Complaint & request for replacement
I bought titan fasttrack from a genuine seller-lifestyleat rmall-mulund on 6/2/2016 model no uf 3099sl04j
It stops working intermittently & within a week 7-15 days i have taken it for repairs and i have visited 3 times in span of 3-4 months at world of titan mulund-near apna bazaar-j n road. Everytime i got a promise-'now there will be no problems'. Last time during repairs scratch on the reverse and belt has been damaged.
There is lot of waste of time and money in travelling, further, added to it there is frustation and the joy of buying a new watch has got killed

    I had ordered sunglasses on 24 Oct 2016 but due to very big size I had to return them as Titan eye do not offer replacements. Within a week ( 2 Nov) the sunglasses were returned and received by Titan. they said within 14 days time I will receive my money back in my A/c however even after a months time till today ( 2 Dec ) the refund is not been given to me. If any of Titan officials reviewing these escalations please arrange to refund my money and please remove from your web site 7 DAYS HASSLE FREE RETURN.

    I have buy fastrack watch model 3151km01 n it's very nice but after some days o[censored]sage the black colour plastic material around the dial has been got lost so can I exchange this watch n add some money n buy same watch at fastrack shop?????
    I have purchased my fastrack backpack from shop and i got a warrnty of 1 year...after one month the sticker is erasing...does it covers in warranty?

      A pair of glasses I purchased on 17th Nov, 2016 from the IITF at Pragati Maidan, Delhi.
      They haven't reached me yet. You processed the order through your CP outlet which used DTDC to post my order. The courier guy keeps saying that they tried delivery and it failed. I went to collect it myself from their Okhla center but they said that the product is with delivery guy.

      Now please suggest what am I supposed to do? Is it me who should be trying to track all this and find a product that should have reached me hasselfree? I want to file for complete refund. Please let me know how to proceed.

        Fastrack watch case is worn and very sharp. I got call from titan customer care but when i visted Titan service center at Anand mahal Road -Surat . Then i got very bad response from executive. He told me that you purchased from online portal amazon.in and we don't know about the seller name and address so we are not responsible for it. They will not issue us credit note. You have to purchase it from our showroom so we can issue warranty card for it. I used watch from last 6 months and purchased it from amazon.in on last december -2015 and it's my mistake that i purchased from it. Why titan sell all it's products on Amazon and amazon is so stupid that they accept products from Titan company. Titan should write down that if you buy our products from online portal then we are not responsible for the service.

          Dear sir,
          I ordered fast track watch from amazon online portal. I used it from last 10 months and i noticed that many of my shirts were damaged by watches. You can't believe this truth. Due to sharp edges of the watch, cuff of my shirts are damaged and i have captured few images for the same. I also noticed that back cover of the watch is worn and i don't believe that the steel is good quality.
          I want to replace this watch and in compensation you have to give me new watch for the same.

              I have booked a ride with the FT Booking ID-72343, on 23-Oct 18:15.

              I had been a regular user of fast track call taxi. I had taken up many number of rides from Pallavaram to Vengaivasal in a indica or indigo and the ride will be charged with a sum of rs. 260/-and odd.

              But with reference to the above ride, I got the bill amount 350/- and odd.

              Hence, I would like to clarify the doubt, why it got so high amount for this ride.

              I hereby request you to provide me with the complete tariff particulars of this ride.

                The watch's crown was lost around an year ago. When I approached the Titan watch care centre, they replaced the crown as it was under warranty. But it would stop working frequently, requiring to press the crown hard. When I approached the Titan centre again, they returned it saying it won't happen again. But the problem still persisted. I went to them 3 more times while under warranty, but nothing happened. Now my warranty is over. And the watch is still not working. Even if it's not under warranty, you must at the least be able to figure out what's wrong with the watch. They returned the watch everytime saying they have repaired it until the watch was out of warranty. It would stop working within a day of them returning. Really disappointed with your service.

                I have purchased a fastrack watch worth rs.3200 in the month July, 2016 from paytm. But now nob of date change & time change not working properly, come out & glass also cracked. So I want to replace the watch.

                    I have purchased a fast track white strap wrist watch one of the best shops in sri ganganagar. That Wrist watch is awesome but strap quality is poor. It's got cracked. I submit my watch to that shop for new original strap on 22/08/2016. But after 45 days I got answer that Company don't have white strap.
                    Now I can't use my wrist watch . Its wastage of money.
                    I have bought a Fastrack NE3015AL02C Essentials Analog Watch online through flipkart at 5th december 2015 but it has stopped working last month. I have no cash memo with myself.Please tell me what to do.
                    i have purchased fast track watch in hyderabad stores, i have used only 45 days now the watch had stopped working ...they said that in store, the machine inside is stopped working this is the condition of fast track watches

                      I had requested for Indica but they have given Mercedes Benz without asking the customer to upgrade it. As a customer, we had given money to the driver whichever he had requested for which resulted in excess amount and driver claimed that since it is Mercedes Benz the amount is on higher side and we had paid the amount. After i raised the complaint with Fast Track, company is saying they don't have mercedes benz at all but lastly he had told they have that service of benz and complaint cell contact number is [protected] and given complaint on 10-Oct-2016 and still waiting for their reply and when asked for an update for almost 5 times not giving proper reply and speaking in bad words.Request you guys to look into this very urgently and block the person called Mahendran from his duties.
                      I have purchased a fast track watch on 3rd January 2016 model no.3089NSF31. I have given it to the retailer from where i have purchased but the issue is unsolved for 3rd time and i have given it back for 4th time for solving that issue. Please kindly look into the matter and get replaced that watch for me. Thanks

                            I visited one fastrack service center i.e. Ankur times in hadapsar, pune they refused to replace battery which is in warranty period...bad service 😈

                              Today at 4 30pm we visited to indiranagar cmh road banglore fast track showroom to purchase a sunglass when we were watching the glasses suddenly one fell and some how he saved it but one of there staff came and started shouting us when we asked him he was misbehaving .When we asked him he said he is the owner what u ll do to me, his name is Pratap as he said, we were a regular customer to that outlet but from this incident we are never going to fast track shop any more that's for sure.Even we said that if any damage happened we will pay for that but the glass was fine, Definitely the staff need to be groomed and trained well how to talk with the customer.
                              he argued a lot about which I cannot mention here .You can check my details in your system for the authentication.

