I had taken AMC for water purifier at my home in October 2019, AFTER BELIEVING the big talks and false commitments of timely visits for maintainence at regular intervals in 1 year .
however in the last 1 year and especially with the lockdown been imposed from March To July, we did not receive a single call for any maintainence and instead of giving an extension for 1 year, they have given a 1 month extension .

    I took a 3 year AMC where I was committed quarterly free service and free candle/filter replacement.
    Last service was done in Sep2019 and the next visit was on 4th Oct 2020 - a gap of full 1 year with 3 service in between missed. I can understand the COVID scenario, but this happened only since lockdown in March 2020. I demanded a refund for the lapse in service or extension of AMC by 1 year.

    I am told (threatened by local agency that I can do whatever I want, they will not extend) and replies from Deepa @ escalation in Eureka Forbes say "Our company policy does not allow AMC extension".
    My questions & demand
    - Is this not cheating as they have already collected 3 year AMC charges in advance?
    - Extension of AMC or Refund of proportionate charges.
    I have written numerous emails to Shrikant the CEO at Eureka Forbes, but the phone calls and email from Deepa keep saying that as per their policy, no extension will be done.

      I am writing to bring to your kind notice the pains that I am going through to get a product that I purchased from Eureka Forbes to be serviced.

      I had purchased a water purifier (Model Aquaguard Reviva) couple of years back. On completion of the initial AMC period, the salesman from Eureka Forbes very promptly came down to my house for a AMC renewal. I had the AMC renewed for 1 years(28th july 2019 to 27th july 2020) by paying an amount of Rs. 4000. I was promised initially that a periodical preventive maintenance would be done twice in a year i.e. four times during the AMC period. Today when I am writing this email its been more than 1year and we have never been visited by any of the technician for a periodical maintenance.

      The real problem started when the water purifier stopped working and it has leakage issue and I raised a complaint by calling the Euro Helpline on 16th of April 2011 (ticket #[[protected]). I was promised that the problem would be attended asap I waited for more than a day but nothing happened. From 3rd oct 2020 I have been continuously calling the helpline but each and every time the standard answer that I get from the representatives is that "the issue will be fixed by asap and will be escalated.

      I have contacted the customer care everyday over the last 2 days but to no avail.

      I hope that this issue will be resolved at the earliest after necessary intervention.

        I have been Aquaguard customer for the past 7 years. Had complained in June that aquaguard(which i purchased last year) is not working. Technician came in June and couldnot resolve the problem.
        Then again he came in August and tried solving the issue. While solving he removes the PRV(Pressure reducing valve)
        and tries a lot things and then mentions that due to high pressure, the water filter has busted.
        Have 2 questions here :
        1. How can filter get busted with PRV?
        2. Why did he remove PRV?
        Still we paid him Rs 1850 to get a filter replacement. He shows that the Aquaguard is working and leaves.
        He says that he has adjusted the water pressure and Aquaguard is safe to use now.
        Immediately after he leaves, aquaguard stops working. We call him again and he comes after 2 days,
        again after doing some checks, water filter is again broken and will need to be replaced and was asking Rs 1850.
        1. How does a new water filer breakdown 10 mins after the technician is gone.
        2. He had assured that water is adjusted and Aquaguard is safe to use. Does the technician even have proper knowledge of product and training.
        Please resolve this and get my aquaguard working

          I had purchased eureka forbes 8l aquaguard cd genius ro+uv+uf almost two year back. Suddenly, it stop to work and totally turns off. Service representative came and analysed the product and informed that its pcb circuit needed to be replaced. It has been several days and nobody is having an answer for the availability of pcb circuits. Also here i attach some picture he left the ro machine totally open after he checked the fault, is it a right way to treat or servicing your product? When we tried to talk to the service representative he answered very rudely and said he is very busy. Also the pcb circuit has not arrived yet every time he just says tomorrow, definitely he will come and fix it and cut the phone quickly. He has never come from the last 5 days. My family has suffered without the purified waters for the past several days.

          If i do not get proper answers and service on priority basis then i am going to the consumer forum.in addition, i will share all these information on all the networking websites so others don't suffer like me and my family.

            Purchased aquagard - amaze on 23rd august. The new ro has a defective membrane.

