Our vendor had booked the consignment from Noida(UP) Banglore on 25th June which should be deliver on 2nd but Toady its still pending for delivery. Nobody giving the reason of it. I am sorry but we are facing issue from safex from a Long Time.

    We use to buy all items from evok but we are forced to leave it.I launched a complaint at evok ferozpur road ludhiana but from last 2 weeks no one has attented.Called up a guy(gurpal singh) who is not listening to our complaints. This has happened many times before also.We are very unhappy. poor service

      Hi, I have been finding ways to be heard by EVOK by writing/calling them and complaints seem to fall on deaf ears. This is the first time I bought a ROMAN King size bed from them and I am sure the last time & would make sure in the friends circle I leave a word with them to never go to EVOK but look at big brands like Lifestyle, big bazaar. It has been 20 days I have been complaining and false promises are being made for resolution.. 80K bed was sold to me for 30K on sale and now I know that the quality is so poor that for the first time in my life I have seen that the mattress board and also break by just sleeping. Pathetic. Hopefully, someone would read on this portal and realize that 1 favourable customer can bring them many more and 1 dissatisfied customer would make sure no one goes to them...         We bought an Estalio King size Bed this month. The support beam has cracked within 5 days o[censored]se. Company has agreed to the fault but wants to replace support beam. We are unsure and would rather have money back since we are no longer sure of the Estalio model design and also of EVOK brand. Any people in this forum who can share if there experience in recent time has been good with Evok ? or if they have also faced a issue like ours.           sir we purchased a dressing table from your ludhiana retail outlet on 2/11/14 product id 100980/13-14/0000829 but i am sorry to say that it is a not of a solid quality as the screws of the drawers gets loose so often and we face problem in opening and closing the drawers. on contacting ludhiana showroom, we are told that we need to pay a visiting fee of rs 500 but no damage has been caused to the item by us only because of its low quality that its screws gets loose. we didn't expect such inconvenience with regard to the purchased item as well as the service on your part. you are requested to repair the item free of cost. thanks Rajiv Mittal [protected]

            Hello Team, I have purchased 3+2 Seater Sofa (for Rs. 53592/-) from EVOK Gurgaon on 29 July 2014 with Sales Order No: 1003SO/14-15/000901(Sales Invoice: 2015RI/14-15/01901) . There was a sofa size mismatch and After requesting for a refund and following up for 9 Months, EVOK finally took the packed sofa back and refunded Rs. 47372/- on 1st may 2015 stating that rest Rs. 6200 is a tax loss. I dont understand how could there be a tax loss for EVOk if they have taken the product back and cancelled the transaction. Pleae help me in getting refund for my Rs 6200 from EVOK. Regards, Puneet.               Just after a year of purchasing my 3+2 rexine (black) art leather sofa, the black rexine started peeling off. The Evok people just washed their hands off and said that I have to get the complete fabric changed at exorbitant cost. never heard of peeling off of the material as if it is painted. Shocking and disgusting after you have spent more than 50K and believed the salesman of the product quality. Wonder if this the quality standards they stand for. The customer service in this era of customer is a king is a sham by Evok management. Am planning to escalate to the next level. Bought from EVOK in Shipra Mall, Indirapuram.

                This is regarding the sofa compliant number compliant (MJ7057). I have bought leather Sofa(Montana) from Evok Bangalore Bellandur store 8 months back. Within 6 months two sofas developed serious problems. One sofa leather is splitting (can’t believe this can happen to leather sofa) and second sofa color is peeling. I have never imagined that this could happen to any new sofa within six months. As an anxious customer I have raised a compliant, then started the agony. One service person visited after several follow-ups, he said as the sofa is still under warranty they referred this case to their head office. But after that nothing happened for 2 months. Again after several calls to local service person and customer care, I have got response that they will repair my sofa but I have to pay repair charges. I am shocked to hearing that. After that when ever I call the same answer. Are these people understand what they are doing, absolute callous attitude. Please look into this issue urgently my patients is running out.

                  Hello, I had bought a Astrix 1seater form EVOK showroom Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore in the month of September 2014 and from day 1, I have seen that the left side cushion is missing and I called the customer care and registered the complaint, no one turned up for 2 months.In between these 2 months I have been to the showroom twice. After 2 months the service person came and checked the damaged and took photographs and confirmed the damage and said within a day will pick up the sofa and repair. No one came for the next one month i tried calling customer care and spoke to some manager and they registered with complaint number MJ5587. I called up the showroom and they said that the service person has left the job so the delay. In the month of February I am getting calls from service person that he will come and repair at home. He finally came after 2 months that is this Monday date[protected]. He opened the cover and he found that the wood itself is broken due to which the cushion is falling. Service man said he will pick up the sofa to the service place on the same day but no one has even called me.Its been 8 months registering the complaint and no one takes any action. If EVOK does not have good people for service their products then please stop selling the products with warranty of 1 year. I am just fed up with your service and request some quick action either to take back the sofa or service it within a week. Thank you, From Not Happy Customer

