This is regarding the evok service request or ticket number: MJ25001. The ticket was logged 4 months back.
First of all iam experiencing the worst service from both the Evok service persons and the customer care.

The recliner was sent for repair a month back but still the work is not completed and the service person does not respond to my phone calls.
Evok customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Recently ordered a L Shape sofa from Evok Kirti Nagar Store and it got delivered before the promised time. Thanks Evok.
Order No.4998553

Evok services have improved a lot from 1-2 years, had faced some issues for my previous order in 2015, but now good responses and service from Evok.
The company has supplied the defective and incomplete unit few days back .Their service chief Bhanu is not responding to phones and e mails . Evok is useless company supplying fake products on sale .

    I purchased a coffee table based upon my past positive experience with rock.

    Bit I an sorry to say, the table delivered yesterday is of very inferior quality with patches and even putty used to cover holes.
    Pathetic product ni polish. I have called upon the evil number and asked to take back the product and refund the money.

    I have been promised that product will be taken back.

    Pleased arrange refund to my credit card for Rs. 14989 on priority.

    I an really disappointed .

    I am attaching pics if the product., Invoice copy and pic of cabinet supplied by you and see the difference in quality of two product by evok.

    I have lodged complaint in evok shipra centre as well. I was assured yesterday that evok will pick
    the defective coffee table back today and returned back money money through check in 4 5 days.

      I am highly disappointed with the service provided for the modular kitchen that i have bought from evok, shipra mall, ghaziabad. I had made the final payment for it in the last week of june 2016 and the kitchen had to be installed in the first week of july. The first payment (Half the amount) was paid in may and the booking was done. The company took around three months to install it and even now there is one cabinet left open. Two shutters have defects. The covering under one cabinet is not fixed properly and also its corner is broken. I have requested the team several times to check and resolve these issues but they are not doing it.

      I want the repair to be done immediately and need compensation for the delay that has happened. I could not shift into my new house for three months because of this delay. I have lost around rs 60000 because of this delay.

      Thats very sad to hear.

      My experience was good as per the delivery and service, but had asked for some help in assembling issue.

      And they reverted back immediately and fixed the problem.

        Pathetic services
        We recently bought a modular kitchen from Gurgaon centre. They took full payment in advance and have not started work yet in spite of repeated reminders
        It is nearly two months. This has delayed our shifting to our new house before Diwali
        For everything they pass the buck and tell you this will not be under their domain.
        For example before fitting they will not do any civil work for which you will have to contact another vendor. They just prepare the structure and wait for you to call a set of other guys to do the civil work. Their rates are exhorbitant and there is no value for money. We are just running around everywhere to get our kitchen fixed after paying them the entire upfront amount
        They are irresponsible careless and poor in customer dealing
        If you have time and money to waste then only go to evok
        I wish I could drag them to court for this and force them to shut shop
        We went by the reputed name of hindware
        but it was a mistake
        Please never go to evok

          I Jug Roshani Dabas from Delhi gave my kitchen to evok(kirti nagar branch) on 04/07/2016 and they took full payment ie 2 lakhs 80 thousand well in advance saying it is company policy to take contract amount in full before they start their work. I had paid the above mentioned amount well before 04/07/2016 that is the date contract came. They stared work 20 days after 04/07/2016 ie on 24/7/2016 once the material came on my site i see many flaws in measurement and also things they promised before sales where not there.
          it is 16/10/2016 and they have still not completed my kitchen. so no. on contract is 21-3027 dated 04/04/2016 customer name JUG ROSHANI DABAS and the work is still pending from evoke's part
          shameful such reputed company cheats you in this way.
          the company name is evok and they have not delivered on there promises made before sales.