            Highly unsatisfied with eureka forbes
            1. Installation visit was after 10 days of purchase
            2. Installation agent checked water quality and was satisfied with quality 600 tds
            3. Complaint raised by us 2 days later and other agent visited 7 days later to check salty water issue. Said that membrane was faulty and needs replacement.
            4. No one contacted from eureka forbes for next 1 week. 3 agents visited the next week to again verify the issue. Suggested that membrane needs replacement. Stated that replacement will be done in next 1 day. Expected date of replacement 11- september
            5. No contact initiated from eureka forbes till 23 september.
            6. Between 11-23 september we have called customer care on daily basis for updates.
            7. Customer care has no clue about the status of complaint.
            8. Only thing customer care has been doing is forwarding the complaint to concerned team and asking us to wait for call.
            9. 23rd sept we received a call from eureka forbes to co-ordinate with the seller because the ro kit had old membrane. The return policy of seller is 10 days.
            10. No contact initiated from eurekaforbes after september 23.
            11. We call aquaguard eureka forbes sales and service daily from 23 september, they daily assure us that service will be completed the same day and they have contacted service team regarding this. We do not get any call from eureka forbes service center
            12. Eureka forbes service center customer care is never able to transfer my call to their manager because the manager is never available in office.
            13. We have sent 10 mails collectively to [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in and deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.com ; still no response.

              I'm using water purifier and since i bought i correctly maintain through regular service and amc and all through company only. Now they say that that spares for the machine as stopped
              I don't know how a company will stop the spares even for the machine. How can i trust again and get a machine in the company as they won't do it again

                My water purifier reviva is in amc for 2020-21 and it started in feb 2020. Technician visited and replaced filters in feb 2020 and amc was done in the same month. Post feb 2020 not even one visit was done by the executive nor i received any calls. I have been following up with customer care from more than a month now to send technician but so far nobody took action on my complaint. I wonder how can be a service so negligent and it is being your duty to complete amc visits. Will the customer get refund for your fault?

                    Hi,

                    I have brought this eureka forbes in 2017 year and on each year i am renewing the insurance for this product. So for this 2020 year also i have renewed my insurance with rs. 5000 and right now there is some issues with my water filter, so i called the customer care to send the technician to resolve the issue. But they came and said that some parts needs to be replaced and they will replace it soon. After that there is no response from technician when i try to call the customer care they are telling they have marked this issue as priority and it will be resolved within 24 hours but it was almost 3 weeks still no one have replaced the item or resolved the issue. So please help me in getting this issue resolved.

                      My machine is dead now, which is out of warrantee. I have raised a service request to customer care ([protected]) on 06.09.20 vide complaint no: [protected]. I have called this number 5 times till now, but no one has visited/called me till now. Executive tells every time that he has mentioned this to resolve on priority. 3rd week completed, no response till now.

                      How can anyone use direct pipe waster if he is using aquaguard since long time. What is the meaning of pure water then, if service is this type?

                      Want to raise a complaint to ombudsmen on site. But error is "your ticket is no longer valid". What nonsense is this?

                      I have also same experience earlier that its engineer billed rs. 1200/- (Adaptor) + 400/- (Service charge) for replacement of a non-branded adaptor.

                        water purifier - improper connection - potential health hazard

                        I am using the eureka forbes reverse osmosis water purifier since several years and had renewed the annual maintenance contract on 11.08.2020 by making a cheque payment of rs 9400/- (Cheque number being 148543 dated 11.08.2020) of punjab national bank to technician mr tiwari.

                          I want to know what kind of service eureka forbes provides? Do you people care for customers or for yourself? If i wish to buy amc contract then why should i be paying for visiting charges also? Is this fair to the customer? Imposing us the rule that expired amc will hve to pay 500₹ visiting, but why should i be paying 500₹ visiting when im buying amc contract? I will never suggest anyone on this to buy eureka forbes products bcos they care only about making money and not about customers. Making rules that only are in benefit of brand and is looting the customer is what eureka is doing. They should stop such rules else get of the system of selling products.

                            I had purchased water purifier revivia nxt from:

                            Exide power zone (Tt agencies)
                            Srk building, 297, sathy rd, amman koil, poompogar nagar, saravanampatti, coimbatore, tamil nadu 641035

                            They hadn't updated the warranty with eureka, when i call the customer service they don't see a product registered with my phone number.

