    My battery exide inva maste-1000 150 ah type femo-imtt1500 serial no. A1j8f7⁵7465. 1j82 dated 10 november 2018 is not working as his named performance. After fully charged it discharge in one hour with working one ceiling fan. I like to check it's capacity and performance towards company's authorized representative. At the time of purchase my mobile number was [protected] is not available and new number is available [protected] now.
    Please find and check the battery soon for better performance.

      I was facing issues with Exide gelmagic 1500 battery and I was reporting it since Feb 2020. I was not provided any satisfactory resolution.
      then service provider of excise called me and asked me to bring the battery to the dealer and they will provide immediate replacement.
      on reaching dealer place on 28th Jun, he provided another model (lower model) IM 10000 against replacement of my gel magic battery quoting that company has stopped manufacturing gel batteries due to technical issues in these batteries.
      I accepted it since I was already fed up with the services of the company, then on installation I found that it also has issues. further, this was with mfg of Jul 2019 which was also a surprise since I got this battery as new on 28th Jun 2020.
      Any ways, I then checked it on company website and found that this is used battery and it was already sold on 4th Aug 19 and warranty registered on 20th Aug 19, I then approached to both service provider and dealer, both told lot of lies, as per dealer, he doesnt know about it and as per service provider it has never been sold (even I provided him proof and how come Jul 19 manufactured battery still i.e. after 1 year, lying at dealer shop.
      there has been no support, no hearing despite I've reported it as fraud but no attention is paid to it so far. that clearly shows company staff and dealers are doing such acts in consonance to each other.
      now my point is that I should be provided a new battery (gel battery) of same model or equivalent model.
      suitable action to be taken against the service provider and dealer.

      such a harrassment is never expected from a company like exide.

      I have given service provider and dealer name in my complaint given at exide care email id. I'm not mentioning their names here and has left it upto company to take suitable action against them.

          Complaint number skar1267121 is registered on 19th june 2020, but still there is no response or any resolution provided by the exide technicians. Customer care is responding to our complaints & giving lame excuses & not co-operating with customer because till date no exide technician has come to our door step to resolve and rectify the inverter fault, which has been purchased just one month back.

            Battery not working at all. I am in trouble. Cannot drive my car.
            Called to authorised dealer ambuja battery, old sangvi, pune 411027
            Unable to help as no stock and asked to complain against company.
            I called nilesh dudhane pune office. No response.
            I called mumbai office. No response.
            I called customer care. Number does not exist.
            This is the last way to inform you.
            What shall i do now?
            Would you solve my problem?
            Shall i go to consumer court?
            Worst experience of the company.

              Hi,

              My name is anjan chatterjee. I have bought a honda x-blade in october 2018 under my wife's name i. E. Yashika vijay from premsons honda, ranchi. The battery got dead during the lockdown. The battery covers 18 months of guarantee which ended in april 2020. However, due to complete lockdown i couldn't claim the guarantee since, the service center was closed. Now, the service center has resumed work so, i have claimed the guarantee and the claim ref id is ran14290428 srno m7i8o595471. I have got a message from exide on 20th of june 2020 which states the guarantee has been void. I would request exide to please consider the guarantee since, the guarantee got void during complete lockdown and that's why i could not claim it on time.

                Dear sir/madam,

                I have purchased a battery for my santro car in the year 2018. The battery serial number is a3f8 567639 3f83. Due to pandemic the car was not used for sometime. So the battery got discharged. I gave the battery for charging to the nearby exide battery shop. After checking the battery i was informed that the battery has failed.
                I asked them to check the warranty but they said this battery was not registered in your system. I am from chennai and now in my hometown kumbakonam, due to pandemic.
                At present i don't have the bill or warranty card with me.
                Due to this i was told to buy a new battery. It is a 48 month warranty battery. I don't know why this is not registered and not shown in your system.

                Please do the needful at the earliest to resolve the issue.

                  I get a bad behaviour from the staff of exide shop in kazhakuttom. Their behaviour was bad to every customer. They misbehave me when i was asking some details of battery. Actually i want 7w battery but they try to buy me 4w battery and i rejected the offer. Later thay misbehave me roughly and told me never ever you can get this battery from any exide shop and he has the right to block any customer services for me

                          I bought an it500 battery from bannerjee battery (Code no. 57115), authorised exide dealer dankuni, hooghly on 27th may 2020. Whose serial number a1e0e131627. After installing it, the technician sees that it is shutting down after 3 hours of charging, which means it is no longer charging. Then i change the inverter too but the same problem is happening. That means it is taking charge like that 3 hours but then it is not giving backup. Please change my faulty battery in immediate basis.
                          The distributor no longer wants to give me any support. Now i feel very helpless. The distributor does not even want to pay me gst bill, saying this bill and warranty card will be this. Please request me to replace this dispute battery with good battery now.
                          The dealer is going to tell me not only to give me today but also to give me tomorrow, in this situation i am afraid of covid 19 then i am not getting any support from exide even after making full payment.
                          Last day, on the 2nd of june, he promised to change my bad battery by today. But he didn't keep his word and he is not receiving my phone now. I have reserved all the records of my conversation with him.

                          Yesterday Mr. Ashim have arranged to changed the IT 500 dispute battery with a new battery. I have benefited greatly from this. specially thanks to Mr. Ashim. However, I have not received any paper or warranty card of my new battery, but I have been told to go later. I'll let you know when they come to me. Thanks and regards

                                I have purchased jawa classic bike in 19.3.2020 frm its authorised dealer k. K. Motors bandra west mumbai. Frm the next day bikes battery started giving problem frm that day onwards buke is not self strating. And frm last almost one and half months my new bike is in stand stll condition. I ve contacted the dealer kk. Motors but are unable to attend the complaints. Si i request yu to ol issue me new batter urgently.

                                  I am, P. Asis Rao, living in Hyderabad city, Telangana State. I have registered a complaint vide No. STG1128436 on 18th March 2020 by calling customer care. It is very ashamed to inform that no technician has been visited so far, even after lapse of 50 days from the date of complaint registered. Further, it is pertinent to mention that I am working as Deputy Executive Engineer in the field of Electricity sector which is an emergency service. But, I am unable to attend office duties in this lock down period as my car battery got discharged completely. You are well aware that there is no public transport throughout country. Moreover, I have received SMS on 3rd April 2020 to my mobile, wherein it was mentioned that “We hope your complaint has been resolved”. In this regard, I am informing you that nobody has been attended my complaint so far. I was shocked when I saw aforesaid SMS and have no trustworthy on Exide care. Please arrange to send technician immediately without any further delay. If not, there is no other option except to approach Consumer Forum (Ombudsman) as I have purchased the present Exide battery on 8th December 2018 and it is under guarantee period.

                                    On 4th may 2020, my car battery was completely dead. Then i registered my battery in exide care. Yesterday i saw some liquid below my car. Then i opened my car bonnet and i saw battery was cracked.
                                    Battery is under warranty period. I need replacement as early as possible or for temporary period some solutions. Due to lockdown, i don’t have any alternative transport. Please resolve my case as early as possible. Thank you

                                      Please change my battery as soon as possiable otherwise i will sue you.

                                        तारीख 11 8 2019 को खरीदी हुई बैटरी जो कि 8 से 9 महीने ही हुए हैं बैटरी डिस्चार्ज हो गई है उसे दो बार चार्ज करने पर भी दोनों बार भी डिस्चार्ज हो गई है. प्लीज मेरे बैटरी का प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व करवा दीजिए.
