After taking AMC no proper response for service issue, as few parts has to be replaced for free, they are delaying the service, from past 2 weeks product is not working, Due to pandemic it is very tuff situation for senior citizens to go out and stand in queue for filtered water, even after multiple communications, escalations mail we are not getting the issue solved .
Promising daily for within 24 hrs resolution by every customer, representative, local agents are so rude they are saying come and visit the office if you are calling us and troubling daily, we are not going to replace.
I request kindly help us get back the AMC amount so that we can go for some other filters .
Taking AMC has caused us so much issues, if without AMC they would visit us every 2 months to clean and service the filter.

Complaint marked as Resolved After regular follow up, this issue was resolved today, I request Acquaguard team to kindly look into such issues and resolve soon, as AMC customers suffer a lot for service as there will be no payment involved and local team feels it's not high priority issue.