            We paid the full amount for 2 beds, 1 bar and dining table but when they delivered we found the Bar was broken. We asked them to change since we paid money for the new one they saying we will not and only repair this. Why shall be accept the broken bar. Now with the dinning table. The people who came to assemble the table have not done it properly so that legs of the table are already falling apart. they refuse to give service and are very rude. my email is [protected]@gmail.com

              1. I am in the defence forces serving in far north east and have settled my family in Bangalore.I begin by saying that in the competitive market I bought the following furniture( sales order no.1024-821+ from Evoks mega store, kalyan Nagar, bangalore in sep 15, only because of brand Hindware..
              a. 02x two seater monet sofa set
              b. 02x berlin queen size beds
              c. 01 x Eastern six seater dining set

              2. For all the initial complaints no. MJ 21913, there was lukewarm response despite the initial assurance of lifelong service support by the asst store manager mr. manjunath.

              3.Now within six months o[censored]sage ( march 16 my family moved to bangalore from hyderabad ) the sofa foam/ sponge / cushions have cracked and sunk in/ collapsed. All phone calls to your complaint cell ( complaint no.MJ24212)
              have proved futile.

              4. It is requested that the same be repaired / replaced on PRIORITY to help get arepeat order and word of mouth publicity.

              5. Your intervention is solicited in order to find a resolve.

                I had purchased tv unit and modular kitchen with evok store, jp nagar bangalore. My apartment delivery got delayed, i have taken modular kitchen delivery and had kept the tv unit delivery pending (Approved by the store manager). I had made a payment of rs 5000 as advance against the tv unit.
                Since six months i am in touch with the store and customer care towards settling the advance amount paid. The customer care and store are pointing to each other for the resolution, no one is providing a solution. I am open to buy other articles worth rs 5000 if refund is not available. The store is not even responding to this. Please resolve the complaint

                  I want to bring to your notice that i purchased a kitchen in august 2015 which was completed in october 2015. The channels were not working properly and the door of the tall unit does not close regarding which i made a complaint on 10th may 2016. The representative was sent with a different model of channels which i refused to be installed and the door complain still remains. Please into this matter and get the complaint rectified asap.

                    I am a regular customer of evok. I bought a set of crystal glasses (Of solitaire) from evoke shira mall, indrapuram, ghaziabad.

                    After unpacking the box while i filled the glasses with juice at regular temperature, one of them cracked at the bottom, although it has not broken completely-very very disappointed as it was completely unexpected from a brand like evok.
                    The worst part was when today i went to the store and wanted to report about the same, no one was even apologetic about it and hardly paid any attention to it. When i called the manager and tried to explain him about the same he just heard it and and ignored. After sometimes when we made another purchase and was about to leave the store, i called the manager and told him if he has any answer to my complain. He then told me to bring that broken glass and he will look into it.
                    This was utter unprofessional way to deal with a customer. It seems evok is only concerned about sales and the after sales service is simply horrible. Is this the way evok treats its customer?? I am not looking for any refund or exchange but when i reported about the issue, no one even bothered to pay any attention to it. Even if we buy a glass set from a market for rs 100/- it lasts long than yours where i pad rs 1500/- and got such a poor quality product and on top of that horrible after sales service.

                      We had got chest of drawers from evok furniture jayanagar . An termite infested piece was given to us which we asked them to take back immediately. I was told that money cannot be returned back hence asked replacement. Its been 2 months now, havent got replacement piece or money back.The manager and apparently the overall owner of evok furniture in bangalore mr dhananjay has not bothered to tell us reason of why he is not able to provide us with replacement for 2 months now and is not taking our calls either. This is a frustrating experience . We want out money back and dont want to deal with such people ever again.

                        Last year June I had purchased a Coffee Table from Kalyan Nagar Store in Bangalore.

                        While purchasing the table also I had lots of issues with the product as initially Evok delivered a table which was not d selected one. Later we had to struggle a lot for exchanging it and getting what we selected.

                        Now, the main problem is the table that we purchased is chipped from all corners and at the bottom.

                        When I raised a complaint in Kalyan Nagar store they said it's because we have mishandled d product.

                        My question is how can a customer mishandle a product for which we have paid almost 22k ?? N how can we mishandle a coffee table??

                        Unfortunately none of Evok's staff in Bangalore is speaking on this and giving me a proper reply.

                        I just wanted to check with you that shall I consider Evok brand in itself not being responsible for this issue that I m facing ?? Shall I consider Evok cheating me as d product is not even a year old n more over ur team is claiming it to be mishandled??

