Unfortunately, i am using eureka forbes aqua guard enhanced ro + ub. On 11 september technician from the third part vendor hired by your company, came to my home for service. He is not able to do proper servicing he don’t know the reason. He told me and also give me assurance that he will come again tomorrow and he also told me to sign the documents that service is done and i signed the documents.
On next day nobody comes and after that i complained to the customer care complaint number: [protected], then after that on 13th september the technician comes again with another technician. Then on the same day, i got to know that the tds adjuster is faulty and technician don’t have the part and he will come tomorrow to change this also. I agreed on this and on 14th the technician comes and again he repaired the machine. On 14th he was in hurry and asking for the otp code for service satisfaction which i not gave to him. After 2 hours when i drunk the water then came to know that the water taste is not good. Then again on the next day. The technician came without calling me and he was in hurry and told me he can’t wait for 10 minutes. He checked the tds, which is 75 and told me that previously you were drinking water with 20-25 tds and not the water taste can’t be changed.
Again i complained to customer service on 17th and customer care told me that the issue will be resolved asap. Again yesterday i received a call from someone who given me assurance that the issue will be resolved asap, however till date the issue still not resolved.
I took amc for two year on 14/03/20, registered mobile number is [protected]. Below are some of my observation and i also request you to reply on the same.
1) i chose your company water filter for drinking water. When the company is not caring about his customer from last 9 days. I am drinking the unhealthy water along with the bad taste. Then why eureka forbes aqua guard?
2) my family members started facing the problem of cough and cold due to the bad taste and unhealthy water. Due to this medication also started and doctor visit also started. Who is responsible for this?
3) this time, i got to know that water tds should be 80 – 150, after calling your customer service. And the technician told me that you were drinking water with 20-30 tds, even one told me that 20 tds water is good. Please let me know the correct tds of water and how it will be adjusted in my aqua guard machine?
4) your technicians always came to my home without informing me. Is there any protocol technicians, following to visit the customers home?
5) since 9 days i am facing the drinking water issue, which is a basic necessity, and also paid handsome amount for the amc for two years. Should i keep my mind set ready that i will face these type of issues for the coming period?
6) during corona timings two representative visit my home at the same time. Is it safe for me and my family?
7) normally service done for these things within 2-3 hours. It took 9 days and still issue not resolved. Can you please provide me an eta for the resolution?
8) till date technicians hired from third party vendors came to my home, are you guys doing any timely visits and audits to the third parties and taking any feedbacks from customers on services done by third party by asking questions related to tds taste and other things?
9) once your technician taste the water and told me that 25 tds water has good taste and its good for health, please confirm this statement is correct?
10) if still this issue not resolved then where i need to escalate the issue?

Updated by kapoorrun Still Not get any resolution after doing continuous follow-up, I don't know but they people are not concerned about their customer. And no body answers a single question till date. They are making fool of their customers.
