Yesterday night i brought watch from our local fastrack brand store at commercial street bangalore, i came with the mindset buy different watch and sales man showed other watch and made me feel like to buy what he gave... After i came out immediately i feel like.. I came for not this watch.. I want to return this and take which i was thinking to buy kindly help me in this.. I'm not satisfied with the watch.

    Dear fastrack,
    I bought a wrist watch (₹-1995/- approx) a few months back and its very disappointing for me that the branded watch stopped working thrice. I submitted the watch for repairing twice and amazingly on the date of return, it stopped working again when the shop called me to receive my watch
    Now i request to replace it or refund the cash as soon as possible.

      Iam in displeasure in saying that i purchased fastrack watch (Model no. Ng60788m03c) from ab aisha, times centre, mogappair last november. It worked well for 6 months only and it stopped working. I approached the above said shop and returned with minor repair. It will work for only few days and stopped. Again and again the same problem occured. I have given the watch and they said the they will send it authorised service centre and recover the problem. I doubt that is that i purchased is reputed manufactured that says that chellenge athat it has undergone strict quality checks. I insist to look into the problem and solve the issue.

        मेरा नाम मोनू ओझा है, मैंने kgn watch{p p road buxar} से 3/5/2017 को घडी खरीदा, जिसमे की मुस्किल से 1 महीने बाद से ही प्रॉब्लम आ गया।।।मैन उस रिटेलर के यहाँ अपना घड़ी जमा किया बोला कि आपको 5 दिन में देंगे, 5 दिन बाद जब मैं लेने गया तो बोला की अभी और 2 दिन लगेंगे, उसके बाद उसने मुझे दिया, 2 दिन ठीक से चलने के बाद से फीर घडी बन्द हो गई, फिर मैंने जमा किया।।।।।ऐसे करते करते मैन उसके यहाँ 4 बार घड़ी जमा किया।।।।हर बार गलत तरीके से उसने मुझे समझाया और अभी तक मेरी घडी बनी नही उसने 2 बार मेरे से 100, 100 रुपया भी लिया लेकिन अभी तक मेरी घड़ी खराब है।।।और आज उसने बोला कि मैं इसका सर्विस सेंटर नही खोल के बैठा हूँ।।।आप सर्विस सेंटर में दिखाइए।।।।मैं इस कंप्लेन को कंसुमर फर्म में डालूंगा और इस कंपनी और उस रिटेलर के दुकान को कोर्ट तक ले जाऊंगा।।।।।मोनू ओझा (रिलाइंस जिओ बक्सर) [protected], [protected]

              I booked my complaint on november 5th for an incident of wrong billing and harassing me to pay more than what i was told in the fast track app. I complained against those drivers and the fast track office promised to refund my money. Please note that being a lady i was scared and had to pay what they demanded out of fear. Its very sad to know that fast track hires rowdies as taxi drivers and there is no safety for women in your service. On top of that you are not ready to refund the money. Kindly look into my issue because im not taking this light. Mr balaji was responding but then he seems to use the trick of dragging the issue on purpose so i drop down my complaint.                 Respected sir/mam,
                I am aryan, a fastrack customer. Through this letter i would like to draw your attention to the series of problems that i have been facing since i have bought a fastrack watch with model no ‘ng37022pp06cj’. Fastrack is a very renowned brand and is trusted for its quality products. I wonder how the watch has undergone so many quality checks. With this trust i have bought a fastrack watch.
                On 8/5/2017, the watch stopped working due to which i was late for school.
                But after a few days it started working automatically. And again after a couple of days the watch stopped working. The very next day i took my watch to the titan service centre in habsiguda, hyderabad and got it serviced. I was told that battery was working fine but there was a technical fault. But after a week it stopped working again. It stops working every now and then. Due these events i got vexed up with the watch. I am worried whether i can use the watch for my ensuing exams.
                So, it is my request that you kindly replace my watch or refund my money. Or else i have to seek institutional & others support. I hope that you keep up my trust on fastrac and respond positively.

