        I had purchased 7 seats recliner from evok worth more than rs. 1.2 lakh. There was a defect in one seat and i have been following evok through calls, messages, mails for the last 4 months or so but no one is responding back. Evok had clearly told me initially that i should not contact local repair person if any defect is there. But now evok is also not responding. This defect may increase further so we are not using these sofas for months now.

          The leatherite fabric on the recliner sofa has frayed from various areas and the fabric has come off from the seams. The sofa is about 1.5 years old and the fabric started tearing off about 6 months back.. But due to covid 19! Scare and lockdown we did not register the complaint earlier. Please have it repaired ASAP. Thanks

            I had purchased a study table on the 26th of july 2020 which was delivered to me on the 14th of august 2020. Called the the installation engineer and he came on the 18th of aug. When he was half way through he realised that some part is missing and he will have to repack the table and the product will be replaced. After that he never answered my call nor any info about when i will receive the exchanged product. I wrote a mail regadding the same to service but no reply. I called at the service desk and each time they would give me a number where the person said he would look into it and next time it was forgotten. I even wrote a mail to the service head and business head but no reply till date. I am very disappointed with the way the company is handling their clients.
            Till date the table is lying outside my house repacked and no reply from the company’s side as to what is to be done. How can you send a product without checking on all the parts. They are shipped from a long distance. You cannot make your customer wait for so many days after purchase of product. You have got your money so you are least concerned after that. I have been repeatedly following up with evok and no one seems to be responding. Kindly get this issue resolved.

                I purchased dining table from your shop on 27.08.2020. It got delivered on 28.08.2020 at 7 am. However, it is not got installed till 31.08.2020 even after making regular follow up with some mr bhati at his mobile no [protected].
                I fail to understand why don't your employee tell the truth that they can't get installed till another so many days.
                Its really very pathetic service.

                      We purchased l shape sofa on 11-may-2020, and it has been delivered and installed on 03-june-2020.
                      After 2 months only we are facing quality issues. Its cushion's button started coming out which is not expected at all. Request you to get it fixed on priority.

                          I placed an order for a "reston easy chair blue" on 31-jul-20. Order# 11678221. Before placing the order, i called them up to inquire and they said that the order will be delivered on 7 days. It has been 15 days and neither are they responding to my emails, nor are they responding to the facebook post complaints. The standard answer i get when i call them is that the supervisor/manager is unavailable and that they have "escalated" the issue. 16 days have passed since i placed and paid for the order and there no update on its shipment or delivery.

                              Got a wall mirror from evok online. The mirror came in pieces completely broken. I couldn't raise a return request online. So called their customer care for which they asked me to write a mail. Wrote a mail with the pictures of the damaged item. It's been 7 days no reply. Pathetic service.

                              I got the mirror in completely broken condition. Even after sending so many mails and phone call follow ups, there's no response from their side. And they are not refunding my money too. EVOK ARE CHEATERS. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING DEOM THEM.

                              This is my first experience with them and it was the WORST

                                I have made the above order on 15th june and got defect sofa on 1st july. From then, i am trying my best to contact their customer care through mails, calls and fb posts

                                No response from them - other the the standard message of 'we will get back with 48 hours'.

                                Since it is nearly 40 days! No one responds and no solution.

                                I have paid inr 31, 000 and sofa is lying since 40 days

                                  I have mistakenly ordered a chair instead of dining table... My husband was regular customer to hindware ... He suggested to buy furniture in this site... So instead of dining table I ordered a single chair by mistake... I wrote to evok care about this issue and asked for cancellation and refund ... I ordered the product on July 13th... On that day only I wrote to evok to cancel my order... Nw it's been 20 days.. they are still saying just wait for few days.. I didn't expect this from evok.. pathetic customer care... I decided to file a case against evok in consumer court and writing this as last excuse . Hope u will help

                                    Order number[protected] defective item received!! Order placed on 29th May 2020! More than 30 calls to customer care and at least 20 emails till date! Absolutely ridiculous customer service. No help no proper resolution. They just don’t care about the customers I have had such a pathetic online shopping experience!! I’m seeking refund of my money since 50 days???? Till date no response or resolution?! Can someone please help???? I usually never use social media to express my anger and frustration!! Evok made me do so for the 1st time

                                      Hi, I am Aashul Heda. I resides in Pune.

                                      I am facing some manufacturing defects in the L shape sofa purchased from Evok on 26th June 2019. The issue includes hard nail hitting, hard and irregular cushioning effects, and sound issues. As per clarification provided by the Evok executive on 2nd August 2019, Evok provides a warranty of 1 year from my date of invoice for purchase of furniture.

                                      I registered the complaint on 23rd May (2 months back) through email as well as through customer care contact no. Evok service is utterly slow. They never respond to emails (which is quite strange, as I have never seen a company which don't revert back to documented things like mail).

                                      Calling to customer care executive is another story, they only pacify you by saying that they have escalated the issue to a higher authority. I guess the top management needs to take strict follow up of middle management, otherwise, they will lose a high-end customer like me.

                                      I understand that COVID-19 has delayed things, but not acknowledging your customer's complaint, no follow-up on your customers' complaint is terrible.
                                      I have also followed up with Rakesh Kumar and Manikant Kumar through email, both are unresponsive at the moment.

                                      For any readers reading this post, I suggest you please dont get fool by the Evok's one year warranty in your product. Its a scam. Instead, buy product from your local furniture store neighbouring you. Atleast you could take some action i[censored]nsatisfied with the product. Also dont expect any reply from their customer service. Trust me try this number "[protected]" (their customer care number), the phone will never get connected (I tried almost 10-12 times till now). I also shoot some 5-6 mails on the follow-up, received none response.

                                        I have ordered bearing 9993891 dated 27th feb. For rio brown rhs sectional sofa. But evoke company has delivered the wrong product and low quality product in the month of march 2020.

                                        We requested them to cancel my order on 24th march. 2020 and to refund my money as delivered the low and substandard quality product. From the march 2020 till now they did not respond, i sent many emails, called to customer care. But till now they did not respond. They are mischief the customer in the name of hindware. They are making furniture with all low-quality raw materials. Its kind of cheating using online.
