I have an Aquasure Xpert Water Purifier which can be viewed on the following link:

https://www.eurekaforbes.com/water-purifiers/aquasure-xpert. It's in warranty and the warranty is ending on August 19th 2019.

If you click on the product from the link I have shared (which is the official link by Eureka Forbes) it's clearly mentioned that "12 months membrane warranty". I complained on 2nd August 2019 regarding the issue with my product for which I was told that the “life of the membrane is over”.

However, they are charging me money for replacing the membrane saying that there is no such policy and membrane is chargeable.

I have a simple question: If membrane is chargeable then why you have mentioned and advertised on the product that "12 months membrane warranty".

The customer service don't even know the policy and are constantly misbehaving. The company is selling a product to the customer without even knowing what they have written on the product.

It's clearly mentioned on the product that 12 months membrane warranty. I want my product's membrane replaced immediately.

I have attached a screenshot of the product as well in which you can clearly see it is written that "12 months membrane warranty".

    I would like to inform you that never buy any eureka forbes product. As during the time of sales they assure you that their service resoultion time is 48 hours. Hoevere it takes more than 14 days for any resolution. It has been more than 14 days that our water purifier is not operational. We had registered the complaint on 23rd july 2019. Till date (7th august 2019) their service agent has not visited the property. If you would call their helpline they would just inform you that issue is under process. Pathetic service.

      Water was leaking from the filter and given a complaint on 20th july 2019.
      Technician visited the premises and said some problem in the filter and needs to be replaced as its still in amc it will be covered.
      But till now they are saying part is not available and the issue is not resolved.
      Is there so much scarcity in the availability of the parts?

      Its almost 3 weeks since we got the problem.

        The top lid of the purifier which i have bought recently does not fit properly and there is a gap. I think this is not totally safe. Kindly look into the matter. I have purchased the product from the south city mall a week ago. For my satisfaction l asked the salesperson to show me the other amrit purifier but i saw the same defects in all of them. As l believe and rely on your products l would like you to rectify it.

          I had got an offer of provogue wrist watch on renewal of amc for water purifier.

          While i opted for the offer and paid rs.449 towards the shipping & handling charges on 28th july 2019 and it was promised to get the delivery of the gift within 8 days, i am not able to get either any update or the gift. Even tried for the order status on the provogue site, but it's not working/responding.

          Hence, i would want to cancel the order.

          Please guide, how to cancel the order.

            We had purchased one Eureka Forbes Aquasure from Aquaguard Smart Plus 6 litres from Amazon (online on 15.7.19) initially. While installing the unit it was noticed that the Pump was not working.

            We requested for replacement of the same to Amazon and it was replaced vide invoice no DEL[protected] : HR-DEL[protected] DTD 27.07.2019.

            Their Plumber/technician came to install (on 31.7.2019) the same. It was again another surprise that the machine was not in the intact /perfect condition. Cap of the Tap was missing and the Tip of carbon rod found broken. ( Photographs and Report attached for your reference)

            I am at a loss to understand as how it happened. You always follow pre-inspection of the machine before shipping and your's is one of the reputed and old companies as far as service is concerned and still have better market share.

            I have lodged the complaint online for the same vide service request no [protected] dtd 2.8.2019.

            You are requested to look into the matter and take necessary step on urgent basis to resolve the issue (viz; arrangement of missing/broken parts) on priority. Also ask some one for a call back.

            An early action in the matter will help me to continue sticking faith in the product.

            No proper response is given from the Eureka Forbes nor they seem to be worried for the image which is getting deteriorated gradually.

            Amazon says to contact Eureka and Eureka says to ask Amazon.

              Top to bottom looks like a corrupt company. Upon my complain here, someone from the head office called me, but looks like they were only interested in listening to the my concern again and not provide a solution. Two weeks passed and still zero action. On top of this asking us to renew our annual maintainance contract. Shameless.

              Guys, please be aware. They are more into money extortion business than water purification. Don't buy their products or services such as amc. Much better option are available in the market. Probably local would be better than thus branded product.

                I had purchased an aqua guard enhanced ro+uv+uf+mtds which was installed on 1st august. During installation problem related to water leakage and health indicator was found. Still product was installed after fixing water leakage but after 2 hour of installation, leakage problem again started. When same installation person visited again then he found that one of the filter was chocked. So i decided to get this product replaced and i called customer case 3 times since then in last 4 days but no one has contacted me for replacement.

