Hello,

I purchased a reviva ro water purifier for rs. 14190 on 17th september, post which installation was done on 20th. I also purchased a metal stand for the purifier, paying 900 rupees. Since the day it was installed, the spout has been leaking water on to the stand, causing rust. We asked for a replacement, but both the salesperson (Ravi) and the technician have blcoked our phone numbers. None of the customer care or office numbers on the website or on the invoice provided to us or on the manual work! Is eureka forbes a bogus company now? Not even a single phone number to contact anyone?? I need my water purifier replaced with a functioning unit inmediately!

    Hi eureka forbes,

    Mr ram from your agency visited my place and confirmed that membrane filter (Which was changed on 18th april 2019) is not working and he can change filter only if i opt for amc. Also he clearly mentioned "there is no guarantee that new membrane filter will last for a year, from aquaguard side there is no assurance for filters life, and only 2 times filters will be replaced as part of amc".
    He has performed tds checked and found that tap water tds (360) and membrane filter tds (350) is almost same.
    I have some queries from your company which i really need answer and if your company are not liable to answer then please reply so that i can proceed with legal case against your company and its directors.

    1) some local agency team visited my house when i did raise service request. Who is providing customer information to unauthorised service agencies if customer is contacting through aqua guard toll free number?

    2) membrane filter (Replaced on 18thapr, 2019) last max 2-3 months and to replace that why customer need to pay again. It should be responsibility of company? Your membrance filter quality is not good and even your company doesn't provide any guarantee/warranty for default membrane filter.

    3) why customer need to buy amc (~ 9k for 2 years) to replace only filter. It seems like your organised loot. If you are genuine company then please mention such rules in your water purifier ads to make customer vigilant.

    4) if auqaguard company doesn't provide guarantee for default filters then what is point of having 2 years amc because as par your rule you will change filter only twice. So that means customer has to pay hefty amount like paying amc (9k) + filters replace if its defaulty more than 2 times (Approx 4k)... Seriously this is ridiculous.

    5) if your company is not capable of providing good products and customer services then what is point of having such big brand. Better you guys raise your hand and tell clearly that you spent more on marketing not on quality. Customer is not king but a fool and just a way of making money.

    6) why your customer care is not able to provide basic details like which is authorised service agency in our area and whether filters replaced are original.

    7) why there is no unique id/bar code on filters to check online of their details?
    I have seriously frustrated with your company behaviour and stopped using ro. Better to buy local products and save our self to be victim of your company's organised scam. Still hoping to get positive reply on queries asked above. Also i will share this post on every social forum.

      Its Utmost regretted, I am bound to submit my complaint against the service of my water purifier.

      After observing & searching market thoroughly I decided for ‘’ Eureka Forbs’’ and finally I purchased under sink water purifier from your company. but after purchase the product I realised that why I bought this product because it is having many problems like warm water, beeping, low pressure .and I had also sent many complains but the problems did not sought out. I had last complained on 15th sep 2019 but nobody came and get solution of my problem. And I made many calls to your customer care but they did not satisfied reply . I am not satisfied with your after sale service .please do something as soon as possible.

      This incident was unwanted, undesired & unsatisfactory and does not suit to any customer.I out rightly condemn the services given by ‘’Eureka Forbs Team’’ their behaviour.

      Being the unsatisfied customer I will never advise my friends, relatives, clients and guests for opting ‘’EUREKA FORBS’’.
      It is advisable to look into the matter seriously and investigate the case at your end.

        As we approached your customer care so many time for complaint aquaguard high flow, but it was all ion vain. We have done amc against the customer code [protected] ans[protected] on dated 17/10/2016 against the cheque no 029792 payable to eureka forbes ltd. For rs 9680/=. Since then no body visited the hotel till this date after complaint in youe customer care centre. The
        Recent com plaint was lodged in 1st june 2019 under complaint no. [protected]. And every body has turned deaf ear.
        Now it is our request to refund the amc amount with an immediate effect so
        That we may not approach you again.

