Hi,
I bought a fast track watch for 1885 INR at Coimbatore. After a month the front glass cracked and it doesn't cover warranty. Why would we spend so much money for a watch which doesn't meet resistance. The watches should be more durable, hard to break and resistant to external forces. My watch just fell down and it got crack. Such a great brand with a very poor model of design. Designers should think in a way such that it would satisfy the purpose and money people invest.

Fastrack — AC Issue not resolved

Hi, I pay around 7000 RS for my swift car AC repair but the issue is not resolved till now.

Fastrack — customer care not resolving the issues since two weeks

22nd June I had registered my complain but no action has been taken nor any communication has been received.

    I got fastrack 1161 model before six months. I found some erosion of sides on case within a month, after six months now it makes scratching on my skin and it hurt more. I dont like & Prefer this brand any more. The case is not a good material. I think, the case as a stainless steel while buying. The worst product I ever had. Even a Rs.500/- worth my friend wearing watch is good. Brand is for name sake not upto the quality.

    Hi, I have purchased sunglasses(model number -P251BU1F) from fast track shop on 28th June 2015 . Without using it in box only it has got distortion it looks like spider web .

      When i went a ride in my bike.. Rain drops had fallen to my watch and it became like misty.. Why it is like this..? Since its water resistant and everything... Then i went to the service centre in kollam... Bad service i have ever seen in my life.. They heated the watch.. And now there are Black dots.. I will upload the images... I dont know why this is happening like this.. Its only just a 2 weeks i purchased the watch.. I[censored] dont do a suitable action.. I will file a complaint against the consumer court..

      Fastrack — Faulty watch beltlock

      I have purchase ld the fastrack watch befor some days and lateron i found that its belt lock not working properly i concerned it with the store employees i purchased from and submitted them i want it replaced as soon as possible thanks

      I buy new watch before 6 month's. Battery gone 1 week ago I went to service centre they repair the my watch ...its run 1 day only. ...I don't have time...to go there every time...pls solve my problem...

        Fast Track Watch — Releated to defective piece

        I purchase a fast track watch in month of may and it stopped working 4 times...i again and again complain about this but the retailer always gives new excuses again and again.

          I got a Fastrack watch through Flipkart three months back. Recently went to Fastrack showroom to get a new strap as the current one was torned. On checking two showrooms, customer service was worst and they said to get the strap in any local shop. I didn't expect this kind of attitude from a customer executive of a esteemed brand. They were not ready to listen to my problem and straight away directed me to go local shop.I would strongly recommend you to train your executive the basic behavior etiquette. "Never have i Ever" experienced this kind embarrassing situation.

          Fastrack — Weak Product & customer care

          I bought a Fastrack watch from Kolkata Fastrack point. Now it just stop moving. I am from Bangladesh. I didn't find any customer care in Bangladesh. What can i do?

            With the above reference no i. E 1155118 complaint against stoppage of watch on 26th apr 2016. Since then i have not received any feedback regarding my complaint not received any mail related to same. Its more than 3 weeks and no communication from company. I have followed up for more than 4 time in 3 weeks saying you will receive call with in two days but as such there is no response.

              I was purchased sunglasses from titan mehsana, Gujarat but unfortunately the frame joint which is sticked to glass is stickout automatically and I complained in showroom 3-4 times and I was faced problems from long times but they are not giving any answer and called me to come next time and next time and so on and problem is not major it's can b handled easily by sticking frame to glass but they are not giving response any type

                  I had purchased a fast track watch 3112 nsa(Black) at one of the store located in mumbai in august 2015.
                  However it is hardly 9 months and the back of my watch has rusted. It has created marks on my hand and gets painful to wear the watch.
                  The colour of strap has also faded. I have never expected this from such a good brand. I am using fast track watches from quite a long time.

I went to "world of titan" show room in colaba mumbai for new bezel ring.They have placed order for new bezel ring and told me to come after 15 days for fitment of new bezel ring in my watch. Now more than 45 days passed still problem has not been rectified. Kindly short out my problem..

                        I have received a gift voucher 5000 points from my company and i used 2800 and balance i went last week and planned to purchase a new watch. but we tried to swipe it's send a message that it can we utilized only once.

                        i representative in forum mall bangalore has not notified me initially and also he said you can use the balance amount. Kindly help me. i have worked for 5 years and i got 5000 points. Please help.

                          I buy thiw watch from World of Titan from Mehsana and after a week d watch is nt working properly.
                          Now I am in Warsaw, Poland and i am not getting any service centre here.
                          I used Fastrack from many times bt this time I am not sattisfied.
                          If in a week the watch is not working dn itz not good.

