    I had purchased an Aquaguard water purifier in August 2019. The product came with a one year warranty with 2 free services. The first service was due in February '20 but was not done despite repeated requests made on their customer care number. After persistent follow up and email to their customer care service at last, it was done in June'20. The second free service due before the warranty period ends, too was not done despite numerous phone calls to their customer care number. After the warranty period ended, I started getting many phone calls to go in for AMC. When I asked them, why my free second mandatory service due to me, was not done, they had no answer. It looks like Eureka Forbes is only interested in extracting money from customers, without giving them services due to them. I regret buying their products and do not recommend their products to anyone.

    My complaint has been notified by you to Eureka forbes on 6th November, but even after 20 days i.e. today 26th November, my complaint remains unsolved. This proves that Eureka forbes is not interested in solving customers problems buy only interested in extracting money from customers.

      We purchased the Zero Bend + Steristeam Vacuum cleaner from Eureka Forbes in Feb 2020. The SteriSteam started leaking water and also not heating from May. After multiple complaints for 2 months they took the Steristeam to the service center and returned after a month saying they have replaced the heater. But after 2 weeks o[censored]sage it is having the same problem.

      The zero bend worked for 6 months and 2 months back the wheels...

      Hi,

      I bought MAgna RO-UV water purifier in 2017, In 2018, representatives from Ion Exacense (Aquacare) came and said they are from Aqua guard and asked for renewal of contract. I thought it was from aquaguard and later to realise they are partners of the Eureka Forbs. They are cheating and spoiling the name of your company. I took AMC for 2 years by paying 8000+. During this time they have not changed the spare parts as per the contract. I had to call them for service literally.

      Fed up with this, I have decided to buy Kent or AO Smith. I am dropping this message to safe guard your business from such fraud companies.

        Very poor after service. Our water purifier was working fine, one find day aquaguard executive dropped in for the free annual service post which our purifier stopped working. On raising a complain multiple times spoke to the head of Jorhat Branch Mr Ashish to save his face - he conveniently lied saying the executive was not from eureka, double harassment to a troubled customer. i did enlighten him that there is no water from the time they opened the purifier and we do not have water to drink and need immediate service. No rectification till now. Eureka Forbes just lost a loyal customer with this bad service and harassment.

Complain about the product and service we have purchase eureka clean mop n vac date 14/08 /2019 rupees 21990/- by feeling genuine about product as consider by sales executive Mr Dayanand tiwari who assured any complaint regarding service company will give Immediate service we are sorry to say past 5 mnth we are complaining repeatily on on your compain portal as a well as Mr dayanand tiwari. Sales employee 09109062. Date of the compain you can check on your compain portal we one again request to take immediately action on this in this pandemic we are not domestic helper only the we are depending on this product

              Water is not coming, i raised the complaint on 1st Oct, they closed ticket without resolving issue, whenever i called customer care service, after explain my issue, they are disconnecting my call, i fed-up with your service.

                This is regarding mop'n'vac vacuum cleaner we bought about 3 months back and it was delivered after a month but within 10 days it was unusable as it was blowing the electrical fuse for the entire flat. A complaint was logged at that time and we got a replacement product about 20 days back. We started using that new replacement machine and since 2 days, We started to get the same issue this time in a different flat. New Complaint # [protected].

                A Eureka Forbes engineer visited us today and he had no clue as the moment we plugged it in, it's blowing off the mains. It's not a flat issue as this is a different flat now and another old vacuum cleaner with all other electronics are working perfectly fine. Engineer escalated the issue and apparently had to order some replacement parts for which he had no ETA for resolution.

                What kind of products are you selling with these dangerous usage conditions? Don't you test them properly? Spent Rs. 22, 000 with worst product, 3 months and 2 complaints, 1 replacement later, Still unable to use it. Need a clear ETA and need quick resolution of the issue ASAP.

                  Guys I have been calling the helpline number & everyone is committing that the next day it will be replaced but no one has still called nor arrived. I have installed a water purifier on 26th Oct but later found this to be defective & on the very same day called up the service number and asked for a replacement but no one from the comany has called or turned up at my place.

                  Pls address the issue imm.

                      I am Having Regular Problems with the Euroclean Steri Steam Product which I have Bought From You on 14th Feb 2020.
                      After a Lot of Follow-Ups The Product was taken for service sometime in July 2020 and Returned after Repairing Last week only after a long time.Now again the same has stopped Working.
                      This Product supplied is having a defect for sure. Invoice Copy I am Once again attaching.
                      I am Requesting Now for the Immediate Replacement of this Product without any further Delay from Your side.If You are unable to do the Replacement please do Refund My Payment as I do not want to keep Following Up Like This.There are a lot of Products available in the Market and I shall Immediately be able to get the same.
                      I am expecting an Immediate Reply to my Mail as I have been troubled Enough on this Matter.I am Regretting the Choice I have made to buy your Product.

                        I purchased euroclean wdx2 on 23.10.2020 from the salesman mr.Dhanapal, [protected] & product received on 24.10.2020 he explained the product details, but after using the product we had a complaint on damage product & not working after 10 minutes while machine is on process, raised a complaint with customer care & shared a complaint no on 25.10.2020, but till date no one is responding even shared the details to mr.triumal [protected] sales manager as informed by mr dhanapal. kindly replace the product at the earliest .the attachment contains the bill & damage product snap shot for reference .

