    Now i'm changed the watch strip(Belt)
    So i'm going to your
    World of titan service centers
    I asked the my watch model strips
    The management saying that
    Out-of-stock & i'm ordered the strip
    His saying its not come
    So what i do now
    But i need that belt
    Fastrack watch glass is broken, how much it cost, it is slipdown from my hand and glass has dark lines

      I purchased this watch on Sep 2015 and i have given for Service 4th time. Either its slow or it stops running. Its been there for more time in Service Center than on my wrist. Never been able to use it actually. Total waste of money. Brought in P.O.R.R and Sons, Tambaram and servicing there.

        There was a misbehave with customer and was lying also tried to robbery from the customer by the vehicle driver TN11 Q0424, pH: [protected].

        Not came for the correct pick-up time, also lied to customer and scolding in bad words. After some time, came to the pick up point and was asking money for the cancelled pick-up from the customer. The customer was told him to get a invoice from the management then, he escaped from the place. The driver was unethical manner and was trying to rob the money from customer.

        This was informed telephonically to fastrack customer booking number and no action was taken.

                I bought a fastrack watch from MALIK OPTICALS & WATCH HOUSE. Address: SBI sector-7, opposite of Reliance Fresh, M.V.P colony, Visakhapatnam- 17, Andra Pradesh on 11 jan 2016. But after 15 days the strap of the watch broke. I took it to the fastrack showroom at agartala. at that time I came to know that the watch is not original. that shop lied to me, telling that the watch is original.
                Desirable solution: I want my money back and compensation along with it. and also do something so that no customer should get deceived by them.

                My watch is not working

                I buy a fastrack watch on[protected] as a birthday gift from my father. Next morning itself the watch doesn't works.This hurt me very well because it's my birthday gift. I lose my trust in fastrack. I need a new one. I buyed this from palakkad near jobs mall showroom.

                  I had purchased a wrist watch in year end 2012 of cost Rs. 2895/- and its back gets damaged, backside coating on the case body is damaged so badly that I am not able to wear it. If I wear it my skin gets swell and getting various cut mark.
                  I have hardly wear it maximum of 7-8 months but its get damages that is not acceptable.

                        Sir i booked a fast track call taxi on feb 9 from Ramapuram, chennai to Perambur on a four hour package. The driver arrived 25 minutes late and kept saying he was not sure of the route. In the end he charged me 1100 and said the mileage was 65 kms. I am sure the mileage would not be that much even if he had taken the longest route. I hope the company will keep this in mind.

                          6years back purchased this watch(model model 4052pm02), recently i have visited your store in jagadamba center

                          I don't know either the service guy know how to replace it or not. When i got my watch back, it was broken(which connects the body and chain). That was around 7 PM, so luckly I have seen the moment how he was doing. that service engineer was arguing with me that he has not done in that way. Now I am not able to use that watch, he has taken back telling the he will get it ready. earlier he asked for one day time for this, it was not done properly still it was broken. Now he asked for 1 week time.

                          Could you please tell me how i can go further on this because fault is done by that service engineer.

                          low quality manufacturing

                          i had bought a fastrack watch in showroom after three months the watch finish had change hard and it cut my hand due to worst manufacturing finishing of fastrack watches

                          cab not provided and no response from the customer care

                          Booked cab one day before, waiting for taxi but not getting any response.At last minute informed your booking is cancelled.Very very very wosrt.Please dont book cab in FASTRACK.please please please dont book

Its said in the manual that the watches have 1 year guarantee and i have already once changed the inner parts thrice changed the battery and lastly was said that it was some connector problem.                               This watch was purchased less than a year ago. The watch case started corroding within first few months itself.

                              Please understand that this is when i havent used it in rainy season, as soon as it rains i would get it off my hands clean and keep it inside vehicle.

                              Recently when i wore it, the crown came off, when i went to fix it, they took 3-4 days just to fix it.

                              For corroding / rust, they said company has to fix it and it would take 1 MONTH or more.

                              I have used sonata watches of much lesser cost than this Fastrack, ever since i wore a watch and till date I never had to leave it at a service centre for 1 month or more and even more I never faced such an issue even after years of rough usage.

                              This was my first FASTRACK purchase and i am truly disappointed by the quality of product I received and also the service quality, timeframes offered by TITAN (FASTRACK)

                              You have posted this nessage here after i replied to your pm that complaint is not yet resolved.

                              I have just submitted watch for claim and its in process.

                              After reading my message and still posting here that issue is resolved is very irresponsible.
                              TITAN/Fastrack social team considered my complaint as resolved at their own discretion, wheras the fact is I still havent seen my watch for 1 n half months.

                              My watch is lying there for 1 n half months, and everytime i visit, i just get an extention of 1 week OR that they would call me back same day(never happened).

                              Anyhow, I learned a lesson to never go for Fastrack / Titan brand for watches. First for the poor quality and second for the watch lying with service centre for 1-2 months out of the 1 year warranty.

                              If you had spend, just 1 minute, just "1 minute", you would have least understood that my contact details were already shared with you during the initial stages of complaint.

                              How you react to customer concern here, and how your team further takes it forward carelessly with no regards to concern / meeting the committed timeframe, this just degrades the value I had for Fastrack / TITAN for all these years.

                              I wont beg for resolution hereafter, I will wait for 1 more week totally. I will then approach consumer court (actual) with copy of bill, copy of your responses, recorded phone calls of service centre and seek necessary steps to resolving this.

                                Outlet people are unprofessional as expected when faulty product was presented.

                                No response till date on the complaint in any of the forms.
                                No reply on mail / twitter.
                                Callback is too much to expect.

                                It needed a gentleman called Karigowda from customer relations to resolve this.

                                There was utmost concern & commitment shown by him in taking this matter to logical end.

The internal clothing got damaged only in few days.                                       Dear, I was facing a big problem with your fastrack watch. its bottom side corners are getting very very sharp. It cuts my lots of shirts. Its also give sharp cut on my hand, some time its bleeding. I cant wear that watch sometimes. even by necked hand we cant touch that sharp edge.                                         I have purchased a fast track watch model 3123SM02. within a week it stop working return to store they send the watch to company for repair it came after 15days again within a week it stop it was repeated for 3rd time. still my watch is in company no calls or no response from the store and company. I called made a complaint through the call center complaint number : 1041175. after a week I again called the customer care they said to call Mr. Gopinath I spoke to him he collect my complaint number and said he will call back but no return call. I called him again and again for 4times from last week. No reply Today I called the customer care they said the issue is resolved but they are not able to see the comments. this very bad I did not expect this from a big company TITAN & FASTtrack.
