Hi my name is dheeraj bishwakarma. I bought HP Pavilion window 8.1 core i3 on month of march 2014 from ezone chandni chowk kolkata store. i have not been able to get my bill after many request. I truely need to service my laptop and its also showing the wear and tear quickly with scracthes. I cannot do this as the guys in hp keep asking me for my bill though i have managed to register with them while purchasing it. It was purchase on credit card (uk) under the name DAVID SMAIL.