                          I purchased some furniture and 2 matress from evok ( JMD mall, shop No 21A-32A lower ground floor, JMD regent arcade mall, MG road Gurgaon) on 31-july-2015 with sales order no. 1003SO[protected]. Both the matress were undersize.Even After numerous phone calls and complaints nobody was sent to look into the matter. Then i visited the showroom and my complaint was registered. After the registration of complaint somebody was sent from evok to take size of matress and we were assured that our matress will be replaced. But nothing happened. We again called them many times and they said that our matress is under process and will be delivered in 2 or 3 days. But the matress was not delivered. We again started calling them and after few days a new person was sent who again took the size of the matress and we were assured that the matresses will be replaced within a week. The same phenomenon again happened and we didn't receive our matresses. We again called them and a new person was sent again and this time also same thing happened and we have not received our matresses till now. This time the evok person also opened the packaging of the matresses to check the size. Its been more than 6 months and we are sleeping on matresses covered with plastic covers because evok persons have said that if packaging is opened, the matteresses will not be replaced. It is clear that they want us to open the packaging so that they dont have any responsibility to change the matresses.

                            On 15 October 2015 I Received the delivery of my 3+3+2 Sofa Set from Evok. One 3 seater and one 2 seater were packed not properly packed and in dirty condition. The cushions of these 2 sofas looked used and compressed. This was brought to the notice of the staff member of Evok within 1hr of the delivery. No action has been taken yet

                              Complaint No. MJ15115 - This is raised on August 22nd 2015 ( Almost 1 month back ) related to Head Board pasting / damage issue of the Bed purchased from EVOK. There is no replacement / repair done still and repeated call to Customer care / Executive ( Mr. Bhanu / Mr. Naresh Negi - From the Shipra Mall EVOK showroom ) gives no results. EVOK represents itself as big brand and when it comes to consumer satisfaction it is big time pathetic. EVOK needs to be more professional in their approach and should have resolve this issue within time frame. I am hoping that after purchasing such a costly bed this issue just gets resolve and I am no more going to buy anything from EVOK ( Fraud Co. )

                                I had purchased a wall paper from Evok store, Crown Interiors Faridabad in Aug, 15 along with some furniture. Soon I fpund that the wall paper is not compatible to my requirement. I called up store manager to cancel my order for wall paper. I would like to mention that the wall paper was not received from the store & I the decision was made before hand. I did not ask for any refund. I just asked the store to buy some other article of same amount instead of wall paper. I am following up with Evok customer care & store manager from past 20 days but no favorable response. They say that as per their company policy, wall paper order cannot be cancelled & same is mentioned on the back side of the bill. Let me mention that it was not communicated to me verbally while purchasing the article neither I was asked to see that purchase / return policy before purchasing the article. This is one sided policy of the company & i feel that Evok cannot force such policies on to the customer.

                                  Hi, I had purchased a sofa set for Rs.37, 788 from Evok in April 2014 which I had to cancel subsequently. I had cancelled the sofa set immediately after booking and without taking delivery of the product. On asking for a refund of the amount paid by me, the Company refused to refund the amount and I was told that I can use the credit note to buy any other furniture in future. I had insisted on a refund as I didn't have any requirement of any other furniture but the Company had refused the refund. As I had expected, I haven't been able to use the credit note and the Company is refusing to refund the amount till now even after multiple follow-ups. Writing to their customer care has had no effect. The order number is Sales Order: 1003SO/14-15/000034.

                                      I purchased the dining table in 15th dec 2013, its legs started shaking in dec 2014 ( nearly a year) and screws came out in jan 2015. On contacting the customer care they always say that your complaint is closed even though there is no solution we have got till date ( 15th august 2015) had interaction with ankita, neha, manoranjan, tanuja, mukesh but all of them are for talks. Even system of evok is bad and they dont have any powers to resolve the issue with dealer i suppose. I had purchased king size bed and dining table. I would suggest to go for other brands but never ever evok who on the name of hindware are a big blot
