I need to register a complaint on fastrack cab services, coimbatore location.
The below mail narrates the story and i sent this mail to customer care services of fastrack a day before and there is no response still now..
Last night by 8.50 pm i just rang up to coimbatore fastrack to book a taxi from psg hospital to saibaba kovil which i needed immediate, your customer care employee said taxi is available immediately which will arrive in 10 mins...
15 mins later, i didnt even get any response from the driver or the customer care employee regarding the arrival.(Where ur employee must have told me that cab is not available immediately), when i rang up to the driver, he is enquiring me about the location where he has to reach (Don't u people inform to the drivers once we book a cab?) & he has just left a passenger and started to my destination, later on i cancelled the cab since it didn't arrive more than half an hour after i booked, and your employees didn't inform the driver about the cancellation of my booking.
Where in i got a call from the particular driver after my cancellation of cab...And that driver rang up and shouted at me how the hell i can cancel my cab...Do i pay for your service? Or you people pay me? ...And the driver is blasting at me at the late night that too with a girl...Seriously does your company is fit to be a safe cab for women..? Should i ask permission with driver to cancel my cab?I really wonder what kind of well mannerism drivers you appoint?
And still it continues...Where i contacted your customer care and narrated the story...They said will contact me once after speaking with the driver...Still now no response...
Am astonished with the service of fastrack...
