As per attached photos. I have complained in evok customer care on dated 02/11/2019 and this sofa was installed at below address on dated 7/10/2019 and within one month your sofa was damage form inside and skin peel off in so many place as attached photos

After 2.5 month sofa not repair or replace till date, as per mobile no user [protected] (Mobile no. Provide by customer care) sofa will replace with in 10-15 days but till date i am waiting for and favorable response.

I really very disappointing with evok product and services and i will discus this case with my legal adviser to claim via consumer form"

Kitchen drawer non-functional, The drawer installed in my kitchen by your company is not functioning properly. Kindly resolve the issue at earliest.
I bought the King Size Beds from EVOK store at MG Road, Gurgaon in June’19. The beds create lots of noise while sitting and getting up from bed. Even during the sleep when we turn sides, they create lots of noise. Either there is some issue with the hydraulic or the wooden fitting is loose. Please can you help to get this fixed.

    We bought a 3 seater sofa come bed from your kalyna nagar showroom. After many damaged deliveries, we got final product delivered somewhere in march 2019.

    We have hardly used the product. Just in 8 to 9 months o[censored]sage itself, the straps used below the cushion are already visible and it hurts when we sit. Unlike other sofa’s we can’t replace its cushion either. If this is the condition of sofa after 8 months o[censored]se, we are really scared what could be the situation after an year. 30, 000rs sofa should come for at least 3 years right?.

    Product is still under warranty.

      Very poor service. I had ordered a hindware chimney in replacement. After so many calls when they finally delivered the item it was without a box and without any installation materials such as pipe etc. We are still waiting for the executive to respond. If a brand like yours is behaving like the local vendors what can a customer expect. It was a mistake purchasing from your company. Please resolve this issue asap.

        Recently, i purchased dinning table and chairs & table had cracks and i called customer care, delivery manager and service manager also till no response from them and divert manager and service manger not picking a call also. My humble request don’t purchase anything from them. It’s very bad company interms of quality and service. Please take serious action for the same so that they repeat to others as well.

          Hii team,
          Can you please get checked my sofa as it's showing noisy near hand rest of 3 seater sofa. Even cranky noise comes from all sofa.. It looks like manufacturing defect.. This was raised on 27th nov but no response..

          Someone called me on 29th nov and assured to attend this call on 30st nov at 10am but no-one attended.. I called naresh also to confirm but he said that confirming in sometime but in vain.. Once again you are proving metal for your excellent services... Please if there is any manufacturing damage in the sofa, i would like to be exchanged rather repaired.
          For me it looks like a black investment on this sofa and more black finding new customer called evok.

          I would reqest you to kindly get this attended & replaced sooner the better...

          In last 6-7months, i found useless product and support from your end.,.

            It has been nearly one year for "nora sofa 3+2" that i ordered from hyderabad store (Near peddamma temple) jubilee hills. We received a defective item for which i have been constantly asking for replacement as it was not repairable. After continuous follow up with mr. Srikanth reddy from evok, we got a replacement which is also a defective item. No quality check even though you are replacing a defective item, it was worst customer service by any company to offer for a customer who bought a product from your store pricing above 50k.

            Evok store don't have good collection of sofas and stopped manufacturing the model i brought (So no replacement) and forced me to select another sofa from existing models. As they are not ready to refund my money though it was not my fault. Got fed-up with all these and selected another sofa, which was priced around 53k when i opted it and they were asking me pay for the extra amount, i am sending you my bill of "nora sofa 3+2", it was priced around 53k and above 3k was adjusted (Privilege discount) as i was paying in single payment but now the new sofa i have selected for replacement is costed 53k around and they were not ready to negotiate on that and waited till it got hiked for 60k and demanding me for additional amount.

            Well, i think i have given you enough time, already communicate to mr. Srikanth reddy from evok over a phone call about proceeding legally, still i didn't get any response.

            I have written evidence from the company on this issue. Please let me know if you need the same.

              Online ordered sofa from evok last year after making full payment product delivered after 40-45 days after multiple follow-ups. Ordered before diwali with intention to celebrate diwali product delivered after it. Also the stuff is so poor that within a year sofa got sagged as it is under warranty complaint raised and got repaired after a month that too not much and up to the mark. Poor material poot quality and poor service what i got from evil in last one year...

                Ordered 3-seater Maxwell Power Recliner (HSN Code[protected] from Evok Ahmedabad store on 31/01/2019. Invoice that was emailed to me following payment was missing the T&C at the back. Item was delivered to me 10/02/2019. People who set up recliner gave me the “Store Copy” of invoice after installation. When I later read it, I realised that it did have the T&C at the back. The Store Copy of invoice included clause which said that the product would be exchanged within 14 days but only if “uninstalled”. How was I meant to know about this before installation if the installers only gave me a copy of the T&C AFTER the installation? When I looked closely at the other T&C, realised how ridiculous they were – a court would no doubt find these to be “unfair contract terms”. Not sure how Evok has got away with such unfair contract terms??? (but I guess this is commonplace in country like India?)

