Sir i booked a fast track call taxi on feb 9 from Ramapuram, chennai to Perambur on a four hour package. The driver arrived 25 minutes late and kept saying he was not sure of the route. In the end he charged me 1100 and said the mileage was 65 kms. I am sure the mileage would not be that much even if he had taken the longest route. I hope the company will keep this in mind.

    This is Ravikumar from Visakhapatnam, AP India.

    6years back purchased this watch(model model 4052pm02), recently i have visited your store in jagadamba center

    I don't know either the service guy know how to replace it or not. When i got my watch back, it was broken(which connects the body and chain). That was around 7 PM, so luckly I have seen the moment how he was doing. that service engineer was arguing with me that he has not done in that way. Now I am not able to use that watch, he has taken back telling the he will get it ready. earlier he asked for one day time for this, it was not done properly still it was broken. Now he asked for 1 week time.

    Could you please tell me how i can go further on this because fault is done by that service engineer.

    low quality manufacturing

    i had bought a fastrack watch in showroom after three months the watch finish had change hard and it cut my hand due to worst manufacturing finishing of fastrack watches

    cab not provided and no response from the customer care

    Booked cab one day before, waiting for taxi but not getting any response.At last minute informed your booking is cancelled.Very very very wosrt.Please dont book cab in FASTRACK.please please please dont book

      I've bought a fastrack watch on 14/2/15 from the showroom named World Of Titan. Its said in the manual that the watches have 1 year guarantee and i have already once changed the inner parts thrice changed the battery and lastly was said that it was some connector problem.         This watch was purchased less than a year ago. The watch case started corroding within first few months itself.

        Please understand that this is when i havent used it in rainy season, as soon as it rains i would get it off my hands clean and keep it inside vehicle.

        Recently when i wore it, the crown came off, when i went to fix it, they took 3-4 days just to fix it.

        For corroding / rust, they said company has to fix it and it would take 1 MONTH or more.

        I have used sonata watches of much lesser cost than this Fastrack, ever since i wore a watch and till date I never had to leave it at a service centre for 1 month or more and even more I never faced such an issue even after years of rough usage.

        This was my first FASTRACK purchase and i am truly disappointed by the quality of product I received and also the service quality, timeframes offered by TITAN (FASTRACK)

        You have posted this nessage here after i replied to your pm that complaint is not yet resolved.

        I have just submitted watch for claim and its in process.

        After reading my message and still posting here that issue is resolved is very irresponsible.
        TITAN/Fastrack social team considered my complaint as resolved at their own discretion, wheras the fact is I still havent seen my watch for 1 n half months.

        My watch is lying there for 1 n half months, and everytime i visit, i just get an extention of 1 week OR that they would call me back same day(never happened).

        Anyhow, I learned a lesson to never go for Fastrack / Titan brand for watches. First for the poor quality and second for the watch lying with service centre for 1-2 months out of the 1 year warranty.

        if you really dont care to spend few minutes to understand the concern, kindly "donot" attend to it.

        If you had spend, just 1 minute, just "1 minute", you would have least understood that my contact details were already shared with you during the initial stages of complaint.

        How you react to customer concern here, and how your team further takes it forward carelessly with no regards to concern / meeting the committed timeframe, this just degrades the value I had for Fastrack / TITAN for all these years.

        I wont beg for resolution hereafter, I will wait for 1 more week totally. I will then approach consumer court (actual) with copy of bill, copy of your responses, recorded phone calls of service centre and seek necessary steps to resolving this.

          Not even a month, the watch strap comes off from the watch.
          Outlet people are unprofessional as expected when faulty product was presented.
          A complaint was raised with CC .

          No response till date on the complaint in any of the forms.
          No reply on mail / twitter.
          Callback is too much to expect.
          Terrible experience .

                Dear, I was facing a big problem with your fastrack watch. its bottom side corners are getting very very sharp. It cuts my lots of shirts. Its also give sharp cut on my hand, some time its bleeding. I cant wear that watch sometimes. even by necked hand we cant touch that sharp edge.                 I bought a handbag model A0215NPR02 from chennai showroom two months ago.I have one year warranty for the bag.the stitches in bag started to whither off. I need replacement immediately.

                  I have purchased a fast track watch model 3123SM02. within a week it stop working return to store they send the watch to company for repair it came after 15days again within a week it stop it was repeated for 3rd time. still my watch is in company no calls or no response from the store and company. I called made a complaint through the call center complaint number : 1041175. after a week I again called the customer care they said to call Mr. Gopinath I spoke to him he collect my complaint number and said he will call back but no return call. I called him again and again for 4times from last week. No reply Today I called the customer care they said the issue is resolved but they are not able to see the comments. this very bad I did not expect this from a big company TITAN & FASTtrack.

