We purchased 2 queen sized bed from Evok on 22nd July from Evok Jubilee hills, Hyderabad store. Although the delivery was on time but one of the beds was partially delivered and the other one was completely defective. The partially delivered bed was completely delivered after 5 days. After multiple follow ups and requests the accepted our request of replacing the defective queen size bed with king size bed of the same model. This bed although is fit go sleep in but is not at all comfortable, since surprise they are not fully assembled.

We dropped multiple emails for the resolution but to no avail. We called them multiple times on phone but the answers we got from them were pathetic!

Mr . Pankaj Singh and store manager Mr. Santosh are complete ###. They dont even know the meaning of customer dealing and customer satisfaction. On calling Pankaj, we even said we will register a complaint against Evok in court. The ### said, please do it. I dont care...i will work somewhere else afterall its not my company!!!

From a reputed brand as hindware...i wouldnt have expected this kind of customer service.

    I purchased furniture in the month of march 18 from kirti nagar delhi evok showroom one of dinning chair seat got bend (Needs replacement) my address is 895 sector 16 faridabad (Haryana) my mobile no..[protected] please send your technician to take care of the problem to enable me to use dinning set.       Hi had ordered mattress 2 nos. From evok gurgaon centre on 23rd july and as per the store the commitment was to get it delivered on 26th or 27th july, and i did mentioned to get it delivered on priority as expecting guests on weekend. I called on 27th to store and was directed to suraj (Delivery manager) and through him got to know that it cannot be delivered before 30th july. I kept mentioning that my guest are expected and that is the reason i had placed the order well before time. Suraj kept promising that it wil be delivered on monday 30th. I agreed as i did not had any other option and had to hire mattress on rent from outside for my guests. On 30th july the mattress were delivered but only 1 (One) and when i again called suraj, he gave execuses and did not answer my phones and now he stopped picking my phone calls. It is a blunder service and someone has to teach them what is commitment and being in service industry they cannot take consumer for ride. I will recommend all who are viewing these reviews and to my friends do not buy any product from evok.

        I ordered a mattress for a bed. But when it was to be delivered it was in wrong size. So now where I should sleep.tell me.? Please explain this matter. Evok services are very bad over the years. please give some compensation. I want you people to take this matter seriously. i bought bed from different place and mattress from evok, so size was wrong. Please take seriously.

          Had purchased a clinton king size bed in the month of april 2018. The bed was defective and we were told it would be replaced. Despite several reminders to the jp nagar (Bangalore) store manager - mr. Dhananjay and another manager by the name mr. Kiran, it is yet to be replaced. It is now may 28th 2018 (1.5 months!).in between i visited the store and mr. Dhananjay asked me to choose an alternate bed and that it will be delivered in 7 days (This was around 4th may). We chose a hamburg king size bed but we are yet to receive any update about it (More than 20 days)! Worse - dhananjay has stopped taking our calls and mr. Kiran informs us that dhananjay has quit and he doesn't know what he has promised. He now asks for more time.

          So it will be close to 2 months since i received the damaged bed and both these gentlemen have stopped taking calls and responding. Feel thoroughly cheated. Repeated mails to evok customer care have not elicited any response.

            V received a defective power recliner whose motor was not working... N then that was replaced with anothe recliner in which the leatherette was getting rough n now its skin is peeling off... V have mailed to the company.. N called the showroom people so many times... But its of no use... Just feel so cheated... Their logo which says - my soft n cushioned body can refresh your senses... Is actually meaningless as it's very rough to touch

              I purchased sofa cum recliner model Magna from evok stores Malhar Mega Mall Indore, and product is still under warranty.
              I launched the complaint regarding torn fabric of 2 seater sofa due to a protuding Nail from inside, on 23 march 2018.
              Mr Govind Kanadiye attended the call and visited home to inspect and he reassured that someone will come and rectify the problem.
              Till date nobody has came to stitch the fabric of torn sofa.
              Hereby attaching photograph of registered complaint
              please take necessary action.

                I placed an order for installation of moduler kitchen in october, 2017. Paid 100% of total amount as it was demanded. Payment was made to evok store in ludhiana. Even after
                Lapse of 5/6 months order has not been completed yet. There is a serious issue of alignment of shutters & colour combination but no one is caring at all. Series of complains were made over phone calls/sms & emails but no one is listening.
                Kindly help otherwise i would have no choice other than initiating legal actions not only against local evok store in ludhiana but also against mother company hsil.

