Hello Team, This is Raveendra Kumar. Purchased Dr Aquaguard Nrich HD RO+UV+ MTDD on 09th october 2020 through sales Executive Mr Darshan Gopal & his Manager. The product installation wasn't done due to leakage in the water purifier. By the time of installation continuous water leakage. The technician has called and informed the concern team.On 12th October 2020 we raised a complaint through customer care and they provided with Complaint Number: [protected]. Then after this the drama began we keep on calling customer service number and no use. No action. No reply from them. Again we sent emails to the deepa I'd then also no use. Taken money and then vanished. No response from the sales executive. This how you treat customer within 3days of purchase. I wrongly chosen Eureka Forbes. What the hell you people think about customers and playing with us. We paid closely 20K and no response. What a dirty service that you are providing. If you really feel that your service is best then please exchange the water purifier immediately with new one. Take away the damaged product. I paid money and even you people aren't caring for this. Hope at least you have some ethics . Expecting the new product soon. Very bad and arrogant service/ communication. You people are playing games

    Your company and your sales man both r frauded me at the time of sales telling one and deliver other one nearing completing one month my problem is not solved and your product is unopened Chennai office employee called me on 1st October and told me you have to use in because company never refund you for the company mistake I have to bear a loss of 17290 rupees your salesman GANGADHARAN and his manager also telling same thing

      This is in reference to the refund on cancellation of Water purifier - DR AG NRICH RO-N2 (Order ID: S[protected] purchased offline on 21st March 2020 with advance payment of Rs 17, 990.00.

      Due to lockdown, product could not be delivered in the stipulated time. Hence on 03rd July 2020, a cancellation request for the water purifier was raised by me through email. On the same day, cancellation was accepted by the Company and I was communicated with a cancelation request no.-[protected].

      However it's been more than 3 months since the acceptance of cancellation request by the Company, however I am still struggling to get the refund amount of Rs 17, 999.00.

      I have contacted Customer care of the Company several times through help-line number and email, since the cancellation request was raised by me. However every time I have got the same response that due to COVID times, services are being delayed however my request is put on priority and I will receive a callback from the concerned department soon.

      But till today I have not received any call from the concerned department and my refund is pending for more than 3 months.

      This was my first experience with the Eureka Forbes and I am quite dissatisfied with the consumer services of the Company. I am looking forward for a quick refund of payment.

      Compliant is not resolved till date. Various times I have been informed that the refund amount is sanctioned, account details for NEFT is also provided to Company. However, amount is not refunded till date.

After that company is not bothered to replace the part and till today machine is not working. In spite of sending several emails company is not responding.           I"m writting this pain heart complaint against EUREKA FORBES (Your friend for life). but shore not friend its treat like pick pocketers.
          After taking huge amount of rs 5220 every year as a AMC for service of my Dr aqua Magna ro+uv .
          At the time of sales the executive explain about the capacity of aquaguard of 17 Ltr but after the service
          my purifier not giving even 10 Ltr of water also & after 10 days of service my purifer has stoped to purifying water & giving dusty water with mud smell.
          For this worst reason i have to purchase 20 Ltr kinley bobule top water can of rupees 100 it is so expensive for me.
          my huge money has been wasted on Eureka Forbes nearby 50000 of rupees in Amc service from Eureka forbes for my Aquaguard i gone mental agony gone in depression .
          I called Eureka Forbes for service for my aquaguard so many times but they are not coming.
          I will told everybody in my Family & friends circle dont take products from Eureka Forbes. and service too .
          pls take a big action complaint of their lies.

            I am reaching out to you to assist in getting my newly bought water purifier replaced as it is not working .
            I had bought a UV +RO water purifireR(nXT RO+UV) MODEL on 9-July-20. since 28, Sep, 20 it is not working . When i reached out to customer care, they stated that this requires a part replacement but since the last 15 days, neither the service center nor the customer care has been of any help .
            On 15-Oct-20, when i asked CC rep to connect me to escalation team, they simply put me on mute wanting me to disconnect . Each time, i am told that my request would be attended today itself but no one calls me .

            When i try to escalate the above ticket on Eureka forbes website, it tells me that the ticket is closed.
            I am not sure what to do. i fractured my foot recently . Getting water for myself means paying 100RS daily for last 15 days to my security guard. i never expected such a service provide by a company such as Eureka forbes.
            Now i simply want a replacement for the product or my money back .

                I bought an aquaguard unit on 6th Oct via a customer service agent.

                He guaranteed delivery and installation within one day, which is why I paid online on the Eureka Forbes website on the spot.

                It's now been a week, and there is no delivery or installation.

                The customer service representatives are taking down my complaint number but nothing is being done.

                I tried reaching various numbers published on the website, no one is picking up.

                The sales representative keeps telling me it will be done today, it will be done tomorrow, etc. He sent me a courier tracking number which also doesn't exist.

                Is this a scam, or am I ever going to get my money back/the aquaguard installed?

