Eureka forbes doesn’t give service once the item purchased. I have been facing problems since the time I bought the product. Highly unsatisfied with the company and staff. Right now also my aquaguard isn’t working I have been escalating my service request since 10 days now. But nobody is bothered to response. This isn’t the first time last time I got service after 4 months. Their products are waste of money and energy Contact -[protected]

    Bought AMC for 5800 but not received services

    Writing emails from since 16oct to eureka forbes and calling everyday. Paid 5800₹ for AMC but no technician visited, no filter change. Machine not working since 18days. refund my money and also give me compensation for not providing services. And plus pay me whole amount of nrich machine 21, 000 that i bought and was promised services....

    I Mr. Jay Borse, would like to bring to your noticed that I purchased Aquaguard water purifier on 25th July 2020, from Mr. Yogesh Chavan.

    Mr.Yogesh promised us that we will be getting provogue watch as a complimentary gift if we purchase Aquaguard for which we agreed .Its been more than 2 months now we still have not recieved the gift .We called him for around 10-12 times, every time he makes an excuse and sometimes doesn’t responds.

    I would like to inform you that I haven't recieved any mail or communication from the company regarding delay of the gift or apologies for the delay ( reason being out of stock) neither we recieved any tentative information about when we will be recieving our gift .

    As a customer I would like to inform you that due to this lack of communication we think that we have been fooled by your representative or it might be your fault that you are not providing the gift on time ( which Mr. Yogesh promised that we will getting in 15 days - 1 month from date of purchase ) .

    Even it's been more than a month that I lodge a complaint regarding the same on companies email id but to my surprise even then no action has been taken till now.. Executives are just calling and asking did u receive the gift or not ? They are not providing any information about the gift neither they are telling whether we will be receiving the gift or not.

    I would also like to highlight that we are not so keen about receiving the gift now but here the matter is about the trust. Customers blindly trust brands and thus get this kind of treatment .

    I being the customer didn't expect this behaviour from the company like Eureka Forbes.

    I hope after reading this detailed complaint atleast some action will be taken rather than just calling again and again to ask details of the complaint.

      I have raised complaint that the water purifier is not working and its almost a month since they have addressed the issue. The assigned technician is not willing to visit the site and i[censored] call customer service they promise to escalate to their business partner and no one calls you again. this has been escalated atleast 10 times now with no resolution. Since i have an AMC for 2 years they are not willing to visit the premises as they would have to bear the cost. Very poor customer service, negligent care, no accountability. Even the company website escalation process is not clear as you dont have their email id.

        Sir,
        I Harsha R Gupta purchased your water purifier crystal NXT RO + UV + MTDS from vijay sales on 19.05.2020 against Customer id [protected] & Serial No [protected]
        Already we have Enchance Ro + Uv purifier under your Amc contract receipt no 819, Customer id :- [protected] & serial no[protected] valid till[protected] in name of my mother Sunita R Gupta,
        But during Covid 19 pandemic in april 2020 / May 2020, the above Enchance Ro +Uv purifier, motor was leakage. Even the Purifier was under Amc the Company has not provided service For 2 to 3 month giving the reason of Covid 19.
        Because of which we have purchase new PURIFIER CRYSTAL NXT RO +UV + MTDS from vijay sales on 19.05.2020 of which immediate installation of the new machine was done by your Company, Because of which we have loss of Rs 20, 000/- to buy your new machine.
        But now from last one month the new machine is not providing filter water for which complaint was lodge & it was been serviced by your technician but to our regret the same problem rise within 8 to 10 days & the technician says that new candle filter is to be install for which u have to pay charges even though it is under warranty.

        My question is:-
        1) When their was covid 19 & you where unable to give AMC services, How u have immediately install new machine.
        2) Is your product is of so low quality that the customer has to buy new filter candle within 4 to 5 months.

        Your Technician have became habituate in covid 19 to sale new product & spares part instead of giving service under warranty & AMC contract .
        Please look into the matter immediately & appoint senior technician for the same. Rather than selling only new product & not providing service under warranty & Amc contract.

          We had logged a complaint on 9th Oct.
          Complaint no : [protected] regarding regular service to be performed for filter, however, since then filter quality and performance has deteriorated after service, we have been trying to reach the customer care, however after numerous calls and discussion no person has turned to resolve the issue.
          These person do AMC however do not respond on any issues.
          Really pathetic service it is now already 15 days since this complaint was first logged and still there is no awail.
          Please look into it.

            My service request no [protected] . Amc contract done on date 28 dec 2019 . No service done due to lockdown, service technician came on 27 sept 2020 to replace all cartridge, he cheated me by installing a used 2 years old RO membrane cartridge. He had opened the sealed cartridge bag at his shop, removed the new RO membrane cartridge and replaced with a used RO membrane cartridge . Several times i called eureka forbes aqua guard but no response they are shielding the culprit technician, aqua guard call center person one day telling me customers should check weather the bag is sealed or not, yes he is correct dont trust the technician from aqua guard, he will cheat you, in current pandemic situation he expected that me a senior citizen to check the bag weather its intact . Aqua guard should answer me weather they will not replace the old installed ro cartridge given by their technician thus cheating me .