                            I called your customer service they said they can't help without a customer number and the agency mentioned in the above address don't care and talk rude.

                            Regretted so much for doing business with a company with poor customer service center and and have no command over their rude agency.

                            Never will do business with eureka forbes again!

                                Too much expensive dr. Classic plus unit. Every three months have to expense about rs. 2500 for replacement of filters. This is very bad feature. Ask your company to remove this limit of purifying. Then i will renew the contract otherwise. Ask your company to take away this unit free of cost...

                                  I have an amc with eureka forbes for my ro water purifier. I have called them at least 10 times in a time span of 2 weeks for the servicing of my water purifier. Every time they say that an engineer will contact me within 48 hrs. When the engineer doesn't contact me i call them again. This time they tell me that they have escalated my issue and it will be taken on priority. But it seems they don't understand the meaning of "priority" because i have been stuck in this loop for 2 weeks and my amc is also about to end in 20 days.

                                    My product is under AMC wranty. The last time they have done service in 2019. After that they are not coming for doing servicing. I raised several requests thru app and customer care but no use. The water is coming bad smell and also water leakage. I have two kids ar home, they are getting several infections frequently. Due to COVID 19 pandemic, we are facing more strougels to visit hospitals. I have done payment for 2 years. But they not doing any service.

                                    Please take serious action. If required please file a case in the court.

                                      Unfortunately, i am using eureka forbes aqua guard enhanced ro + ub. On 11 september technician from the third part vendor hired by your company, came to my home for service. He is not able to do proper servicing he don’t know the reason. He told me and also give me assurance that he will come again tomorrow and he also told me to sign the documents that service is done and i signed the documents.

                                      On next day nobody comes and after that i complained to the customer care complaint number: [protected], then after that on 13th september the technician comes again with another technician. Then on the same day, i got to know that the tds adjuster is faulty and technician don’t have the part and he will come tomorrow to change this also. I agreed on this and on 14th the technician comes and again he repaired the machine. On 14th he was in hurry and asking for the otp code for service satisfaction which i not gave to him. After 2 hours when i drunk the water then came to know that the water taste is not good. Then again on the next day. The technician came without calling me and he was in hurry and told me he can’t wait for 10 minutes. He checked the tds, which is 75 and told me that previously you were drinking water with 20-25 tds and not the water taste can’t be changed.

                                      Again i complained to customer service on 17th and customer care told me that the issue will be resolved asap. Again yesterday i received a call from someone who given me assurance that the issue will be resolved asap, however till date the issue still not resolved.

                                      I took amc for two year on 14/03/20, registered mobile number is [protected]. Below are some of my observation and i also request you to reply on the same.

                                      1) i chose your company water filter for drinking water. When the company is not caring about his customer from last 9 days. I am drinking the unhealthy water along with the bad taste. Then why eureka forbes aqua guard?
                                      2) my family members started facing the problem of cough and cold due to the bad taste and unhealthy water. Due to this medication also started and doctor visit also started. Who is responsible for this?
                                      3) this time, i got to know that water tds should be 80 – 150, after calling your customer service. And the technician told me that you were drinking water with 20-30 tds, even one told me that 20 tds water is good. Please let me know the correct tds of water and how it will be adjusted in my aqua guard machine?
                                      4) your technicians always came to my home without informing me. Is there any protocol technicians, following to visit the customers home?
                                      5) since 9 days i am facing the drinking water issue, which is a basic necessity, and also paid handsome amount for the amc for two years. Should i keep my mind set ready that i will face these type of issues for the coming period?
                                      6) during corona timings two representative visit my home at the same time. Is it safe for me and my family?
                                      7) normally service done for these things within 2-3 hours. It took 9 days and still issue not resolved. Can you please provide me an eta for the resolution?
                                      8) till date technicians hired from third party vendors came to my home, are you guys doing any timely visits and audits to the third parties and taking any feedbacks from customers on services done by third party by asking questions related to tds taste and other things?
                                      9) once your technician taste the water and told me that 25 tds water has good taste and its good for health, please confirm this statement is correct?
                                      10) if still this issue not resolved then where i need to escalate the issue?

                                      Still Not get any resolution after doing continuous follow-up, I don't know but they people are not concerned about their customer. And no body answers a single question till date. They are making fool of their customers.
                                      Till Date no support provided by the company. I haven't got a single answer also.
