Nowadays we are experiencing poor service from your representatives. I regret to inform that
the concerned service engineer Mr Sundaramoorthy M came to my house on 20.01.2021 for 2nd free service visit only after the lapse of AMC (expired on 07.01.2021) that to on my request only.
On starting the cleaning of filters, the pump was quiet fine without any leakage of water. But on finishing his work, he said water leakage is there in pump, which has to be changed and insisted for 2 years AMC for free replacement. So, I agreed for 2 years AMC and it has been completed. In this juncture I doubt that the engineer might have purposely damaged the pump, for claiming 2 year AMC instead of one year. I wish to add that generally the service people in my place is used to attend our calls immediately, but nowadays they are lapsed in coming for 2nd free service on their own. Further I have to inform that your advertisements in whats app messages are very much wounding eg: "Why delay in renewal of AMC, will you delay vaccination for virus", etc that too before one month of expiry date.
I expect your good service in future.

My complaint dated 13th July 2021 is yet to be resolved. Every time i call your consumer complaint team they do not know how to resolve the complaint or listen to the consumer grievances but register a new complaint and give time for another 48 hours. Talked to all the senior team members there but of no use. A team of inefficient/incompetent and shameless people who talk nonsense and will talk anything other than the resolution of the complaint
Hope you have at least one sensible person who will listen to my complaint and get it resolved.