                  I bought a recliner chair two years back but it has been giving problem right from the beginning. Initially they used to send the technician but now the complaints over phone are neither attended or are shown as resolved even without anyone visiting my place. My latest complaint no is mj 31102 dated 2nd jan. I was assured help within 24 hours but nobody came. Now i have been trying to contact you but for the last one hour all customer care executive are busy. Very frustrating experience. Never expected such response from your esteemed company.                     I paid online for the purchase of diamond chest of 6 drawers. The size is 6 inch short in height and 2 inch short in length. This was not accepted by me and material was repacked by the evok fitter mr omprakash on 23.12.2017 and it was promised by customer care that this will be taken back and money refunded
                    I have been following with evok customer care to take back the material and refund the money. No action is taken by evok inspite of repeated reminders

                      I had ordered for a bed and mattress from evok outlet shipra mall noida. While the mattresses on beds there were apt according to size and left a finger gap on the sides the mattress sent to me along with the bed was bigger than the bed and was extremely tight that it even didn't fit properly. Upon regular complains to the manager there the only response was the company is not ready to replace the mattress as a lot of other customers demand for over sized mattress. First of all i don't know who would demand for a mattress bigger than the bed and secondly if evok can't deliver what it displays it should stop displaying such furniture and fooling the consumers. After investing more than 70k if a person expects a good item in their house it's no wrong. So my kind request is to look into this and if not possible for a replacement kindly refund. I would rather not buy any furniture from a fraudulent place than keep hearing such irrational rants from your outlet managers. My bill no was 1004so[protected] and it was bought on 29th oct 2017.

                        I am trying to contract evoke staff of shipra mall indirapuram since morning on phone [protected], unfortunately nobody picked it up. As communicated that on dipawaly, i booked 6 seater sofa of scotland leatherette but only 3+1 seater reached at my home and whereabout of two seater is not known to me since than in spite repeated follow up. This is ultimate and beyond tolerance.
                        Last but least, please let me know the whereabout of two seater sofa immediately.

                        I booked one sofa of 6 seater at shipra mall indirapuram on diwali last month. Out of 6 seater sofa, i received 3+1 sofa leaving balance two seater sofa. More than 25 days have passed, neither balance quantity of sofa received nor suitable reply received form your staff deployed at shipra mall. As a result the purpose and meaning of buying sofa on diwali is completely defeated. No body cared to look into the matter in spite of my repeated follow up. This requires your special attention and remedial action.
                        It is matter of deep concern that neither balance quantity of sofa nor any suitable response received related to delivery of sofa detained since dipawali. I have tried to contact your staff at shipra mall indirapuram but they have not responded and told the actual status.

                        If you are not interesting to supply balance quantity than refund my entire amount and take your sofa supplied 3+1 back. I don't have any confidence at your staff who completely held responsible for abnormal detention and misconduct and misbehavior.

                        The dining table has started cracking and it doesn’t feel like sheesham as claimed. This looks like laminate.. I feel like cheated
                        bought from Evok Faridabad only two months back, it should be repaired immediately and i expect a clarification from the sales team of Evok

                          I bought sofa sets of around 1.5 lacs from evok store kirti nagar, delhi. They promised free installation, now in dehradun the sofa has reached at my home. Company is now refuting my claims of free installation. They want extra 1k to 2k for a free service. Dehradun has an evok franchisee to make my installation happen, which they promised free of cost at the time of purchase. Very bad experience from evok. Go for other furniture brands, evok's after sale service is the worst

                            Visited hyd showrom in early '17 for mod kitchen, paid 50% of rs 160k quoted as per their terms, sign contract for order, weeks later they say wrong quotation given by their ex-emp shd be rs 180k. I finally agree to rs 170k, all pymnts done in may. Their exec is supposed to coordinate with builder for civil work. Super delay in installation after 2 months of all payments. Lack of ownership, coordination by their exec & mgr, messed up entire installation, all new raw materials kept in open dirt. I followed up several times with store mgr srinivas and exec. Vinay. Exec blamed builder for wrong civil work. It was his or someone from evok responsibility to explain the tech specifications to the builder. They always say they will come back and get the work done soon but no commitment on date. Last 2 days tried calling the customer service in gurgaon. Again vague responses and no senior person to understand and address the concern. Pathetic experience unexpected from a brand name, a local vendor would have done a much better job.

                              On dated 04 oct. 2016, i happened to visit evok branch at shipra mall, indirapuram, distt. Ghaziabad (Up) to purchase a bed for my house. At the back of my mind, i had a thought that evok is one of the finest brands of furnitures that we have in delhi /ncr. So i was less concerned about quality of the product. When we went through the designs and the prices of the beds available at the store, we were advised by the salesman that kimberley is the new design manufactured by the company in the recent time and has the best response till date. But the salesman by any chance did not show us the under the mattress design of the bed. The bed had 8" inches mattress displayed over the bed which at any chance did not give us the thought that the base of the bed would be of such worthless design that we had never seen earlier. The bed is incapable despite of being a king size to handle the weight of the mattress and two adults. We do not allow our toddler child to play on the bed fearing that the bed would break as we have already experienced the same many times after we had bought the bed.

