I was forcefully sold a dr. Aquaguard classic+ water purifier in apr 2019 by sales field agent of eureka forbes (Ef) citing issues with my older classic one. After just 6 months o[censored]se, the machine stopped releasing water from the outlet! After calling technicians of ef, we were enlightened that the candle/filter of the machine counts the number of litres of water the machine processes by way of number of hours it runs. As soon as the processed quantity reaches 6000 litres, the machine stops automatically (Chip based). Imagine, in a household of 4 members, how can 6000 litres be consumed for drinking in 6 months!!
The trick is, no matter what is the speed of flow of the water from the inlet, the timer fitted in the machine decides that 6000 litres are processed.
Now the filter to be changed does not fall in the extended amc, only in the first year warranty period. The cost of this filter is rs. 2500/- and the cost of the whole machine is barely 11, 000/-
So to save this 2500/- every 6 months, i was asked to fit a bulky booster pump next to the purifier so that the speed of water processing increases. Cost of this pump is 2500/-..

After so many follow ups the external booster pump was fitted which makes a lot of noise and looks so ugly on the wall. This machine bought - Dr Aquaguard (Dr. A.) Classic+ was and is a disaster. One of the technicians of Dr A himself told me that the sales person duped us by selling an outdated version of the machine which does not come fitted with a booster pump. The new machine has inbuilt booster pump and is slightly expensive than the older one.

Also complaint #2 is I had a 2 year AMC (copy attached) bought for my old machine just before this ugly machine was sold to me... The company is not willing to extend the AMC to the maintenance of this machine, after 1 year inbuilt warranty is expired. Company is not even considering that due to pandemic lockdown we lost 10 months of non service. Ideally our AMC should be extended till Feb 2022...
I had spoken to the regional sales head in 2019 - Susheel Patil, but he is transferred now. He had given me multiple promises and only SMS replies, nothing on email. The new person who I tried to reach was rude and didnt care.
Company is prompt enough to send me multiple reminders to pay for extending the warranty.
This absolute fleecing of customers!!!

    I have a broken trendy Nano hose connector and I have searched on the website for so long and still there are no accessories avaialbe anywhere on the website. Plz have it available on the website for easy purchase so that we don't have to waste our money by not been able to use the product that we have paid for due to a small part being broken.

      4. Whenever we call, your agent says that there is contract against name Mr. Ajay against phone number [protected]. This is a wrong recording by you.

      5. Please note thet the receipt mention model name as infinity - UV where as I only have Aquagauard Gold Nova. The signature on the receipt is definitely only mine, Ravi Garg. The receipt carry your hologram.The payment was made in cash to your agent amount Rs. 2250. The home address is correct.

      6. Last 6 months this machine is not working and our complaints are not being recorded for this machine.

        Hello,

        Myself, Sriramdas Sivasai, I have bought eureka forbes water filter 2 months back and I'm continuously getting issues with the water filter. we are really fedup by facing all those issues. I have raised a couple of issues and directly contacted the eureka forbes installer as well, still the issue remain same.

        A month back, I have filed an complaint stating water filter is partially working condition and water is not continuously coming and engineer visited for to resolve the service, looks like instead of resolve, he spoiled the whole unit. after his visit whole unit is dead and its not working at all. later he asked me to raise another request and he visited and told some electronic part is not working and he said, he placed an order for it.

        It's been close to one month that I have raised the complaint and still not fixed. I have called and escalated so many times by dailing to customer care number, but still I didn't get any support from them. It really a sad thing that you very great team who cannot even try to resolve it. also its very scary to purchase the products from eureka forbes which cannot run for more than a month and losing the warranty like investigating the issue for more than a month. we cannot tolerate and wait for this much time without water (spending lots money to buy water from outside) . I'm requesting you to please look in to this issue and please allow me to return the product asap.

        I have sent a email to Deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com as well and I got a phone call stating that you issue will be resolved within 48 hrs. if not we accept the return and refund.

