In agartala ur showroom is the worst in all i had visited. All the employee specially technitions. They are lazy and always gossiping making customer wait for long hours.
On 22 april 2016 i purchased a watch from agartala. Thi is my 4th watch from titan. Just after 20-25 days it stopped. When i came to ur showroom they told that it is diffective and not available in the service center and asked to come after 30 days. Now 30 days had became 90days but till now they dont have it. A reputated company like this dont deserve to behave to their customers like this. For this i think ur market is going to be hampered. Plz take required steps regarding this or i will be bound to take legal proccedings. My details are given below

This not even an year old watch. I put it on my wrist n it burns my skin & my wrist starts itching badly.

Its been more than 10 day m not putting this watch on my wrist still It has not recovered the scars.

    I have booked my cab 29.08.2016 and received the booking I'd on the same day. But the next day they are not sending the vehicle and simply telling that the vechicle is not available. As a big company they didn't feel shame to do this type of seevices.

    Nowadays the fast track services are very worst.

    Serious action must be taken to avoid the fraud bookings and irresponsible services.

      Ii had purchased this watch last year. Since then my key rod had been broken 5-6 times and when asked same from dealer he said that this problem is coming in this watch as the key rod does not support and breaks. If the product is faulty that you should take it back and give us a new product why to waste our money.

      I had purchased a watch for my daughter model nf9827pp07 on 19april 2016 while on vacation. While she was there this vacation there was a problem with her strap for which she visited their show room at trivandrum and as the guarantee card was in saudi arabia i had send a whatsapp of this paper to be shown at their shop. They had informed me that they will check with your office is that is valid or not and till date we have not received any updates.
      They want us to carry these paper always as it means that your watches are prone to damages anytime.

      I want you to clear off this issue before she leave back to the kingdom of saudi arabia before 15 august 2016 or else i should be informed so that i too can move on my next step of actions.

        Recently i bought a titan fastrack watch from mangalore... The watch has degraded within 6 months both the chain and under side of the dial began to rust and the edges are becoming sharp... The sharp edges are grinding against my arm and cutting skin... I complained about it in manglore showroom and the made me wait for 6 months before they decide to refund the watch amount and made me buy a new watch from there... The new watch came with the old watch's warranty... I lost almost a year of warranty period because of their sub standard product and poor customer service

        I have purchased a fastrack watch through online from PAYTM. After switched ON the watch, it worked only for 3hrs. Then it stopped and I tried to switch ON again by operating the KEY BUTTON. But I failed.
        So kindly inform me to make it operational .

          I have purchased a fastrack watch - model no 38022PP03J from the World of Titan showroom in Purasawalkam, Chennai on 31-01-16 for my son .Subsequently it has stopped working at least 5 times in the last 7 months ..we were told that the battery tends to move in this particular model.In June they serviced the watch saying henceforth this issue would not occur. But within 3 weeks again it has stopped . I was told that since it was a low end watch (rs 1000) I shouldn't expect it to last long ..one does not expect such an reply from titan.I will never again make the mistake of buying a fastrack watch and would certainly not reccomend it to anyone. Also I was told the this model always has issues..wonder why titan has not recalled it if they are aware that this model is defective !
          Due to contact with little rain shower, water get inside and the glass became white vapoured. Which i have never expected from a water resistant watch. Suck.

            I purchased a fastrack watch on 5/6/2016, it got stopped on 24/7/16 so I gave it to same shop by where I had purchased that he said it will take a week to come back but I am still waiting for my watch.
            Very very bad service, I will never buy or recommend this brand to anyone.
            VERY VERY BAD SERVICE OF FASTTRACK WATCH SERVICE CENTER

            I purchased a fastrack watch on 15/4/2016, it got stopped on 20/6/16 so I gave it to same shop by where I had purchased that he said it will take a week to come back but I am still waiting for my watch.
            Very very bad service, I will never buy or recommend this brand to anyone.

              Dear sir,
              i purchased a bag from fastrack c21 mall indore on 08.08.2016.
              After a few days its zip had some problem so on 14.08.2016 i went to the shop ans informed the boy working there (amit) about the problem. He told me that come after 3 days as i have lot of stock and i might misplace you bag also he told me that it will take more than a month to solve your problem. He was so rude in his tone that i started feeling that was it my mistake to purchase so costly bag from fastrack. I was so disappointed and hurt with his tone then too i requested him to find out if it can be done a litlle bit faster as i can not come again and again here i work outside indore it is not possible for me to come here regularly . After my request he did not even reply and started handling other customers. I m so disappointed with his behaviour that i have decided i would never go to that shop again and fyi i have been very regular customer and admirer of fastrack. Please help and look into the matter . I hope you understand the insult i have faced at the fastrack shop.

