My customer id and register mobile no. with the company is [protected] and [protected] respectively. I have register a service request vide request no. [protected] on 08/05/2021. Next day two technicians one of them is named as Mehdi Husain(M. No. [protected]) came for service and replaced all the filters of the purifier under AMC given by them(Details of payment is as under; Payment Reference No.388884 dtd. 09.05.21 of Rs.9850/- vide transaction id[protected]. But the technician has left out a wire outside of the filter. I have registered a complain for the same on 10.05.21 on customer care no but till date no one has visited for the same. During this period I have also register4-5 time escalation request for the same. On 20/0/21 when the machine has stop to function, I have registered one another complain on website of the company and mailed my concerns to Deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in. But till date no one has visited to repair the same. Further one more concern, the company has massaged a link to download the AMC documents but the format is not supported by the apps commonly used in PC or Mobile. I have registered these service request through my register mobile no or one another no. i.e. [protected]. As shown by the company's app after repeated complains since last 13-14days(from first complaint date), yet the status of the complain is open. Within this period I have received two calls from their technicians(as said by them) but no one has attended the same.

    We was purchase aquagurd classic + on 08/02/2021
    Suddenly it stop functioning after 3 months, now they are suggesting replacement of filters, which may cost around 2500 rupees.
    Worst company. Do not buy any products from eureka forbes.

      I have bought Aquaguard Active Copper from the company directly. However, I got a call for AMC and I did AMC with Aqua Care. Later some one from Aquaguard called me for AMC and they told me that, Aqua Care is not from Eureka Forbes, but they are authorized dealer. So, my question is how Aqua Care got my number and product details, unless it is provided by Euroka Forbes. The person who came to change the filters was very fishy. I am not sure whether he changed the filters with new ones, as I was busy with a meeting. He was taking the old filter even after I asked him leave it. When I confronted him, he had no excuse. I asked him to open the filter and show me the filters are new. But the filters he changed had no date/time on it. Now after few months, the filter is showing red light, they are not even registering the complain.
      Euroka Forbes should take the responsibility of this and correct the situation. For now, they should attend to my filter;s problem.

        I’m using aduaguard magna water purifier from Eurekha Forbes. It’s under AMC. Service is not done properly. I have raised my concern to their team and no response. 4th time in a row from last three months I have raised service request. Service not done properly. Now the unit is fully stopped and no response from their side after escalating to the concern team

          Asset ID: 32436170. 5 Days back my water filter stopped working. Completely. No lights nothing. Called up the usual technician who comes for servicing the unit. He checked the unit. He called his superior and told him the problem. The superior told him that he will send someone to fix that problem.

          We are still waiting. I called[protected] and[protected] everyday since then. No one picks up. I called [protected]. The number is not toll free. And I had the pleasure of listening to computer telling me to press 1 or maybe 2 or hey go ahead and press 5 and let's see what happens. And then I was told by the same computer that the executive is busy please hold. I held on. Not daring to breathe.

          And It got irritated and cut me off.

          I was informed by my mobile service that the pleasure of following a computers instructions had cost me Rs. 8.27

          On top of paying for the AMC now I have to pay for trying to lodge a complaint on the customer care number

          I am still waiting if anyone at Eureka is interested.

          Well. I did not expect miracles. But then they say it pays expect the unexpected. Eureka Forbes Technician miraculously appeared at my doorstep today. And got to work without a fuss. In 7 minutes flat they finished the job and Lo and Behold. My water Filter is working now. Fingers crossed. Hope it keeps working so that I don't have to drink Bisleri for 6 days again. Nothing wrong with Bisleri but it is a hassle to go down to the Supermarket and stand in Q. Covid etc you know. But a big Thanks to Eureka. For responding.

              I had raised reinstallation and filter replacement request on 30th April. But executive came for it only on 5th May. Reinstallation and filter replacement was done too. We renewed our AMC too. Later we noticed the RO was leaking and informed executive who came as well as Karapakkam customer care centre too. He again came on 6th May and informed us that tank was overflowing and some part needs to be replaced. On 8th May he replaced it but no luck RO is still leaking and TDS is 700. Pls look into the ASAp.

