I have Eureka Magna HD RO. I am your many years old customer & also purchase every year AMC subscription/service.
My complaint number is [protected] (Raised on 25th Feb 2021 at 09:35AM). Once a technician (Vikas Yadav) visited but the problem was not resolved ..
I am regularly calling Mr. Amit Kumar (Service Head-Kanpur) - [protected] but he is not picking up my call...
Nobody is picking a call on Numbers ([protected], [protected]) given on a website.
Not able to find Ms. Vinath Hegde's mail id & Ms. Anu Kotian's mail id...
I am very fed up with this kind of service..

I want to ask you, me & my family about drinking Bisleri/Aquafina, daily expenses is around Rs.200-300, Till date i have spent Rs. 2800-/-, who will pay ??????? I need revert from you...

I have all the call logs & recordings.
It's requested of you for the first & last time, solve my problem

    I was purchased an aquaguard expert after 10 days pcb board started mulfunction then i call the customer service they didn't change the pcb they promised 4 time service they don't serve after that 1 year completed and many of the parts of this machine got defective like led display, motor pump, filters, membrane etc.I don't recommend anyone to buy this type of product.

      i've aquaguard water purifier which is not functioning, after lodging a complaint at customer care toll free no. nobody showed up even after 48 hrs.Water is a basic necessity still the service is so poor here in Gwalior, nobody responds to the call even if they they respond nobody shows up, every time i've to get a service i've to call a local mechanic to fix a water purifier . if the issue is not resolved i've to take further action as necessary .

        No agent is sent for changing the filters even after taking AMC . It been more than 24 hours the complaint is raised, till now there is no response from the agents. I am facing same issue every time since 3 to 4 years . Aquaguard service is so pathetic.

            I have the water filter called Dr. Geneus which was under warranty till Dec 2020. In between tap is not working i have complained and replaced by the technician and charged for replacement of part. My question is when the system is under warranty paying huge amount for amc (compare to other branded water filter) why i should pay the parts of system. it is inbuilt. Of course i have paid only hundreds and not extended the warranty because of this reason. Every year the system value will be depreciation and amc charges will increasing more than 20 %. It is very shame of the company

              We had raised a service request for my Eureka forbes. There was no response from the service center. So, repeatedly kept calling every 2-3 days and escalated. This happened for more than 40-45 days.
              Then suddenly one person called me up saying from Aquaguard service center. He came to the house(with proper Aquaquard uniform) and told some issue with the motor and the whole unit has to be taken to the service center to fix it. Since we had waited such a long time and assuming how a random person would just call up and ask for aquaguard service, without checking for the ID card, we allowed him to take the unit. After a day or two he responded to our calls and said it sitll needs to be fixed But later he is not responding and its been almost 25 days now. So, I am doubting if the person came to my house was authorized or we got cheated?

              This would not have happened if there was service attended the moment I lodged a complaint. After continuous complaints for 40-50 days there was no resolution.
              I may end up losing the unit and got cheated because of your long delay.

              I would need this to be resolved(if its not a theft) or I would need a compensation if its a theft.

                I have logged my complain no [protected] on 8 Feb 2021for water purifier but not yet any action from Eureka Forbes.
                I have followed up daily with customer care and every day I will get answer like your issue will be get it resolve in next 24 hrs.
                I'm very disappoint about it and can say only thing about Eureka is one of most worst service provider who really don't care about the customer.

                  Hi,

                  I had logged a request for reinstallation and service for the above-mentioned product on 10th February 2021 and also received a request number - [protected].

                  I had reached out to your customer care number [protected] several times and only get an assurance saying our engineer will be visiting your place within 24 hours.

                  Regret to state that to date none of the engineers had been visited my place.

                  Please let us know whether the product will be reinstalled and serviced or we need to go for a different companies' product.

                  Will be waiting for your valuable response. Thanks.

                    Whenever I have contacted the Eureka Forbes to raise a request regarding my Aquagaurd water purifier, I'm flooded with calls from so many technicians. Why can't there be a proper channel from the company to arrange the technician. Over the phone, how do I recognise who is the genuine technician?
                    We rely on the company's service before we choose any brand and I'm so disappointed with this service handling by Eureka Forbes. I wrote an email regarding this to the help desk and guess what? I have so far received 5 calls in just 1 hour asking for an appointment to service my water purifier! How are they getting the customer information?

