It has been more than 4 months for me to purchase a vacuum cleaner from Eureka Forbes. I had given an online request and a sales executive, Mr.Radhakrishnan had turned up at my doorstep to show a demo. While showing the demo of the vaccum cleaner, I was satisfied with the machine but had raised an issue about the excessive noise if the machine. when I had questioned about the noise of the machine, his exact words of the sales executive were that, " new machine will have many filters in it and will not make noise on usage". I had told him on very day that if the noise in the machine is there than it will not be of much use to me for my residential purpose. But, he guaranteed me that new machine will not have noise due to the filters.
But after purchase I came to know the new machine is making even more noise than the demo machine. When I contacted the company regarding the false commitment by Mr.Radhakrishnan just to carry out the sales, there has been absolutely no concrete response from them. There just keep moving back the complain back to Radhakrishnan who obviously being his own fault to ready to take out any solution of it.
Just to carry out his sales target he made false commitment to sell the machine somehow.

And moreover, he even took one of my old Eureka Forbes machine and promised to repair and give it back within 3 days or he would give a similar used machine as a replacement if my machine doesn't get repaired. It has been much more than 4 months and he did not even bother to give back my machine or even give a replacement as he had committed.
Clearly this is no less than a theft by one of the sales executive if such a reputed company.

I have a written statement by Mr.Radhakrishnan in which he had stated that he is taking my old machine and will repair the same or will give a new equivalent machine.

It is a shame that such big brands like Eureka Forbes has executives who are experts in lying and making false commitments to meet up their sales targets.

Most disappointing this is that even after giving number of complains in social media platforms, Eureka Forbes hasn't taken any action. False commitment is one thing and taking my old machine saying that he will repair or give a new one and just never turning up is no less than a theft in broad daylight.

The Eureka Forbes team did not even respond and you have marked the complain as resolved.
A team of inefficient, incompetent brainless people who are not interested in any resolution. Every time you talk to them they will register another complaint and give you another 48 hours and that is only resolution they can do.

My complaint dated 13th July 2021 is yet to be resolved. Every time i call your consumer complaint team they do not know how to resolve the complaint or listen to the consumer grievances but register a new complaint and give time for another 48 hours. Talked to all the senior team members there but of no use. A team of inefficient/incompetent and shameless people who talk nonsense and will talk anything other than the resolution of the complaint
Hope you have at least one sensible person who will listen to my complaint and get it resolved.

    I have bought 2 yrs AMC in March 2020 for water purifier on 14 Jan I raised a service request that water level is low and less water is coming but since then there is no response from the company, I have called the customer service five times and every time they say they have escalated the request but no one coming for repair.

    The same thing happened 6 months back and after 2 months we were able to fix that issue.

        Nowadays we are experiencing poor service from your representatives. I regret to inform that
        the concerned service engineer Mr Sundaramoorthy M came to my house on 20.01.2021 for 2nd free service visit only after the lapse of AMC (expired on 07.01.2021) that to on my request only.

        On starting the cleaning of filters, the pump was quiet fine without any leakage of water. But on finishing his work, he said water leakage is there in pump, which has to be changed and insisted for 2 years AMC for free replacement. So, I agreed for 2 years AMC and it has been completed. In this juncture I doubt that the engineer might have purposely damaged the pump, for claiming 2 year AMC instead of one year. I wish to add that generally the service people in my place is used to attend our calls immediately, but nowadays they are lapsed in coming for 2nd free service on their own. Further I have to inform that your advertisements in whats app messages are very much wounding eg: "Why delay in renewal of AMC, will you delay vaccination for virus", etc that too before one month of expiry date.

        I expect your good service in future.

            I raised a service request on the 24th Jan about my purifier not working (green light blinking continuously with beep and sound and water not coming )
            More than 3-4 time I called customer care for the escalation, they said concern people will contact after that also no response. I sent the mail also to the customer care team after that also call came but technician didn't come

              One month product robo vac & map not working

              I am using Dr Aquaguard Magna nxt Ro since Feb, 2018.Our daily usage about 15 liters a day.Service alert shows after 17 months, so I thought product is very good. But the actual drama then starts. After 1 and half months the purifier attended by technician and AMC for 2 years done in Oct, 2019.And this time only after 10 months again filter stop working and as per AMC they change the kit after so many phone calls and emails.There after only after 5 months again service alert appear on 21st january, 2021.I request for service on 22/01/2021. I am trying to contact the allotted technician several times but not pickup the phone.Is this your after sale service?
              And I pay much higher then other purifiers, then why replaced filtration kit stop working so early. Is this value for money?

                We have been trying to contact the Eureka forbes consumers complaint for 2 weeks now. They promise they will attend but then either don't answer or switchave off. Our purifier is not working and it's a pain. Please help with the same at [protected].

