I have purchased my scooty excide batter on 18/3/2019 from roy auto centre salt lake, kolkata, and its under warenty period, my battery is having some problem and the shopkeeper has my battery from past 4 days and is telling will take more about 5-6 days, and inspite of requesting not giving me a loan battery which i should get.
Yesterday i called in excide service centre about 5-10 times, hald the time there do not receive the call and when receive telling i am conveying to ur dealer to give a loan batter but no proper communication or result.
I had brought the battery in 1400/- and in these few days i think have wil spend more than this amount in my convence…. Please help me

    I purchased car Battery model Mileage Red, 55D23L, serial No: A4B7A006975 4B72 on 26/6/2017.
    Battery is under warranty 18+18.
    I complaint for battery on 24/10/19, registered & promise to attended in 48 hours. No response only 3 SMS on 1/9/19 at 10:49 AM.
    1st MESSAGE: "Hi RAJEEV GUPTA, Thank you for contacting Exide Care. We hope your complaint has been resolved. Pls provide us feedback via. SMS which you will receive shortly".
    2nd MESSAGE: "If satisfied with the service provided for your recent complaint, give a missed call on [protected], if not, then give a missed call on [protected]"
    3rd MESSAGE: after my missed call "While we are sorry to hear that you had poor experience, RAJEEV GUPTA, we thank you for providing feedback which will help us to improve our service"
    Again I complaint on - 30.10.19. & 1.11.19. Again it felt on deaf years.
    Till date no action has been taken from EXIDE..
    I am shocked to such a response from a Exide.
    I am spending 1000 to 2000 every day on my taxi expenses.

      I m kapil and i have a car honda amaze that i purchased in feb 2019. On 28th oct 2019 my car was not started, so i complained in honda, they checked and told me that battery is discharged, so they jumpstart with another battery and car started. Next day i went to honda workshop they checked the car, there is no power leakage in it. There is some problem in exide battery, so i raised a complaint in exide on 30th oct 2019 complaint no. Is ndel 0661652. Exide technician came and checked the battery and battery was discharged again with in 2 days. I told him to replace it but he refused to do that. So i request exide plz replace this faulty battery. I attached report of battery with this and warranty details also.

      I from soni sales dealer code 75795 has been alotted new GST no. w.e.f.10/9/2019.I approached to ASM Raipur for this change so that I can start my billing with new GST no. 3 months have passed but no action has been taken. Due to this I am unable to bill my order.pl.help to update my new GST no. So that i can start billing.

        Respected Sir,
        I am Chinmay from Jaipur(Rajasthan). I purchased a Battery for my Hyundai Santro Xing (Vehicle no. RJ14CJ5767 on 24/03/2018 from Shree Batteries (Battery no. A3I7G1382 3L72).The battery did not performed well and on 19/10/2019 at around 8:30PM I got stuck in a situation where my car won't start, The electronics were not working hence I got to know that it was a battery discharge. I called the nearest Exide Battery dealer which was Choudhary Battery House(Rajat Path; Main branch Bhankrota Choraha) the shop was hardly a kilometre away from where I was stuck. The Battery was under warranty(as it had 2 years guarantee period). The person came with a new battery and replaced my old one the new battery of the same model(Battery no. A1I9A109945 1I92) and told me to pay the whole amount(which was Rs. 3200) and said once the old battery gets a replacement he'll refund me the amount. On 21/10/2019 I got a call from Exide Company's Jaipur Office, it was a confirmation call. So, I got to know that my battery has been replaced and I called Choudhary Battery House for my refund. He said he'll refund me the amount but, he would charge Rs. 1000 from that refunded amount. I asked the reason why? He didn't respond and ignore my calls till another day. I went to the dealer next two days atleast twice a day. Today(i.e. 23/10/2019) I finally met him and ask for my money back to which he said "Take Rs. 2200 and go home!" I refused. The matter got really serious when he started to insult me in front of other customer he said "Yeh charge to lagta hi hai.. ab hazaar-do hazaar rupay ki cheez ke liye kya jhagadna, woh toh hum apko refund de rahe hai warna aur log toh wo bhi nhi dete.." "Apko yeh paise rakhne hai toh rakho warna humaara time waste mat karo" I was really upset by his behaviour, I asked him many time to provide me with my refund, he then warns me "Tu yahan se nikal warna tu bachega nhi.." "Jo karna hai karle tujhe tere paise nhi milne" were his words he was angry at me for no reason.
        All I'm asking is my refund which actually I wasn't supposed to pay him. But, I did because I had no other option, the situations had me to pay him as I was stuck away from my home and it was gonna be night soon.

        I request a refund of Rs. 3200 which I paid to Choudhary Battery House (Authorised Dealer for Exide Batteries)
        Attached pics are of:
        1. Bill of the old battery with guarantee card.
        2. Bill of the new battery with guarantee card.
        3. PayTM payment receipt with order ID, Transaction ID, Date and Time.

        If you buy a battery from one dealer and claim it from another so the other dealer would charge you for the services that he is giving... how much he should charge is a question ideally Rs. 500-600 should be the charges and Ideally the one from whom you bought the battery should be giving the services. company does not pay anything to the dealer for the warranty services...checking and forwarding the material with the paper work etc. that's why while buying I would recommend to buy from a reliable dealer not looking for cheap price. people tend to over look the service part assuming they would get equal amount of service from each dealer. or company would give the warranty where as all the warranties are routed through dealers only.

