I'm here to launge a complain regarding the irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour of the entire team at Mumbai office. Beginning with Chaya Putur who was very active in swindling the money out of the customer but thereafter disappeared from the scene. Emails are a real unreliable communication system at Expat...they conveniently ignore.
At the reception the security the attendant have a stereotyped response ...not available or on leave or out of station or having lunch.
So, if this the stand your company takes what kind of trust are building.
I personally have lost all trust and hence request for the refund along with interest on the amount I have invested. I'm also requesting REDA to look into this project and how genuine it is.

So I have invested more than 8 lakhs in expat (garv project kolad) in the year 2012 but there was no progress in it and it was going to be handover to us In the year 2017 but yet there was no progress and now they are not giving any reply to our mail, phone calls etc they target mainly NRI's.

Brought land near upcoming Mopa airport, project name is EXPAT Paradise city, many years passed and the registration work is still note done, no body answers calls, emails.

I have invested in Expat Nikash Project in Borghar taluka Mangaon district Raigad Maharashtra in July 2010.
The total cost of the project is Rs 380000 spread over a period of 5 years. Final payment was completed in 2015. As per agreement the plot was to be handed over for registration on completion of payment.
Since 2015, I have been waiting for any response from this company. In last six years nobody from this company had...

Please note that I have invested in below three projects of Expat Properties since 7 years (2015); however not received any handover for any of the project since that time. So many follow-ups, emails, phone calls done; but no one there to respond.

3. Green Meadows 2, Bavla, Plot no. 62 : Customer ID : C1323445; Booking ID : B1501465, Paid 4, 25, 000 since year 2015
I have agreement copies of all the above investments. Please help to get refund of my invested money in Expat Properties. I am in urgent need of these money for my family needs and requesting immediate refund please.

My land is in Roha, Tally valley, now they are not picking the calls. They have changed their phone numbers. I want to sell my land.

I paid money for registration about 3 years ago, till date my property has not been registered.

I have paid a total of Rs. 6, 81, 595 from April 2011 to Dec 2013 in 3 installments to Expat properties.
We have bought 2 BHK bungalow on 1600 sq feet plot in Karjat. The name of project is Sparsh. My plot no. is 125B.
They asked that they will handover the project in 2 years, Now the project is completed, but my bungalow is not built.

I have the agreement with them. As per agreement, if they dont deliver they will pay the refund with interest. I am asking for refund.
For last 8 years we are following with them and they are replying saying they will find the solution.

Currently they are neither replying to mails nor taking calls.

Paid money as scheduled from 2016
Not a single move made by them in handing over the land or refunding the money...

I have paid long time ago all the installments. Registration was to be done in the year 2017 and even after 4 years I have no idea of the status.

I have paid my installments from July 2016 to August 2019 total of 7 lakhs rupees for Mystic Hills project. I was told to get the possession in 2020 but now no one is answering the call or responding to the emails. I would like to lodge the complaint against this company for fraud and lies. They had promised return of money if they are not able to deliver the land in six months of payment being completed.

EXPAT GROUP was supposed to give possession in 2017.

Expat group is giving false assurances for LAST FOUR YEARS.

I have booked 1 acre plot under Project Anahita in Maharshtra in 2010 and was promised that the posession will be given in 2012. However I have yet not got the posession of the plot. Moreover, there has been no communication since then.

I purchased plot from Expat Properties in 2016. But till date the plot is not registered in my name even though i have paid all money including registration fees.
Please help.

This seems to be a fraud group needs hard action to be taken on their owners and directors

This company has cheated million innocent investors like me in selling land at digi Port area in raigadh and collected more than 15lacs for 2acrs of land.but there seems to be no land they have acquired and now promoters seems to have vanished
Govt is also sitting quite doing nothing and plight of people are overlooked.

I have invested 10 lakhs in this project now no body is calling, picking phones, no mails .
We heard that Santosh Shetty Ran like Vijay Malay .

Booking done 6 years back, full payment done 2 years back, since then following for handover, however unable to get an valid reply or update.
Follow up mails are not unattended and with no reply.
Contact numbers either don't work or unanswered. I need an urgent feedback on my investment and also a responsible Expat contact details with whom i can communicate.

I am also undergoing same kind of mental torture as EXPAT is avoiding to hand over the properties booked with them. We have invested in total three projects...SERENO Penthouse Project near Pune, EXPANT GRAND Farm land Project near Pune and EXPAT PARADISE CITY Residential Plot Project in Sindhudurg Maharashtra.
As our age is advancing, this mental agony is unbearable.
Is there any one who has filed a court case or Police complaint against EXPAT? I think this is the only ultimate solution to get justice.