                          Eureka forbes doesn’t give service once the item purchased. I have been facing problems since the time I bought the product. Highly unsatisfied with the company and staff. Right now also my aquaguard isn’t working I have been escalating my service request since 10 days now. But nobody is bothered to response. This isn’t the first time last time I got service after 4 months. Their products are waste of money and energy Contact -[protected]

                            Bought AMC for 5800 but not received services

                            Writing emails from since 16oct to eureka forbes and calling everyday. Paid 5800₹ for AMC but no technician visited, no filter change. Machine not working since 18days. refund my money and also give me compensation for not providing services. And plus pay me whole amount of nrich machine 21, 000 that i bought and was promised services....

                            I Mr. Jay Borse, would like to bring to your noticed that I purchased Aquaguard water purifier on 25th July 2020, from Mr. Yogesh Chavan.

                            Mr.Yogesh promised us that we will be getting provogue watch as a complimentary gift if we purchase Aquaguard for which we agreed .Its been more than 2 months now we still have not recieved the gift .We called him for around 10-12 times, every time he makes an excuse and sometimes doesn’t responds.

                            I would like to inform you that I haven't recieved any mail or communication from the company regarding delay of the gift or apologies for the delay ( reason being out of stock) neither we recieved any tentative information about when we will be recieving our gift .

                            As a customer I would like to inform you that due to this lack of communication we think that we have been fooled by your representative or it might be your fault that you are not providing the gift on time ( which Mr. Yogesh promised that we will getting in 15 days - 1 month from date of purchase ) .

                            Even it's been more than a month that I lodge a complaint regarding the same on companies email id but to my surprise even then no action has been taken till now.. Executives are just calling and asking did u receive the gift or not ? They are not providing any information about the gift neither they are telling whether we will be receiving the gift or not.

                            I would also like to highlight that we are not so keen about receiving the gift now but here the matter is about the trust. Customers blindly trust brands and thus get this kind of treatment .

                            I being the customer didn't expect this behaviour from the company like Eureka Forbes.

                            I hope after reading this detailed complaint atleast some action will be taken rather than just calling again and again to ask details of the complaint.

                              I have raised complaint that the water purifier is not working and its almost a month since they have addressed the issue. The assigned technician is not willing to visit the site and i[censored] call customer service they promise to escalate to their business partner and no one calls you again. this has been escalated atleast 10 times now with no resolution. Since i have an AMC for 2 years they are not willing to visit the premises as they would have to bear the cost. Very poor customer service, negligent care, no accountability. Even the company website escalation process is not clear as you dont have their email id.

                                Sir,
                                I Harsha R Gupta purchased your water purifier crystal NXT RO + UV + MTDS from vijay sales on 19.05.2020 against Customer id [protected] & Serial No [protected]
                                Already we have Enchance Ro + Uv purifier under your Amc contract receipt no 819, Customer id :- [protected] & serial no[protected] valid till[protected] in name of my mother Sunita R Gupta,
                                But during Covid 19 pandemic in april 2020 / May 2020, the above Enchance Ro +Uv purifier, motor was leakage. Even the Purifier was under Amc the Company has not provided service For 2 to 3 month giving the reason of Covid 19.
                                Because of which we have purchase new PURIFIER CRYSTAL NXT RO +UV + MTDS from vijay sales on 19.05.2020 of which immediate installation of the new machine was done by your Company, Because of which we have loss of Rs 20, 000/- to buy your new machine.
                                But now from last one month the new machine is not providing filter water for which complaint was lodge & it was been serviced by your technician but to our regret the same problem rise within 8 to 10 days & the technician says that new candle filter is to be install for which u have to pay charges even though it is under warranty.

                                My question is:-
                                1) When their was covid 19 & you where unable to give AMC services, How u have immediately install new machine.
                                2) Is your product is of so low quality that the customer has to buy new filter candle within 4 to 5 months.

                                Your Technician have became habituate in covid 19 to sale new product & spares part instead of giving service under warranty & AMC contract .
                                Please look into the matter immediately & appoint senior technician for the same. Rather than selling only new product & not providing service under warranty & Amc contract.

                                  We had logged a complaint on 9th Oct.
                                  Complaint no : [protected] regarding regular service to be performed for filter, however, since then filter quality and performance has deteriorated after service, we have been trying to reach the customer care, however after numerous calls and discussion no person has turned to resolve the issue.
                                  These person do AMC however do not respond on any issues.
                                  Really pathetic service it is now already 15 days since this complaint was first logged and still there is no awail.
                                  Please look into it.

                                    My service request no [protected] . Amc contract done on date 28 dec 2019 . No service done due to lockdown, service technician came on 27 sept 2020 to replace all cartridge, he cheated me by installing a used 2 years old RO membrane cartridge. He had opened the sealed cartridge bag at his shop, removed the new RO membrane cartridge and replaced with a used RO membrane cartridge . Several times i called eureka forbes aqua guard but no response they are shielding the culprit technician, aqua guard call center person one day telling me customers should check weather the bag is sealed or not, yes he is correct dont trust the technician from aqua guard, he will cheat you, in current pandemic situation he expected that me a senior citizen to check the bag weather its intact . Aqua guard should answer me weather they will not replace the old installed ro cartridge given by their technician thus cheating me .

                                    Thank you Consumer Complaints, Eureka Forbes Service center Technician, attended the complaint and changed all the Cartridges with brand new cartridges on date 01 Nov 2020 . My advice to customers dont trust the technicians they will fool you, if they are changing the cartridges /filters check that the new spares bag is sealed, do not accept it if the technician has opened the bag, if you feel you have been cheated do not sign on the worksheet..

                                    Thank you consumer complaints, Eureka Forbes service center has finally accepted their fault and have replaced, all cartridges . i will suggest all customers when any service centre technician comes to your place for replacement of cartridges / filters please check the spares whether the bag is sealed, then only accept it, I suffered a lot due to cheating done by Aquaguard Service centre technician, you can see the visuals i have attached.
