I called Customer Care on 31st May 2019 and requested for Installation of my Maxima Aquasure water Purifier which was shifted from Mysore. The request no is [protected]. Thrice complaint was registered for not attending the request. Till today, nobody has turned up from your office or called me for the installation. The equipment is still lying uninstalled.

While in Mysore, the request used to be attended within 24 hrs. But...

Hi, On last Tuesday 28th may 2019, auquagaurd service person visited at our place to saw the aqua guard issue. Same day he told me one cap inside the filter got cracked. So we need to replace it for this process require 5days. First things I am confused just to change the cap require 5days where we require filter daily for drinking water. The iron filter is leaking, water is dripping from the filter. The music is not playing while using the aquagard. The switch for the music is not responding. The switch for water doesn't respond at all times, sometimes it does not. Very inconvenient. Please repair urgently.

I purchased the ro from them and after 6-7 days no one comes to install the ro.
I submit a complaint 5-6 times.
And every time they say's technician will come today or tomarrow but till date no one has come.

If you guys can't even install a new product. I am literally afraid how will you give us a services for warranty.

And secondly i purchased the kent ro for my other house the technician installed...

We have been facing problem of water leakage with our purifier for quite some time. We raised the complaint over phone and there is hardly any positive response. Since 24th may, our complaint remains unresolved - [protected]. Despite multiple calls and wasting our time. This is quite pathetic and frustrating. Every time they say we apologise and this will be resolved in the next 24 to 48 hours. Is this how you treat your customers?...

I have booked dr aquaguard and paid an amount of rs.20, 490/- online with reference no. 10833364 dt. 26.5.2019. I have purchased a ro water purifier system (Model eureka forbes enance) from your direct sale office on april 2018 for rs.16, 500/- and had a one year warrenty period with free service. But just after 1 month of warranty period i got problem with ac-dc adapter. I bought this machine in feb.
I bought it with one precondition that it should be having tds in particular range. They suggested me the aquaguard genius plus model. Which they promised it will deliver.
Since, april the tds is not in the range which their machine is showing. They have been trying to fix the issue but it is not rectified yet. They are norm attending it now...

I have placed an order for "EUROCLEAN" on 15.9.2018 and issued a cheque for Rs 10, 690 on 15.9.2018 and the payment was realized on 17.9.2018. The product was not delivered even after a month. We have a dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro-uv. You very well know the price of this model and sadly it hasn't even worked properly for even 2 years since it has been bought!!! - even after paying regular amcs.