          Dear sir,

          Very sad to write this mail to you and your team, but a pathetic service rendered by a pathetic team.

          I am having an aqua guard classic model, since we relocated from some other place we enquired for installation and service of it.

          On 15th i had got a msg that my complain is assigned to mr. Ashish singh ([protected]), when i called him regarding my complain, he told mr. Ankit lodhi from aqua mount ([protected]) will take care of my issue when i asked ankit that he is from aqua guard, he said services are out sourced by company to our company in indore.

          Mr. Ankit visited my place on 15th sep. And suggested to change both filter as both are old, so we changed both the filter and we paid 1500/- rs for service and both filters (Bill is attached).

          After that he asked us to at-lest let the purifier run for 30-35 min and he left.

          After 20 min of leaving, my purifier stopped working and not switching on, than immediately i called him he did not picked my phone, than i called to ashish he said he will revisit on 16th morning and check the issue, but he did not turned till date.
          Then i start following mr. Ashish, he also stopped picking my call.
          Then i again called customer service number and they assigned my complain to mr. Jeevan ([protected]), he visited and told that he will be taking purifier along with him to check but since he did not have any company id proof we denied than he said he will be visiting along with engineer to check the issue on 18th sep.

          But till date ashish/mr. Ankit or jeevan none of them are picking my call and reverting.

          And surprisingly yesterday i have received a msg that my problem is resolved and complain is closed.

          Bills of paid amount and screenshot of mages received are attached for your reference.

          Wrote mail to deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbs.com on 23/09/2019, but no reply till now.

          Hope to get some revert after writing to you.

            I have purchased water purifier.. The sales executive promised to give a discount of 1500 in exchange of our old water purifier (Kent) which is y we agreed for the purchase of purifier from eureka.. Since kent executive had already spoken for 1500 discount for purchasing his brand.. Eureka has a better brand name that’s the reason we agreed & purchased with him.. His said the delivery boy would give the amount but the delivery boy refused to pay.. Its been 2 months since we are following up with this cheater & he doesn’t turn up.. Now he has stopped answering calls as well.. I will be sharing the invoice copy & his contact number kindly be aware of such cheaters who spoil the brand name.. Please escalate this matter to ur higher officials..

            My Aquaguard water purifier got broke down since 03.09.2019 and myself lodge service request on 03.09.2019 vide service request no [protected]. Till date i.e. 16.09.2019 problem not rectified and water purifier not made operational.

                This is for the aquasure model of water purifier that i am using. We had a broken tap issue a few days back and that we registered a compliant on 18th september. The service technician who came on the next day said he had the wrong model in the database and does not have the right tap. He indicated he will come after two days. Despite repeated calls over their call centre nothing happened. We now have a your "friend for life" sitting here useless. There are multiple problems here.

                1/ your tap design is lousy! Please show this compliant to your design team. There are so many ways in which a tap could have been designed robust rather than hold it on a thin flimsy plastic wedge that is so susceptible to breakage. This is the root cause.

                2/ your customer database (And data entry operators) are highly error prone. This is not the first time i got the complaint that your database has a wrong machine assigned under my name. This happened with my previous aquaguard as well.

                3/ your customer service agents are negligent of the customer's needs. They will find an excuse and never turn up.

                I want an immediate resolution here or else i will write to ceo-customer service and crm at eureka forbes ltd. I have done this once earlier, if that is the way it works in your company - i will do it again.

                  I register complain regarding my aqua guard service on[protected] techician mr sridhar came broke the water supply pipe and went again complain he came and told my mother board was damage he charge me rs 500 and didn’t gave any invoice for that and again he visited and continues water leaked from aqua guard after he repaired that aquaguard light is not coming and taste of water is not well i told he told me not make a complain about this he told he will come and solve the issues i try many times to speak with manager but call centre agents never transfer calls more than 1 month continues im calling to send any good person who know how to work but u guys continues sending the same guy i[censored] people didn’t solve my problem with in 24 hours of time i will approach consumer court and i will complain about ur company how u people cheating to coustomers

                    I have order one ag-200 and also get quote from mr. Navneet sagar for that. But they (By dealer) installed water purifier (Dr. Aquaguard classic uv +) (Invoice no: pe/19/20/056) without confirming by us.