                  Hi,

                  I have brought eureka forbes nano RO and on each year i am renewing the AMC for this product. my water filter not working since April 2020, so i called the customer care to send the technician to resolve the issue.Every time the technician comes, he fixes it and after a while the machine shuts down again. This has been complained about 4 times but the technician could not fix the machine, and despite repeated requests did not even replace the broken tap. It takes some time to change but they don't come anymore.After that there is no response from technician when I try to call the customer care they are telling they have marked this issue as priority and it will be resolved within 24 hours but it was almost 6 month still no one resolved the issue. Even service engineer try to convinced us to buy new water filter. So please help me in getting this issue resolved.

                      I m Suresh babu from Andhra pradesh

                      We paid amc for a period of 2 years on 22 nd. August 2018 for aquasure water purifier. According to rules they have to change the filters candles twice, change any parts if damaged before 21 st. August 2020 and visit thrice a year for this period.

                      Our contract receipt no. is 0037971. They changed the filter candles on 22 nd. Aug. 2018. In between when the motor and tap is damaged they changed it. Even they didn't visit properly every year. Even that we accepted. The installation is not done properly while changing the candles, water was leaking after the candles are changed. by calling several times they attended the problem.Now we called the dealer to change the candles according to a.m.c, he first said o.k. and sent the technician to change the candles. While changing the candles the technician said that this is chargeable. We then called the dealer, he is telling that we have already changed the candles 4 months back, which is not at all done.We then told to check him the bar code to know the date of changing and inform the dealer. He took the photograph of bar code. The dealer called us and say that it is of 2019 Aug.How can the candles changed in 2018 has manufacturing date of 2019.Can't they identify the candle s which are changed in 2 years back . Will it be like the candles which are changed 4 months back.

                      We trusted EUREKA FORBES and bought this purifier.and a customer should not be cheated by the dealer or technician like this.We paid a.m.c. equal to the amount of local company water purifier, because of brand mark of Eureka.The dealer is telling you can raise complaint against him to any body, when called.I am asking the company EUREKA FORBES to check our candles which are replaced on 22 nd. August 2018. And give us justice as soon as possible.

                      Since it is carona time, we are getting water from out side, which is not all safe.

                      We have raised a complaint three months before with Eureka when AMC service is active and still now no technician visited to change candles and issue didn't addressed after more than 20 follow up mails also.

                      At suddenly we got a mail yesterday from there team to pay money to get service.

                      Last hope is this portal hope it will resolve

                      We are also employees and every penny important to us feeling cheated by Eurekha forbes and there dealers.

                      Not gonna recommend there products to anyone anymore

                      According to amc for 2 years, we paid an amount of rs. 8000 to the dealer. While paying the amc they have to change the candles and within 2 years another time. If any parts get repaired has to be changed within the period of amc. And the technician should has to visit yearly thrice.

                      Our complaint is the technician didn't visit properly. Second time the candles are not changed.Since because of carona we called the dealer for changing the candles on june, he didn't turn up, so we lodged a complaint directly to the customer care of Eureka forbes after a month or 2.

                      They dragged the issue for two months saying that your complaint will be resolved soon, we are talking to the business partner. Because of carona the issue is delayed for solving.

                      Now after completion of amc, they gave a reply that the candles will be replaced and charged.

                      Is this a fair answer for a company like Eureka forbes .what about my amc amount.

                          Today technician visited and tried to rectify the problem. However he failed citing reason that pcb is not working.
                          It is surprising within 2 months water purifier brokedown.
                          Is there problem with the quality of products of eureka forbes or am i supplied with substandard product.
                          Tomorrow will be third day we will not have filtered water.
                          We are facing lots of inconvenience as we have to manually filter water with a cloth, boil it, cool it then use for driking.
                          In these difficult days of pandemic, we have to drink water which is unsafe and inhygenic.
                          Please give me contact details to escalate this issue.

                            I had taken AMC for water purifier at my home in October 2019, AFTER BELIEVING the big talks and false commitments of timely visits for maintainence at regular intervals in 1 year .
                            however in the last 1 year and especially with the lockdown been imposed from March To July, we did not receive a single call for any maintainence and instead of giving an extension for 1 year, they have given a 1 month extension .

                              I took a 3 year AMC where I was committed quarterly free service and free candle/filter replacement.
                              Last service was done in Sep2019 and the next visit was on 4th Oct 2020 - a gap of full 1 year with 3 service in between missed. I can understand the COVID scenario, but this happened only since lockdown in March 2020. I demanded a refund for the lapse in service or extension of AMC by 1 year.

                              I am told (threatened by local agency that I can do whatever I want, they will not extend) and replies from Deepa @ escalation in Eureka Forbes say "Our company policy does not allow AMC extension".
                              My questions & demand
                              - Is this not cheating as they have already collected 3 year AMC charges in advance?
                              - Extension of AMC or Refund of proportionate charges.
                              I have written numerous emails to Shrikant the CEO at Eureka Forbes, but the phone calls and email from Deepa keep saying that as per their policy, no extension will be done.

