sir, I have lodged my complaint of the broken lid of the candle of my aqua guard, on phone no.[protected], about a month ago, and since then, I am asking to the madam who attend the phone, to change the broken lid of the candle, and every time only one answer is there, that they have asked the company to send this lid, but the company is not sending it, as well as she assured us that the it will be changed within one or two days, but sorry to say, no result came out, so I approach yourself, with a strong complaint, to please change the lid at your earlist please.     I have given complaint 2 months back calling customer care people regularly but no use very worst service from Eureka forbes very very wirst service centres you people have... from cust care gave me service centre number which is located in bangalore Mahalakshmipuram please cancel the license first its very worst reponse i got from them each time i call... u people taken insurance amount from me and given such a service to me... i never recommend Eureka forbes Products to any body if someone purchasing it i will stop it by telling the service from u very worst company...

      sir, i bought Aquaguard on this january and it was not installed properly and as a result my family ha to drink carbon filled water. i hae bills for hospital i had to pay as i had drunk carbon filled water. It was installed by your representatives itself. i need compensation or else i am taking case to consumer court.

        I Had purchased Aquaguard enhance water purifier on 12th May 2014.. I bought the product in mumbai and needed to install it in Karla lonavala, I specifically asked the salesman if this was possible and was assured that the service and installation would be possible in my Karla residence..Since then, We have numerous phone calls but for last 3 months, no one from the agency has come to Install the machine, The product is Aquaguard Enhance, invoice number is 3974100 and the order no is[protected] Date of purchase is 12th May 2014.

          I am a aquaguard user in B. S. city, bokaro (jharkhand). My aquaguard machine is in bad condition and i am suffering from my aquaguard because that machine no give water at all. But the same fault of the machine not starting is still persisting even after the technician had visited my residence thrice to solve the same fault. He finds a temporary solution to rectify it and again that fault crops up. I request you to solve my problem as fast as possible and send an experienced technician this time.               Dear Sir, We bought Aquaguard Enhance RO Model from "Eureka Forbes Limited" Sur Bhaban, Saradapally, Asansol, West Bengal on 09-Nov-2013. Cuatomer iD is - [protected]. But, recently, since last one month, we have noticed that the water quality has degraded - a white particle like substances are coming out with the Aquaguard water. We have contacted customer care servcices three times. The technician(Aneesh) showed up once but he was unable to detect/rectify the problem. We informed that to Aquaguard several times but since then no technician has turned up. As a result, now we are not able to use our Aquaguard at all. Request your kind attention and speedy solution to this issue. Thanks

                I have booked Enhance Green0RO Aquaguard on[protected] with full cheque payment thru. your agent Mr.Avadesh Tiwari, vide order no.[protected]. He promised me to get delivery on 26-08-14. But till today i.e. 30-08-14, i have not recd. the delivery nor proper reply from the agent. This is very disgusting. I have not expect such kind of inferior quality services from eureka forbes. I have warned your agent if delivery not recd. today, cancel my order & returned my money. Now it is upto you whether to retain the customer or not.

                Hi all.

                Same in my case also, I purchase product on 13 Aug 2014, paid full amount, still no product.
                Sales person who collected money from card ( machine ) is not reachable . I was told if I pay full amount next day after noon I will get the product. no use..

                  Aquaguard Reviva 50 was installed by an Aquaguard representative at my home on 12th Aug, 2014. But the following requests have not been covered till date : 1. Bill for the sale has not been delivered till now 2. After installation TDS has not been checked and confirmed by the installation representative yet 3. Before installation, a LifeTime Free Service Gold card was promised as part of a festive promotional offer, which has not been delivered yet. 4. After installation the waste water discharge quantity has not been set yet, thus enormous amounts of discharge water is being expelled from the purifier. I have contacted one Mr. Vikash Mishra, mob no - [protected], regarding all these issues several times but no action has been initiated to mitigate these issues. Also before sale of the purifier, the same person explained me several times the costumer oriented approach of Eureka Forbes towards costumer satisfaction and the same person is now not returning my calls. I just want to confirm that is this the way you conduct business ? Big propositions before installation and not answering the calls after landing the installation. And kindly confirm whether the same attitude may be expected later on also well in advance so that i may rethink about the 30 day replacement policy ?

                    Dear Concern, this is regarding routine service of RO Reviva... i renewed my contract for one year on 29/011/2013 to 28/11/2014... on the very first day the service engineer replaced complete sets of filters and promised me that he or the company representative will visit in auto mode as an when the service is due or as per your request... till date ie on 30th Aug 2014 nobody approached me nor visited my place... i called several time to Mr Sunil (Service Engineer) - +91 [protected] but all vain... the commitment level is zero.                       Dear senior management of eureka Forbes I have purchased the water purifier on 15th August 2014. From the dealer Named Radhika Sales Corporation. Shagun Chowk, Pimpri, Pune. Invoice no. KS/037236 Date 15/08/14 Model No. Aqua Sure Aquaflo DX UV water purifier. From the day of installation it’s give smelly water. I had given a complaint first on 20/08/2014 and Req. No. 77787903. They sent someone to resolve the problem but the guy who has come without his ID Card as he was unable to said his password which ask by your verification team, hence I have to returned him without work has done. After that again I have given a request no. 77822922 on 22/08/2014. Again they sent someone Named Mr. Mahesh from Good Luck Service who has his ID card but behaving very badly as was unable to recognize the problem. After that again I called to your Eureka Forbs team they assured me that they will send a right & senior person to resolve the problem, but no one come from your side again I called to your customer care executive and described all the thing that they provided the area managers no. (Mr. Datta Kumbhar M- [protected]) he had also assured me that he will send a right person to resolved the problem nest day, but no one come after that third day I called him but due to some personal medical matter he was at hospital when I called him. I can understand but I am unable to understand the thing that if one person is not available for any reason so work should stopped or there should be a substitute to take over there duty’s. Yesterday dated 28/08/2014 the guy Mr. Mahesh again call me regarding the request given by me but I asked him to do not come at my home to resolve the problem as he was the same guy who visited before and behaving badly while visiting. So Dear senior management team please see in to the matter carefully and resolve the problem if there is need to replace it with new one do it. Please do necessary step for the same . Till date the authorised rep has not turned up for proper rectification. Kindly initiate the needful.