                    Fast off all they wrongly installed this machine for increase there sale only. When i asked mr. Navneet & mr. Manoj a lot regarding the consumption, both said its a very good one for you. "i have all the mail/call/chat records"

                    Within one month of installation its start problem with purifier. Even in guarantee period i have complained that the machine is not working at least 25/30 times but no response. They had called and said they will come but no one turn up.

                    Then after a long fight they repair the product on july last week. But again its creating the problem like same. When i ask them, they said you have to pay rs. 1800/- in every 20 days as they already advised a wrong product.

                    Like; they want to earn money by cheat the costumer by service only.

                    So on 4th september we request for a paid repair service (Not free) again (Request no [protected]) now its going to be 20 days, but we are facing the same problem.

                    Request you to please either change the product or refund my money

                    I had a word with all mention persons from Eureka Forbes before; Mr. Bhoopesh ([protected]), Mr. Navneet Sagar ([protected]), Mr. Ujjwal Pandey ([protected]), Mr. Vinod Chhapra ([protected]) and some other persons as well. But as i presumed Eureka Forbes really working with some un-professional people with there team for which company blamed by costumers .

                    Immediately after my communication with https://www.consumercomplaints.in, I got a call from Eureka Forbes Costumer service and Mr. Omvir ([protected]) but no conclusion yet. We had discussed on call about 30 minutes regarding this issue.

                    Service Team proposed me to change of filters on every Month at agreed operation cost of Rs. 2200- Rs. 2500 For subsequent months, I will have to spend Rs. 26000 to Rs. 30000 per annum towards change of filter only. Please dont advice anyone like this.

                    I have not agreed with their proposal as I am not in the position to spend Rs. 26000 to Rs. 30000 per annum as operation cost against Eureka Forbes sales team placed a wrong product without our confirmation. Service team is not taking responsibility for the commitment given by sales team. It seems for the purpose of making customer to buy Eureka Forbes products, sales team giving rosy picture. Once product is bought, sales team is disconnected and service team is twisting the hand of customer to grab the money. I have not expected such worst money making business strategy from Eureka Forbes. Sorry to say this.

                    Since, service team is not able to take responsibility for the commitment given by Sales team; they said to redirect this issue to Sales Team.

                    Request your intervene to resolve the issue faced by me.

                    In-fact the sales team now saying, sir we cant help you anymore as our duty is sale the product only not providing any service. if you have any problem you can register complain against Eureka Forbes.

                    Also said its your duty to know about the product which you going to buy. we sale the product behalf of company and to maintain our incentive only.

                    we only cheat the costumer to buy those products from which company will make profit through service and for that company giving us good incentive as well.

                    Dealer said; buy a new one directly from us then we will providing the service. we are not responsible for anything if you buy any product from company directly.

                    Really trying to understand the company policy, they sustain by us or we are ...

                    why we choose a company, who trying to cheat every costumer by the name of SERVICE.

                    Really didn't understand, how a company like Eureka Forbes sustained with this kind o[censored]n-realistic and cheating process. i am still follow up from last 7 months, but no conclusion yet.

                    They said, already approved for replace but no one follow the order

                    As expected, totally trying to cheat costumers
                    So far no conclusion for the problem faced by self with Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard water purifier from last 5 months. After getting approval for the same, again they are trying to cheat us like before.

                    After complain, they said we got the approval and will exchange the product. Only you have to pay Rs. 3500 extra. also we agreed to pay for that, but its going to be 2 months now and they are playing like same.

                    So is there anyone, who can really help us for the same. Please...

                    Really trying to understand the company policy, they sustain by us or we are ...

                      I purchased a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier in 2016. In 2017 I signed an AMC for 2 years expiring in October 2019 with Payal Agencies Vadodara, their authorized service center. For a year they attended it well. The very next year their service became erratic.

