I paid money for registration about 3 years ago, till date my property has not been registered.
Fraud company and staff....

I am Prachi Rane.
I have paid a total of Rs. 6, 81, 595 from April 2011 to Dec 2013 in 3 installments to Expat properties.
We have bought 2 BHK bungalow on 1600 sq feet plot in Karjat. The name of project is Sparsh. My plot no. is 125B.
They asked that they will handover the project in 2 years, Now the project is completed, but my bungalow is not built.

I have the agreement with them. As per...

Paid money as scheduled from 2016
Not a single move made by them in handing over the land or refunding the money...

I have paid long time ago all the installments. Registration was to be done in the year 2017 and even after 4 years I have no idea of the status....

I have paid my installments from July 2016 to August 2019 total of 7 lakhs rupees for Mystic Hills project. I was told to get the possession in 2020 but now no one is answering the call or responding to the emails. I would like to lodge the complaint against this company for fraud and lies. They had promised return of money if they are not able to deliver the land in six months of payment being completed....

EXPAT GROUP was supposed to give possession in 2017.

Expat group is giving false assurances for LAST FOUR YEARS.

I have booked 1 acre plot under Project Anahita in Maharshtra in 2010 and was promised that the posession will be given in 2012. However I have yet not got the posession of the plot. Moreover, there has been no communication since then....

I purchased plot from Expat Properties in 2016. But till date the plot is not registered in my name even though i have paid all money including registration fees.

This seems to be a fraud group needs hard action to be taken on their owners and directors...

This company has cheated million innocent investors like me in selling land at digi Port area in raigadh and collected more than 15lacs for 2acrs of land.but there seems to be no land they have acquired and now promoters seems to have vanished
Govt is also sitting quite doing nothing and plight of people are overlooked....

I have invested 10 lakhs in this project now no body is calling, picking phones, no mails .

I am also undergoing same kind of mental torture as EXPAT is avoiding to hand over the properties booked with them. We have invested in total three projects...SERENO Penthouse Project near Pune, EXPANT GRAND Farm land Project near Pune and EXPAT PARADISE CITY Residential Plot Project in Sindhudurg Maharashtra.
As our age is advancing, this mental agony is unbearable.
Is there any one who has filed a court case or Police complaint...

I paid money for the above 1 acre plot in Pendheri Sanaya project Mahad, and I have not got the possession, also I asked for refund of the money then company did not bother to call back and give any information on the same
Also I tried to call there offfice at Mumbai & Bangalore but did not get call back...

Solitud, developed by expat around 1997-98. I bought 2 agriculture farmhouse plots from Dubai office. After full payment and registration around year 2008, I am still waiting handover. Customer service is pathetic and no email response or any solution. Now I am old, think It will go with me to my grave. Thank you Mr. Sachin & Pune Mumbai office's incompetent and useless staff of Expat. See you on the other side....

We have purchased 2 plots one acre each in Chanasya, Chimbave Mahad Raigad district sold by Expat Properties India Ltd. The plot nos. are 6 & 7. These plots were purchased in 2010 and the payment was completed in the year June 2014.
The said plots have not been yet registered in our name by the Expat Properties.Possession of these plots is also not given to us. We have been trying to contact Expat Properties on the given phone numbers...

We had entered into agreement for purchase of plot in Dodamarg for which we have paid Rs. 7, 40, 000 as on date. Mr. Rohit Shetty please note as per our token receipt agreement no action is taken and our funds are lying with you.

I intent to go for legal action if my money is not refunded with interest or if plot is not alloted within a period of 1 week.
