We paid amc for a period of 2 years on 22 nd. August 2018 for aquasure water purifier. According to rules they have to change the filters candles twice, change any parts if damaged before 21 st. August 2020 and visit thrice a year for this period.
Our contract receipt no. is 0037971. They changed the filter candles on 22 nd. Aug. 2018. In between when the motor and tap is damaged they changed it. Even they didn't visit properly every year. Even that we accepted. The installation is not done properly while changing the candles, water was leaking after the candles are changed. by calling several times they attended the problem.Now we called the dealer to change the candles according to a.m.c, he first said o.k. and sent the technician to change the candles. While changing the candles the technician said that this is chargeable. We then called the dealer, he is telling that we have already changed the candles 4 months back, which is not at all done.We then told to check him the bar code to know the date of changing and inform the dealer. He took the photograph of bar code. The dealer called us and say that it is of 2019 Aug.How can the candles changed in 2018 has manufacturing date of 2019.Can't they identify the candle s which are changed in 2 years back . Will it be like the candles which are changed 4 months back.
We trusted EUREKA FORBES and bought this purifier.and a customer should not be cheated by the dealer or technician like this.We paid a.m.c. equal to the amount of local company water purifier, because of brand mark of Eureka.The dealer is telling you can raise complaint against him to any body, when called.I am asking the company EUREKA FORBES to check our candles which are replaced on 22 nd. August 2018. And give us justice as soon as possible.
Since it is carona time, we are getting water from out side, which is not all safe.
We have raised a complaint three months before with Eureka when AMC service is active and still now no technician visited to change candles and issue didn't addressed after more than 20 follow up mails also.
At suddenly we got a mail yesterday from there team to pay money to get service.
Last hope is this portal hope it will resolve
We are also employees and every penny important to us feeling cheated by Eurekha forbes and there dealers.
Not gonna recommend there products to anyone anymore

Updated by Jaya Kakaraparthi According to amc for 2 years, we paid an amount of rs. 8000 to the dealer. While paying the amc they have to change the candles and within 2 years another time. If any parts get repaired has to be changed within the period of amc. And the technician should has to visit yearly thrice.
Our complaint is the technician didn't visit properly. Second time the candles are not changed.Since because of carona we called the dealer for changing the candles on june, he didn't turn up, so we lodged a complaint directly to the customer care of Eureka forbes after a month or 2.
They dragged the issue for two months saying that your complaint will be resolved soon, we are talking to the business partner. Because of carona the issue is delayed for solving.
Now after completion of amc, they gave a reply that the candles will be replaced and charged.
Is this a fair answer for a company like Eureka forbes .what about my amc amount.