                              Hi Sir/Madam,

                              I had bought a watch of fastrack from one of your trusted opening in pune in the month of January.
                              Since I had bought, there are many problems faced regarding the watch. I had even given it to company for diagnosis the problem. Every possible thing has been made but still I’m facing with the same problem.
                              This is the worst experience I am having with this product. I request you to suggest possible option for the same problem mentioned above.
                              It’s really making me unhappy with the product.
                              Needy steps to be taken as soon as possible.
                              I would prefer if I can exchange with a new model rather repairing it every third day.

                                Dealer name:dutta exclusive, city gym building, city centre, durgapur-713216.
                                Problem: problem/defect found in frame of sun glass.
                                Submitted the glass on 14/04/2016 to dealer.
                                Mr. Saikat- mob. No.-[protected] contacted from fastrack sales. He told fastrack will not replace or repair the glass but if i purchase another item then they will offer 33% less. I asked for written document. But he refused and said i may complain any where.
                                Dealer is not helping regarding the matter.
                                Feeling harassed as the item is under warranty period. Dealer's invoice and warranty card is attached.
                                Expecting early response.

                                  I had bought a Fastrack Wayfarer Sunglasses from online Amazon.com which aftr 1 month o[censored]sage got broken on its frame on the lower side with the glass on the same side expanded due to heat. I had purchased them on 22/01/2016. My sunglasses are in official 6 months warranty period by Fastrack. Now after calling up Fastrack customer care all they say is that we r not responsible for it and we cant help u. There shall be no service providd because u purchased it online.

                                    I need to register a complaint on fastrack cab services, coimbatore location.

                                    The below mail narrates the story and i sent this mail to customer care services of fastrack a day before and there is no response still now..

                                    Last night by 8.50 pm i just rang up to coimbatore fastrack to book a taxi from psg hospital to saibaba kovil which i needed immediate, your customer care employee said taxi is available immediately which will arrive in 10 mins...


                                    15 mins later, i didnt even get any response from the driver or the customer care employee regarding the arrival.(Where ur employee must have told me that cab is not available immediately), when i rang up to the driver, he is enquiring me about the location where he has to reach (Don't u people inform to the drivers once we book a cab?) & he has just left a passenger and started to my destination, later on i cancelled the cab since it didn't arrive more than half an hour after i booked, and your employees didn't inform the driver about the cancellation of my booking.

                                    Where in i got a call from the particular driver after my cancellation of cab...And that driver rang up and shouted at me how the hell i can cancel my cab...Do i pay for your service? Or you people pay me? ...And the driver is blasting at me at the late night that too with a girl...Seriously does your company is fit to be a safe cab for women..? Should i ask permission with driver to cancel my cab?I really wonder what kind of well mannerism drivers you appoint?


                                    And still it continues...Where i contacted your customer care and narrated the story...They said will contact me once after speaking with the driver...Still now no response...


                                    Am astonished with the service of fastrack...

                                    Fastrack customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    FAST TRACK CALL TAXI, COIMBATORE. Very worst service, today(19-feb-2107) came from kannur with my family member (my wife, my 1yr baby, mother in law and wife's sister). I booked taxi(10:00 PM) from podhanur junction when we level from valayar at 9:23PM. That time they said "before 10 min of your ride driver will call". I reached railway station after get down and get more luggage (every person hold two luggage and my baby hold on wife's sister) after reach walk path at 10:05 PM, I called again to fast track call taxi customer care, that time they said "taxi driver called your number, number is not reachable so driver leave the place pickup another one customer". I don't know here where is customers services, where is humanity.

                                    After that I booked another one taxi(I don't mention that good taxi service, I think you all know) and that one is came with in 5min after that reached home.

                                      Hello I have purchased 9827PP07 model watch in 2013.The colour of the belt got faded away.I have approached WOrld of Titan showroom in balasamudram Warangal.I have never received any response Inspite of my repeated requests.I request you to replace my watch with a new belt.And please try to appoint responsible staff who are concerned with the customers problem.Your staff has never provided me appropriate information.

                                        Dear sir/mam
                                        I bought a fastrack watch from a one o[censored]r outlets. It's been one year now. Between this one year my watch stopped working and i gave it in the service center but within a month it stopped working and this repeated for 4 times.

                                        I asked to replace my watch but the refused to do that and now my warranty period is over. So now i have to pay money for this.
                                        I didn't expect this from your side. A watch which have been repaired for several time and still not working, and worst service center experience.

                                        This makes me to think why should i pay such a huge price to buy such a cheap product. So i decided no to buy or gift your watch to my friends.

                                        I purchased a watch and from the beginning it is getting slow and suddenly its key came out and there was a plastic layer above it is also removed. So i am facing problem to replace it. I called fastrack's customer care but they didn't resolved my problem.
