With reference to my trial mail on last weeks its with great disappointment I am writing this complaint. I have ordered 3 seater fusion leatheratte sofa on 7th January 2021 and paid online..As informed my customer care my product was supposed to be delivered within 15 days...it's been 21 days I have ordered the product and I have no idea regarding the delivery of my product..further to the telephonic call last week your representative has informed and Assured that I will get my product by 26th or 27th January.. Today being 25th January night I came to know from your website that the item is not yet shipped and it's is impossible to receive the product by maximum 27th January.

Its highly pathetic and disheartening to know that being reputed constitution like evok under hindware is providing such a worst, pathetic and horrible customer service..It's also degrading your reputation as well. I want reconciliation for my issues within 2 days otherwise i may proceed legally since I have paid almost 30k rs for the product and I have to wait for a month to receive the product

    I purchased the Lionel Solid Wood King Box Storage Bed in Mahogany Color online on 1.12.2020 from EVOK.
    Got the delivery after a month!!
    Upon lot of requests the installation people arrived after 2 weeks. They opened a damaged bed.
    This is very unusual that you buy a furniture and you cannot get to use it even after such a long time.
    I informed them immediately.I just received a complaint number in response till date!!!
    Customer care people and the highest escalation people for providing service do not revert back and do not commit any date by when I will get the return or replacement and refund!
    Feel harassed after spending a lot of money...
    Waiting again endlessly for the Bed!
    Buying a Bed from Evok turned in to a nightmare

        I have purchased 3+2 leather sofa set and a pair of Reckliners and 1 center table from shipra mall evok indirapuram ghaziabad on 15 oct 2019
        And now the skin of the sofa is getting peeled off and center table has got some gap in it. I have been contacting with their customer service now from last four months and they gave a number of naresh bhati whose phone is [protected], I tried contacting him 50 times but he never responds and 2 times he said the techician will come but techician never came. These people should not sell the product if they cannot provide services. They gave me warranty of one year on sofa but it got bad before one year and they are not fixing it.
        I request you to look into this matter on an urgent basis and take some action on Evok please and help me getting the refund.

            I received the Latvia (L shape Sofa) RHS on 3rd Jan 2021 at morning approx 8:30 am. today 6th Jan 2021 the carpenter (assemble) person came to assemble the sofa legs etc.., we observed there is cut marks on sofa fabrics which is non repairable.
            request you to please replace this sofa as soon as.
            we have function at my home on 10th January 2021.

              Hi,
              I placed a couple of orders (#14082991 and 14083317 on Evok website on 23rd Dec and the delivery time indicated by the website was 'Within 12 business days'.

              It's now 4th Jan'21 and I have been continuously following up with your customer care to get the items delivered but they are now saying it can only be done by 11th Jan'21. I had made other arrangements considering Evok will stick to its timelines. This is such poor service. I am not aware of any consumer durable company which doesn't work on Saturday and Sunday. Why give timelines to the customer if you cannot meet them? I will think twice before ordering from Evok.

                We bought a 3 plus 2 seater sofa from evok online website

                After the delivery sofa left handle broke and we regularly attempted to call on customer support which they denied we have some problem with pune team and we will solve it. But no luck

                  Order placed on Nov 5th. Defective product received on Nov 17. No response from customer care even after repeated calls and mails. Finally they send a carpenter to fix and install it. They dont pay the carpenter and he harasses us for money repeatedly. Pathetic company and pathetic service. Please dont order from this store.

                    I had ordered a L- shaped sofa from your web site (Order copy attached) which was delivered on 22-11-20.
                    On the website it was mentioned in the description that there will be 4 boxes but I was delivered only 3. On the very same day I registered a complaint through online helpline number (ticket id IND[protected]).
                    On 23rd a person from EVOK came to check the consignment, he also confirmed that one box is missing and he talked to someone from EVOK and registered a complaint.
                    you are therefore requested to look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.
                    please reply when will I receive complete order.
                    please find the attachments (Order copy, EVOK persons testimony, tax invoice and delivered order 3 boxes)
                    thanks.

                    No communication made by the firm till date to resolve the above mentioned issue.

                        The material (Leatherite) is off within 1.5 years. Company pays no attention to complaints. They are just in the business of making high margins by providing low quality. Raised the issues in Nov 2019. I got their revert in Nov 2020 (After 1 year !!!) - that too with abnormally high repair cost. They are silent about product quality and pathetic customer experience.

                          10.11.20 online sofa 3x2 seater delivered. Service complaint registered on same day that. 3 seater sofa don't have middle supporter. Which cause bending while seating at middle position. Now service manager last 2 days delaying regarding services. hope we are not supposed to purchase online products.

                            I have not received the products ( tables) for more than 4 months. I have called the support 50+ times, written mail at all levels multiple times.
                            I was told after 3 months the order cannot be delivered, then I was told I will get a refund, nothing on mail, they just say it will take 2-3 working days and keep the phone.
                            This is cheating and almost a scam where you can keep the money from the customer for months and earn interest with it and send nothing. I don't know how is the EVOK company allowed to carry on business with such unethical practices!

                              Hi Team.

                              I have ordered Hindware Lorenzo 3B Cooktop(White) from Evok website on 6th Oct 2020 and received the same 16th Oct 2020. Same day I have raised a complain with the team that the product is received in damaged state and we need to return the same and get the refund.

                              It has been 13 days since then we are continuously following up with the team for the same but no proper response is being provided.

                              I am attaching the photographs of the damaged product for reference.

                                I have purchased 3+2 seater leatherite sofa set from evok 1 year ago and now the sofa skin is peeling off from everywhere. Have raised complaint 1 month ago before the warranty expiration time but till now there is no response from them. Very pathetic customer service, looks like they are running a scam under furniture shop. I want to get this matter resolved ASAP else I will take it to consumer court.

                                  I had raised a request over email for repair/exchange of Recliner cover two and half months back.

                                  I didn't get any response from Evok for the first month. Then i called customer care 3 times and each time the response from customercare person was i will get a call from concerned person within 72 hours which never happened and now it's two and half months and i have got no call for repair. I have even sent multiple mails to their customercare but have got no resolution to my problem yet.

                                  I have even tweeted to Evok for same issue but it seems the Evok team is least bothered about customer service issues after selling the product.

                                  Moreover when i had emailed Evok for repair my product was within warranty but now even the warranty of the product is over

                                  Request consumer complaint team to get me a resolution to this issue and to please ensure that my product is repaired as per warranty norms

                                      We have purchased a 7 seater recliner soft set from evok in[protected]. The wear and tear of sofas has started in 1.5 years with minimum usage.

                                      As a customer, it was my first product and i am very much disappointed with the quality. Was not expecting such pathetic quality after spending more than 2 lac rs on sofa set.

                                      I tried to contact evok repair team and they dont have option of repair, only replacement.

                                      I don't think, i should buy anything from this brand in future anymore and would advise same to my friends and relatives.

                                      Want my full refund and free repair of this product.