                My family has to depend on water bottle purchased daily. Please get it resolved as soon as possible.

                Expected resolution is not given yet. A service engineer visited 1 month ago and serviced the RO and assured that now no problem will occur again. And if problem reoccur then they will certainly replace. Soon after the service, next week leakage again happened and I informed then and asked for replacement. But almost 1 month has happened since then but no solution. Please help me. My family is bound to drink possibly non-filtered water due to recurrent leakage issue.

                    Hi sir,
                    Recently we took service for aquaguard filter as it was not working (4th july). We got one service provider through online and mobile number is [protected]. He came to our house for checking water filter. Without doing any checks, he told its needed to replace filters. He charged 3800rs for the same and replaced filters.

                    Again within one day, filter stopped working and also, tap started leaking. When we called that person again, he sent another technician who charged us 850rs for replacing tap and told that he will send the bill. His number is [protected] and he also havent sent any bill or reciept for the same. Our aquaguard has completely stopped working now.
                    I see similar complaints on the same issue faced by other people. Please help to resolve this issue.

                      I had purchased dr. Aquaguard nrich uv from your company - eureka forbes ltd. - kolkata. Your sales representative - mr. Subir halder, had promised an aquaguard water bottle will be provided within 10-15 days from the date of sales, if i would place an order for the water purifier with him. My sales invoice is #[protected] dated - 23.04.2019.
                      Till date, even after repeated contact with mr. Halder, still no bottle has been delivered to me.

                      Your representatives have really maintained their reputation - false marketing & making fool of fellow customers.

                      Really sad & disgusting the way you please go about selling & making false promises.

                        After taking full payment for new model of water purifier (With nominal discount for buy-back of existing working water purifier), eureka forbes people very quickly and with great haste take away the working existing purifier from the customer and after promising the customer that the new machine (Already bought by the customer) will be installed on the same day, keep on dragging or delaying the installation of the new machine citing various reasons causing great and entirely-avoidable inconvenience to the customer. Very customer-unfriendly, careless and untrustworthy behaviour by the company salesman-cum-manager people. Beware. Beware.

                          I have purchased the Water filter SUPERB in April 29th, it was not working from the day one itself, i called customer care, they sent one technician and he said its working fine, later again and again the water was coming without filtering it..
                          Again another technician came and he said Filter needs to be replaced and i need to pay the filter amount..
                          its really a pathetic and EUreka Forbes are doing a Daylight robbery and ultimately they eating our hard earned money.

                            But inspite of followups since month, no 1 attended it. I have paid 2140 /- for amc. They are not even bother to give proper response.
                            Same thing happened duering purchase also, before purchasing, their person will follow up and call you 100 times but after payment, they takes hell of a time to install. And now same thing happened, they are chasing to buy amc, now i paid money, so not bothering to provide service that to during monsoon.
                            Kindly refund my money.

                              I bought eureka forbes's water purifier "dr. Aquaguard classic+ with booster pump""online at www.eurekaforbes.com worth inr 12490 on dated 22 july 2019. The product was delivered on dated 23 july 2019, thereafter, i contacted eureka forbes many times through possible different channels (Phone, whatsapp, twitter and e mail) for the installation. It was very unfortunate that after paying a big amount of rs. 12490 on the behalf of their brand and market reputation expecting better service and product. It is again very unfortunate that after my repeated requests for the installation which is the whole sole responsibility of eureka forbes, no one came for the installation till 27 july 2019. I was worried about, my money already paid to the eureka forbes and their behaviour of irresponsibility, then i contacted eureka forbes's headquarter and prayed them for the installation. Finally on dated 28 july 2017 at 8:30 am one technician installed the water purifier. This was the horror experience i faced,
                              But, this is not end of the story. After installation, technician started the machine but machine was not working even putted power on machine for 10 minutes then technician unmounted the machine from wall and opened the cabinet to diagnose the issue. That mount and unmount exercise was done again and again but issue was not diagnosed. At present machine is no working. I request for appropriate compensation from the company who harassed me a lot and wasted my precious time and i request to take action against such company for their faulty product delivered and delayed in compulsory services.

                              Nobody from Eureka Forbes is taking care of the issue. Even they did not reverse picked up the machine till today. If Eureka Forbes does not solve the matter and does not return my money within next 10 days then there is nothing any reason to consider not to approach Consumer Court.