                                I am writing to bring to your kind notice the pains that I am going through to get a product that I purchased from Eureka Forbes to be serviced.

                                I had purchased a water purifier (Model Aquaguard Reviva) couple of years back. On completion of the initial AMC period, the salesman from Eureka Forbes very promptly came down to my house for a AMC renewal. I had the AMC renewed for 1 years(28th july 2019 to 27th july 2020) by paying an amount of Rs. 4000. I was promised initially that a periodical preventive maintenance would be done twice in a year i.e. four times during the AMC period. Today when I am writing this email its been more than 1year and we have never been visited by any of the technician for a periodical maintenance.

                                The real problem started when the water purifier stopped working and it has leakage issue and I raised a complaint by calling the Euro Helpline on 16th of April 2011 (ticket #[[protected]). I was promised that the problem would be attended asap I waited for more than a day but nothing happened. From 3rd oct 2020 I have been continuously calling the helpline but each and every time the standard answer that I get from the representatives is that "the issue will be fixed by asap and will be escalated.

                                I have contacted the customer care everyday over the last 2 days but to no avail.

                                I hope that this issue will be resolved at the earliest after necessary intervention.

                                  I have been Aquaguard customer for the past 7 years. Had complained in June that aquaguard(which i purchased last year) is not working. Technician came in June and couldnot resolve the problem.
                                  Then again he came in August and tried solving the issue. While solving he removes the PRV(Pressure reducing valve)
                                  and tries a lot things and then mentions that due to high pressure, the water filter has busted.
                                  Have 2 questions here :
                                  1. How can filter get busted with PRV?
                                  2. Why did he remove PRV?
                                  Still we paid him Rs 1850 to get a filter replacement. He shows that the Aquaguard is working and leaves.
                                  He says that he has adjusted the water pressure and Aquaguard is safe to use now.
                                  Immediately after he leaves, aquaguard stops working. We call him again and he comes after 2 days,
                                  again after doing some checks, water filter is again broken and will need to be replaced and was asking Rs 1850.
                                  1. How does a new water filer breakdown 10 mins after the technician is gone.
                                  2. He had assured that water is adjusted and Aquaguard is safe to use. Does the technician even have proper knowledge of product and training.
                                  Please resolve this and get my aquaguard working

                                    I had purchased eureka forbes 8l aquaguard cd genius ro+uv+uf almost two year back. Suddenly, it stop to work and totally turns off. Service representative came and analysed the product and informed that its pcb circuit needed to be replaced. It has been several days and nobody is having an answer for the availability of pcb circuits. Also here i attach some picture he left the ro machine totally open after he checked the fault, is it a right way to treat or servicing your product? When we tried to talk to the service representative he answered very rudely and said he is very busy. Also the pcb circuit has not arrived yet every time he just says tomorrow, definitely he will come and fix it and cut the phone quickly. He has never come from the last 5 days. My family has suffered without the purified waters for the past several days.

                                    If i do not get proper answers and service on priority basis then i am going to the consumer forum.in addition, i will share all these information on all the networking websites so others don't suffer like me and my family.

                                      Purchased aquagard - amaze on 23rd august. The new ro has a defective membrane.

                                      Highly unsatisfied with eureka forbes
                                      1. Installation visit was after 10 days of purchase
                                      2. Installation agent checked water quality and was satisfied with quality 600 tds
                                      3. Complaint raised by us 2 days later and other agent visited 7 days later to check salty water issue. Said that membrane was faulty and needs replacement.
                                      4. No one contacted from eureka forbes for next 1 week. 3 agents visited the next week to again verify the issue. Suggested that membrane needs replacement. Stated that replacement will be done in next 1 day. Expected date of replacement 11- september
                                      5. No contact initiated from eureka forbes till 23 september.
                                      6. Between 11-23 september we have called customer care on daily basis for updates.
                                      7. Customer care has no clue about the status of complaint.
                                      8. Only thing customer care has been doing is forwarding the complaint to concerned team and asking us to wait for call.
                                      9. 23rd sept we received a call from eureka forbes to co-ordinate with the seller because the ro kit had old membrane. The return policy of seller is 10 days.
                                      10. No contact initiated from eurekaforbes after september 23.
                                      11. We call aquaguard eureka forbes sales and service daily from 23 september, they daily assure us that service will be completed the same day and they have contacted service team regarding this. We do not get any call from eureka forbes service center
                                      12. Eureka forbes service center customer care is never able to transfer my call to their manager because the manager is never available in office.
                                      13. We have sent 10 mails collectively to [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in and deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.com ; still no response.

                                        I'm using water purifier and since i bought i correctly maintain through regular service and amc and all through company only. Now they say that that spares for the machine as stopped
                                        I don't know how a company will stop the spares even for the machine. How can i trust again and get a machine in the company as they won't do it again
