Purchased a watch on Feb-16. Till date I have been to fastrack service center for 5 times.

I feel that rather than I used it, my watch was in Service Center.

My watch stops rotating all of sudden.

I have been to service center, where they said we will put it under observation. Then it will work for few more days.

Again the same issue.

I asked them to replace it. But...

I have visited both the titan world raipur but the strap of the watch model no. : - 3072sae31 was not available and if i ask them to order, i was asked to leave my watch for more than 1 month, how would the company like fast track can do this to a regular customer like me for a expensive watch. Shall a regular customer and a loyal customer should wait this much for such a small cause. Please take the strong steps to solve my issues....

Iam Ananth raj from chennai.yesterday(12/06/2016) me and my family planned to go to marina beach.so we booked fastrack from jafferkhanpet to marina at 6:15 sharp. Driver took a very long route to make us to pay extra amount even we insist a well known short route. He said that the way we insist is traffic area but actually it was sunday there was no traffic.It took 1hr 15min to reach marina the way which he choose. In between he wasted time...

I have purchased a fastrack laptop bag model number a0218nrd01aa from grand prix, agcr enclave, delhi on 5th jun'16. Same day after reaching home, when i tried to see all pockets of the bag, clip of one zip broke out... Next day clip of another zip broke out... Today another one...

What is the fun o[censored]sing a laptop bag with mostof the zip broken! I want a way out and replacement of bag on urgent basis....

My concern about the Fastrack watch model 4052PM01.
The watch is concealed with a Plastic that connects the chain and the plastic broke. Now I am not able to use the watch though its in working condition.I have the chain for it but i cant use. Thats the saddest part. Its my mistake that I chose that watch....

I bought fastrack watch in the showroom, unfortunately I broke the glass, so I need to replace it with original glass on same model. I gave my watch for changing glass on 3rd May 2016. But still I didn't get my watch back... am keep on requesting the person on service at fastrack showroom but they not at all returning my watch. Am very much upset about it. I had purchased a fastrack watch on 27/2/2016 from air force canteen, subroto park, new delhi. Unfortunately the steel rim on dial of the watch got loosen and fell due to which it has lost it's show. I bought a fast track watch for 1885 INR at Coimbatore. After a month the front glass cracked and it doesn't cover warranty. Why would we spend so much money for a watch which doesn't meet resistance. The watches should be more durable, hard to break and resistant to external forces. I got fastrack 1161 model before six months. I found some erosion of sides on case within a month, after six months now it makes scratching on my skin and it hurt more. I dont like & Prefer this brand any more. The case is not a good material. I think, the case as a stainless steel while buying. The worst product I ever had. Even a Rs.500/- worth my friend wearing watch is good. Brand is for name sake not upto the quality....

I got a Fastrack watch through Flipkart three months back. Recently went to Fastrack showroom to get a new strap as the current one was torned. On checking two showrooms, customer service was worst and they said to get the strap in any local shop. I didn't expect this kind of attitude from a customer executive of a esteemed brand. They were not ready to listen to my problem and straight away directed me to go local shop.I would strongly recommend...

With the above reference no i. E 1155118 complaint against stoppage of watch on 26th apr 2016. Since then i have not received any feedback regarding my complaint not received any mail related to same. Its more than 3 weeks and no communication from company. I have followed up for more than 4 time in 3 weeks saying you will receive call with in two days but as such there is no response.

Kindly do the needful.br...

I was purchased sunglasses from titan mehsana, Gujarat but unfortunately the frame joint which is sticked to glass is stickout automatically and I complained in showroom 3-4 times and I was faced problems from long times but they are not giving any answer and called me to come next time and next time and so on and problem is not major it's can b handled easily by sticking frame to glass but they are not giving response any type...

My sel[censored]tkarsh ..i have fastrack watch model no is 9462AL03 .i want belt of this watch . am go to your service center but they people say me belt is not available when am going fastrack service centre at pune but they people said me yet belt is not avaliable .yet 3 to 4 times am going service centre they said me same reason .am not satisifed ur service ...

I had purchased a fast track watch 3112 nsa(Black) at one of the store located in mumbai in august 2015.
However it is hardly 9 months and the back of my watch has rusted. It has created marks on my hand and gets painful to wear the watch.
The colour of strap has also faded. I have never expected this from such a good brand. I am using fast track watches from quite a long time.

Hi myself nitish kumar, i have lost bezel ring of my fastrack watch (Model number-3006sgb). I went to "world of titan" show room in colaba mumbai for new bezel ring.They have placed order for new bezel ring and told me to come after 15 days for fitment of new bezel ring in my watch. Now more than 45 days passed still problem has not been rectified. Kindly short out my problem.....

Dear sir,
Im using my fastrack watch for past one and half years, now a days im getting rashes in my hand and if you see the back panel of the watch, it will be fully got rusted. I never expected this to happen with ft watches, so my kind request to you, is to take it as very serious issue and solve my complaints as soon as possible. Also i have attached my photos with this mail.