                      In August 2019 I had a major issue with the purifier of leakage (water all over the kitchen platform) even though servicing was done in July 2019. I called Payal agencies and they sent their owner in the evening. He said I must extend the AMC else it will cost me to change the filter etc. But his overall interest was in my extending the AMC for another 2 years. I told him it was important to immediately address the leakage. He said he would come the next day with the part but never turned up. I complained about this to Eureka Forbes (Deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com). She was more interested in getting information on me. They should have had my details I thought.
                      Anyways I provided it. But, the same message for collecting the information kept coming through.

                      I ofcourse had a buy a new machine which cost me a lot.

                      After 25 days, Payal agencies call me to ask if the complaint was attended to. They were more interested in closing the complaint than attending to it.

                      I wish to put in a request to refund one year AMC cost.

                      I have made a complaint against your authorized service center in Vadoddara M/s. Payal Agencies. Please stop asking them to resolve it as I want you to de-recognize them. The whole problem started with M/s. Payal Agencies not providing the requisite service in time and then attempting to close the complaint without attending to it or resolving it or even speaking to me to understand the issue. Now, without any looking into the problem you are attempting to pass the buck. I got a call from Chetan Bhai of Payal agencies today who was quite unconcerned that he had not attended to my issue of leakage of the previous unit which resulted into my unnecessary capital expenditure of Rs. 17000 on a new unit as my tenants needed to have a working unit. This is a great loss which I think Eureka Forbes should act on and atleast one year's AMC charges should be reverted. I am not being very unreasonable. If you wish to see unreasonable, it will depend upon your response to this issue. Please stop outsourcing customer complaints too. Especially when they are against your service providers.

                        I had brought a aquaguard water purifier(crystal next) from my near by shop(Lulu connect) 3 weeks ago.i have been told that installation will be done in 2 days.
                        It's been 3 weeks no one had called me in my contact no and I had called your customer care executive 3 times once in a week manner and I am fed up with the peply they are giving me.They are repeating the same thing"installation will be done today .executive will be sent today itself".it Would be great if can give the request no at least so that I can followup
                        Please do the needful or else I refund my money and get rid of this .there are plenty of water purifiers in the market.
                        This type of mannerisms will create a bad image for your company .

                          Noida service engineer - Sandeep sharma against whom the complaint is to be raised

                          My request has not been attended to . Several people have contacted me saying they will get back to me but they do not respond and assign my call to a new person.
                          My product is under AMC and I have been taking these contract plans for the past 10 years.
                          My service is due and the candle Set is due for both the years .

                          We have relocated from Noida to Delhi in the month of April and the installation in the new house was also done by the company itself . No one has come for service since then .
                          My contract card has also not been transferred.

                          The service engineer at Noida name ( Sandeep Sharma ) changed the candles only once under the last contract . I caught him when he got my card for renewal and all the while he kept saying he lost my card in a bike theft .
                          When he requested for renewal, he changed the candles under the last contract and renewed my AMc . Surprisingly he punched that candle set under the new AMC ( as told by Delhi franchise ).. I have all the screen shots of the card under which it is mentioned that both the candle sets r due under the new contract[protected] .. Also the receipt of payment of AMC has his signature mentioning both the candle sets r due under the new amc plan...
                          Because of these reasons the franchise at Delhi office is not sending anyone for servicing nor changing the candles .. I have provided the proofs to whosoever has called regarding the same and the response is that they will get back n they r sending someone the same day but no one turns up.

                          I fail to understand the pathetic service that I have been given especially to a customer who has been under the maintenance contract from day one of purchase .. it’s been 10 years and just because one person goo[censored]p I am facing all the troubles .
                          I would really request the company to take strict action against the agency and the service engineer who has duped me and take my case on priority and get it resolved .