                  Pls dont take fastrack watches because suck a faltu company i have not seen because i have taken a watch of fastrack and it had become only one month and now its not working and i went to service center world of titan then also they are not given the clear solution also customer care persons are not bothered about customer all are given company peoples are giving fake information while buying the watch and no correct solution after sales by service guys. And more over dont buy in offer time because they increasing price of that product and giving 40% to 50% discount by increasing price... I buy the watch in discount time that time watch price is 6500 and they give discount after that i pay 3800... Within one month i had problem i call to customer care about that model and they told that actual price is 3800... These company people are giving scrap meterial with discounts. And if we are facing problem they dont give any solution... These people wont change they giving false statements with customers in sales and service... Avoid these type of scrap company products dont take it... Its my personal experience with this company... After that also u want to take the scrap meterial thats ur wish... Iam seeing compay product review before buying any item but that time isaw so many complaints against this company but i wont believe but today i realised

                        Hi,
                        Note - before reading my entire experience, please note this point. If you have any important occasion like catching a flight or attending a meeting or function, please please please avoid fast track.

                        I usually don't give review for any service whether i have positive experience or negative experience, but this time, the way fast track and it's cab driver's irritated me was tremendous.

                        I booked a cab for outstation (To a village in arani district from chennai avadi) for an important function on 31st july 2016 morning 5:00 am.

                        In order to avoid delay of cab, i booked it in well advance. I booked cab on 30th july 2016 noon itself.

                        Below are the step by step incident's which i faced -

                        1. I booked a indica cab on 30th july 2016 noon. I asked the customer care support person multiple times, whether the cab will reach at correct time and she gave me full assurance that they will be perfect in their service and the cab will reach half an hour before itself to my location since this is a outstation travel.

                        2. 31st july 2016, early morning 12.30 am i got a driver's detail in message.

                        3. After one hour, 1.30 am i again received the number of another driver's detail.

                        4. Morning 4 am i called the fast track customer support, to inquire which driver i have to contact and they asked me to contact the second driver number which they sent me.

                        5. I called the around 15 times between 4 to 4.30 am, but the driver didn't attended the call.

                        6. I contacted the fast track customer support around 10 times, each time they will tell that they will contact the driver and ask him to contact me asap, but i didn't got any call from anyone. 3-4 times the support person escalated my call to there head or some higher level person, even they said the same thing that driver will contact soon but no response at all from the driver.

                        7. Everyone in my house were extremely irritated. It was already 5 am, which was our departure time but we didn't even got call from the driver.

                        8. With extremely irritated mood i called the customer care again. The most irritative thing was i had to again and again explain the entire scenario to each and every customer support person i get's to talk. The person with whom i talked at 5 am was so rude and he was shouting that the driver may be on the way that's y he may not have attended the call. This felt seriously stupid to me, because how can a driver come exactly to my home which is around 4 km's away from main city.

                        9. With full irritation i called the customer support for the final time and asked them to connect my call to their senior manager. I was connected with higher level person. That guy started brain washing me by saying yes sir, mistake is on our side, we apologize for it, we understand your situation blah blah blah. I asked him to assign some other driver as soon as possible.. But his response was, he will contact the same driver itself will his alternative number and ask him to call me very soon.

                        10. At 5.15 the same driver called me back and said sorry sir, just now i got information from fast track that i have a outstation ride at this time, that's why i have not attended your call. He said, he will reach my place in next 20 mins... I was ok with it and don't want to talk further with customer support and get irritated more.

                        11. At 5.35 the driver reached my place with more more more irritation. He came in etios cab however i have booked indica. The rate of etios is higher then indica. I asked this guy, why did you brought this car, however i have booked indica. He says, i don't know sir, this is the only car i have and fast track have only assigned me to pick up you.

                        12. Then i called the support again, they said, i can travel in this car and have to pay the same amount which would have costed for indica and mentioned the same to driver. I was ok with it.

                        13. 5 min later driver started telling fast track have moved his pickup to vacant (I seriously didn't understood what he meant with that). Later both myself and driver talked to customer support and finally we were ready to start from my home.

                        14. We were just about to enter the cab, the most interesting thing happened... I got call from two cab driver's ;)
                        One driver say's he is 4 km away from my location and need to know the route to my home.
                        Second driver say's he is 6 km away and need to know route to my home.

                        We were totally annoyed with this. I said to those guy's that one cab already came to home and asked them to return back.

                        15. Finally our trip started and after that everything went fine.

                        16. When i recieved the message of driver detail's at morning. It was mentioned in the message that if the cab come's without fast track sticker, we can avail a discount of rs. 500.
                        There was not even a single small piece of sticker in the entire cab relating to fastrack.

                        But, myself and my entire family ppl were totally fed up with talking to this fast track support and listening to their stupid reasons. We didnot wanted to hear anything more from anyone else too, so we kept calm and didn't asked anything to driver.

                        The only good thing was, the driver charged only indica amount and not the etios amount, didn't demanded for any additional money too.

                        And finally, if any fast track management person is reading my review, i just want to say that -

                        Big big big thanks _/\_ _/\_ to you people. This would be my final travel with fast track. I will never ever suggest fast track anyone in my life.