              I received call that the issue is escalated today. I hope they send senior representative at the earliest to fix it. I am buying water from outside despite having RO at home.

                It has been two years of complaints now. And they just don't revert. They don't call. Don't pick up our calls. And no service provided. And this is when my product is covered under 2 year AMC. Worst company.

                  Dear eureka forbes my complaint number is [protected]. Does eureka forbes company has any shame left? you people have made a habbit of harassing customers. this is my last conversation with you people, next time i won't even think twice before suing the company for harassment. you people have become insane. due to your company's delay in service/ repair, gallons of water has been wasting from the day complaint was registered. have some shame. and your technicians are hopeless without any knowledge of work. And moreover your company's technician asvised me to stop the leakage on my own. And the softerner is not even making the water soft. Told your technician to check the hardness and he did not perform any test. If the company cannot not fulfill the service requirements or repairs please refund my money and take your machine back. Kent systems are more reliable and their services are efficient and their technicians are more sound and knowledgeable than yours. So please do look into this matter.

                  It was because of previous interaction with you and the solution to my issues. I did not take any harsh step. But now your company is testing a customer's limits and patience.

                    My name is Avinash, i am from Chennai on 30th march 2021, i bought Mopnvac zero bend product on name of my mom (Mrs.P.U.Nithya ph# [protected]) and it got delivered on 31st march 2021, sales person B.Saravanan sold the product to me and paid him the total amount of 24000 rs cash (1000 advance & 23000 final payment), and we started using the product and suddenly it dint work, i requested for a service to helpline and registered a complaint (011B090430).

                    I dint get any response regarding the complaint from your organization, and, i reached many times to few other people by google search no one is responding to my request, called multiple times to B.Saravanan ([protected]) he dint pick my phone.

                    I am badly treated by your organization and very very poor service from your end, you have cheated me by selling this useless product and stole my 24000 rs.

                    Please return my amount and take back this product.

                          I went to official website of eureka forbes and put enquiry of softner and after which sales person Siddaraju([protected]) visited my place and got a 2000 litre softner installed but he has cheated me frauded 4000 rupees

                          i have all whatsapp messages with me and i am sending complaint to eureka forbes but they are not doing any thing.

                          still no response or no update. therefore we can conclude that the company is doing this fraud activity with their sales man where they make false promises and make customer purchase their products and then dissappear. this is very poor from such a company - Eureka forbes

                          0% market value to these activities and the company will soon loose all its reputation and brand image for using such cheap marketing tactics to promote sales

                            I have ordered Aquaguard but no one has come yet to install. I have been waiting for installation for more than a week now.
                            I received a call from this number [protected] and asked if Installation is done, when I said No, they instantly disconnected my phone and.they do not have courtesy to pick the call again or reply back

                              I purchased a Aquaguard water purifier based on the suggestion from Eureka Forbes sales executive on Apr 23, 2021.

                              An RO model was suggested for me, while the input tds was only 350 PPM and also informed me that wastage water would be less than 1/3 rd of input water.

                              After installation I saw that the wastage water was more 3/4 of input water, which is not suitable for me as we live water scarcity area.

                              When complained about it, the technical team was very keen to prove their product is working correct and blamed me back saying I should have researched about the RO technology and water purifier.

                              I requested for return of the product and they say that they cant do that.

                              What is the point of having return policy in your website, when you cant do that.

                              When requested for live demo to see the wastage water, you told it is not possible.

                              As per National Green Tribunal, how can you sell RO water purifer for areas having water source less than 500 TDS. Is it that you dont follow the directions by government.

                              Are you telling customers should be aware of these directions before purchasing your product. If yes, then why do you have sales team.

                              Please take your product back. I am ready to bear the losses also and but dont want this tension.

                                I have bought Amaze model water purifier from Amazon in February
                                since I have purchased there has been constant problems coming in purifier.My purifier is not working over a month now.and we are so much harrased and depressed due to this.