                      I purchased Dr Aquaguard, Rs 11690/- PO no SO11240407, 11.08.2020. during COVID-19.I received the product by Courier 0n 16th August. On 18th August the team Eureka from Indore installed the machine but insisted that to install an additional purifier of Rs 800/, which will help to increase the life of Dr Aquaguard; and the service to change of filters will be extended for 12 month from 6 month. They didn't give bill on my demand. Replied that they are helping you to reduce your forth-coming expenses on repairs.
                      Within a week of installation I found that the water flow is very thin. On 26th Aug 2020 after complaint the service expert came and exercised some tricks on the product and got filled the feedback "OK". But the problem remained same. In First week of September another expert came and opened the whole machine, interchanged the place of filter but no improvement. He suggested to install a Tullu pump to increase the water force from filter. Further I checked the water purified from Dr Aquaguard, it was 220 and lose its purity within 8 hours But the water purified in Copper and brass pot is also at 220 ph and will never loose its purification in the pot.
                      I send emails to the Company to return and refund the product on 9 Sept. 17 Sept, 20 Sept, 8 Oct, 10 Nov, 11 Nov, 17 Dec 2020, 29 Jan, 8 Feb 2021. in every reply the Eureka Forbes is asking to provide service and use genuine parts but not ready to process Refund.
                      in the personal talks Eureka Forbes Consumer Executive unofficially said that Company will never refund and accept return.It is he strict policy of Company.
                      I request Consumer Forum to help me for return and refund of Rs 11690 +800 = 12490 from Eureka Forbes along with the Rs .1 Crores claim of stress and use of time of a Academician . I
                      Please help.

                        I am suggesting all of you not to purchase any product from Eureka forbes. I am calling customer care from November 2020 and today is 18th of February 2021 for Repair my water purifier which I purchased in the month of course September 2020.It damaged in between 2 months but still no one is responding for my problem. This is purely a fake company and product also. They only know how to sell the product. After selling they forget to give you service. Please please spread this message to all your near and dear to stop purchasing any product from Eureka forbes. They are doing only scam in India. I have already shared this with 10000 people. Please help me to reach this message at least 1 crore people.

                        I have bought a water purifier from Eureka Forbes. The warranty is going to end in one month, and the purifier stopped working. I am calling customer care for the last 25 days and they keep promising that they will get in touch in 2 days, but no one is coming or calling or anything! I am now convinced that they are delaying it intentionally so that my product will go out of warranty and they will charge me for the repair. I haven't seen such unprofessional people elsewhere. All they want from you is to buy their product and after that their job is done.

The service engineer came and said uv lamp is malfunctioned then again he came and said chip is not working and the issue not resolved yet...9 months of warranty period is gone in calling and...

                          I was forcefully sold a dr. Aquaguard classic+ water purifier in apr 2019 by sales field agent of eureka forbes (Ef) citing issues with my older classic one. After just 6 months o[censored]se, the machine stopped releasing water from the outlet! After calling technicians of ef, we were enlightened that the candle/filter of the machine counts the number of litres of water the machine processes by way of number of hours it runs. As soon as the processed quantity reaches 6000 litres, the machine stops automatically (Chip based). Imagine, in a household of 4 members, how can 6000 litres be consumed for drinking in 6 months!!
                          The trick is, no matter what is the speed of flow of the water from the inlet, the timer fitted in the machine decides that 6000 litres are processed.
                          Now the filter to be changed does not fall in the extended amc, only in the first year warranty period. The cost of this filter is rs. 2500/- and the cost of the whole machine is barely 11, 000/-
                          So to save this 2500/- every 6 months, i was asked to fit a bulky booster pump next to the purifier so that the speed of water processing increases. Cost of this pump is 2500/-..

                          After so many follow ups the external booster pump was fitted which makes a lot of noise and looks so ugly on the wall. This machine bought - Dr Aquaguard (Dr. A.) Classic+ was and is a disaster. One of the technicians of Dr A himself told me that the sales person duped us by selling an outdated version of the machine which does not come fitted with a booster pump. The new machine has inbuilt booster pump and is slightly expensive than the older one.