                                Chennai - The driver(Vinoth Kumar) behave like criminals and shamelessly abusing our house ladies who has travelled in fast track car by today .I had taken the taxi from manapakkam to Tnagar (chennai ).

                                He is using bad words in irrespective manner.When i have called for report this issue to fast track complaint department on [protected] he(Mahendran-Senior Executive) is taken the complaint 19194 but he is refusing to provide his Manager number for further escalation .

                                I dont know why they are refusing to provide his contact number .

                                Take action against the driver and let us know the action which you may taken against him .

                                  Toll boom barrier falling on car Front Glass (Its Broken) dated 09.09.16 (8:19:52)
                                  I was travelling from Bhiwadi to Gurgaon en-route (Up-Down) I came across kherki daula toll. My car has tag attached on it the car in front o[censored]s passes and the boom barrier fell back back to its place, as my car approached the boom barrier it lifted i drove my car. As soon as my car moved and i was below the barrier suddenly the boom barrier fell down on my car. I was shocked and had to apply sudden brakes, luckily the car behind me also applied immediate brakes and any major loss was avoided. When i approached the toll operator asking why this happened he replied me its automatically, if any quary contact to office its not my fault. I just meet Mr Ravinder who was available at that place, I explained all incident to him and jointly moved to their office to see the Video footage as he approached me for the same.
                                  We jointly seen all footage and discussed the timing of Boom barrier which is not properly working, before my veh passing continue 5 or 6 vehicle continue cross and boom barrier not coming down it means sensor vs tag timing different vehicle to vehicle, it is clearly we have seen in footage. I was lodged a complaint against the boom barrier same day & time.
                                  I am regular sending msg to PRO (Mr Rattan Lal) but after two days there is no response. I am not able to understand who is responsible for this kind of attitude of Toll team or authorities.

                                  Requested to Toll team or authorities pls take it seriously and resolve the same urgently.

                                    Hi Readers,

                                    Please do not buy the Fastrack E-gift card vouchers as its just waste of your money, I bought a gift card and have been trying to activate since past few weeks, When i try to activate it, it doesn't give me the option to activate or to enter the voucher code while m trying to shop from the fastrack official website. Its soo irritating!! as a customer i am really disappointed and would recommend all the readers NOT TO BUY FASTRACK E-GIFT CARDS. not worth the hard u need to do to get that [censored] activated. and guess what, the best part is that they dont have a field to put in the VOUCHER CODE on the website.

                                    And i am still unable to activate it. i guess the money what i spent on it is waste as i am not getting any kinda service from the company cuz they say they are not responsible.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I was purchase fastrack watch in oct 2014, but last 1year there in lot of problems in battery & machine. Recently last month I have to change the machine in your services centre in bungloler but right now same problem I am facing. I am so bored use this watch.

                                      I have booked fast track call taxi for five hours 50 kms package. Booking id 55572 vehicle register number tn09bu0264. End of our trip was 60kms. It is suppose to 48kms as per my mobile gps. When i asked about that the driver was using abusive language. Later in call fast track customer care number. Where they transferred my complaint to a person who was very rude in his language and dint accept my queries. I request you take some action against fast track call taxi, so that other passengers will not suffer same like me.

                                        We purchased a sunglass from a Firstrack shop at Patia, Bhubaneswar (Pin-751024) dated 21st August 2016 for my wife. It cost us around 1300 rupees and they deducted 334 points from my encircle card too. We remember the shop inside was very humid as AC was not working as there was power shutdown on that day. There was a crack in the sunglass that we couldn’t notice on that day. After purchasing the item we had gone back to our home and my wife never opened it from the cover. After 5 days we had an occasion and we were out and suddenly we noticed the crack. Thereafter we came to the shop immediately and shown the defect to them and they said that we don’t have a replacement from the same category and they advised us to choose another one which we didn’t agree and we told them you keep the item and bring another one for us. They told me that we will take it up with our manager and will call you soon.

                                        When I didn’t get any call from them I visited the shop today and inquired about it with the manager and he told me that we can’t replace the sunglass and as part of the warranty support I can only give back 50% money to you. I felt disappointed and told him that it is not at all genuine for me to take back only 50% of money because we have not committed any mistake. Being a responsible citizen and a genuine person it is difficult to digest the fact as the manager told me that it may be us who deliberately broke the sunglass and asking for a replacement. I also asked for the owners communication number to the manager which he didn’t share with while saying that he is a busy person. Upon hearing that I simply told the Manager that I don’t need a replacement and let the sunglass be with you and you enjoy it. Then I came back open handed….
                                        Trust me, If we would have committed any mistake to crack the glass we would have never gone to the shop and ask for a replacement. I request Titan/Fast-track to look at this seriously as this is a very genuine issue and this kind of frustrating experience would lead to loosing customer confidence. Please inquire and probe this issue scientifically and request to take appropriate action. Also request to share the connect of a managerial level person at Titan/First-Track to that I can explain them the detail so that it will help him to understand my gentility.
