I had purchased this "NRICH HD RO+UV+MTDS" model from authorized sales center by paying 21K around in 2019. Within 6-7 months its Filter was showing "Red Alarm" of full consumption. I was surprised because we have a family of 5 members(including 2 senior citizen and one 5 yrs old kid) and its hardly 14-16 ltr water consumption daily. With no other option left, I took AMC by paying 5000/- and refilled it on June, 2020.br...

I have a Booster Model Aquaguard Water Purifier under AMC valid upto 03.04.2021 from 04.04.2019. However, nobody has done regular servicing from December 2019.

I lodged a complaint (No.[protected]) with you and in response, On 14.07.2020, I received a message expressing regrets, stated that considering the current unsafe environment, you are not able to give the due service and extended the AMC by a month upto 28.05.2021.

Till date, nobody did any servicing of the water purifier putting our health in jeopardy.

Today, I started facing problem. Though the motor is working, water is not getting pumped.

I request you to immediately depute your service engineer and arrange for attending the above water purifier, which is under AMC.

It is a matter of regret that due to non attending of maintenance regularly for the last one year, today the problem has arisen for which please note that you are solely responsible.

An immediate action is requested.

    I had an Aquaguard Aquaflo water filter from Eureka Forbes. I renewed the AMC in Sep 2019 for 2 years by paying Rs 2900 (Tax Invoice - [protected]). Eureka Forbes Technician visited and he said that the machine cannot be serviced as it is very old. He suggested that I buy a new machine as an exchange and the either they will refund the AMC or it will be transferred to the new machine after its warranty gets over. Hence I bought the new machine Aquaguard Classic+ as it is not safe to drink water from machine that is not serviced. I immediately wrote to Eureka Forbes helpline either to transfer the warranty or refund my money. Compliant no is EFL0647777. I had not followed up on the complaint earlier because of pandemic since March this year as their services were also closed.

    My argument is that HOW can they extend AMC of a machine for 2 years which according to their technician cannot be serviced. Now they are saying that they can adjust remaining AMC of old unit as a warranty into new unit if I have purchased through buyback from our sales team. I have purchased the item through their technician only which I have told them on which there is no reply.

    As you see its been more than a year and still there are no signs of Eureka Forbes extending the warranty on new machine or refunding it.

    Took me quite sometime to follow up and talk with various agents on the service helpline. Ultimately they agreed to it and have done it.

    This complaint is still not resolved. I have had a couple of interactions with Eureka Forbes customer service and they said that the complaint will be taken up to the correct department. However nothing has happened. They have still not transferred the AMC to the new machine.

        My name is A.Sankaranarayanan. I purchased the above water purifier from your outlet at Madurai on 23.03.2019 and i have been using it at my house at 34B, First Street, Jaihindpuram, Madurai. Later AMC for a period of three years from 29.03.2020 to 28.03.2023 was made on 19.02.2020 at Madurai by paying Rs.5445. Contract No.[protected]. Now on 06.12.2020 I brought the above water purifier to Bangalore to be used in our house at 892, 9th A Cross, 25th Main, Sector I, H.S.R.LAYOUT, Bangalore 560102. These facts were made known to your office by contacting your service request No. [protected] on 09.12.2020 and requesting for your service to install the same in the house at Bangalore. It was promised that service will be made available within 48 hours. As there was no compliance from you till 11.12.2020 I made another request on 12.12.2020. Again there was no response from you and on 15.12.2020 i made another request for installation and the complaint no. is [protected]. Till now nobody has come or contacted us over phone. How many requests should I make to get my request answered? When you will send your technician for installation? What is the value of the AMC CONTRACT? Will you pleease take action immediately.           Hi,

          I am Ramasubramanian, who has logged the AQUAGUARD NRICH Complaint that, since it is NOT WORKING. When I checked with the Eureka Forbes Chennai service manager, he is telling we have already placed order for the spare parts, it will take another 4 to 5 days of time. Could you please ask him to pressurize the vendor to deliver the indent at the earliest. Since we are dependent on AQUAGUARD, we don't have any alternative for getting water. Please ask him to rectify the machine as early as possible. Please find the below mentioned details for the same.

            I have registered a complaint on 21-Nov-2020 through phone [protected]. For your information this compliant is regarding non-working of Euroclean WD X2 Vacuum Cleaner. I have followed up 4 times since then but the issue has not been attended so far. Every time I have called up, I am given assurance of someone will contact me within 24 hours. In the last call the teleoperator kept me on hold seeking for someone to speak with me. She didn't revert on the line and the phone was disconnected. In my calls before I was told that the issue will be escalated internally as there has been a considerable delay already. Still to no avail.

            Could you look into the matter and have a solution to the issue.

              It's been 45 days that I have complained but nonone has attended the call. I have registered complain through all medium but of no use. I have amc for the product but they are voluntarily ignoring it .

                My water purifier stopped working today and the last mandatory service was pending from the company.

                Today a technician came to handle the last mandatory service, he checked and asked us to pay Rs.4500 to fix the blocked filter.

                We insisted that spare parts replacement is part of the pending service but he denied that.

                From the day 1 since i bought the water purifier i am facing lot of issues of same kind. Everytime the technician came and provided a temporary fix to resolve the issue.

                But when the warranty period ends, next day the technician is demanding huge money to replace the spare part to fix the issue.

                If the technician's real intention is to solve the problem they can replace the spare parts on the warranty period itself but they are doing it next day after warranty ends.

                It is like a way of stealing the customer's money by the way of service. To be honest i had made a worst decision by choosing the aquaguard product.