                                It is very sad to see, companies in such important business of water purification is harassing people there horrible services.

                                We have a complain live since may 2019 and no serious action has been taken till date. Consequently, people (Including infants and senior citizens) are falling repeated sick.

                                Infact, a non qualified technician they sent even messed with our machine leading to a major short circuit. This could have also lead to a fire at home. They are risking customer lives at all level.

                                After all of this, till today my mother who is 60yrs old and is not supposed to go through so much stress, calling aquaguard daily and having long calls in a hope to get a resolution. It is a shame to see that they don't even spare senior citizens.

                                  Hello team,

                                  I have bought the eureka forbes dr aquaguard one and a half year ago, till now i didn’t get the call for free service, even i called to customer care, they even not responding properly and the other end i am getting the call for amc (Annual maintenance charge) for a year.

                                  Below are the problem you face if you buy the eureka forbes products.

                                  The product itself failed:

                                  I bought dr aquaguard magna (Eureka forbes dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro + uv (Nxt) origa, which cost 18890.00 rupees.

                                  Its almost 1.5 years now (Its stop working). I have called the service guy to check, and he said that the filter is gone (You to buy a new filter which is the cost of 4, 800 rupees).

                                  I asked him, why the filter is gone very early? Any reason for it? The service guy replied that the filter which you have in your water purifier will stop working after 6000-liter consumption (Which means even though you put ganga or tunga water, water purifier will stop working. The technically speaking, as they kept the electronic chip with counter (6000) in the cells/filter.

                                  First of all this is not at all fare. The service guy even said that he does malfunction to make it work, is this service your providing. So which means the product itself fails, and eureka wants money out of it.

                                  I don’t know why the government is supporting this kind of product or the company? The company set the counter in the filter to make money out of it right!

                                  As i am getting cauvery water which has tds 150 to 170 and the water is very clean then, the filter should give more life (Filter should not work based on the counter). (What you say, i am asking correctly? Maybe some of you also ask the same question).

                                  Bisleri water even worthy compare to aquagauard, example the total cost of water purifier = 24340.00 (18890 wp + 4800 filter + 400 power supply + 250 water charge) for 1.5 years or 2 years maximum.

                                  In other bisieri costs you 80 rupees for 5 liters, the example you consume 12 tanks (12 tanks/month x 80 rupees) x 17 moths = 16320.00 why can't we go for it? Dear aquaguard, can you please answer for it?

                                  Service:

                                  Most of the guys already face the issue, and they shifted use different product like kent due to worst service. I don’t know when you guys wake up?

                                      I am one of the customers who is suffering from the worst after-sale service one could get in the entire world. The bad experience and pain which i went through cannot be expressed. I get to feel eureka forbes is the worst company ever to buy any product. I want people in india to know the service level before they buy any product from eureka forbes.

                                      I had bought the euroclean steristeam product in the month of dec 2018. I used to use this product only on weekends and it stops working.

                                      I logged a complaint ([protected]) on june 8th. There was no response from eureka forbes. We waited and waited even after multiple follow up. After raising the concerns on social media, eureka forbes returns my calls.

                                      Jul 4, i get sms that technician will visit and he comes on 10th july and finds out the pump is not working and needs replacement. Once the technician left the premises, there is no update or call eureka forbes on the spare status.

                                      26 jul, after multiple calls, technician comes with the wrong spare. The technician share the contact of his manager – rohit gopinath.

                                      Rohit chose not to answer our call. After multiple attempts, we get a person name vivek venkates on the phone, who was arrogant/rude. Such a pity that eureka forbes hires such kind of people in customer service.

                                      It has been 48 days now the product is not working. I want eureka forbes to replace the product or return my money in full.

                                        Hi we got to know eureka forbes in the trade fare, showcasing surveillance cameras, we got a quotation (Attached) from them on june 24 2019 and later contacted them and paid 60k and other additional charges they collected for camera fitting, currently none of the camera is working and they have not provided the entire materials for the amount paid, (Bill attached) everyday we are contacting them for service, they are not even bothered to attend the customer call and its been a month we are regularly contacting and fed up of eureka forbes, please take necessary action on them for their poor service and we need a compensation for the negative service they provided to us. Hope this is the right forum to get my issue resolved, if not the next thing is publishing eureka forbes pathetic service in all social networks.