                              From october 2016 onward, we had to call evoke people for a service of the support given in the middle base of the bed. The support always leaves it screws and slips out on the floor and whenever there is a little movement on the bed while sleeping the bed makes vicious sounds as if it is going to break. The bed had been recently repaired fully as it broke one day putting my baby and my wife under the bed. They promised to replace the bed but it was only repaired with some new parts. However in today's date the condition is almost same as if the bed would break again. Thus if evok has any tendency to hold the brand name, i would want the company to replace this bed with a different design and durable quality product. The company should be well aware about the rights of the consumers in today's time and make efforts to keep consumers satisfied and the brand name.

                              I) the king size kimberley bed was purchased by me on cash payment of rs.27, 289.55p vide sales order/invoice no.1004s[protected]/ no. 1004ri[protected] dated 04 oct 2016 respectively.

                              B) 25/06/2017 vide job card# 14331

                              An early action on the matter will be appreciated!

                                Hi,

                                I have seen and ordered an last piece of latigo tv unit with 2dr at the evok store in kammanahali bangalore. After discussing with store manager ritesh paid rupees 14170 buy card on 22nd may. And they agreed to deliver on saturday 27th may.
                                I have received the unit as agreed on saturday 27th may, but post delivery i observed the unit is not standing properly and found only one of the leg had bush and nothing else. Next day the installation guy (Ashok) came and added the bush.
                                By that we have noticed one of the leg was broken and given steel 'l' angle support for it even he took the photos. Also one side of the unit has damage. See the attached photos. I dont want a damaged and refurbished tv cabinet. Replace with a new one or exchange with different piece.

                                I have also called the customer care and complained regarding this. And reference no is - mj27872

                                Even after multiple complaints and calls, no action has been taken.

                                  I have placed an order for modular kitchen and the complete kitchen is designed as per the staffs recomendation the only thing i requested was for a big double bowl sink and this request was made initialy on the very first day and numerous times repeated. I had aslo selected one sink from their catalog and showed them after that i paid the half amount in advance n booked the kitchen, the kichen was ready before time and was ready for delivery but as the flooring was still going on at my home so asked them to delay the delivery till the initialy agreed time, all of a sudden i was infomed by evoke that the sink is very small and i have searched the comple market and is unable to get a double bowl sink of that size as it is very small and this size sink is only available with evoke and no were else now i am being forced to buy this smal sink from evoke which is very expensive as well i am extreamly disappointed, i have made request to increase tje sink size to atleat 40 inches but no body is listning, pls pls pls change the sink size to 40 inches i can not go with tjis 33 inches sink it is too small for double bowl sink.

                                    Using the online site I placed an order for two end tables, on 9th Feb and paid the amount in full and till today 6th March there is no update from the Vendor EVOK on what they have done with my order. They do not have the products which they display on the site. This make the perfect case of fooling the customers.

                                    No calling the support desk for cancellation of order they say they will call me back with an updated on the status of the order. I still wait to hear back from them.

                                    Now I would like to request the Complaint board to help me get a resolution and get my money back (Rs 11224) as the tables bought have not been received by almost a month. This is denial of service / product from vendor this no cancellation charges are applicable.

                                      Hi. We had ordered for a cot from evok on Dec 2015. And delivery was supposed to happen in Jan 2016. We did not get the delivery instead the EMI was being deducted.we informed the bank to stop the EMI they said it needs to be informed to Bajaj Finance. We informed them they said store.and ever since its just being evok store to Bajaj finance and vice versa. Finally after lots of fights they bothered to reply to us after the EMI tenure got completed and when we are asking them our money they r refusing. We have paid nearing 40000 and nor got any furniture. Now they say we can't give u money buy furniture. And funny they don't have anything in that range. ( eg: tables which we can get for 5k to 10k they charge a bomb 30k for a simple coffee table, sofa sets which are available for 30k they give for 1lakh). So what they expect. From 1 year we are fighting with the store. How can I get my money back.pls help

                                      Please don't buy EVOK furniture, they don't deliver products on time, but they take amout full & delivery is not on time. Its a cheating company. They say one thing to us, and inform different to their store people. don't trust Their show room people ( sales person), they r liars.

                                        I bought Sofa Recliner Online from their Website http://www.evok.in
                                        by choosing the pay at store option.

                                        I was really amazed by their On time delivery.

                                        Now the reason of my amazement is:

                                        In 2012 I had bought a Double Bed from Evok Store. As usual the delivery was late & they were giving excuses. But the Sofa was good & durable, the only thing I hated was their fake promises.

                                        But now, the scenario is totally changed. Evok's services have improved a lot. They are not the same company as they were back in 2012-13.

                                        I recommend their product because, they are of good quality compared to other's & its durable.