                The way of handling customer service is purely money minded by your technicians. I won't encourage anybody to purchase your water purifiers as this is a lesson for me.

                  I bought eureka forbes superb water purifier and right after installation it started leaking.
                  Now I have shaky confidence on whole product as the basic quality assurance tests are failing.
                  Please replace the unit or take it back with full refund.
                  Repairing the machine on very first day should not be an option.

                    I bought aquaguard machine on July 17 2020 from vijay sales jetalpur road vadodara.
                    In September machine got out to service so we changed candel and now on 1st December machine needs to change candle again so we showed up to vijay sales we contacted aquaguard customer care too but they said complain will solve in 24 hours but it's 11th today I have tried to vist store (vijay sales) 3 times and also I have complained to eureka forbes online too but no response I want to take some legal action against eureka forbes what should I do?

                        [protected]. Above unit was last renewed on 28/11/2019 for 1 yr at 1/53, Dover Place, gr. floor, Kolkata 700019 by Service Provider Mrs Karabi Chakrabarti.
                        Consequent to shifting, reinstalled around 08or09/12/2019 at Flat No: C2/7, Payamanti chs, Kolkata 700I07, Service Provider Mr Subasis Chakrabarti, mob :[protected]. Re-installation was at the initiative of Mrs K. Chakrabarti by Eureka Forbes Technician who was paid Rs 450/. Mr S. Chakrabarti over phone on 08/12/20 assured to transfer data to his area & provide online linkage for 1 yr
                        renewal.
                        Husband & self are above 75 yrs with co-morbidity staying at Indore, MP. Unable to visit Kolkata before 2021 end due to pandemic. Seek your help for early online renewal for 1 yr.

                          Eureka Forbes ticket no: [protected].

                          Ticket was opened on 15th Nov and technician left stating that he would have to get approval to replace the part and once approval is received, he would come and replace the part.

                          Post that there was no communication either from technician or from local body. No one bothered to even pick up the phone for week(s).

                          I have called and mailed support and there has been same answers with every reply :

                          "We have received your concern & tried reaching you however we could not connect over the call. We have taken a note of your issue & escalated to our concerned team.
                          Your concern will be addressed by the team as soon as possible”.

                          Now another local body stating that you would have to pay around 2.5K for replacement. (Even though we are covered in AMC).

                          "The Contract covers replacement of worn-out / exhausted parts, including Ultra Violet Lamp with new / rectified spares for all products / attachments:"

                          Why are we getting charged for parts that are wornout/exhausted?


                          There is no damage caused (by us) in any circumstances. The contract covers replacement of worn-out / exhausted parts for all products / attachments. I do not see a reason for me being charged for this replacement.

                          If customer must pay for product fault/issue it nullifies the purpose of having AMC. This amount should not be charged.

                          I would request you to intervene and have machine get working again without any additional cost. Looking for your help and co-operation as we are without water for almost a month now.

                              Inspite of so many follow ups and calls... Nobody hs turned up for the service... Will not suggest anyone for the AMC ... Waste of money and time. We have to be online for hours to get connected to the service or complaint after that also no one will turn up for the service... And just in case if you don't lift their phone call they will close the complaint as it is done . Very very very bad service . instead you can go for urban clap or any other outside service providers

                                I have paid full amount as the sales person assured to deliver the product robo vac cleaner. He forced to pay on spot without giving time to think also

                                After paying no one is attending my calls and if I call the customer care they are taking complaint but no one is contacting after raising several complaints and customer care executives are escaping with stories and not taking any responsibility of the sale

                                I am not aware whom to contact to get a refund on the amount paid

                                  Myself Tushar Budke, presently living in Penkar pada, Miraroad East. We are using aquaguard since long time but service which eureka forbes is giving now is very pathetic, they are totally not bother about their customers.

                                  My wife Mayura Budke made complaint on 25 th sept 2020

                                  Later nobody bother to call even for 4-5 days and No one come to check what is wrong with aquaguard. Later after calling so many time one person came name sanjay (mangesh Tiwari) on 7th Nov 2020 he said some problems with filter which he rectify in 2 days then later on nobody called to check status.

                                  I again put complaint on 30th Nov 2020

                                  Then some person Rohit Tiwari called that he will rectify complaint in 2 days but still no any response till todays date
                                  I called Rohit Tiwari to ask when he is coming to rectify he said your AMC is expired. It is very unfortunate to know that Eureka forbes does not have any data about our AMC. Our AMC is valid till 19.12.2021. Then he said his company doesn't have any copy and ask to send copy.

                                  today i called again Tushar Gangurde to ask about about complaint, and he said that he doesn't have any data for complaint.

                                  It's really very pathetic the way eureka forbes customer service people making fool to their customers and delivering very bad service, letting their reputation down. these people should be held responsible for such services.

                                  I have 1 year twins at my home and they need only clean water because of this issue I'm ordering everyday 20.litrs of bisleri water from outside.
                                  Already passed more than 2 amd half months but still Eureka forbes can not solve such small problem giving different reasons everyday even after having valid AMC.

                                    I purchased water purifier enrich copper on 21st nov2020. The sales team promised me to give 3 years amc free like kent. I asked then to mention in the invoice but they have not mentioned.
                                    I feel cheated and send mail customer care for past one week yield no result.
                                    Their sales team is giving false promise to get more incentive.
                                    All conversations recorded and to Crm but no response

                                      Tushar Patel here from Bharuch, Gujarat, India. I have Eureka Forbes water purifier machine and it is under two years AMC. This machine is not working from 31st Oct' 20 and i have raised the online complain, my complain number is [protected]. My customer number is [protected].