                    Hi,
                    I purchased my fastrack bag on 24/10/2016. Its strap started tearing due to manufacturing defect and there was tearing of material inside the laptop pocket. I submitted my bag which was under warranty to fastrack service center at mgf metropolitan mall, gurgaon on[protected] for repair. They kept the bag for around 2 months after committing return in 10 days and did not even repair my bag. The outside strap is fixed but inside worn out material is still intact and they took their hands back saying that they cannot do anything further. They wasted my time and money (By keeping my bag for 2 months and not even repairing that) and still have not provided any resolution.
                    Please provide any resolution on this issue.

                    I bought watch from amazon 3 months back. Now the watch stopped working. I think because of battery. Battery warranty is 6 months but it didnt work not even for 4 months completely. What to do now to change battery within warranty period..I am not bale to raise request from amazon also

                      I bought a fastrack watch few weeks ago. After some days, it stopped working and i got it repaired inn the nearby titan showroom with the promise that i will working fine going forward. But the same issue persisted and i went to the main showroom in t. Nagar and got it sorted out.

                      But now the watch is still not working even after getting it repaired 3 times.

                      I am absolutely devastated with the product and the customer service.

                          Hi, i bought a new fastrack reflex but its not pairing to my mobile, even its does showing in bluetooth, i am using lenovo a 1000 model of mobile pls help me because i am unable to use its full specifications.
                          I use it in other mobile its working but not working with my mobile. Is there any problem related to bluetooth version of my mobile?

                            I brought a watch last year its rusted and stop working in 7 months thn i approched service center 10th month they send my watch to company and they gave a replacement for that watch i paid some extra money and buy a 3200 worth watch now its been two month r 4 and its also rusted and scratching my hand i never expect this for a branded company like fastrack now i reached service center theyvr saying they will give a case for that watch worst experince

                              On august 2016 with in 1 year it was suddenly stopped and not working around three times and from purchased date half of the year it was in your service centre i was very disappointment regarding on your services and stress by your company and services, here after i never bought it from your service centre i need only replacement of the above there is no compromise with this above issue....

                              I bought a fastrack watch from you on flipkart.com on march 2017. I regret to inform you that it is not working properly. Every day it goes five/ten minutes slow, and on two occasions it completely stopped working, though it had been wound properly.

                              I have visited your branch in chembur along with the bill and the guarantee card, but they are not accepting for warranty period for 1year my watch [ on my invoice cleary mentioned is 1 year manufacturing warranty] i request you either to thoroughly repair it or to replace it by a new watch.

                                On 10/10/2017 arround 7-8 pm i have purchased a watch which is of 2, 500 of cost but there is an offer that if you purchase for 2000 and above you will get one fidget spinner when i asked about this gift, the shop keeper told me that offer is not updated. So my question is why you people are fooling others or else remove that advertisements of fidget gift, i really don't know what you people do i want my fidget spinner as soon as possible, or else i will suggest every one in our company not to use fast track.

                                    I'm fastrack customer. I purchased watch this year (2017). After 2-3 days watch is not working. I reached to pune service center. I submited watch there for repairing on 15th auguest. But yet i did not get my watch.
                                    Design no - 3097sl01
                                    Your services is very low level. I'm not satisfiled your service center. Please improve.
                                    Please look into this on prioirty.

                                    I bought a watch on 08/03/2017 which had a strap problem. I gave the watch for repair on 10/08/2017. But got the same watch in the same condition without any service done to it. I did wait for 2 months for the small strap change.

                                      I am highly regret to inform you about the manufacturing defect in my purchased wrist watch model no. Ng6024sm01, dated 18 february, 2017. Since i have purchased it, it is troubling me as the pins inserted to hold the chain are very loose and cant hold the chain bounded. I have given it twice in service center but no improvement is seen. So, i am here to request you to resolve the issue with the best possible solution.

                                      I have brought fastback watch next week it stops working, the showroom person exchange the same again next week problem with key again they gave me exchange and now again it's not working again it's key problem
                                      Really bad experience about fastrack
                                      Even 100 rs watch also works better
