Dear sir
I have visited your so called very prestigious and esteemed service centre located at 165 ispat nagar, panki kanpur 208022 regarding battery issue on 22.6.2019 and they have issues a certificate that battery is okay but the issue persists and i was really fed up that every time when i have to start the car i have to push the car so i have again visited the service centre on 23.08.2019 and asked them to check the battery again and this time they said to replace the battery and for that i have to meet mr. Shivam shukla (Most arrogant and abusive person) who was handling all this issues, he asked me to provide the hardcopy of last report and i replied that i have lost the hard copy but i have a softcopy of that report and requested him to take a print out of the same he abusively refuse to do so, i again requested him that no any cafe is nearby so please do this favour to me, he responded so rudely and also misbehave with me and my cousin. If your company is providing this kind of customer service than i am very much sure that you are really going to loose your customer base and trust.

So please resolve these 2 issues
1. Misbehaving and using abusive words to me and my cousin
2. False report provided to me on 22.06.2019 having crn tr/ex/knp/[protected]Copy of the same is enclosed).

    Myself sandeep jhalani is very upset and sad by declaring that since 25 years i am using your company battery ie: exide products.for my various cars of company and inverters and solar systems.

    But since few years i am troubled and harrassed by your company dealers and executives.sir just to put in your kind knowledge that i bought a exide battery for my swift Vdi diesel car in feb 2017 from vijay kaxmi batteries jhotwara jaipur.while buying i had been told that within 4 years if anything happens they will change it free.now today came to know battery is damaged itself.i registered complain your executive gave a report thT battery is damaged.within 2.5 years.sir this happened second time.now your dealer says he will change on prorata basis and will charge 4000 more.sir within 4 yrs i change d 2 batteries.we are loyal customer of exide because of its brand and name.but this kj d of quality not acceptable from a company like you.

    Sir i recently gone through kidney transplant. My father passed away recently and my mefical is also denied.my wife take cares of these things as i am hospitalised.sir how can i buy battery every 2 year this a ki d of fraud while buying dealer says something and while changing they say something.and your executive who visits force us to msg satisfy through sms.why should i when i am not satisfied. Also your telephonic executive arnav benerjee misbehaves with us.this is kindbof service and customer satisfaction you provide to loy customer since 25 yeras.pathetic sir.

    Sir being a kidney transplant patient and troubled exide customer i demand free replacement of my car battery. Else this will force me and my other associates to change from exide to AMARON.

        Sir,
        I purchased a car battery no. Mred-35 r a 4 f 7 e[protected]f31 on dated[protected] from your dealer maa gayatri battery service, aliganj, lucknow through my mechanic mustkeem service centre. It was not working properly, so i submitted to this very dealer on 18-6-18 and got it back after few days with assurance that now it will work properly.
        It malfunctioned again and was submitted to your dealer on 14-8-19. I contacted this dealer of yours on 16-8-19 on his mobile no. [protected] and was shocked to receive rude and arrogant reply that he will talk only to mr. Mustkeem and i can do whatever i wish, even make complaints to the company, such reply and behavior is not expected from a world reknowned company representative.
        I demand for a strong action against this dealer and request you to change/ replace my car battery.

          I bought exide battery in january, 2019.. It got swollen and spoilt in july, 2019.. When i asked for a replacement of the same, the company refused and accused us o[censored]sing kerosene in the battery instead of distilled water..

          We told the company that we have bought such an expensive battery for rs 12000 (Roughly), there is no point o[censored]s using kerosene and even kerosene is costlier than distilled water.. I even have the legal bill for the battery purchased

          Still the company adamantly maintained that kerosene has been used.. From the above message you can very well gage that their is no point in using kerosene in the battery..