          Our Aquaguard Magna Ro+Uv water filter has been malfunctioning for quite sometime now. A lot of calls have been made to the franchisee for service. But none has avail to any good
          We bought this product on 09/16, and since then we have replaced the internal component only once with authentic Aquaguard filters. And we have always opted for the Amc for services. But the services has been very bad. Inspite of repeated complaints about water not being properly pumped into the system and system being slow sluggish and compliant of weird bubble and water noises has been lodged. Multiple time. The service person comes, literally bangs the ### out of filter candles, which GENUINEly concerns us for getting broken. And nothing else. That's all that is being done in the name of service.

          We have been very disappointed with the service.

            I purched the given product on the 23.07.2020.Since then it was perfect doing the chore. But suddenly on 07.02.2021 I got a burning smell and registered acomplain against ticket no.[protected] around 2.40 p.m . I am yet to get a technician today being Thursday 11.02.2021. Ideally they should change the product as it is still in warranty. They don't even register there products anymore . Looks unethical .

              Two weeks back took AMC for one year on Aquaguard Geneus water filter. The Guys came and changed the filters. It was working fine before they did the replacement. From the same day, it started leaking water. Called customer services and raised a complaint, they came the next day and replaced an item. Still, leakage didn't stop. Requested to send senior technician, he came and replaced the sensor in the water tub. The issue still not resolved. I kept calling 1.860 number and the technician as a routine daily, they kept saying will send a technician in 24 hrs. Never allow talking to their managers or provide local service provider number.
              I've turned off the filter and started buying water now.

                I have made a complaint regarding a faulty camera on 11/01/2021. Nobody has come up to resolve the issue till now instead of false promises like "will be resolved in 24hrs" etc. We didn't expect such a pathetic service from Eureka Forbes, seems they themselves hate their Brand Name.

                  I came into service AMC of my water filter on 26.08.2020 through a payment of 5025/- reference no 113314 and online transaction nID 22613119 as per receipt of the company. During payment, there had been a double payment vide my bank vide OTHPG[protected]RETAIL AI 26/08/[protected] AND OTHPG[protected]RETAIL AI 26/08/[protected] THROUGH SBI ELGIN RD. BRANCH KOLKATA. I contacted the agent one Binoy and also with the accounts office situated at Bhadreswar, Hooghly. WB several times but they are relactant to refund the extra payment till date.

                    I raised a request for green light blinking coz of which water isn’t getting filtered on Saturday the 30 January. Got a call from service engineer on 1 feb that he’ll come down. However today is 4 of feb and buying water. On calling him up I get an answer I can do whatever I please in terms of complaint it doesn’t bother him. Also been requesting for a back cover spare part for the last 6 months which hasn’t been taken care of. Every time the reply is given to another customer

                      I bought water purifier through Amazon in December 2020 order
                      Deliver to me on 12th december person came for installation on 17th december product was defective and installation person ask to complain to service centre we complain on 18th to Eureka Forbes their service centre person came but problem was not resolve he confirm that he will send some other technical person to sortout but product was defective since then we are following up with them we have send number of reminder by email and calls but there is just haresment they keep on hold for 40-45 minutes and just promise that they will resolve but there is no timeline now since 8-10 day they are saying that they don't have product in stock however if we go online on Amazon we can order the same . Also followedup with Amazon they are not ready to cooperate so decided buying online with Amazon is very risky its gamble so never buy online with Amazon. Eureka Forbes you can't trust them there service is 3rd class saying 3rd class is also insult to 3rd class

                        It has been more than 4 months for me to purchase a vacuum cleaner from Eureka Forbes. I had given an online request and a sales executive, Mr.Radhakrishnan had turned up at my doorstep to show a demo. While showing the demo of the vaccum cleaner, I was satisfied with the machine but had raised an issue about the excessive noise if the machine. when I had questioned about the noise of the machine, his exact words of the sales executive were that, " new machine will have many filters in it and will not make noise on usage". I had told him on very day that if the noise in the machine is there than it will not be of much use to me for my residential purpose. But, he guaranteed me that new machine will not have noise due to the filters.
                        But after purchase I came to know the new machine is making even more noise than the demo machine. When I contacted the company regarding the false commitment by Mr.Radhakrishnan just to carry out the sales, there has been absolutely no concrete response from them. There just keep moving back the complain back to Radhakrishnan who obviously being his own fault to ready to take out any solution of it.
                        Just to carry out his sales target he made false commitment to sell the machine somehow.

