Hi, my name is NAVIN Makwana . I have bought aquaguard from Vijay sales. The installation was done on 22may, 2019, but then after there was a leakage problem since then we are contacting to our customer service but no one has come to visit, The customer care only says that your complaint is register. Service request no: [protected]. Worst service by eureka forbes. I bought kordfree vaccum cleaner of eureka on 14th jan 2019 against comparison with dyson and your sales person mr. Ramesh singh and mr. Koli have assured to provide best possible service when they were on sales call
But in just 4 months span my machine is already repaired once and it took 6-8 days for your service person to identify this problem. Next incident happened...

Water purifier machines ka complaint 17-05-19 time 10.50 am, 2nd complaint[protected] time 12:30 pm, 3rd complaint 24-05-19 time 10:45 am. Complaint attending person name ashish, mob. No.- [protected] and today took to akash, mob. No.- [protected]. But till 5:35 pm no staff has attend the complaint. And tel. No. - [protected] no body attend the complaint. Please look the matter urgentally.

My complaint open for 15 days, no one turned up, it got finally completely down for 24 hr and we were one mercy of tenant for water. Up service head mr deepak and shailesh tiwari has given fake time line to resolve it.. They never called me to update any thing... Even they were not taking call of there customer complaints... It got resolved after 16 days..

I had done AMC of my UV+RO in May'2018. All the payment I had already made through check. The last service of my AMC is due in the month of May'2019. I had called many times to service engineers for my last service. Service engineer said somebody will come and do the service. It have been 11months from the date of purchase, aquaguard showing sign of service, service executive came and said candles to be changed, i asked it should be at free of cost as it is in warranty period. He said i'm adjusting candle to work change next month and went off. Does eureka forbes provides replacement in warranty period or just let the warranty period expire...

I am registering complaint on behalf of my mother (Neelam chaurasia, bill no. Pos/gn/01095) who had purchased aquaguard uv +uf on 1/5/19 from vee plastoline, lucknow. At the time of purchase seller didn't told my mother that it is not ro water purifier. Seller didn't allow her to taste water when asked it. Trusting on brand she purchased it. But again i will reiterate the same story, i have brought eureka forbes water purifier last year but from the last 6 months i have changed 4-5 time ro filter but still the same story. Pathetic customer service from Eureka Forbes. The PF container connected to the water purifier (Aquagaurd) is of bad quality. In every few days it starts leaking, after a lot of hustle with the service desk, there is always a delay with technicians being assigned. They say the SLA is 24 hours, I'm waiting for 2 days now and the technician have not come to check yet. They ask us to change it, again we need to pay for it and it does not hava...

I have a new contract signed with euroka forbes ro for 2 years in march. As a prerequisite for the contract they are supposed to install new candles. The company is refusing to do the same & actually technicians trying to “sell” these with full support from management.
This company is a. Complete fraud and now when i am asking them to cancel my contract they are refusing to pick up my phone.

Today serviceman came to solve problem of water purifier (Which was showing fault 1 and no water was coming).
He changed filters and pcd.
But again it is showing same fault and water stopped coming.
When i called serviceman and office of bhopal, they told that he can't come today he will come tomorrow. What i will do today for my drinking water?
Poor service..!!

I had very worst experience in eureka forbes.. Marketing and service peoples in eureka very worst in theni district tamilnadu.. All are speaking lie only... When u buy once after that they show the face.. Easily cheating in water purifier products. I ordered ro purifier but they r supplied uv motor when the installation onwards water not taste.. Now i complaint the machine no one responded.. Now am going to consumer court with bill. Plz stay...

Defective since 11/04/2019. First complaint no [protected] lodged on 11/04/2019. No effective response. Second complaint no [protected]. No action taken. Amc from 03/05/2018 to 02/05/2019. Not yet attended by the service provider located at tutu's tower, palarivattom, ernakulam, kerala. Few technicians came at 3 occasions and expressed inability to repair due to non availability of some parts. Further repeated phone contacts with the service...

I have registered a service request on 03/05/19 to eureka fobs through helpline number. Service request no.[protected]. So far no one came to resolve the issue. I contacted helpline number in regular interval for service. They always promise to send service person within a day. Even yesterday also i contacted helpline number in vain. Another service request no. Is [protected]. I am totally disappointed with the irresponsibility of the company....

I have bought eureka forbes green ro two years back. Initially it operated well but after 3-4 months, i discovered ants floating in the storage tank. The service person just cleaned the tank and covered the lid with a plastic to avoid ants and insect enter the tank. From then it didn't created much problem. Last month servicing was done, changed all the filter candles and secured the tank with duct tape on march 31st, 2019 for rs. 1650. Today...

I purchased a aquaguard enhance ro from vijay sales janak puri last week. I was told the installation will be done within 24-48 hours.

It has been over 6 days and after numerous calls to the aquaguard service station number i am writing this complaint.

This company does not deserve our money. I wish i would have bought kent ro instead.

Your service person call every day for renewal of service and after renewal no one is interested in doing service only send sms our technician is coming this happened third time.