                          Sir, I gav my fastrack watch 4 months ago in april to the Lohiya traders for servicing my watch...issue with my watch is to change there strap.bt the Lohiya dealer was not gave me any slip to me..n kept my watch. I always used to ariund his showroom for asking my watch conditions...bt he is giving me different excuses all the time.even he dont giv any slip or any written complaint regarding my watch.today is july 31'...not yet I get my watch.plz do something.my watch is worth Rs.3200

                          I bought a watch on the first week of march. and now from last one month it is automaticALLY getting slower.Dont know the reason. Didnt expect this type of product from such a brand.

                            We have booked tempo traveller for ten peoples well in advance / previous day. next day morning, they said vehicle is not available & arranged alternative tavera vehicle &;reqested me talk to the driver and pay additional charges for additional person. which is illegal.
                            Finally thay did not arrange required vehicle for travel.
                            Our entire program got confused, we were not able to arrange alternative vehicle as it is on sunday.

                              Just been two months I have purchased a fastrack wrist watch, of silver metal it got rust...and the fact is I hardly wore it for 4-5 times...it is not that I wear it 24/7 so that got rusted ...it almost looks like a old one now ...if you are not responsible about this rust and metal chain and all why did you give one year warranty... Please cross check

                                I am sorry to filw a complaint to you regarding my sunglass purchsed by khaneja's shop at lanka. After using 10 days it broke. When i reached to the shop the owner informrd me that it will be sent to the ompany and after getting company's approval i shall intimate you to come and purchase a new one after paying 65% of the new sunglass. From that day onwards i went to the shop number of times and always getting a single reply that approval has not come.
                                I just want to let you know that i am professor of law at law faculty bhu, varanasi. I suffered a lot and spent enough time and money in the whole story. It is highly objectionable and devastating the name and fame of fastrack company.
                                I want to know as to when i would get a fresh sunglass. I would also appriciate if it is provided free of cost as i have already spent time and money in getting it.

                                  I am unable to receive the strap for my fastrack watch -
                                  Fastrack urban kitsch analog silver dial women's watch - ne6004sl01

                                  I submitted it to my closest titan showroom (j. m. road, shivajinagar, pune) and they asked me to wait for a couple of months (which is suprisingly a lot of time for brand of titan) to check and get back. even after 2 months they were unable to find the same strap. i asked for alternative straps and they did not had even a single titan strap but all of some other company which did not interest me.
                                  Also, the watch which i carry is already available in the market with the same design. hence, receiving a similar strap should be possible. i am attaching a screenshot of the strap i am looking for. kindly help me to get one.

                                    However, till date no response has been made to the complaint which is as follows:

                                    This is to inform the relevant authorities of fastrack that i have had a very disappointig experience having shopped a laptop bag at your kamnla nagar store. i raise a complaint having no, 1225162 on 3rd july at your customer care, spoken to ms. lakshmi however did not get a call back till date despite of letting them know about the urgency attached to the matter and expiry of the validty on 17th july 2016.

                                    The aforesaid complaint relates to the purchase of a laptop bag model no. a0522nbr01 which prooved to be of substandard quality and did not last for much time. it was purchased on 06/03/16 and a replacement slip was raised on 17.04.2016. this is evident that the product which is so expensive could not stand by company standards and customer satisfaction.

                                    On my frequent visits to the store withing the validity of the raised replacement slip, i did not get the same model. the same was told to me to be out of stock and subsequently your company has stopped this product.

                                    The present scenerio is that i am not in a need of a laptop bag anymore, and neither do i trust the quality of bags of fastrack anymore. so i request that do not cause further suffering and mental harrasment to me and blocking my money to the idea ' replacing a bag against bag'. i shall be obliged to replace the laptop bag with any product of fastrack accessories watch.

                                    Also do i want to bring to your notice that the language used in the replaced slip is misguiding to the consumer. it says-
                                    Dear sir
                                    Kindly replace a fastrack accessories watch against replacement policy to ms. aparna...

                                    The word 'watch' here is misleading and confusing, however as told to me by the staff at the store it a standard layout for all replacement slips and that the word' watch is not a part of fastrack accessories', thus it is mentioned separately, however if that was the case then even sunglasses should have been mentioned explicitly.

                                    It was further told to me that the word watch is a part of the company name as-titan, which is a world renowned watch dealer which happens to be the parent concern of fastrack accessories. however as per my limited knowledge of english grammer, any pronoun starts with a capital letter. say for example, oxford university, jane, duke, so if watch is a part of the company tittle, it is prima facie misleading the consumer since it does not start with a "w".

                                    Kindly do the needful.

                                    Kindly look into the same as priority looking at the soon expiry period of the replacement slip on 17th of this month and unsatisfying costumer experience and after sales service.

                                      I am muralimohan, my fasttrack watch runs slow and its losses time daily by five minutes, i adjusted dailly, purchased 3 months back in the month of march-2016, in online, model g01474ssa men watch, daily i corrects my time and also showing wrong. i trusted this brand watch is best i fell incomparable please solve my problem and rectification in short time