                          Also complaint #2 is I had a 2 year AMC (copy attached) bought for my old machine just before this ugly machine was sold to me... The company is not willing to extend the AMC to the maintenance of this machine, after 1 year inbuilt warranty is expired. Company is not even considering that due to pandemic lockdown we lost 10 months of non service. Ideally our AMC should be extended till Feb 2022...
                          I had spoken to the regional sales head in 2019 - Susheel Patil, but he is transferred now. He had given me multiple promises and only SMS replies, nothing on email. The new person who I tried to reach was rude and didnt care.
                          Company is prompt enough to send me multiple reminders to pay for extending the warranty.
                          This absolute fleecing of customers!!!

                            I have a broken trendy Nano hose connector and I have searched on the website for so long and still there are no accessories avaialbe anywhere on the website. Plz have it available on the website for easy purchase so that we don't have to waste our money by not been able to use the product that we have paid for due to a small part being broken.

                              2. Whenever we phone you from [protected] you are unable to confirm that the contract is registered in name of Ravi Garg.

                              3. Separtely please confirm the contract number corresponding to above receipt and send us copy of that contract as per your computer record.

                              4. Whenever we call, your agent says that there is contract against name Mr. Ajay against phone number [protected]. This is a wrong recording by you.

                              Please search why above receipt number has not being recorded properly against owner Ravi Garg phone number [protected], Model : Aquaguard Gold Nova.

                              5. Please note thet the receipt mention model name as infinity - UV where as I only have Aquagauard Gold Nova. The signature on the receipt is definitely only mine, Ravi Garg. The receipt carry your hologram.The payment was made in cash to your agent amount Rs. 2250. The home address is correct.

                              6. Last 6 months this machine is not working and our complaints are not being recorded for this machine.

                                Myself, Sriramdas Sivasai, I have bought eureka forbes water filter 2 months back and I'm continuously getting issues with the water filter. we are really fedup by facing all those issues. I have raised a couple of issues and directly contacted the eureka forbes installer as well, still the issue remain same.

                                A month back, I have filed an complaint stating water filter is partially working condition and water is not continuously coming and engineer visited for to resolve the service, looks like instead of resolve, he spoiled the whole unit. after his visit whole unit is dead and its not working at all. later he asked me to raise another request and he visited and told some electronic part is not working and he said, he placed an order for it.

                                It's been close to one month that I have raised the complaint and still not fixed. I have called and escalated so many times by dailing to customer care number, but still I didn't get any support from them. It really a sad thing that you very great team who cannot even try to resolve it. also its very scary to purchase the products from eureka forbes which cannot run for more than a month and losing the warranty like investigating the issue for more than a month. we cannot tolerate and wait for this much time without water (spending lots money to buy water from outside) . I'm requesting you to please look in to this issue and please allow me to return the product asap.

                                I have sent a email to Deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com as well and I got a phone call stating that you issue will be resolved within 48 hrs. if not we accept the return and refund.

                                  Our Aquaguard Magna Ro+Uv water filter has been malfunctioning for quite sometime now. A lot of calls have been made to the franchisee for service. But none has avail to any good
                                  We bought this product on 09/16, and since then we have replaced the internal component only once with authentic Aquaguard filters. And we have always opted for the Amc for services. But the services has been very bad. Inspite of repeated complaints about water not being properly pumped into the system and system being slow sluggish and compliant of weird bubble and water noises has been lodged. Multiple time. The service person comes, literally bangs the ### out of filter candles, which GENUINEly concerns us for getting broken. And nothing else. That's all that is being done in the name of service.

                                  We have been very disappointed with the service.

                                    I purched the given product on the 23.07.2020.Since then it was perfect doing the chore. But suddenly on 07.02.2021 I got a burning smell and registered acomplain against ticket no.[protected] around 2.40 p.m . I am yet to get a technician today being Thursday 11.02.2021. Ideally they should change the product as it is still in warranty. They don't even register there products anymore . Looks unethical .

                                      Two weeks back took AMC for one year on Aquaguard Geneus water filter. The Guys came and changed the filters. It was working fine before they did the replacement. From the same day, it started leaking water. Called customer services and raised a complaint, they came the next day and replaced an item. Still, leakage didn't stop. Requested to send senior technician, he came and replaced the sensor in the water tub. The issue still not resolved. I kept calling 1.860 number and the technician as a routine daily, they kept saying will send a technician in 24 hrs. Never allow talking to their managers or provide local service provider number.
                                      I've turned off the filter and started buying water now.