                    Dear Sir/Mam, This is in reference with the furniture purchased from your Evok Store situated in Hazratganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh . The Furniture & Kitchen material was purchased. Retail invoice dated[protected] with number 2006RI[protected] a) Diamond night Stand- A verbal compliant was lodged with Lucknow office on March 25, 2015. An investigator took photos of the stand in which saw dust was coming out heavily but nothing has been done in one month time.Kindly tell that why i have not received any reply from your side in this period of one month about the replacement of the same and also i would like to know that when i'll be receiving the replaced item. b) Diamond king bed and Nakshatra new king bed with store has polish of poorest possible quality. Mattresses of high quality ( spring fit reactive ortho) have become red as the polish is not properly done. It has caused a damage of Rs. 55000 ( cost of mattresses). Store box of beds are of no use due to poor polish. Retail invoice 2nd dated[protected] with number 1011RI[protected] c) Primo GL 4B Cook top CT100031 SS drip trays have become brown due to rust. Screws have come out. Burners are becoming black. All material is loosing shine and loosing original color also. From the above, it appears that quality of your products is not upto the standard inspite of your exorbitant prices. The representative of your company at Lucknow are of no use, they only have one thing to say that mail the complaint. I want to know that are they are just made to sit there and fool the customers about the poor quality products you sell, as they do not take pain for resolving the problems faced by the customers. As such, take immediate action failing which, we will be pressed to initiate alternate legal measures. I hope a proper revert will be provided from your side on priority basis and get the issues faced by me resolved at the earliest.

                        I purchased seven seater magna recliner sofa on 9 March 2015 from your Faridabad Haryana showroom.They assured me to deliver the product on 15 march 2015 maximum at 2 pm, but product was not delivered on time and whole day repeated false promises was made by your showroom staff and warehouse staff.Not only they spoiled my Sunday and I was late in my family function.So kindly take action against your staff who is responsible.Otherwise you return my money and consider order as cancel.                           Hello Evok Team, In the backdrop of my prolonged agony and discontentment with Evok, I am really in need for response on below issue and I hope you will understand the gravity of situation before replying; I am reiterating this whole matter for everyone's better understanding: I have purchased 3+2 Seater Sofa (for Rs. 53592/-) from EVOK Gurgaon on 29 July 2014 with Sales Order No: 1003SO/14-15/000901(Sales Invoice: 2015RI/14-15/01901) Its delivery date was 5 Sep 2014, However It was delivered in mid-October 2014 due to unavailability of product. We immediately reported the Sofa Size mismatch issue to Evok Gurgaon and requested to take it back. After following up with Evok Customer care and making 17 visits to EVOK Gurgaon for 4 continous months, I realized that I have done something terribly wrong in believing in Evok and buying a product from it. When I asked to return the product, Evok customer care simply replied to me that this case is 3 months old and we can’t consider it. Even though, Sofa was delivered 1.5 Months late to me and I reported the issue on 1st day I got Sofa ; But In the end I am getting a response that this case is old. Anyhow, through endless efforts and visiting EVOK store 17 times in 4 months, EVOK has finally understood fractional part of the situation and picked up the Sofa. Although Sofa was reverse picked, Due to delay in processing of credit note by EVOK, I don’t have anything to buy from EVOK store now. I have already communicated to EVOK Gurgaon Manager in December'2014 that If EVOK will not approve my credit note by mid - January 2015, I would have to purchase my furniture from somewhere else. But in opposite to my expectations, Credit note was not approved till January and I had to purchase furniture from somewhere else. If EVOK would have done the credit note processing a bit faster, I could have done an exchange from EVOK store itself. I am trying to figure out a solution and co-operating with EVOK from past 6 months and it’s turning out to be a endless journey and fruitless effort. This is not what a Customer could ever look up to. Now the Situation is : Sofa has been taken back by Evok ; Despite of multiple follow ups, Due to delay in credit note processing I have already purchased required furniture . Now I don’t have any option left for me except to get refund of my money Request you to refund so that I can come out of this vicious circle which is harassing me for past 6 months .

                            Product: New York Dinning Set 1 Table+ 1 Bench and 4 Chairs Delivered: 20 Oct, 2014 (Table and Bench was damaged). Raised request for replacement on: 29 Oct, 2014 (delay because i was told Diwali holiday and staff can not do anything so had to do on 29th Oct). No action till 31 Jan 2015 even after more than 25 calls to Bellandur, Bangalore evok manager, service person, etc. I came to know later after literally forcing manager to show my complaint number that old complaint number assigned to this replacement request was closed without my knowledge or any communication. Though, i used to hear that "next week"- "next week" phrase over the phone before this request closure surprise !!! Without looking at the complaint status on their system, they just fool customer with "next week" phrase. Again complaint number was generated: MJ4843.. On 21 Feb, 2015, Table and Bench are picked up from my place with a promise of getting replacement with-in a week. Its 4 March, 2015 and i get nothing. Service person handling this complaint is not bothered to pick up my phone or give any updates. Not getting any response. Did i do mistake of purchasing something from Evok? Is this how to serve (i doubt even there is such a mindset at all) your customer? So many questions come to my mind at this point of time.