                      I have taken 3 products from Fastrack, however all the products are faulty and it leads to regret to wards the product. Sinhgad road, pune Titan/ fastrack showroom person is one of the worst customer care i have ever seen. They talked to the customer with very rude language, as if now they don't care what will happen to you as they have already taken money and now they do not care about you. My first product taken was become faulty within a month and they told me that machine is faulty. i was surprised as i thought fastrack is good company, but it is not. 2nd product, the same thing faulty within a month, same case is with 3rd product. So now onwards i am not going to purchase any product from fastrack and going to suggest the same to all my relatives and friends to do the so

Showroom people sent this product twice to company for repair but they have sent it back saying 'MOVT' not available. Where can I get this repaired? It's not an old watch, just 4 years product.                           I got call from one of your team member. He's pushing me to return back my watch and offered me 15% OFF on my next purchase of Titan watch. Is it correct? I have paid 2995 for the watch, It's been just 4 years. You people don't have spares and pushing us to return the watch and go with 15%off voucher. What is this?. I was impressed with the design of the watch, that's why I bought it. Is this the correct way to do it.

                            Hi, I have same watch and I had purchased it around 2.5 to 3 yrs ago and i loved the watch but a week ago the metal strap broke, I searched all the service centres of Nasik and every one told the strap is not available and the watch is now pretty much useless, buy a new watch! Some even told me the company discontinued the item so its not possible to raise a order for new strap and some told that strap is not even available with company too. Now i feel humiliated how come a brand like titan & fastrack could not even provide the spares for the items only after 2-3 years of selling. I request someone help me in getting a new strap for my watch. I m really upset with the services provided by Service Centers

                              I bought a wacth at AV SATTVA PVT LTD, 178 MISSION ST PONDICHERRY The strap was dis located i gave it for service on 13.11.2015 but still today i dint get any response from your side. i have lodged a complaint on online the ref # 1029676 i went to the shop 5 times and phoned 10 times i am fedup with this service i have all telephone talks and the complaint number, so i hope this is enough for me to go the the court of law, and you are forcing me to go to the court if i did not get any response within today i will go to the court of law and this issue will be taken to the all newspapers and local TV chanels. this is final notice bye

                                Hi I have two fast track watches. strap for both the watches are broken but they still work fine. Its been 1 month searching strap for my 9253PSA. Till now i am not able to get any solution. Its now like every year you guys launch new model and what about other models already in market. At least you can provide the spares and sales to the old models. i already facing same issue with one of my fast track watches. if this is the thing then how much big brand you are is immaterial if you can not make your customers happy.

                                  Worst product i have ever purchased. I have purchased Fastrack SM Upgrades Analog Grey Dial Men's Watch - 3006SM03 watch for my husband on 30th sept. 2015 within 1 months the watch slows down and many a times it even stops working at all & automatically key fells. I have visited services center they repair it and told me it wont happen again but again in 3 days it was giving me the same issue and again its key fells. u guys make fool of customer. I am very much frustrated with the product. I want a solution for it

                                    We used fast track vehicle no tn 22 cq8132d drivr cell no [protected] for a trip from t nagar to chromepet via sanitorium fly over and we have been charged rs 469 for a 21 km trip rates being rs 100 for first 4 km and rs 16 per km therfater, unfortunately not even anle to lodge a complaint on the telephone since no one picking up..                                       I bought the watch exactly 358 days before. (ie, on 16.12.2014) from Pothys Life Style from Thiruvananthapuram city. I was really exited to wear Fastrack at first. But a few months later, things changed. It stops all of a sudden. Thank God, I got 1 year warranty for the battery. Immediately, I approached an authorized service center in the same city(Titan Service Centre - Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram -Ed Heights, Pattom) and got the battery changed.You can check my credentials with the service centre. But unfortunately, to add to my agony, it took only a week's time for it to stop again. I can't believe that this thing comes with a brand name of the prestigious Fastrack. This is so embarrassing. Now, I raise my wrist to look not the time, but whether the second hand really ticks!! I posted the complaint in our friends group in Facebook. It was them who suggested me that I should intimate you as a last resort.

                                        I had purchase a fastrack watch model no-9463al08 dt-06/08/2015 from kolkotta diamond dimenisions pvt ltd. watch warany period is 1year after 2 month the watch suddenly fell down from my hand the belt is broken.that is only for company pesting problem there is no fault from our side. i had gone to titan showroom in raipur they told me you have pay full amount for new belt guarantee is only in more than rs.40000 watch. when my freind want to purchase a watch they are telling there is full guarantee of watch for 1 year in belt also. delear cheat to every customer please change my belt immedietly for good faith with company

                                        Hi Fastrack, 0n 09-05-15 I bought a watch and within two days its upper part started to come up. I didn't except this from Fastrack products.
