full service not provided for aquaguard amc purchase

I had purchased aquaguard amc for enhance ro+uv-12 mth comp amc on[protected].

I was supposed to get free replacement for pre-filter, but that has not been done. I have sent mails and called customer care many times. But they deny any such terms as part of amc, which is clearly not the case as per their...

euroclean kordfree vacuum cleaner - not working

Hi,
I raised a complaint with eureka forbes about issue with my
Euroclean kordfree vacuum cleaner.
i raised complaint on 17\06\2020 at 11:16 am.
the complaint no is [protected]
i am getting burning smell when i turn on the vaccum cleaner. Also the wheel is not functioning properly.
the customer executive mentioned that your issue will be addressed bwithin 48 hrs.
its been 3 days...

Deliberately delivered defective vaccum cleaner.

For past one week, calling their customer center for registering complaint but they refuse to take complaint.

Local representative is useless, he made 100 calls to get the order.. Now none.

My worst decision in life to select this company and product.
Please advise how i can proceed....

aquaguard ro uv geneus

Hi, i am using aquaguard ro uv geneus water purifier since 2015. I logged a service request on 6th june 2020 as service button is blinking. I am holding amc that covers free service and filters replacement. However i got a call from technician that amc covers only free service but not filters replacement. As part of amc i paid 5800 rs annual fee. Service cost per request is 480 rs.

Till now i didnt get the resolution from...

There has been no response from installation technician or team. I everyday i am calling the call center just to hear - "i will follow up with concerned team, and the issue will be resolved as soon as possible"

My question is if eureka forbes cant provide installation assistance to new customers, "why are you promising free installation after purchase??"

Such a bitter experience after purchasing this aquaguard...

Cord detached from the hose

I am a single user of your product and has limited usage for household purpose, yet your product has not even lasted for complete 2 years. I had purchased vacuum cleaner euroclean wd x2 on 13th july 2018 and it has already got spoiled. Water purifier worst product

We have purchased this place product about 5 months ago and this is the high end model that we chose. Water stopped coming and the machine wasn’t working from 2.5 months. I have been following up with customer care and raised a complaint on april 8th, he cus care ppl always promised the technician would come in 2 hrs who dint turn up from 2.5 months. I’d like to return this machine and have my refund. Your customer care service sucks...

Urgent service

I am Rajani resident of Hyderabad. My aquaguard unit is not working since last week and we are keep on calling customer service everyday but no one turn up until now. As we don't have any other options to drink water getting outside water due to which my three year old son got sick of diarrhea.
May I know who is responsible for all these?
I am an AMC customer who is paying 5000rs and waiting for service.

On 1st june 2020, i got a message that mandatory service in the product gwpdrevro10000 is done. No mandatory service was done even though it is on amc. Lease do not post wrong messages. My name is Mr. Rameshwar Ganguly. I am an existing customer of your Dr. Aquaguard Geneus+ water purifier product. It has a few electronic sensors which are of very poor quality. I purchased it in August, 2019. Since then the electronic sensors have been out of order for five times. I think you should withdraw this product from market as it is very defective.

Your sales person has sold me this most expensive water purifier product...

replacement of water purifier

I have been a customer for more than 10 years now buying your water purifiers from eureka forbes, and the latest one is the this machine which has been working very well over past 2 years.
The machine is covered under comprehensive amc for 2 years directly with your company, but unfortunately have had a very poor response to my latest complaint over the past 4 days (And earlier as well). During to the lockdown the machine has not functioned...

I have been using aquaguard for last 9 years or so. I was relocated to vadodara in 2012 and got the amc done by regional representative of aquaguard (Eureka forbes) mr. Hanif vohra and have been getting it renewed through him for now 8 years. I was relocated to my current premises in december 2019 and needed my machine also to be relocated which was entertained on 10.12.2019.

Fake promises