            Thank you Consumer Complaints, Eureka Forbes Service center Technician, attended the complaint and changed all the Cartridges with brand new cartridges on date 01 Nov 2020 . My advice to customers dont trust the technicians they will fool you, if they are changing the cartridges /filters check that the new spares bag is sealed, do not accept it if the technician has opened the bag, if you feel you have been cheated do not sign on the worksheet..

            Thank you consumer complaints, Eureka Forbes service center has finally accepted their fault and have replaced, all cartridges . i will suggest all customers when any service centre technician comes to your place for replacement of cartridges / filters please check the spares whether the bag is sealed, then only accept it, I suffered a lot due to cheating done by Aquaguard Service centre technician, you can see the visuals i have attached.

              Hi,

              I had purchased the SCPR 300 Dr. Aeroguard Air Purifier in November, 2019.

              The product start facing issues in just 20 days and from there I am fighting continuously for repair of purifier.

              Many technicians visited but no one able to repair it.
              Purifier is still in warranty period but no replacement provided to me as well.

              I have sent "Legal Notice" as well that delivered successfully on 8th October, 2020 but no response received after 15 days as well.
              Please go through the details of legal notice for complete details of the matter.

              The company people are doing false promises from last one year (waiting of completion of Warranty period.

              Please please help!

                  Hello Team, This is Raveendra Kumar. Purchased Dr Aquaguard Nrich HD RO+UV+ MTDD on 09th october 2020 through sales Executive Mr Darshan Gopal & his Manager. The product installation wasn't done due to leakage in the water purifier. By the time of installation continuous water leakage. The technician has called and informed the concern team.On 12th October 2020 we raised a complaint through customer care and they provided with Complaint Number: [protected]. Then after this the drama began we keep on calling customer service number and no use. No action. No reply from them. Again we sent emails to the deepa I'd then also no use. Taken money and then vanished. No response from the sales executive. This how you treat customer within 3days of purchase. I wrongly chosen Eureka Forbes. What the hell you people think about customers and playing with us. We paid closely 20K and no response. What a dirty service that you are providing. If you really feel that your service is best then please exchange the water purifier immediately with new one. Take away the damaged product. I paid money and even you people aren't caring for this. Hope at least you have some ethics . Expecting the new product soon. Very bad and arrogant service/ communication. You people are playing games

                    Your company and your sales man both r frauded me at the time of sales telling one and deliver other one nearing completing one month my problem is not solved and your product is unopened Chennai office employee called me on 1st October and told me you have to use in because company never refund you for the company mistake I have to bear a loss of 17290 rupees your salesman GANGADHARAN and his manager also telling same thing

                      This is in reference to the refund on cancellation of Water purifier - DR AG NRICH RO-N2 (Order ID: S[protected] purchased offline on 21st March 2020 with advance payment of Rs 17, 990.00.

                      Due to lockdown, product could not be delivered in the stipulated time. Hence on 03rd July 2020, a cancellation request for the water purifier was raised by me through email. On the same day, cancellation was accepted by the Company and I was communicated with a cancelation request no.-[protected].

                      However it's been more than 3 months since the acceptance of cancellation request by the Company, however I am still struggling to get the refund amount of Rs 17, 999.00.

                      I have contacted Customer care of the Company several times through help-line number and email, since the cancellation request was raised by me. However every time I have got the same response that due to COVID times, services are being delayed however my request is put on priority and I will receive a callback from the concerned department soon.

                      But till today I have not received any call from the concerned department and my refund is pending for more than 3 months.

                      This was my first experience with the Eureka Forbes and I am quite dissatisfied with the consumer services of the Company. I am looking forward for a quick refund of payment.

                      Compliant is not resolved till date. Various times I have been informed that the refund amount is sanctioned, account details for NEFT is also provided to Company. However, amount is not refunded till date.

                          I"m writting this pain heart complaint against EUREKA FORBES (Your friend for life). but shore not friend its treat like pick pocketers.
                          After taking huge amount of rs 5220 every year as a AMC for service of my Dr aqua Magna ro+uv .
                          At the time of sales the executive explain about the capacity of aquaguard of 17 Ltr but after the service
                          my purifier not giving even 10 Ltr of water also & after 10 days of service my purifer has stoped to purifying water & giving dusty water with mud smell.
                          For this worst reason i have to purchase 20 Ltr kinley bobule top water can of rupees 100 it is so expensive for me.
                          my huge money has been wasted on Eureka Forbes nearby 50000 of rupees in Amc service from Eureka forbes for my Aquaguard i gone mental agony gone in depression .
                          I called Eureka Forbes for service for my aquaguard so many times but they are not coming.
                          I will told everybody in my Family & friends circle dont take products from Eureka Forbes. and service too .
                          pls take a big action complaint of their lies.