                                EVOK Team I purchased a Roman King Bed on 24th August 2014 from Delhi, Kirti Nagar Showroom. Bill attached. Just after 2 weeks of installation and using the bed at my home, I started facing noise issues in the base of the bed. There was weird noise that started coming as soon as I used to sit on bed. Initially, it looked like it was a installation issue. I reported this issue to the concerned person, Mr Ashwini [Executive who showed me the bed] in Kirti Nagar store and explained him about the issue. There was no action done initially. Upon multiple follow ups, Mr Ashwini logged a complaint on my behalf. The repair staff was sent at my home in the month of Jan'15 [Almost 4 months after my consistent complaints]. He checked the issue and stated that this is a minor issue and will be rectified with screw tightning. The staff did some minor repair on the same day and to my much surprise, the issue was not fixed on the same day. Not only this, he cut down a portion of bed using axe (Pic attached) and mentioned that this is unwanted piece on the bed which was causing the noise issue. Even after cutting the piece, the issue was not fixed. I raised the concern at the same moment again and he asked me to talk to his service manager. I explained the issue to the service manager (Mr. Chitranjan) and he assured me that there will be another visit and the issue will be fixed. 3 days after, more techincal repair staff revisited my house. They looked into the issue and explained that there is a known problem with Roman King Bed and already they have received similar complaints in the past. To fix the issue, they added 3 wood logs on the base of the bed (They mentioned that this will give additional support). This was even more surprising for me as it was just 4 months of purchase of bed and already workarounds were applied to fix the issue. When I spoke to Mr. Chitranjan (Service Manager) again, he assured me that the issue will be now fixed. I clearly mentioned that workaround is not needed and I need a permanent fix. Upon this, he mentioned that if the issue again comes after the workaround, we will take this on priority and provide a replacement. Now, its been just 5 days since the workaround has been applied and the bed has again started giving issues in same areas. Again, I have noise issues. The base of the bed has again gone loose. This is so disappointing for me as I have invested hugely on the beds and I have not got good quality beds. The quality that has been commited to me is so compromising. This is a clear case of cheat from EVOK. I would demand a complete refund to me asap or a replacement of bed (Either brand new Roman King with no issues or a bed of similar value of money of my taste). Old CALL LOG NOUMNER - MJ1964 Even before the completion of one year, the leather material on the sofa was getting peeled off automatically and was forming cracks all over. so logged complaint and it took them 3+ months to get rectified first time with too many follow-ups. The problem repeated again, so logged complaint 20 days back, still no response, in-spite follow-ups, now they stopped answering calls and mails. Even had complained several times at the store and did not get any proper response. As usual only sales minded. This is very much disappointing that such a costly product from Evok will be such a poor condition as soon as within one year? Is this something you do planned? We need justice to the hard earned money we have given you to purchase this Sofa set. Even after continued visits to Evok store and phone calls to store manager, sales, customer support, we have not got any response to rectify this. We need a solution to this problem by getting the Sofa set replaced. Please understand that, we feel very bad to have this sofa set in such an ugly state right in front hall. We request you to understand your consumer/customer and do the necessary arrangements and find solution. Even after continued visits to Evok store and phone calls to store manager, sales, customer support, we have not got any response to rectify this. We need a solution to this problem by getting the Sofa set replaced. Please understand that, we feel very bad to have this sofa set in such an ugly state right in front hall. We request you to understand your consumer/customer and do the necessary arrangements and find solution.                                       Sir even after repeated complaints for my kitchen in past 6 month the problem remains same. Your people visited the site thrice, every time a new team, they note down the problem but things did not move forward. Since we have been a loyal customer of your store (bought a kitchen, wardrobe and Jacuzzi worth 10 lakhs )more disgusting. The only reason of choosing your store over others was repeated promise made by you marketing team regarding excellent after sales services.

                                        Hi Sir, This is to inform you that I bought some sofa from your Evok store throught bajaj finance on[protected] under Sales order number: 1008SO/14-15/000444 That EvoK was unable to deliver the quality product even after 2 delivery attempts. That they canceled my order by signing and stamping on the Invoice, and it has been 3 months they have not refunded my money to Bajaj Finance or to me. Also, Bajaj finance had deducted 2 EMIs from my bank account and for a product which I have not purchased. Further to inform you that I have called many time to your Evok store Manager Mr. Dambaroo and he has been giving false statements to me that he has refunded our money to Baja Finance, which is a fraudulent and false statement as informed by Bajaj Finance. Please suggest me when this is going to stop and you are going to refund my money or I have to take necessary action against Hindware in consumer court or as applicable by law. Please be noted that, I do not want any Credit notes, I simply want my complete money back in my account or to be refunded to bajaj finance, since I have no faith in Hindware and I do not want to purchase anything from Hindware in Future. Further to inform you that some of Senior of your Evok store, Zirakpur, has called me and they have told me that their sign and stamp on the invoice for canceling the or order has no significance. This is a serious offense. Mr. Dambaroo has been giving us fraudulent statements from last 3 months and now any again a act of fraud by refusing their cancelled order. Further to inform you that I have the complete evidences and photographs of the defected furniture whatever they have delivered in their 2 delivery attempts.
