I am muralimohan, my fasttrack watch runs slow and its losses time daily by five minutes, i adjusted dailly, purchased 3 months back in the month of march-2016, in online, model g01474ssa men watch, daily i corrects my time and also showing wrong. i trusted this brand watch is best i fell incomparable please solve my problem and rectification in short time

    Visited the fastrack store at 210 gf, new bel road, bengaluru 560054 on 29/06/16 looking for glasses to protect my eyes from dust & bright light, having undergone cataract surgeries on 25/05/16 & 26/05/16. on explaining the requirement, the store sold me item code m050bu2 (metal) for inr 1676 (after 20% discount on mrp inr 2095 vide tax invoice no.[protected] created at 18:32 hours). i put the glasses on and walked towards my car. but these glasses allowed wind from all sides as there were pads for resting on the nose and there was a gap between the nose and the frame. a lot of dust hit my eyes. to prevent further discomfort & possible damage to the eye, i preferred going home to revisiting the outlet.
    Next morning (30/06/16) i called the outlet to discuss this but i was asked to call back later, as the manager was not in. so i personally visited the shop that evening, and checked out what i could take in exchange, but nothing was suitable. i explained the situation including the fact that this article had been offered as suitable to meet my specific requirement. but was told i could buy a watch or a bag instead. i didn't need those items and it was imperative i get the glasses. but was told that the policy doesn't allow refund. i offered to leave the glasses and come back for refund after it has been sold. but was told that no deviation could be made. it did not matter that a customer had been sold the wrong item!.
    I left the article with the case, invoice, warranty card, etc. at the store with a request to get back to me, with a more customer friendly approach.
    I look forward to an understanding of the situation & the fact that a wrong sale made by the salesman and arrange to refund the money.

      Sir,
      I had brought a watch with 2570/- INR, in 15/03/2015. which was got strucked in august at that time I have met them they have taken my watch, If the problem again means we will replace the machine like that they said. In january same problem arised I have consulted them they changed the battery. And told that battery had drained and we are replaced it. After that in june I have met fastrack show room in banglore they were said that there is a problem in machine take the garranty card we will replce the watch. In tirupathi they were saying that the warranty has expired get lost from here they were saying. Please take necessary action on them.

      Today I have badly experienced with the show room staff in Fastrack show room. They behaved with me very rude and in reckless manners. Today am very offensed caused by them.

The watch colour is faded from the side when i visit your dealer at amrit watch co., booth no.39, sector 19-c, chandigarh. I show the watch then they said we are not manufacturer, you complaint at fastract website. Please do need ful.

          They doing there advertise via whtsapp by provide link. Says offer to u for free fastrack watch. Totaly doing fraud. I shared the link to 5 group n 10 frnds by link. Then they asked for download the app then i am download the myntra app then they asked for pay rs.250 for game. What nonsense doing this. Stop doing like this... Total fraud is this. 😬😬

            Their was a offer from ur fast track in whatsapp. I hve a complant that ur company hve cheat. First the hve told u give moblie no, i hvr given no. Their hve charged rs.250. After that second was their hve detacted my acc rs.50, for game hub. Just cheating ppl in the name of promotion.

            i requivest u to cancell the deal and return my amt. If its not done i need to give complant to consumer court.

            I am submit a watch (wich had the model number has above mentioned)for changing the strap, at 7th of June 2016 at Palakkad service centre.since this days I did not get the strap.

              I had bought a fast track watch having the item code 6114WL01 and loyalty no[protected] on dated 10/05/2016. But only after using of 3-4 times colour fais from its dial as well as straps cut. It's create a dissatisfaction. Now the shops employees says to buy the new straps. I want to change that watch whose cost is 2795 and want to take a new watch with same price.

                I got a mesg stating that fast track is giving free watches in which i had to invite 5 whatsapp groups and 10 personal invites through what'sapp which i did so...In this procedure i have also spent 250 rupees in some samsung galaxy edge 7 contest... The last step was the enter your shipping address... But i was not able to enter the shipping address as the page was not getting displayed after many attempts... Do you have any comments on this issue... Was is contest a fake or really fast track is giving free watches
                Kindly solve the issue...

                  There was a fake message circulated free fast track watches given to watts aap user's i just wanted to check its genuine or fake i followed the steps and completed the procidure more then the requirement it says invite your 10 watts aap friends and 5 groups to win fast track watches and update your address but nothing is happening its showing 0 invites its bull fake msg waist of time and profit to company getting circulated there brand i did this excercise to just confirm how these people are fooling public and there is no action against them i waanna raise my voice against this who creat fake messages and miss guide public if there can be any law of action on this that will be appreceated by me and other public too...

And same time i was in imp phone call also.. Then a executive who was in counter... Then he increase music volume very loud... Its direct affecting to the brand store image expecting sutable action.