                Our contract receipt number is 0535872 from Sunny enterprises. Tried contacting them but in vain. It's a pain and another level of disrespect to the customer to harras them in this manner

                  I had purchased Aquaguard crystal nxt water purifier in March 2020. From the next month of purchase, the machine started giving complaints. We were asked to spend 1200 for a separate unit and cost of another component. But it went on giving complaints and every time a technician comes, he is neither able to find a reason not get it resolved. It went on for months.
                  Later the dealer who sold the product took initiative and got a new machine replaced as the old machine coul not be repaired by the company.
                  The new machine was installed in November 2020. From then on till date we had to call service technician twice as the new machine water output is so low that it takes 2 hours for a pot of size 5 litres to fill.
                  It seems the product has technical issue. I have been suffering for nearly a year now. Kindly help.

                    But I lost my bill by mistake.
                    After free servicing the service provider want the bill which I lost.

                          Horrible and disgusting service after paying AMC.

                          we have installed Dr Aquagaurd magna HD RO+UV (NXT). i have been complaining since so long for the product and the customer care executives are just using hit and trials on my filter. The person coming is constantly charging us money on every visit for candles, pump isntallation but we haven’t come to the solution yet. the filter is off since so many days and we have been calling on regular basis.
                          if we would have known about such poor service and product we would have never chosen eureka forbes. please look into this matter because given your company’s image, we hope for best services instead. we have been fooling by the service person. he doesn’t provide with any receipt but take money everytime. given out product is still
                          in warranty.
                          it takes multiple follow-ups to get things done. Technician calls up and commits for a given day time and doesn't turn up. Stops answering calls. This happens repeatedly. When I call on customer service they have following options:
                          1. We will escalate (nothing happens after this)
                          2. We will arrange a call back from backend team (nobody calls back)

                              This is by far the worst ever aftersales service by eureka forbes.
                              I raised request on 8th Nov 2020 for kordfree vacuum cleaner not working which was under warranty period. Ref no. [protected].
                              After one month,
                              the vaccum cleaner was taken from me on 20 Dec 2020.Rajesh was the person +[protected].
                              Inspite of repeated followup (ticket numbers [protected],
                              [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]).
                              i have not received back my vacuum cleaner.
                              The service executive is not responding.
                              Escalation mail has not been able to even provide a proper update.

                              The person who took away the vacuum cleaner is now not answering the call.

                                I purchased a premium product Aquaguard Superb in May-2019 from Croma Store Greater Noida. At the same time i bought 2 Years Extended Warranty as advised by them
                                for future benefit. Recently my RO started showing Red light and I called Aquaguard customer care, Technician visited and he told that the filters need replacement and on his advise i made an online payment of Rs 5000 for AMC on 13th Dec, 2020. At that instance i forgot that i already had extended warranty.

                                I also called customer care on the very next day i.e.14th Dec and following up with the same complaint no[protected] which i lodged and several follow ups i made to get the refund but nothing has happened till now. Company's intention is just to eat customer's hard earned money.

                                Therefore I sincerely request you to help me to get my money back.

                                  I register a complaint with Eureka forbes is first week of November 2020.
                                  Vaccum cleaner Zerobend KordFree stopped working due to motor issue and wheels were coming out.

                                  Firstly, they started telling that the vaccum cleaner is out of warranty though the warranty is valid.
                                  Than an service executive named Rajesh collected the vaccum cleaner
                                  in last week of December.

                                  It has been 1 month since He collected the vaccum cleaner from me to fix the issue. Now, he is not picking up the call nor has he updated me about when I will get the vaccum cleaner.

                                  Call center people are really hopeless. They don't give proper update.

                                    Within on hour if installation the product fell down from the stand! What if my toddler was around when the 8litres of water filled purifier fell down.!! Cudnt imagine the pathetic situation..such a poor service! Poor installation! Poor quality of stand, purifier or whatever it is. Poor support system!

                                    We go behind the brand names with the assumption that the company products will be worthy enough to undergone all kind is R&D on all aspects.
                                    But this incident shocked us to the core that we couldn't even come out of the incident.

                                    It's high time for the company to concentrate not only on the sales of the product but also on the installation service and the other accessories provided along with the purifier.

                                    I bought the Eureka forbes water purifier( Model- Aquaguard Marvel 8 Litre RO, UV, MTDS).

                                    Yesterday a service person came around 4.00 PM and he installed the product around 5.00 pm.

                                    Within 6 PM, that *Life Threatening* moment had held as this 8 Litre water purifier had fell down from the stand. My son is 2 years old kid. By god's grace no one was near by the product.

                                    This *Life Threatening* incident caused high damage to this water purifier. After this incident I spoke with the eureka forbes customer care service but there is very poor response.

                                    This shows how poor the after sales service is ! Poor installation, poor quality, poor customer service..on the whole bitter experience within a day of purchase.

                                    Learnt a lesson not to go behind the brand name.

                                    I have a bond with Eureka forbes since my childhood. But after this pathetic incident, with no choice as a caution updating this incident along with the photos and videos across social media platforms.

                                    We selected this model after going through multiple reviews. Most of the reviews have educated that stand and installation are poor. But we had still believed with eureka forbes. That ignorance has costed us so much now ! Never ever we will choose eureka forbes brand, never ever we will recommend to our cirlce of friends and relatives!!
                                    This has put our family under heavy stress.
