2013. At that time the technician told me that the water filter is good and it can be changed after few months. They told the same during every 2 months when they serviced. Now the water quality is low and since my AMC is expiring, I asked them to change the filter vide service request no [protected] Dt:16 Sept. They did not respond for 4 days. I made several calls every day. finally they told that as per their records the water filter is already changed. So they can't change it now. Not sure if they sold it outside. I got three area manager numbers, Karthik :[protected]; Venkatachalam:[protected]; Emayavarman:[protected]. I called each of them several times but no one responded. I even sent sms to all of them. No response. It's very pathetic that their area managers are not responding to the calls? Hope they believe in what they say "Your friend for life". and resolve my issue by replacing the filter. If they see this complaint, they can contact me. They can get my number from the service request no [protected]. -Suneel

Since it was not attended, I lodged request once again on 25-aug-2014 and was registered under no D69C0937101. Since no body attended, I relodged my request for the third time on 04-sep-2014 and was alloted request no [protected]. Inspite of following up the matter on telephone to Eureka Forbes local centre at Tel No:[protected], nobody cares.                                     I have purchased a Aquaguard ENHANCE RO water purifier on 15.07.2012 from Eureka Forbes, Chengalpet center, Tamilnadu (customer code: [protected]) Later after satisfactory completion of 12 months warranty period, I have entered into an annual service contract (3 periodical service visits/Year)valid from 09.11.2013 to 08.11.2014 vide Contract receipt no.[protected] after paying Rs.4, 230/- to your customer service representative Mr.Venkat (ph:[protected]). From 09.11.2013 to 20.04.2014, I was residing in the same address where the annual service contract was started. But during the above mentioned period, the periodical servicing visit due on 08.03.2014 (within first four months of contract) was not at all carried out. On 20.04.2014, I shifted my residence to Perungalathur (pincode:600 063) and I demanded for installation of my machine in my new residence and the same was carried out on 26.06.2014 by your representative Mr.Naresh (BP Name: RKP). During installation I insisted upon carrying out Periodical Servicing visit. But your representative refused to do so stating that call has been raised for installation only and that he doesn't know anything regarding ASC which we have entered. During the month of July 2014, Taste of water from RO detoriated and I registered complaint for attending the same. After several follow ups and consequent complaints a service technician (Mr.Rajkumar/ST code: 48895) was assigned to rectify the machine and he visited my house on 16.08.2014. I deeply regret to inform you that the first service visit in the contract was carried out only after 9 months from the date of entry into contract. In the mean time, all the damage possible to the machine might have happened. Even after shedding one third of the original cost of the machine, in the name of so called "Annual service contract" not even a single visit was made to maintain the health of the machine. As the machine was not periodically checked and due maintenance were not carried, I suspect the life of most important parts in the machine may be reduced in the long run. During visit on 16.08.2014, your service technician replaced only a membrane in the machine out of all consumables allotted per year(pre filter candle, sediment filter pre carbon & post carbon were not replaced). I hereby request you to look into the above way in which you handle your valuable customers, and try to avoid such unethical practices of abandoning the service contract you enter into with your customers. I believe that you will take necessary action in this regard to protect my belief in your company which I had before buying your product. I request you to do reasonable remedies for the violations of terms and conditions of the contract happened during the above period of contract and do the rectifications as early as possible before the expiry of the contract.

                                      I K B CHARI FROM GUNTUR PURCHASED AQAGUARD WATER PURIFIER RO ENHANCE IN THE MONTH ON JAN 14. I ST FREE SERVICE ON 22.5.14. ON THAT THE TECHNICIANS FAILED TO OPEN THE SYSTEM BUT THEY BLUFFED IT WAS CLEANED, OK WE SIGNED ON THE SERVICE CARD SERVICE RENDERED. BUT ON 17.9.14 THE PEOPLE CAME AND FAILED TO OPEN THE WATER FURIER .

                                        Some shame less fellows are working in your company. Why don't you dismiss them who are not fit to handle their customers. They don't attend after repeated complains.My complaint No [protected] dated 11/09/2014.I also informed by mail that I am not getting water but there was no action. I paid the amount as per your requirement for one year contact. Money is not matter I give you more money but you should fulfill the customer's demand. Otherwise stop this process. Machine will be thrown out when it doesn't work. One more request if the machine is not repaired please return the amount as much as possible and return back yours machine