                        Purchased a watch on Feb-16. Till date I have been to fastrack service center for 5 times.

                        I feel that rather than I used it, my watch was in Service Center.

                        My watch stops rotating all of sudden.

                        I have been to service center, where they said we will put it under observation. Then it will work for few more days.

                        Again the same issue.

                        I asked them to replace it. But no one is doing it. Still its in warranty period

                          I have visited both the titan world raipur but the strap of the watch model no. : - 3072sae31 was not available and if i ask them to order, i was asked to leave my watch for more than 1 month, how would the company like fast track can do this to a regular customer like me for a expensive watch. Shall a regular customer and a loyal customer should wait this much for such a small cause. Please take the strong steps to solve my issues.

                            Iam Ananth raj from chennai.yesterday(12/06/2016) me and my family planned to go to marina beach.so we booked fastrack from jafferkhanpet to marina at 6:15 sharp. Driver took a very long route to make us to pay extra amount even we insist a well known short route. He said that the way we insist is traffic area but actually it was sunday there was no traffic.It took 1hr 15min to reach marina the way which he choose. In between he wasted time in filling diesel eventhough he has sufficient amount of diesel is available in car. Atlast the meter shows 487rs exactly he got 500rs. When we return from marina to jafferkhanpet again booked fastrack that driver followed our route and we reached home in half an hour and only 325 the meter shows. So this much difference in money make loss for us. Please take necessary action. I have enclosed that long route taken car's picture below.

                              I have purchased a fastrack laptop bag model number a0218nrd01aa from grand prix, agcr enclave, delhi on 5th jun'16. Same day after reaching home, when i tried to see all pockets of the bag, clip of one zip broke out... Next day clip of another zip broke out... Today another one...

                              What is the fun o[censored]sing a laptop bag with mostof the zip broken! I want a way out and replacement of bag on urgent basis.

                                I am from Bangalore.
                                I am really disappointed with the fastrack services.

                                My concern about the Fastrack watch model 4052PM01.
                                The watch is concealed with a Plastic that connects the chain and the plastic broke. Now I am not able to use the watch though its in working condition.I have the chain for it but i cant use. Thats the saddest part. Its my mistake that I chose that watch. However, I never thought that Fastrack can get to this level of stop the production of the watch and the SPARES as well. Wow what a service. I have been troubling people from the outlet who sold me this. After all, I have even checked with the stores out of town when I had been to.
                                I have given up after trying all the possibilities..

                                I am not really happy.
                                My expectation is when a company manufactures something, the product should have prolonged services unless its a software, rather putting the users in this situation.
                                Its not about the ability to buy another watch, However its about the the thought if I have to buy the same brand. Service is more important for a business.

                                  I bought fastrack watch in the showroom, unfortunately I broke the glass, so I need to replace it with original glass on same model. I gave my watch for changing glass on 3rd May 2016. But still I didn't get my watch back... am keep on requesting the person on service at fastrack showroom but they not at all returning my watch. Am very much upset about it. Please take immediate action and recovery my watch soon as possible. Already I spare 3 months with them.

                                    I had purchased a fastrack watch on 27/2/2016 from air force canteen, subroto park, new delhi. Unfortunately the steel rim on dial of the watch got loosen and fell due to which it has lost it's show. I went to one of the fastrack showroom in district center in janakpuri and was told that rs. 900 will be charged to change the dial but the watch is under warranty period. Also the rim of such a costly watch should not fell within 2 months of purchase.

                                    Kindly resolve the problem as early as possible.

Hotel he has say to me you are visit our service centre kalawar road or trikon baugh, & now i am visit 1st kalawad road service centre he has say i have't any technical person you r visit second service centre & now i am visit 2nd service centre he has say your watch send to company for 2 month(this is your time limit 2 month) i am say present person mr. Ravi it is not possible why i am given you 2 month just for service & hi has say me i not sell a watch to you it's not my responsibility you are visit purchase store.

                                        I have purchased fastrack digital men watch black color article no. 38014 on 22.11.2015 from indore central, 170, r. N. T. Marg, regal square, indore, madhya pradesh 452001. This watch was not working after two month, so i have given it to the concern department person on 24.02.16. The have given me time about next 15 days. After 25 days i have called them. They replied that it will take another few days to get repair. After taking so many follow up i dint get any satisfactory reply from store. At the end of march'16 after having a big talk from my side, store person called me & said your watch will be replace. (This answer was a question mark for me on the brand name "fastrack". Anyways i said ok & ask them for new one. They replied in next 3 to 4 days they will get approval from company & give me new watch. Till date no call from the store is there. Should i go for consumer forum??? I need my money back in this week only.

                                        I will report that i have a very very poor experience from fastrack store at central mall indore.

                                        Fastrack — Battery over in 8th Months