                            I am reaching out to you to assist in getting my newly bought water purifier replaced as it is not working .
                            I had bought a UV +RO water purifireR(nXT RO+UV) MODEL on 9-July-20. since 28, Sep, 20 it is not working . When i reached out to customer care, they stated that this requires a part replacement but since the last 15 days, neither the service center nor the customer care has been of any help .
                            On 15-Oct-20, when i asked CC rep to connect me to escalation team, they simply put me on mute wanting me to disconnect . Each time, i am told that my request would be attended today itself but no one calls me .

                            When i try to escalate the above ticket on Eureka forbes website, it tells me that the ticket is closed.
                            I am not sure what to do. i fractured my foot recently . Getting water for myself means paying 100RS daily for last 15 days to my security guard. i never expected such a service provide by a company such as Eureka forbes.
                            Now i simply want a replacement for the product or my money back .

                                I bought an aquaguard unit on 6th Oct via a customer service agent.

                                He guaranteed delivery and installation within one day, which is why I paid online on the Eureka Forbes website on the spot.

                                It's now been a week, and there is no delivery or installation.

                                The customer service representatives are taking down my complaint number but nothing is being done.

                                I tried reaching various numbers published on the website, no one is picking up.

                                The sales representative keeps telling me it will be done today, it will be done tomorrow, etc. He sent me a courier tracking number which also doesn't exist.

                                Is this a scam, or am I ever going to get my money back/the aquaguard installed?

                                  Hi,

                                  I have brought eureka forbes nano RO and on each year i am renewing the AMC for this product. my water filter not working since April 2020, so i called the customer care to send the technician to resolve the issue.Every time the technician comes, he fixes it and after a while the machine shuts down again. This has been complained about 4 times but the technician could not fix the machine, and despite repeated requests did not even replace the broken tap. It takes some time to change but they don't come anymore.After that there is no response from technician when I try to call the customer care they are telling they have marked this issue as priority and it will be resolved within 24 hours but it was almost 6 month still no one resolved the issue. Even service engineer try to convinced us to buy new water filter. So please help me in getting this issue resolved.

                                      I m Suresh babu from Andhra pradesh

                                      We paid amc for a period of 2 years on 22 nd. August 2018 for aquasure water purifier. According to rules they have to change the filters candles twice, change any parts if damaged before 21 st. August 2020 and visit thrice a year for this period.

                                      Our contract receipt no. is 0037971. They changed the filter candles on 22 nd. Aug. 2018. In between when the motor and tap is damaged they changed it. Even they didn't visit properly every year. Even that we accepted. The installation is not done properly while changing the candles, water was leaking after the candles are changed. by calling several times they attended the problem.Now we called the dealer to change the candles according to a.m.c, he first said o.k. and sent the technician to change the candles. While changing the candles the technician said that this is chargeable. We then called the dealer, he is telling that we have already changed the candles 4 months back, which is not at all done.We then told to check him the bar code to know the date of changing and inform the dealer. He took the photograph of bar code. The dealer called us and say that it is of 2019 Aug.How can the candles changed in 2018 has manufacturing date of 2019.Can't they identify the candle s which are changed in 2 years back . Will it be like the candles which are changed 4 months back.

                                      We trusted EUREKA FORBES and bought this purifier.and a customer should not be cheated by the dealer or technician like this.We paid a.m.c. equal to the amount of local company water purifier, because of brand mark of Eureka.The dealer is telling you can raise complaint against him to any body, when called.I am asking the company EUREKA FORBES to check our candles which are replaced on 22 nd. August 2018. And give us justice as soon as possible.

                                      Since it is carona time, we are getting water from out side, which is not all safe.

                                      We have raised a complaint three months before with Eureka when AMC service is active and still now no technician visited to change candles and issue didn't addressed after more than 20 follow up mails also.

                                      At suddenly we got a mail yesterday from there team to pay money to get service.

                                      Last hope is this portal hope it will resolve

                                      We are also employees and every penny important to us feeling cheated by Eurekha forbes and there dealers.

                                      Not gonna recommend there products to anyone anymore

                                      According to amc for 2 years, we paid an amount of rs. 8000 to the dealer. While paying the amc they have to change the candles and within 2 years another time. If any parts get repaired has to be changed within the period of amc. And the technician should has to visit yearly thrice.

                                      Our complaint is the technician didn't visit properly. Second time the candles are not changed.Since because of carona we called the dealer for changing the candles on june, he didn't turn up, so we lodged a complaint directly to the customer care of Eureka forbes after a month or 2.

                                      They dragged the issue for two months saying that your complaint will be resolved soon, we are talking to the business partner. Because of carona the issue is delayed for solving.

                                      Now after completion of amc, they gave a reply that the candles will be replaced and charged.

                                      Is this a fair answer for a company like Eureka forbes .what about my amc amount.