                                I have made several complaints on eureka forbes mobile application.somehow they close it everytime without solving my problem or without even contacted.
                                one of their employee engineer Hemdutt mobile number [protected] ensured me several times to replace the product.its been over a month now
                                now I have called him over 100 times he is not taking my calls.
                                it's very annoying, disrespectful behaviour and very unprofessional.i have been tortured mentally and harrased so badly.
                                Elders and kids in the house are getting effected but this company is paying no heed to my problem.
                                please solve my problem as soon as possible.and help me replace the product .and for compensation for harrasment

                                  HI, I made a call to your customer care no[protected] on 7 th April about my vaccum cleaner WD X2 not working . One Mr Prasanth {[protected]} from Madhanagar, Chennai visited on 8 th April and informed that the wire had gone and to be replaced . That would cost ₹ 1200 /-, he said and will order for the spare, will be replaced in a week ...
                                  Till now .nothing has happened and I phoned your customer care no 4 days back and I was told that they would inform the dealer .
                                  SO far no service or a call or a reply from the great Eureka Forbes .
                                  I am surprised to see such a worst after sales service in my life . Dont bother about the customer .
                                  Now, I expect you to kindly look in to the complaint and do the needful ...
                                  Further delay from your side may invite unnecessary actions .

                                    The service mechanic of the aquaguard dealer of Puri of Odisha came to repair the fault of the machine on my personal complant to Mr. J. Jena, the proprietor of M/S Swasthika Servces, Area Franchisee of Eureka Forbes, Guru Vihar, Lane- 1, Puri. His mechanic Mr. S. Paul came for repair and showed me that some water was coming and he told that flow will increase with passage of time. However, after 10 minutes, no water was flowing and the motor ceased functioning altogether.
                                    Having been felt cheated, I complained to the Eureka Forbes Helpline . After about 4 hours of complaint, I received a mobile call from Mr. Jena by whom I was shouted out and shouted down. He was very much agitated that I had a complaint against him. He bluntly refused to attend to my call and. Being asked as to what I would do to get drinking water as I have AMC valid upto 19/06/2021, he replied that he was not responsible for it as the Eureka Forbes is responsible for it squarely. I was non-plussed and worried as we are a family of five which comprises me(71), my wife(65), my son(47), my daughter(45) and her son(6 years).
                                    Then I had to contact the customer servce centre in their emal.
                                    Somebody, Mr. Simon Behera(as he told me) from Bhubaneswar contacted me and requested me to reach out to Mr. Jena. Accordingly, I telephoned to Mr. Jena and he had decided? to ignore my six calls already.
                                    Till now, no effective repairing and restoration work has been undertaken and we are forced to take undiluted and undstilled water risking our lives to pandemics for which M/S Eureka Forbes and Mr. Jena are squarely responsible. Upto the time the restoration s made, am eligible for compensation including untoward happenings, if any.

                                      We have an active AMC till[protected], the Water Purifier not working and have raised a complaint on 26th March-2021 ([protected]) and there was no response from the service team, We have tried to escalate using all the options and nothing worked. I had called so many times to customer care and they told technical will come in 24 hrs and resolve the issue. Till now nobody come for repairing the water purifier. I asked to customer care so many times, but they don’t helping on in this regards.

                                        After taking AMC no proper response for a service issue, a few parts have to be replaced for free, they are delaying the service, from past 3 weeks product is not working, Due to pandemic, it is the very tuff situation for senior citizens to go out and stand in queue for filtered water, even after multiple communications, escalations mail we are not getting the issue solved.

                                        Promising daily for within 24 hrs resolution by every customer, representative but no one visiting to fix the issue. Every two days ticket expires and customer service provide new tickets. Here is the list of renewed tickets -

                                        I request kindly help us get back the AMC amount so that we can go for some other filters.

                                        Taking AMC has caused us so many issues, if without AMC they would visit us every 2 months to clean and service the filter.