                            Just to renew the amc i am trying to call these irresponsible fraud people from the last 2 weeks.
                            Multiple times i call and new people pick up the call and then they fix a time and no one bothers to turn up.
                            Then i call the next day and ask to escalate and they tell me "sire, escalation team is busy" please mail [protected]@eur*.com
                            Finally they call back and tell me they dont have a clue why those people did not turn up, when i insist to know the reason they tell me "sir they might have been busy"
                            Still now some raja reddy is the service responsible here and his highness is supposed to send somebody. What monopoly and what a poorly managed and unprofessional organization.

                              I would like to bring to your notice that i have been your customer for the last 10 years inspite of your pathetic services. Currently i have two reviva ro at my residence and the same are under amc. Customer code : [protected] & [protected]. I did not want to renew my amc this time as i was realy fed with your service offlate. Whenever i register a complaint it has/had never been attended smoothly i had to escalate the issue to ms. Leena and she had to intervene and sort the same. Mr. Mathew chacko has never attends to customer calls at all. I am really surprised how can a head ignore customer calls. Neither has he attended the calls nor bothered to return back the call. Like boss like staff.
                              Coming to the complaints :
                              1) my reviva ro body needed a change and the same was promised by mr. Lingatharan that he would change the same during first week of september'19. He did not bother to keep up his commitment. Hence i had to raise a complaint on 10th sep'19 (Ref no: [protected]). until 17th nobody bothered to call nor attend to the complaint. Hence i had to complaint about this to ms. Leena and she escalated the same to ms. Madhavi in chennai. When ms. Madhavi spoke to the tl mr vivek, he said that the customer had not mentioned the complaint properly and hence not attended. Is that not the responsibility of the service technician to call and find about the complaint? But unfortunately what he said was not true and i was in constant touch with the technician mr. Lingatharan. And he was not able to get the parts as his reporting boss was not regular to work. Since the complaint was taken to higher level they had no choice but to completed the work. And fortunately/luckily the same was completed today.
                              2) my other reviva candles needed to be changed since june'19. The technicians kept prolonging saying the same they will do the next day but the next day had never come in their life until today. So i told the technician mr. Anbu to change the candle but he refused stating he has lot of complaint to attend. Is this not a complaint? More over it is the duty of the technician to change the candles which they keep/kept avoiding. This work is pending since june'19.
                              The technician wanted to sign on the job completed form for which i refused saying my work is not completed without changing the candle. For which immediately the technician has the audacity to say that he will remove the unit and will take it and go and is/was rude in talking to us. My entire apartment people was listening to the conversation and they immediately said that is the mentality and working culture of eureka forbes. (Which is true as i have experienced several times). Don't you train your staff how to behave with customers? Is this the practice which is been adhered too? not only the technician has audacity to talk like this even the tl speaks rudely.
                              Who's is the customer service head who can be reached and attend to customer calls? Because for the next two years i have to be your customer as i have an amc and every time if there's a complaint i cannot reach to ms. Leena hence requesting you to give us the contact details for the same.

                                I’m writing this to share my experience with eureka forbes for buying a basic model vaccum cleaner. I just trusted the brand eureka forbes, but i get very high disappointment from your sales person.

                                Salesman assurance at sale point on 26th may-2019

                                · life time service free, if same day payment will be done. Payment done immediately via air pay

                                · unit will be delivered within a week

                                · accepted to direct delivery at my home town villupuram, tamilnadu-605602

                                · demo will be shown by eureka forbes member on same day or within a week from the date o[censored]nit delivery at delivery address

                                · support will be 24*7

                                After one week from 26th may-2019

                                · no any response from salesman for my call / whatsapp

                                · after continues complaint to customer care ([protected]) more than 2times (Complaint no. [protected] & [protected]) chennai customer care service person ([protected]) contact me and fixed target date for salesman almost 3 more times finally the unit has been delivered on 22nd august-2019 (Hardly 88 days from date of payment) through professional courier.

                                · for that unit customer name also wrong in invoice. That information also salesmen not ready hear.

