I purchased Dr Aquaguard, Rs 11690/- PO no SO11240407, 11.08.2020. during COVID-19.I received the product by Courier 0n 16th August. On 18th August the team Eureka from Indore installed the machine but insisted that to install an additional purifier of Rs 800/, which will help to increase the life of Dr Aquaguard; and the service to change of filters will be extended for 12 month from 6 month. They didn't give bill on my demand. Replied that they are helping you to reduce your forth-coming expenses on repairs.
Within a week of installation I found that the water flow is very thin. On 26th Aug 2020 after complaint the service expert came and exercised some tricks on the product and got filled the feedback "OK". But the problem remained same. In First week of September another expert came and opened the whole machine, interchanged the place of filter but no improvement. He suggested to install a Tullu pump to increase the water force from filter. Further I checked the water purified from Dr Aquaguard, it was 220 and lose its purity within 8 hours But the water purified in Copper and brass pot is also at 220 ph and will never loose its purification in the pot.
I send emails to the Company to return and refund the product on 9 Sept. 17 Sept, 20 Sept, 8 Oct, 10 Nov, 11 Nov, 17 Dec 2020, 29 Jan, 8 Feb 2021. in every reply the Eureka Forbes is asking to provide service and use genuine parts but not ready to process Refund.
in the personal talks Eureka Forbes Consumer Executive unofficially said that Company will never refund and accept return.It is he strict policy of Company.
I request Consumer Forum to help me for return and refund of Rs 11690 +800 = 12490 from Eureka Forbes along with the Rs .1 Crores claim of stress and use of time of a Academician . I