                Coming back to item, I quickly realised that the recliner extremely uncomfortable and gave anyone who sat on it terrible back-ache within minutes of sitting on it. Tried calling various numbers on invoice – all inoperational. Contacted Ahmedabad store and service manager Mr Manish – sent round technician but informed me he could not do anything further and to send email to Evok Customer Care [protected]@evok.in. Emailed Evok Customer Care this several times in Feb & March 2019, and each time received ridiculous responses from Evok Customer Care, including “Our Terms and Conditions are also mentioned on flip side of invoice wherein we have announced inability to accept return once a Furniture is installed and used.” Then they just stopped responding when I pointed out on 02/03/2019 that “Perhaps you are not legally trained, so you may not be aware that your Terms and Conditions "mentioned on flip side of invoice" amount to UNFAIR CONTRACT TERMS. Even worse for you is that the customer is presented such Terms and Conditions only AFTER THE INSTALLATION. As such, your Terms and Conditions would fail to be upheld by a court of law. Selling hazardous goods that cause personal injury is a breach of law. To the extent not already done, I would request that you urgently refer this matter to your legal team as it is becoming of grave concern for Evok/HSIL.”

                Please can Legal Team respond to me and issue me full refund for this hazardous item that is causing personal injury.

                      Hello team,

                      I had raised a complaint on 8th sept for sofa having issues with deformation, spring and suppressed cushions. It was really a bad experience talking to your customer care executives on field.

                      I had contacted mr. Srikanth for scheduling technician visit. Scheduled technician visited me on 15th sept 2019, checked the state of sofa and took some photographs of the same. I was told to be contacted by team in 48 hours for next steps. I had not received any call then i called your technician and asked for status. I was again told to wait for couple of day and it went for next 3-4 calls. Finally i got irritated and again called mr. Srikanth but he was also not having any idea about my issue and told me that he will call back.

                      With some hope i called technician and asked for update then he said that someone from main branch will contact me and sofa has to be replaced.

                      Then i physically visited your store in marathalli bengaluru and contacted store manager mr. Dilip and explained him about my issue. He again contacted mr. Srikanth and again assured that by friday 4th oct issue will be resolved. He will schedule another technician to visit. Why technician has to visit again and again?

                      I called mr. Srikanth today 5th october and he said that he is no more responsible for my issue.

                      Since your customer service contact loop is endless and i don't have much patience to deal with you guys any more. If my issue doesn't get rectified by 11th october. I will go ahead and file a legal complaint of fraud.

                      I have tried my best to fix it among ourselves but seems you guys have no sense of customer care after sales services.

                        Please see the below image. This product replaced on 7th feb 2019. You can see the pictures. These are even more worst than previous one. All skin started cracking badly. I am complaining late due some personal issue. This damage started 2 month back. I never seen worst product like evok monet sofa. I am regretting to purchase furniture from evok. It was never expected from evok. Evok is as similar as local product.

                        Please take corrective action and return the product.

                          Order no. 8844739: since the time i place the order, not received a single confirmation on the status. I have called five times till date on[protected]. Was assured of a call back thrice but nobody has bothered to call back. The customer service people only say they have no status and cannot cancel..
                          Tried calling on [protected] provided in their website and the message i got is "please check the number you have called". Asked for cancellation and nobody is willing to do that even.
                          I do not want the product at any cost for the mental harassment these guys have put me through. Please refund the entire amount - rs.19490 as soon as possible

                            My customer no is [protected] and sales order no is[protected]Shipra) & sales invoice no:[protected]/ reference no: c[protected] dated 22.08.19.

                            The above sofa was delivered to me around 7:30 in the morning on 25th aug'19. On saturday. I. E. A day before, some internal renovation work was done at my house and the house was in mess when the sofa set was delivered. Hence i asked the delivery persons that i can not open and check the sofa set. They asked me to write the reason on the delivery chalan and said that when installation guy would come he would open the packing and you can check the same. I gave the receiving citing the reason in that.

                            When installation guy came in the evening and opened the sofa, we found that there was a cut in the rexine on the 3 seater sofa. I immediately informed the installation person who took the photo of the same. I also sent the photo to sales person in shipra mall, mr. Mrityunjay pandey ([protected]), who informed me to write this on the service report and seek for replacement. I did so.
                            Thereafter, i followed with mrityunjay for a week and he every time responded that our service team had sent request for replacement and awaiting for revert from ho, which should take a couple of days. We exchanged few messages on whatsapp as well for the same.

                            However when even after a week, he said it would take a couple of days more, i asked him to give the service person number who is handling the case. He sent me the number of mr. Naresh bhati ([protected]).

                            Now talking to naresh was like a roller coaster ride. The first question he asked was.."why did you want replacement.. What is the defect".. I asked why are you asking me this question after 8 days since i filled the service form, as i was informed that you had sent my case for approval from ho.
                            He then started telling his problems in detail, the crux of which was how difficult is the replacement after delivery... And he went on explaining his ordeal in length..

                            I said ok... It seems that it is difficult at you level to do the needful and therefore please share your senior number so that i can coordinate with him.

                            Naresh, obviously, did not like it. He said then you go the customer care and lodge your complaint now.

