2 properties brought in 2013and 2015, no one answers the phone or email . Only empty promises that registration has begun . More than 35 lacs is stuck with bearly little to non communication a generic emal since FEb 2021.

I have sent various reminders email but no one gets in touch and gives any update . I want a refund at the soonest .I do not want to deal with Expat any more .

Family and friends all together bought 11 plots of half acre each in 2014 from Expat. We all paid entire amount and registration was due in 2019. Inspite of several calls and exchange o[censored]nlimited messages, neither refund is initiated nor registeration is done on our names.

Spoke with RM Simran Rajendra Virdhi also who promised to get back in a week with resolution. Received her last mail in March this year. Post that she...

I have invested in Expat Vida Taloja (Mumbai) since last 7 years and already paid 13 Lakhs and its been 7 years there unit is not allocated. I have been asking Expat team since 4years now to refund my money but, they refrain to do so.. I had tried to contact their Dubai office which is shut, i have been to Mumbai multiple times but, cannot reach out to them, now their Mumbai office is not reachable.. Please assist to guide as they have ran away with my hard earned money.

I had bought 2 plots at nidhi from Expat properties worth 8 lakhs and was told that the registration will be done in 2017 but haven't heard anything yet. The same thing has been done to so many other customers. It's too late now, need to take a action. I have all the details n documents

Hi I invested with expat properties about 24 lakhs through their Dubai office about 6.5 yrs ago and suddenly one day they vanished from Dubai and since then we stopped payments and started following up with their Mumbai and Bangalore offices to get our money back with interest as promised in contract or deliver plots but new people keep joining and old ones keep going away and it's a game they r playing with nearly 500 to 600 people after taking their money..we need our money back and dont know how to get necessary help. Iam going to write to prime minister's office too iam that desperate and I feel some media house shd uncover this scam story and I have atleast 500 people who will endorse it. Can some body help as we are facing extreme difficulties?

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have booked an agricultural plot in Expat Hiranya project at Parinche village in Maharashtra and agreement of sales was done on 15 Sept 2017. I have not received any update since the agreement to sales was done in spite of repeated reminders.

I am also not getting any status update on this project and the registration date on which the units will be handed over to me.

As it was a group booking along with my colleagues and they also have not received any update from your side.

I am also one of VIDA investor and not getting any response from company. Company Mumbai office as well as Banglore office phone number is going unattended. Their toll free number is not working any mode.

RM and customer service email thread is not working.

I have booked land in Tala Valley project and was supposed be getting possession in 2018 but nothing is given yet and I am trying to call their Mumbai office but the phone number is not working. I have emailed them several times but no answer.

I am still waiting for the registration for my Wings 2 Acre Plot, Wadawali Mangaon Land. It has been more than 2 years and no response.

I was assured by Expat Properties Mumbai that the Documentation of my 2 Plots of 50 Cents each would be completed in the month of May 2021.
Expat Properties Mumbai have not responded to telephone nor email that I have repeatedly made with out any results.
This is utter Decietful and Deceptive on the EXPAT PROPERTIES MUMBAI towards its investors.

Full payment of Properties in Expat Springfield 2 (1 Plot of 25 cents) and Expat Harmony 2 (2 plots 50 Cents *2 ) have been done but no response from Expat Properties Mumbai regarding the pending DOCUMENTATIONS.
This month of May 2021 I was not able to contact nor receive a response to my emails.
Not a single person responsible is available to even speak or reply to an email.

I have purchased 2 plots at Anahita-Bamangaon in Maharashtra and 2 plots in Whispering Waters near Goa . All the payments have been completed about 3-1/2 to 4 years ago and there is no communication from Expat. They refuse to answer calls or emails. They have never even taken calls or written back. There is nobody who helps at all. A total fraud.

I am still to get update on the status update on the Project. Its been quite long time their no update from the team.

I have been paying the installment on the regular intervals to Expat and its been 2 years ( Nov’2018) now I had paid my all installments but very sad to know that I had to wait till 2 years & its being continuing
on the investment made and there is no return commitment .

In agreement it was mentioned due to failure in commitment we will be compensated for the same.

Please understand I have borrowed loan and paid to the site but there is No commitment nor any update on the project handover, as a Customer why are we being treated like this
and how long are we keep waiting for the same.

I hope will get fair response on the same at the earliest possible.

Had purchased split in Sindhudurg sasoli half acre on Monthly EMI, But have not rec'd the plot only promises given that we will be handing over the plot, Paid 75 percent of the money till 2016 September, But now no way to contact the Company Lots of Dreams vanished in thin air for which the company is solely responsible as they promise a lot and deliver nothing playing with the Emotions of the buyer's when launching the project, I think people with such sort of dubious intentions where by they play with common people should be hanged for Thier wrong doing, Now just wondering wether my money or plot what will I receive???

I have been following up on the two projects, but no satisfactory response has been received. There is absolutely no accountability from Expat team. During booking of the properties, there were so many follow ups, but now after the promised possession date is missed by 2 years, no one is responding. Even the telephone numbers mentioned in the Expat site have stopped working.

EXPAT PROPERTIES needs to update their Bangalore Branch address at the earliest .

Dear Sir,

This is with respect to your offers which you made earlier through a mail dated 20 September 2020, whereby you have stated that the company will offer alternate property in Pune against my booked properties Symphony BID: B1307015 and Mountain Abode BID: B1400058.

Please note that as your company has miserably failed to deliver and handover possession of the earlier contracted site/plots. I am not interested in the alternate sites offered. I would like to state that the company has cheated me by not handing over possession of the site/plots even after collecting a total of Rs. 14, 05, 000.00, for which I will now initiate criminal action in Vadodara, State of Gujarat and also put up posts in the social media cautioning the public at large about the scam which your company has indulged in to.

Hoping that wiser council will prevail and the company will refund my entire amount of Rs. 14, 05, 000.00 together with approved interest @ 18% per annum forth with.
