I have received a gift voucher 5000 points from my company and i used 2800 and balance i went last week and planned to purchase a new watch. but we tried to swipe it's send a message that it can we utilized only once.

i representative in forum mall bangalore has not notified me initially and also he said you can use the balance amount. Kindly help me. i have worked for 5 years and i got 5000 points....

I have the Fastrack watch. Model No. NF30985MOI.
I buy thiw watch from World of Titan from Mehsana and after a week d watch is nt working properly.
Now I am in Warsaw, Poland and i am not getting any service centre here.
I used Fastrack from many times bt this time I am not sattisfied.
If in a week the watch is not working dn itz not good.
So kindly tell me what can i do?...

I bought an fastrack watch this month and when I saw there is a metal strip coating which is removed in my watch. I have wear it for 4 days only and if the company provides an service for it to change it would be good for me

I had bought a watch of fastrack from one of your trusted opening in pune in the month of January.
Since I had bought, there are many problems faced regarding the watch. I had even given it to company for diagnosis the problem. Every possible thing has been made but still I’m facing with the same problem.

Problem: problem/defect found in frame of sun glass.
Submitted the glass on 14/04/2016 to dealer.
Mr. Saikat- mob. No.-[protected] contacted from fastrack sales. He told fastrack will not replace or repair the glass but if i purchase another item then they will offer...

I had bought a Fastrack Wayfarer Sunglasses from online Amazon.com which aftr 1 month o[censored]sage got broken on its frame on the lower side with the glass on the same side expanded due to heat. I had purchased them on 22/01/2016. My sunglasses are in official 6 months warranty period by Fastrack. Now after calling up Fastrack customer care all they say is that we r not responsible for it and we cant help u. There shall be no service providd...

I need to register a complaint on fastrack cab services, coimbatore location.

Last night by 8.50 pm i just rang up to coimbatore fastrack to book a taxi from psg hospital to saibaba kovil which i needed immediate, your customer care employee said taxi is available immediately...

Hello I have purchased 9827PP07 model watch in 2013.The colour of the belt got faded away.I have approached WOrld of Titan showroom in balasamudram Warangal.I have never received any response Inspite of my repeated requests.I request you to replace my watch with a new belt.And please try to appoint responsible staff who are concerned with the customers problem.Your staff has never provided me appropriate information.

I bought a fastrack watch from a one o[censored]r outlets. It's been one year now. Between this one year my watch stopped working and i gave it in the service center but within a month it stopped working and this repeated for 4 times.

I asked to replace my watch but the refused to do that and now my warranty period is over. So now i have to pay money for this.
I didn't expect this from your side. A watch...

His saying its not come

I purchased this watch on Sep 2015 and i have given for Service 4th time. Either its slow or it stops running. Its been there for more time in Service Center than on my wrist. Never been able to use it actually. Total waste of money. Brought in P.O.R.R and Sons, Tambaram and servicing there....

There was a misbehave with customer and was lying also tried to robbery from the customer by the vehicle driver TN11 Q0424, pH: [protected].

I bought a watch 4 months back in online, after few days it is not working. So i went to service center at malleswaram banglore. its been more than 40 days that i given for service....

I bought a fastrack watch from MALIK OPTICALS & WATCH HOUSE. Address: SBI sector-7, opposite of Reliance Fresh, M.V.P colony, Visakhapatnam- 17, Andra Pradesh on 11 jan 2016. But after 15 days the strap of the watch broke. I took it to the fastrack showroom at agartala. at that time I came to know that the watch is not original. that shop lied to me, telling that the watch is original.

I had purchased a wrist watch in year end 2012 of cost Rs. 2895/- and its back gets damaged, backside coating on the case body is damaged so badly that I am not able to wear it. If I wear it my skin gets swell and getting various cut mark.
I have hardly wear it maximum of 7-8 months but its get damages that is not acceptable.
Please take a considerable action on it....

After 6 month problems that those things I contacted that showroom person but he said this showroom is only for selling pls contact tambaram branch showroom.again I contacted tambaram showroom he said we can't repair this pls contact t nagar showroom what I have to do.pls help me as soon as possible....

My booking ni 29096 dt today.I asked for indica, as my aged mother could . alight vehicle with height.They sent tavera, i have to carry stool now as in the last minute, i cannot search another vehicle.If they cannot find carvwith specification, why put us inconvenience.I am ver much given mental agony by this incident...