                            I said ok.. But can you share contact details of your senior, he said his senior name is mr. Pradeep. But he did not share the number.
                            However he said that the if i had written clearly on the delivery receipt that the material was not checked on delivery only then replacement is possible. I said i had written the same on the delivery receipt you please check.
                            He asked me to wait for 5 minutes with the promise of a call back. He also advised me not to call him on the number that mrityunjay had shared but asked me to call on his other number ([protected]).

                            After some time he called back and said that he had checked my papers and lodged the complaint for replacement with warehouse. He said to wait for 24 hours for his revert and after that he would share mr. Pradeep' number.

                            Now the case in brief :

                            1. I had made full advance payment of 18th aug'19 for colton 3+2 seater sofa set.
                            2. The material was delivered on 25th aug'19 and 3 seater sofa was defective on arrival. Delivery receipt is with naresh and service feed back is enclosed.
                            3. The defect was immediately pointed out to the installation person, who also took photograph of the same. At the same time the photo of the defective 3 seater was sent to mrityunjay as well.
                            4. Though for next complete week mritunjay kept on saying that the replacement would be done within 2-3 days but nothing happened.
                            5. After 8 days when contacted naresh (Service person handling the case), we came to know that he was not updated with the case. He was very unprofessional in approach.
                            6. The defective sofa is lying at my house. Though we are not using it but can not warranty its proper care as we have 7 year child. It is lying at "evok's" risk at my house.

                            I waiting for revert asap.

                              I purchased a malta 6 door wardrobe on june 18, 2017. Then we noticed that one the doors wasn't working properly. So i registered a complaint on 6 september 2017 and the visit was done. After that one or the other door of all the 6 doors started working improperly and the visits were taken place. On 22 july 2019 visit, the carpenter told me that the wardrobe needed some attachment and i would have to pay for it. I agreed to this note. But after that visit i kept on calling but there wasn't any visit. Only the last 3 reminders are available in the records i. E. 6 august 2019, 8 august 2019 & 13 august 2019. Instead of sending these many reminders, there wasn't any visit done. I even called mr. Naresh & mr. Bhanu personally. But now mr. Bhanu doesn't pick up the call at all. Mr. Naresh misbehave and moreover lies that the visit is completed.

                                I have purchased 3+2+1 recliners dated on jun 17, 2017 by spending huge amount of money believing evok is reputed brand from hindware.

                                Below are product details:
                                Magna new leatherette recliner sofa 1 seater with glider-dark. Brown
                                Magna new leatherette recliner sofa 3 seater-dark. Brown
                                Magna new leatherette recliner sofa 2 seater-dark. Brown

                                Not even completed two years all recliners leatherette is getting peeled off even though we rarely used in two membershouse. Contacted evokcare i did not get any proper response.

                                At the time of purchase they told their products are genuine and can last for at least 15 years and all damages can be serviced through their service network. Assured paid repaired services all the time.

                                But i have been sending email and calling customer care 5 months ago but not received any proper response.

                                  Evok does not respond to my complaint emails lodged for a pest infected table manufactured by them and purchased by me. Evok sales team at crown interiorz mall showroom, faridabad during my purchased assured that no wooden furniture shall get infected by pests throughout its life. With some months of purchase one side of the table is infected with pests and even after treatment it continues to spread. Table is under warranty toll end oct 2019. I suspect the table was already infected with pests and supplied to me.

                                  Now no response to my emails for replacement of table except an automatic email from [protected]@evok.in that we shall revert back, but almost 5 days passed till today 04-jul-19 since lodge of email complaint. Two times evok sent one person to spray some solution to the infected area but that is just an eyewash, pest activity is still visible and it must have damaged a lot inside not visible to naked eye.

                                    I had placed an order on 9th july. Order is not delivered till now as per the promised date.

                                    Order no : 8434865

                                    Multiple calls to customer care are gone in vain. There is no update from them, and they inform they will back within 24 hours with update on order, no one turns up even after you call them again.

                                    Even worse, they gave different reasons each time.

                                    Very worst customer experience.
                                    Evok customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I ordered Evok Monet Three Seater Sectional Sofa (Matte Finish, Ivory) from amazon.

                                      I have issue in this product. Last 2 months before some crack came in this product. but now so many crack came in so many places.

                                      I need solution on this issue. please do the needful.

                                        I had my modular kitchen made and fitted by evok. At the time of negotiation they promised to complete the fitting in a month, which finally took more than four month to complete the modular kitchen. Once the full payment was made they started showing their true colour. I have made several phone calls to their sales executive and fitting engineer regarding installation of substandard fruit and vegetable basket in the kitchen. Then on 23rd feb 2019 vide complaint no. Mj 39028 i logged my complaint with their customer care, but to no avail i had been following up with the customer care but with no solution. One fine morning this complaint was closed from their end without any resolution. I again raised a complain vide complain no. Mj 42341 dated 11th june 2019. I did not get any resolution. I called them again on 12th july 2019, again the same answer, it will be taken care within 24 hrs. It is a clear case of cheating by evok by showing something in the show room and installingg inferior quality product.
