Hello team,
I have bought the eureka forbes dr aquaguard one and a half year ago, till now i didn’t get the call for free service, even i called to customer care, they even not responding properly and the other end i am getting the call for amc (Annual maintenance charge) for a year.
Below are the problem you face if you buy the eureka forbes products.
The product itself failed:
I bought dr aquaguard magna (Eureka forbes dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro + uv (Nxt) origa, which cost 18890.00 rupees.
Its almost 1.5 years now (Its stop working). I have called the service guy to check, and he said that the filter is gone (You to buy a new filter which is the cost of 4, 800 rupees).
I asked him, why the filter is gone very early? Any reason for it? The service guy replied that the filter which you have in your water purifier will stop working after 6000-liter consumption (Which means even though you put ganga or tunga water, water purifier will stop working. The technically speaking, as they kept the electronic chip with counter (6000) in the cells/filter.
First of all this is not at all fare. The service guy even said that he does malfunction to make it work, is this service your providing. So which means the product itself fails, and eureka wants money out of it.
I don’t know why the government is supporting this kind of product or the company? The company set the counter in the filter to make money out of it right!
As i am getting cauvery water which has tds 150 to 170 and the water is very clean then, the filter should give more life (Filter should not work based on the counter). (What you say, i am asking correctly? Maybe some of you also ask the same question).
Bisleri water even worthy compare to aquagauard, example the total cost of water purifier = 24340.00 (18890 wp + 4800 filter + 400 power supply + 250 water charge) for 1.5 years or 2 years maximum.
In other bisieri costs you 80 rupees for 5 liters, the example you consume 12 tanks (12 tanks/month x 80 rupees) x 17 moths = 16320.00 why can't we go for it? Dear aquaguard, can you please answer for it?
Service:
Most of the guys already face the issue, and they shifted use different product like kent due to worst service. I don’t know when you guys wake up?
