The water purifier RO Geneus+ is not working since 30 April, 2020, please get fix under essential services....

Machine is producing noise while filtering the water, you can hear it from a distance. Before lockdown one engineer visited and said to come back with fix but did not. We are left with no options but to drink from the same purifier without knowing if it’s safe kor not....

Wender Rajesh Chopra is not responding our water purifier service since one month...

During 1 year warranty complain was booked but not properly respond. And unit is not working under warranty .. only 8 months working after that unit wasn't work well please resolve my problem at early basis.....

I had purchased on aquaguard geneus+ water purifier on 09/11/2019. After lapse of two and half months of installation the product developed problem (Water was gussing/overflowing from the top of the machine. I had lodged complaint/service request online with eureka forbes on 29/02/2020. On 02/03/2020 service engineers fixed the problem but after a few hours same problem reoccured and...

Iron filter is probably not working at all. Other filters inside the purifier may also not be working. No purifier water is coming out at all....

No half yearly maintenance projected for Feb, 2020 received for ID [protected] as also mentioned in your SMS to [protected]. Please expedite after COVID-19 impact....

Eureka now comes with new system of filters.

Ones your machines complete 6000 ltr your filter will be lock and it's cost 2000 to 2400 rs.

Now just count 6000ltr finished maximum in 4 to 5 mnth.. Some higher use parsons befor that..

So you have to pay 4 to 5 thousand in a year..

This is adorable??

Filter red light comes then green light comes but no water is getting inside the container attached to it. this filter under service warenty. product code ENH U.V.CUSTOMER CODE [protected].u r requested to attend the fault and resolve it at ur earliest possible....

The light blinks but stops immediately. No water is flowing into the container. This uv model eureka forbes water filter is used by my parents who are above 90 years old. Item was purchased in nov 2019.

Its been 1 month, not yet received the delivery.
Spoke to the cc executive and had a bad fight as-well. How stupid, you people don't have escalation matrix and call back service even. Surely post my review in consumer complaint forum.
My friend already ordered and received much before.
Please escalate this issue and need a managerial call back asap on [protected]. Don't need call from customer care executive...

Have to spend Rs, 5000 yearly for filter replacement is not worth for the product.And technician says despite no fault with filter Software is designed by Eureka Forbes such that filter need to be replaced after 5000 litre.Good way to exploit customers.Product not recommended....

Water purifier is under warranty period, a ex-salesman of eureka forbes came and independently replaced the water cartridges before telling us that he is not a part of eureka forbes now. He has charged rs 2500 for the same, now it has been observed that cartridges are not working again. Machine is still under warranty period now its electronic analog system is not working properly. No service provided for my water purifier under AMC despite many complaints from 30th March 2020. As everyone knows water is essential commodity and it is highly deplorable that company like Eureka Forbes is not honouring commitment to serve us....

After turning on, blue light blinks and then gets stable. Which is normal. Then green lights appear which is actually for purifying so that is also normal and then blue lights becomes stable. So far so good. Now suddenly my purifier starts green light on as stable. Why is it that? I am sure this is a problem. I have already logged two customer complaints but of no use. I have purchased revival nxt Water purifier in the month of February last week. From the first week of April Water is not coming from REVIVA NXT when the switch is being on. After some time, the light is shown red....
