As my water purifier is not working well, i called to customer care to lodge a service request which is in under warranty. They told their technician will be coming in 2 days, but now it has crossed 3 weeks and no one has come. I called many times to the eureka's forbes customer care and complained many times regarding this, they use to tell the same thing but nothing has happened. Eureka fobes worst services ever. Machine gets spoil every other day. Wrong cartridge gets changed without knowing. It has been 3 years since complaining for the minerals which are necessary. But no response has been given. Had talked with with mr. Bhavesh bhai, incharge many times. But still bo response from his end. Very very poor service. Would never recommend to anyone.