                                · although till now, no any demo has been showed and service / guarantee related information not yet shared to me after multiple reminder

                                · i have made complaint / request to chennai customer care service person ([protected]) 03 more time for demo. No solution.
                                If i purchased any product at road side / platform they will support me if any complaint regarding that product. But i can’t able to get from your big team.

                                I humbly request you advise me accordingly.

                                Finally one question – if eureka forbes delivered a unit / product to household or a corporate but you have not received payment for more than 45-60 days. What will be the action from your side….?

                                Apart from your solution, I can't able to follow continuously with your team and my complaints. I m very much tired and I need to concentrate on my job and family.

                                So, I very very humbly requesting you to please take back your unit. Eureka don't need to return back my money. I can imagine my money was missed / theft somewhere.

                                After taking back the unit, please consider my complaint has been closed / resolved without my concern.

                                  Till date i have made several further escalations regarding same, talked with escalation team as well, engineers at my area (Pin code 110085), seems to think of it as a joke, i doubt if they are qualified enough as one of them visited today with wrong part to be installed on my machine, can i simply get a 100% refund of my amc (5k), i don't want to go into further hassle of keep on calling cc (That is btw very tough job itself, every call takes about 30-40 minutes that should take simple 2 min) , can u plz arrange a refund asap, or tell me a way to further escalate this issue to higher authorities, can u provide me with email ids of senior persons, who have really some power to make things move around here, not just notice down a complaint.

                                    I am unable to get my amc done for eurekaforbes water purifier even after 1 month of follow up and escalation. I faced the similar experience with this company in the month of august 2019 when i had to get my water purifier installed at my new residence. I had to follow up for more than a month and incurred a telephone bill of rs. 600. Again just in less than a month i have faced similar experience. Already i have incurred so much in calling the company everyday and moreover i am spending so much in purchasing water from outside.
                                    Totally dissapointed with eurekaforbes and i want compensation for the expenses incurred by me because it was not my fault.

                                      This was regarding my eureka aquaguard maxima uv+uf, it was purchased on feb-2018 for rs 7500. After 1 year, i requested for exterior filter cleaning not interior filter change, but i was forced to take annual maintenance from 2/7/19 to 1/7/20 by your technician saying that he cannot clean the external filters. He has changed interior filters and immediately after that we noticed that my equipment stopped functioning every now and then. Water is essential commodity, now i have been told that the chip is damaged and it needs replacement. The product works fine but only after your technician started repairing it, it damaged my product. Your technician are not skilled enough to solve the issue and instead damage my product. This is worst experience using eureka forbes aquaguard and i would not recommend using eureka forbes product and it would affect your sales. Your technician lack technical knowledge to work on issue and hence the warranty and maintenance support are horrible. I have other important work to do and cannot wait everyday for your technician to visit my premises. I want permanent resolution to my problem not temporary solution and engineer visit every now and then.

                                        Misbehave of your executive anil tripathi

                                        Hello,
                                        I am sid jain from mumbai (Grant road). I made a inquiry to buy eureka
                                        Forbes aquaguard classic+ before some days to your executive anil tripathi.
                                        I am attaching image of that person also.
                                        First i told him to give me some time i will check and tell you.
                                        He was taking continues follow up than suddenly in a day he was calling 20
                                        - 20 times from his number and another no. Also so i told him to don't call
                                        So much.
                                        He messaged me that"aapko phone uthana aana chaiye yeh galat hai woh galat
                                        Hai" so i called him on whatsapp toh bola meko ki"paise nhi hai normal
                                        Call ke". This is his words you can check on on screenshot i am attaching
                                        With this email please check. And this is not the end after i called him he
                                        Started with aggression and gusse me galiye bhi di and ghar pe aane hi
                                        Dhamki bhi di. I have recording also if you want.
                                        What he think i can't buy aquaguard or what. I am a businessman.
                                        Please i am requesting your company to take action

                                        This type of executive is not good for your company who don't know how to
                                        Behave woth customers. =f0=9f=99=8f

                                        Please take strict action againt him if you will not take any action than i
                                        Will take 100% strict action with help of police because he gave me threats
                                        To come at my home.
