My Aquaguard Nrich HD RO+ UV+ MTDS is not working from last few months, even though i had called multiple times nobody from Aquaguard addressed this issue.While installing new machine itself it didn't come up, he had to replace filter at the beginning itself. Within few months of installation this aquaguard did stopped working, service person came and did service, after 1 month again the issue started appearing, even though i had raised complaint earlier from the website, nobody contacted from the company.
Then i followed up via email-Deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in as it suggested in the website, i got reply with service Ref- EFL1569580. But, nobody called me from company again it went in the same state and it is open from last 2months. Overall this process has started almost 6months back but not yet serviced, around this time my warranty also ended.
I am really fed up with the kind of support i am receiving for this product, just within few months of installation i am seeing this kind of issue is a big concern for me.
Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I do have the same experience with this model "Dr AQUAGUARD NRICH HD RO+ UV+ MTDS Water Purifier" and with several follow up the status remain "Unresolved" till date.

I wonder how such a renowned brand launched a faulty product with pathetic post sales service.

    I bought a new Aguaguard Classic Plus Water Purifier on 9th November, 2020 after making payment online. Although I received the product the very next day by courier it took more than 10 days for installation.
    After installation your technician found water was not flowing and he ascribed that to a defective coil. He said he would ensure that the coil is replaced in a day or two. Another technician by name Aditya came and discovered that it was not the coil but the valve that was defective.
    He said he would arrange to send a mail to your office, request for a new valve and then replace the defective valve with a new one no sooner that it is received.
    It is now more than ten days since that happened and whenever I call Aditya, he tells me that the mail has been sent but he has not received the new valve till date. It is thoroughly disappointing and shocking to find a company like yours which claims to have a super efficient customer service system can be so indifferent and insensitive to customer needs .
    I would request you to ensure that the job gets done within twenty four hours of receipt of this mail and also give me a discount of Rs.1500/= as compensation for not being able to use your new product for about 3 weeks after purchase.
    I hope you will treat this as most urgent and take immediate action failing which I would be forced to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum and escalate it to a higher level.

        I had purchased an AMC for 2 years for my product and was given to understand that I would get cartridge replaced twice in the two year contract along with free service.
        I have raised a request twice for servicing. The first time no one turned up and the ticket was closed. The second time a person visited her opened my machine asked me to make a video and send it to his boss. He then without doing anything closed the ro system and said he would cover back once the cartridge arrives.
        A month passed and I followed up on the phone number in which he had asked me to send them video. When I called the person whom I had sent the video I got to know that the service ticket was closed. When I asked about the replacement I was told that the replacement was already done under amc which is good true. There is some goo[censored]p as your service centers have changed without proper handover and I'm suffering because my ro isn't working
        I have been following up multiple times following up on email with subject line Re: Ref- EFL1777795: Bad Service/ product
        I have escalated it to their Escalations teams that includes [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in with no luck. Everytime they callback assure that the relevant team would get back and go ahead and course the ticket without resolution.

            The locking mechanism (Latches) are broken and the hose pipe no longer gets fixed to the machine.in my view, these latches are too delicate to be a part of a vacuum machine, which gets dragged around during cleaning. The problem, once the latches are gone, the entire machine is useless.

            Spares are unavailable even through internet.

              We had placed an order for Dr. Aquaguard nrich RO model on 10th July, 2020 and the order number is [protected] and we made the payment of rupees 18, 490/- through a Eureka Forbes dealer in Coimbatore. After that we thought of cancelling the order because of negative reviews about the product in public forums.

              But anyhow, the dealer convinced us to buy another product of lower cost and also promised us that the remaining amount will be refunded. So, we ordered aquaguard reviva RO priced at ₹14, 000 from the same dealer in the month of August, 2020.

              It's been 4 months till now the refund amount of ₹4000 was not at all initiated and we frustrated with the dealer. Kindly help us on getting the refund amount.

                I have made AMC for the above product for 2 years (04.9.2019 to 03.9.2021). As per Terms & Condition, I am elligible for a free replacement of a set of candles/filters/membrane sometimes during Aug/Sep 2020. Seeing that nobody is coming, I lodged a complaint (No [protected] dated 20.10.2020). A Technical Person named Mr Tushar Pandit came on the same day, replaced 3 candles but did not replace the membrane which is most essential and costliest too. I endorsed my remark in the work order sheet (CS-[protected]) as "work incomplete". He explained that the material is not available in store and he will replace as and when it is available. 3 months have elapsed from the due date but I did not receive the service which I paid one year back.
                Please investigate the matter and intimate me the action taken against the person for misleading me and not communicating me the progress further. Also, please intimate as to how you will compensate the loss to me.

                  Hi Eureka Forbes,

                  I have a Trendy Nano vaccum cleaner. The Hose pipe latch is broken as it is very delicate. Due to this I am not able to use the cleaner. I am not finding the spare parts any where. Can you let me know where I can get this.

                    i paid AMC for 2 years and i lodged 2 complaints one is regarding white particles in water and other regarding reinstallation request. Its been almost 1 month no one turned out dispite of calling customer care more than 10 times till now. Iam really fed up with the service. I request you to either refund the AMC amount so that i can go with another brand water purifier or provide the service immediately. Iam looking to go with consumer court as this is seriously affecting my time and hard earned money. iam purchasing water daily from outside dispite of buying your product

                      I have bought the Aquaguard Enhance, it was installed on 3rd November.From 15 th of November, I started feeling problem with this.The red light is completely blinking, some times water comes, it get filled up little and again red light start blinking.I did not expect thtEurrka Forbes product is like this.Almost, it has costed around 11000.Very bad experience.