            I called on customer care no[protected] regarding issue of my car battery sr no a4j7b053975 which i purchased from ss battery co. On 12/12/2017 which is under warranty period (48 months warranty). My call got registered and i was informed that executive will call me. I got call from bat mobile service executive for verification of address. His mobile no is [protected]. After confirming my address he came to my place and checked the battery. After checking, he told me that he need to carry battery with him fro further investigation so that he can prepare his report. While i asked him for service battery, he told me that we generally don't provide service battery and right now he is not carrying with him. He told me that he will provide service battery by evening and also confirm the status of my original battery. I did not receive any call from him. I did messages to him but did not get any response. His no is continuously out of coverage area. He tried to connect thru[protected] but i got response that all executives are busy or not reachable, please try to connect after sometime. Contact nos mentioned over the receipt provided by the executive are also not reachable.

                Exide inverter battery stop working on 15 /july /2019 then i have to apply for replacement (battery is in warranty period )one exide person came to home check the battery condition and then found unfit and made replacement document or battery fitness report and after that i submitted battery along with all original bill and replacement letter to DEALER Surya enterprises Krishna complex Bhopal contact no. [protected], submission on 15/July/2019 (same day)they told me compete process will take 7 to 10 days for getting new battery, now after 7 days i made call to exide as well as dealer i don't getting any info regarding battery even they don't tell me status of process yet
                and no one will gave any report
                additional information :- i purchased battery from same dealer it self Surya enterprises Bhopal.

                  I had purchased a battery about 8 months back. Suddenly yesterday vehicle did not start. Immediately i contacted your help line number and one person came after 30 minutes. He came with a spare battery and started my car. He told that the battery is defective and needs to be changed. I am near kalinga stadium bhubaneswar. Please send the concerned people to change the battery.

                      We have registered a complaint with your office with complaint number njnck[protected] and your service engineer visted after 10 days and after a proper check he said that the inverter needs some spare part to get this fixed but unfortunately that part was unavailable and we were asked to wait for few days to get that spare part.
                      Now i called today to mr javaid on his phone number [protected] as this number was given to is by your service engineer and had told me to call this number.
                      Now today when i called this person, he was very rude and was not listening anything.
                      If this is the way that your employees talk to the customers then i am sorry to say that we really dont need your products in future.

                        If within 24 hours your enineer will not visit and resolve the issue then we will meet in consumer court.

                            This has reference to my above complaint number which was registered on 15th july`19, i have still not got any response & cannot use my car since the battery is dead.
                            When i purchased the battery in feb`18 i got it installed on a sunday within 3 hours of calling car battery expert, that is a great sales service, but what about the after sales, the customer has to wait for 48 hours and the inconvenience of not being able to use the car, i am sure there is a lot lacking in your after sales, kindly do the needful at the earliest

                              I have procured exide mileage range battery on 04.06.17 against bill no. 2803 from pioneer batteries, zadeshwar chowkdi, bharuch.

                              Battery started giving problem in feb'19. Same was shown to dealer he recharged the same & handed-over battery to us. Again after one month battery failed, on calling dealer he took his own time of ~4 days for checking the battery & serviced the same. Again within a month battery failed. On asking him to provide free replacement (As battery is under warranty), he send the same to company for checking against crn no. Tr/ex/sur/11075008 dated 20.04.19, after ~15 days (I. E. May first week) he returned battery stating battery is ok & shown report paper. Now, again on 12th june'19 battery failed. On reporting the same to dealer, he mis-behaved and taken battery in june'19 last week. Now, he send the same to company and told battery is having issue and you need to pay 50% amount for exchanging the battery.

                              However, battery is having the issue since feb'19, dealer & exide company service center person extended the case till completion of warranty and now demanding replacement amount.

                                I have purchased exide invatubler battery from gaurav battery (Regd.), wz-93, mau within 2.4 year the battery stopped working. I went to gaurav battery but they said call to exide customer care because your battery is under warranty. From last 5 days i have been continously calling to your service centre but there is no1 who hear our complaint. It will be good if i get the reply asap. I am really not happy with your service, if i will not get any response from your side then i will go to. Consumer court.
                                I request you to please send your expert engineer to check up my battery as soon as possible.

                                  Hello.