                            Water is not getting purified and some times direct bore water is getting in to the tank without any purification. UV light is glowing for nothing when the water purifier is switched on with out purifying the water. I had several discussions with the distributor about the issues and they have replaced the old machine with the new machine 2 months back.And now I am experiencing the same issues again with the new one.

                              I bought Eureka Forbes Enhance UV product for water purification at home at the end of year 2012. It has not completed 2 years yet. But issues started with the service of this model like the circuit board became damaged with no water loading. Thanks to AMC that I raised service requests for this lodging a complaint. Each time the engineer/techinician came, he made a quick fix of the issue and made calls resolved. Likewise, it continued for 1 and half months. But the issue is not gone perenially. It keeps coming up and the reason is due to lack of proper knowledge to fix the complex circuit of the machine. Adding to the woes, the technicians introduced a new defect during each time visiting for which I needed to lodge complaint again and again. I therefore urge Eureka Forbes not to sell such products for which they have no knowledgeable expert to fix issues.

                                This is with reference to service rendered to CLASSIC MODEL AQUAGUARD WATER FILTER UNIT-ID NO. [protected] on[protected], against complaint given on[protected]. This unit is under AMC. Mr. G. Naveen Kumar was the assistant who attended to the fault. The technician was also present. After cleaning the components the filter unit was put to service. They advised us to drain out at least 2 buckets water before use. But by the time 1/2 bucket was full there was a small bursting sound and rubber/plastic burning smell and filtering process stopped. I called 398 33 33 -Customer Care at about 18. 30 hrs., informed the happening and also requested for immediate repairs. Remainders followed on 23rd, 24th, 25th and today the 26th. No Response. REQUEST FOR IMMEDIATE ACTION PLEASE.

                                    I have an aqua-guared revive water filter.It is under AMC. AMC is due to renew from 13-08-14. As no man from Eureka
                                    Forbes came by that day and telephoned on 16-8-14 requesting service man to come to give me last service and renew AMC.
                                    But since them no one came . From then I made several complaints but no one has come till today.

                                    I am using aqua-guard water filter for over 20 years. I have never faced this kind of trouble..

                                      I had never imagined that such a big name like Eureka Forbes can act like a thieve for a customer. I bought an Easy Clean Vacuum Cleaner. Which was delivered to me after service but again taken by them for body change because it got many scratches or was replaced by other product's body. Its been almost a year they haven't returned it to me. My local area service manager Mr. Chopra keep on making fake promises of its delivery. This is my last attempt to get it back. Otherwise I'll have no choice other than to sue Eureka Forbes in Consumer Court. I have all call recording of fake promises made by Mr Chopra from last 7-8 months including the bill. I have registered many complaints on customer care number but its was all worthless. I've been given many complaints number i.e, 89362170, 73951702.
                                      I hope that my this effort will be worthy.

                                        I lodged a SR on my leaking aqua guard RO on 6th Aug. After repeated follow-up service executive visited on 10 Aug. He is very impolite person I never came across in service industry. He opened and closed the machine just to tell that he cannot attend it till the expired AMC is renewed. Now the machine is completely non functional. AMC expired a couple of months back and these guys did not renewed it saying the agency which was attending the calls previous (before shifting our house) need to transfer it to these guys. When I asked him to renew the AMC, he said he will first transfer it then will renew it. He did not turn despite of followups and I have to escalate the issue to his boss. This time started a new story saying the outer component got changed due to which he cannot renew the AMC and he gave me a buy back offer of Rs. 500 on purchase of branch new equipment for Rs. 14000 which I cannot afford at this point when I have a working machine which just need service. This machine was under guarantee or AMC since the purchase and the outer component is replaced in 2009 by euroka forbes service agent from meghana agencies as my older metallic components broke due to rust. For that I paid Rs.3500. After that AMC is renewed and it was active till last year. I escalated the issue to his boss, he tried negotiating a purchase of some components costing Rs.2500 + Rs. 5000 for AMC. I explained the issue and said I cannot encourage this as enclosure is changed by euroka forbes agency and told him I would escalate the issue to eureka forbes he told he will get back in a day after discussing the issue with his boss. Since then he either rejects the call or tell me he is awaiting email response. It is been 3 weeks this thing running in loops. Today morning when I spoke with Uma Shankar, claimed to be manager for customer grievence, he said he is going to analyse the issue and give me a call back in 15 mins. I waited for 6 hours just to find nothing is going happen. I am posting my issue here hoping some body concerned from eureka forbes would care to respond back.

                                        I am using eureka forbes trendy xeon vaccum cleaner. I stay in chennai. I have registerd a complaint on 21st August, 2014. My compliant number is 77810263. Till now no response from the company side. Now how should I get rectified?
                                        I have requested for service of my aqua guard on 18 Aug 14 (Complaint No:[protected] and no one has turned up till date. Though all my calls were answered, no technicians have turned up and my till date my complaint is unattended.