                        I am having Aquaguard purifier RO plus UV .I am contacting your Bellary Karnataka manager sri Ajay (mobile no [protected])since 2 months for renewal of AMC he just says yes but no action so far. I am deeply disappointed by your service. Confirm whether will you renew my AMC or should i buy different purifier. such a worst customer service from your company.

                            Dr.Aquaguard water puriffier of eureka forbes is made in such way that it stop dispensing water after 55 hours controlled by chip. It is ok but. Company after sales services is so poor that no body attending the complaint even after lapse of 48 hours person attending call advise that company remain closed for 5 days for diwali vacation.
                            Automatic complaint registration working but thereafter no resposible person following up today the company start work but not attending complaint giving govt.Covid guidlines.This is the position of tata companies .Very very poor services.People take the product on the name of tata but after sales services is full zero.

                                WE bought last year in March 2019, a RO Maxima a similar model of 7 ltr tank, called RO+UV+MTDS. MTDS is nothing but a bypass valve that can be set manually by opening the cover . It adds non RO membrane passed water back to output . It is clumsy. After TDS is set to any level say at 125, after few days it goes down again to 50-75 range . You keep doing this . It is sickening.There is no control system actually.

                                We all know 90% salts are removed by a RO membrane.Hence even if you have 500 TDS in fresh water, output will be around 50 TDS plus or minus . This is bad for health.hence this bypass valve adds orginal filtered and UV exposed water to RO emberane water to increase the salts.

                                MTDS is simply useless crap word, to make money as it has no controller actually. The valve is hidden inside body and common man cant set it easily. You got to take machine down .open lid, set valve by trials . It again returns to low tds after few days. I first tried this through service centre and then myself many times in 1.5 years. But no use.The service engineer now says valve has to be replaced it may be loose or defective. New device 1.5 years old has only this much life? But they never did this till it was in warranty period . You can understand the trick. How a valve not used daily and under cover can get leaked or loose in 1.5 years? What is life of machine then It is useless quality.

                                Further even if you take 100 ml water machine starts .Not good. It should restart only at certain level say 3 ltrs and then run till tank is full.

                                Secondly, water is now tasting bitter(Kasela) many times on its own. You cant drink this and it hurts the taste and mouth.It may be very harmful too .What body does not like, is generally harmful. The water should be slightly sweet or taste and odor less. Not like this . This is serious matter.

                                The service cost for annual contract is very high 5000 Rs for a 14000 Rs unit . It wastes 3.5 to 4 glass of water for 1 glass of filetred water.

                                Recently NGT court has banned use of RO for less than 500 TDS water .But they still do sell . Once sold, sales team disappears and customer service comes in and wont hear all this. It is unfair trade, looks like. Still it is compnay only .is not it?

                                First, one should get water tested from a recognised lab or of local water department. If you have water supply of govt no need normally to use RO. Avoid . Simple filter is enough. Test if it have pesticides or heavy metals? Does it have more than 600TDS? Does it taste bad and smelling? if not, then what for you are buying RO filter? There are many varieties launched every year and support is expensive. With so many models companies withdraw support after 3 years . The company is unable to handle work now, it appears. Behaviour is arrogant. One sided communication.

                                In my case first the customer ID was not issued while selling. Then serial number was not found in compnay database and hence my product was not getting logged in on their digital system of EurekaForbes. After intense follow up and harassment they finally created account after2 months . First different component number was uploaded, then second time it got changed? how is it possible .Fake machine or database? is machine even genuine? Always sold through dealers.

                                Nothing good can be said about this deal, and Company behaviour, account handling, service quality, price and high service cost . Getting bitter water and unable set TDS.

                                No one listens and even mails to CEO fell on deaf ears.Not even acknowledgement. More than 21 mails and messages exchanged but still task incomplete. Very very bad.

                                Buying such items which relates to basic health is dangerous if not genuine and properly serviced by company .It is so time wasting and harrassment.

                                One more thing, genuine annually needed consumables including membrane are not available in open market and hence there is monopoly in line, by these companies. You cant say if consumable is genuine.

                                Consumer movement, awareness and government intervention is only way to stop this .

                                Think and take your decision . We are fed up and sick. My device is installed at Ghaziabad(Delhi NCR). Still bad servcie. Though their simple AG classic three stage filter was enough and had good perfromnace which I bought in 2011.Its annual maintenance was still high 1900 per year but not so much. For people getting tubewell and public supply simple devices are enough unless water testing demands for a RO.

                                This device I was supplied is useless, continuously troubling, service is very bad and costly and we are sick of all this .

                                No one listens.

                                  I have Dr Magna RO+UV water purifier . The purifier has always been under AMC. Presently it is under 2 year AMC. Earlier, I was posted in Varanasi where service was satisfactory. Recently, I was transferred to Saran, Bihar near Patna, were the service is not at all available. Knowing my transferrable job, I had specifically asked weather the AMC services would be available at other locations and I was assured all India service.
                                  My water purifier stopped working on 27/10/20. I logged first complaint on 28/10/20 and since then numerous complaints have been logged by me. However, the only response I received was that the complaint is being escalated. 20 days have passed and the water purifier has not been attended. I even demanded refund of AMC amount if the service can ne be provided as promised, but they didnt respond to that either.

                                      I had purchased Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Marvel 8L RO+UV e-boiling+Ultrafitration+MTDS with Active Copper from Amazon.
                                      Installation should be free but company charged me Rs450 for installation. I contacted company but they didn’t respond.
                                      And technician told that there is no warranty for online products.