                        And moreover, he even took one of my old Eureka Forbes machine and promised to repair and give it back within 3 days or he would give a similar used machine as a replacement if my machine doesn't get repaired. It has been much more than 4 months and he did not even bother to give back my machine or even give a replacement as he had committed.
                        Clearly this is no less than a theft by one of the sales executive if such a reputed company.

                        I have a written statement by Mr.Radhakrishnan in which he had stated that he is taking my old machine and will repair the same or will give a new equivalent machine.

                        It is a shame that such big brands like Eureka Forbes has executives who are experts in lying and making false commitments to meet up their sales targets.

                        Most disappointing this is that even after giving number of complains in social media platforms, Eureka Forbes hasn't taken any action. False commitment is one thing and taking my old machine saying that he will repair or give a new one and just never turning up is no less than a theft in broad daylight.

                        My complaint dated 13th July 2021 is yet to be resolved. Every time i call your consumer complaint team they do not know how to resolve the complaint or listen to the consumer grievances but register a new complaint and give time for another 48 hours. Talked to all the senior team members there but of no use. A team of inefficient/incompetent and shameless people who talk nonsense and will talk anything other than the resolution of the complaint
                        Hope you have at least one sensible person who will listen to my complaint and get it resolved.

                          I have bought 2 yrs AMC in March 2020 for water purifier on 14 Jan I raised a service request that water level is low and less water is coming but since then there is no response from the company, I have called the customer service five times and every time they say they have escalated the request but no one coming for repair.

                          The same thing happened 6 months back and after 2 months we were able to fix that issue.

                              Nowadays we are experiencing poor service from your representatives. I regret to inform that
                              the concerned service engineer Mr Sundaramoorthy M came to my house on 20.01.2021 for 2nd free service visit only after the lapse of AMC (expired on 07.01.2021) that to on my request only.

                              On starting the cleaning of filters, the pump was quiet fine without any leakage of water. But on finishing his work, he said water leakage is there in pump, which has to be changed and insisted for 2 years AMC for free replacement. So, I agreed for 2 years AMC and it has been completed. In this juncture I doubt that the engineer might have purposely damaged the pump, for claiming 2 year AMC instead of one year. I wish to add that generally the service people in my place is used to attend our calls immediately, but nowadays they are lapsed in coming for 2nd free service on their own. Further I have to inform that your advertisements in whats app messages are very much wounding eg: "Why delay in renewal of AMC, will you delay vaccination for virus", etc that too before one month of expiry date.

                                  I raised a service request on the 24th Jan about my purifier not working (green light blinking continuously with beep and sound and water not coming )
                                  More than 3-4 time I called customer care for the escalation, they said concern people will contact after that also no response. I sent the mail also to the customer care team after that also call came but technician didn't come

                                    I am using Dr Aquaguard Magna nxt Ro since Feb, 2018.Our daily usage about 15 liters a day.Service alert shows after 17 months, so I thought product is very good. But the actual drama then starts. After 1 and half months the purifier attended by technician and AMC for 2 years done in Oct, 2019.And this time only after 10 months again filter stop working and as per AMC they change the kit after so many phone calls and emails.There after only after 5 months again service alert appear on 21st january, 2021.I request for service on 22/01/2021. I am trying to contact the allotted technician several times but not pickup the phone.Is this your after sale service?
                                    And I pay much higher then other purifiers, then why replaced filtration kit stop working so early. Is this value for money?

                                      We have been trying to contact the Eureka forbes consumers complaint for 2 weeks now. They promise they will attend but then either don't answer or switchave off. Our purifier is not working and it's a pain. Please help with the same at [protected].

                                      Our contract receipt number is 0535872 from Sunny enterprises. Tried contacting them but in vain. It's a pain and another level of disrespect to the customer to harras them in this manner