                                  Sorry to inform you that i purchased car battery from nimbahera dealer on 24/3/2018 but your battery completely become function less on 23/6/2019, just after 1 year. At that time my son was on highway he stopped the car for some refreshment and after completing it when he started the car but there was no response shown by battery, when he arranged mechanic than mechanic suggested that your battery is non functional. Than he had started car by pushing it.

                                  Sir, when i registered complaint on toll free number your executive assured me that my battery will be replaced by company within 24 to 48 hrs, sorry sir i am still waiting for any response from your side.

                                  So kindly look into the matter and arrange new battery against dead battery as soon as possible as i am phasing problem due to this.

                                    Last week dated 17th-June-2019, My father and my Mom were sitting in the lobby area and was watching TV and all of a sudden, we heard a loud explosion noise, When they saw, what happened, it was shocking, from battery all over fumes and acidic substances spread, and for a moment they were unable to see anything and toxic smells are spread all over the place, the sound was so loud that our neighbors thought that LPG cylinder get exploded.
                                    My father & Mother was in a panic state and they immediately evacuated from the home, later after few of the colleagues of my father came for support and they immediately remove the connection.

                                    My Mother who is 63 years old felt dizziness and nausea and was immediately been given first aid, the incident was soo horrific that we never even seen this in life, I was bit conscious and I immediately rush from Gurgaon to Agra just to get things sorted out.

                                    My father who is 68 year old, immediately called Local Exide dealer (dated 17th June-2019 in the morning) and after consecutive rings dealers picked up and we have informed about the issue happened to us and he told that “I have informed an engineer he will visit soon”, and after multiple follow-ups, engineer visited in the evening and he just took few of the photographs and he gave toll-free number to get the complaint raised and went off. My father raised a complaint(Complaint no. NUP0247081) and next day an engineer visited Mr. Manish who inspected the battery and told, “we can’t do much as battery is out of warranty”

                                    My father was really shocked with the statement given by Mr. Manish, how can they relate a battery explosion with the out of warranty batteries, so, this means if battery which is healthy and giving a backup of 12 hours approx. but is out of warranty then we must have to throw it away from house, because it will sometime get explode and this means we are keeping a bomb in our house .


                                    SO WHY DON’T EXIDE ISSUE A PUBLIC NOTICE STATING ABOUT BATTERY STATUS, IF ITS OUT OF WARRANTY, DO NOT USE IT FURTHER .

                                    Most importantly, The battery which is exploded is re-issued to us by Exide on dated[protected] bill attached above .we have never imagined to be happened like this, as we normally purchased branded products to ensure safety and reliability.

                                    Now me and my family is in mental trauma as I have 1.5 year son and explosion was a life threatening, next step would be, I will be proceeding with filling a case against Exide, as never know what should happen with second battery as well, also I would like to speak to someone from the higher management of Exide, so I can start further proceedings you can contact me on +91-[protected].

                                    I have also escalated this matter with ministry of Railways Mr. Harish kumar Dhawan would be handling the case from Railway, to ensure safety of batteries, we will get the update soon from the department.

                                    Further to this I would like to get my battery inspected thoroughly and submit the inspection report and get those replaced hand to hand.

                                      My battery got discharged in just 5 months. And the shop named ashoka battery i purchased it from there and they are not even assisting me for it. What should i do then not even they customer care of exide is picking up the phone. I am in a emergency such a bad service.                                         I purchased exide mileage battery s/no a3e8g519956 from exide dealer automobile (Addr: 113, raja s. C. Mullick road, kolkata - 700032) on 1st july 2018. The battery is faulty and is not taking any charge. When i called up the dealer abhishek, he said that he will send someone to fetch the battery. I gave him my address and told him to send someone since this is an emergency. The guy who was supposed to come for collecting the battery calls up an hour later that he will come but will charge rs300 and there will be a separate charge for replacing the battery. According to the dealer, there is a separate processing fee of rs400 for replacing a faulty battery which is already under warranty. Not even a year has passed by. Can you please explain why am i being charged when my battery is still under warranty period?