          From more than 2 months my father is complaining for the same subject but dealer, customer assistance everyone is ignoring this which causes much inconvenience. You people are harrased him mentally a lot still there is very unsatisfactory response which resultant no change in current situations. More than almost 50 complaint there is no one to listen and they are clearly passing the warranty time. So now i am not only going to take battery but you people have to penalties for mental harrasment too. Will see in the court for sure.

            I am aniket chakraborty. I submitted my warranted etz4 battery on 26/09/2019 to hero motocorp bike dealer. Till now there is no response from exide industries. I am riding my bike with out battery and horn and lights are not working which is very much life threatening. Everyday i deal with busy raod without battery during bike riding. This is a very frustrating matter from exide company side.

              I have purchased one exide bikers battery model number exide fbi0-12bi14l-a2 on 07 apr 2018 from madhur auto electricals, gundalpet karnataka and serial number of the said battery is m2b8q4537132b84. The above mentioned product is under complete replacement warranty. This product stoped working on 25 sep 2019 and i immediately contacted customer care officer and informed him. As per his advice i approached a local exide showroom for replacement buy they refused service citing unavailabilty of the model. The on 01 oct 2019 i have registered a complaint at exide customer care service and the complaint number is 0582791 dt 01 oct oct 2019. Inspite repeated request the company refused any service. Pls take necessary action

                Dear sir/ madam,

                This is in continuation to my complaint on your customer care number for the battery purchased by me and is under warranty. As advised by service centre of my car and as experienced by me, i have been facing problem in my battery. Based on my complaint, service engineer visited my place on sep. 09, 2019 vide c. I. S. No. 64316 dated 09/09/2019 service vehicle number 4657 for battery manufacturing code a3k7a battery serial number 025659 battery type mreddin60.

                During the inspection, it was told to me that service battery would be provided later as it is not available with the service engineer since said battery is to be taken for re-testing but i am surprised to note that even after lapse of more than 17 days nobody approached me to get the needful done. I have been calling the customer care number but everytime after explaining whole story to multiple telephone operators, since line gets disconnected and matter is unresolved.

                Appreciate if you look into my complaint and get the needful done.

                  We logged a service request on 1st oct for battery problem of my maruti suzuki - vdi.
                  There was no response / call back from exide technical team on attaining the service request after repeated follow up with call center though commitment was response within 48 hours.
                  On 4th evening, i was surprised to receive an sms that the service request has been resolved.
                  This is something which is not expected from a brand like exide. If exide does not have the capability / resource to extend support for post sales services, exide should accept and give us the correct information.
                  I really do not know, how to get support for the car battery since my car is non functional without the same and in a festive season.

                    I purchased exide battery for my bullet thunderbird-350 of battery serial no-m6a9u639029 from malik battery store, sukhpura chowk, rohtak, haryana on[protected] but since i purchased this battery i never able to use it because it got drain within 2 days and bullet is not able to start. I already checked my bullet its ok there is no problem in bike as i never faced any problem earlier and when i used other battery of maaron in bullet service center then it was working fine but this exide battery was draining as time passes. I lodge complaint in service center and they said my battery is ok. So please solve my problem and replace my battery.

                        I have given my exide battery (Battery sr no. 029183, mfg code a3f8a, d. O. S. 30.01.2019, battery type cabby din 65lh) for replacement on 05.07.2019.. But unfortunately till now i have not received my replaced battery... Almost 3 months passed away...

                        I have communicate to exide customer care people several times regarding replacement of my battery, but they are least bother.

                        If my problem not solved within 48 hrs then i will escalate to consumer forum.

                          There was some issue with my battery so i took it to the dealer with the warranty card on checking the battery he denied any problem with the battery i left my warranty card there. I took my battery the next day to him as the fault was with battery only he denied replacing it without the warranty card saying it was not with him. The dealer agrees on having seeing the warranty card the day before but still won't replace the battery.

                                I bought a battery for my car on[protected] from krishna motors and electronics, mukerian, dist hoshiarpur, punjab. The battery was registered for paperless warranty, which i forgot during the course of time. I also lost the paper warranty card.
                                On[protected], i visited the dealer for warranty claim as battery was not working. Dealer told me that warranty claim can't be honored as the battery was not registered for paperless warranty and also the paper warranty card was missing. He himself pretended to check the on line warranty. So i had to purchase new battery which was registered same day for paperless warranty. He charged 4800 after deducting old battery for 1500. (He had told that new battery price as 6300).

                                Today i myself checked the warranty claim of the previous battery, and found that it was duly registered for paperless warranty for 24+24 months. That means i was to get battery in exchange for defective one at no extra cost.
                                Your dealer has made me a fool and cheated me of rupee 4800.

                                  Replace my battery which your technicians have taken away... There is no intimation from your side regarding the reason for delay. It is more than a month now.
                                  It was in warranty period and i was supposed to get a new battery.

                                  I have followed up with three phone complaints at your helpline number, with no result.

                                  I want the new battery within 24 hours or you will hear from my lawyer.
