    I have taken 3 products from Fastrack, however all the products are faulty and it leads to regret to wards the product. Sinhgad road, pune Titan/ fastrack showroom person is one of the worst customer care i have ever seen. They talked to the customer with very rude language, as if now they don't care what will happen to you as they have already taken money and now they do not care about you. My first product taken was become faulty within a month and they told me that machine is faulty. i was surprised as i thought fastrack is good company, but it is not. 2nd product, the same thing faulty within a month, same case is with 3rd product. So now onwards i am not going to purchase any product from fastrack and going to suggest the same to all my relatives and friends to do the so

      This year I was purchase fastrack bikers collection watch but after 4months it's stop working. ...I was repair my watch 2 to 3 times but there is same problem again after 2 to 3 days.         I have given my watch for repair as its stopped working. Showroom people sent this product twice to company for repair but they have sent it back saying 'MOVT' not available. Where can I get this repaired? It's not an old watch, just 4 years product. Company should maintain spares at least for 10 years. Without spares how can you sell this type of products to customers. I request you to take this forward and do the needful.         I got call from one of your team member. He's pushing me to return back my watch and offered me 15% OFF on my next purchase of Titan watch. Is it correct? I have paid 2995 for the watch, It's been just 4 years. You people don't have spares and pushing us to return the watch and go with 15%off voucher. What is this?. I was impressed with the design of the watch, that's why I bought it. Is this the correct way to do it.

          Hi, I have same watch and I had purchased it around 2.5 to 3 yrs ago and i loved the watch but a week ago the metal strap broke, I searched all the service centres of Nasik and every one told the strap is not available and the watch is now pretty much useless, buy a new watch! Some even told me the company discontinued the item so its not possible to raise a order for new strap and some told that strap is not even available with company too. Now i feel humiliated how come a brand like titan & fastrack could not even provide the spares for the items only after 2-3 years of selling. I request someone help me in getting a new strap for my watch. I m really upset with the services provided by Service Centers

            I bought a wacth at AV SATTVA PVT LTD, 178 MISSION ST PONDICHERRY The strap was dis located i gave it for service on 13.11.2015 but still today i dint get any response from your side. i have lodged a complaint on online the ref # 1029676 i went to the shop 5 times and phoned 10 times i am fedup with this service i have all telephone talks and the complaint number, so i hope this is enough for me to go the the court of law, and you are forcing me to go to the court if i did not get any response within today i will go to the court of law and this issue will be taken to the all newspapers and local TV chanels. this is final notice bye

Till now i am not able to get any solution. Its now like every year you guys launch new model and what about other models already in market. At least you can provide the spares and sales to the old models. i already facing same issue with one of my fast track watches. if this is the thing then how much big brand you are is immaterial if you can not make your customers happy.

                Worst product i have ever purchased. I have purchased Fastrack SM Upgrades Analog Grey Dial Men's Watch - 3006SM03 watch for my husband on 30th sept. 2015 within 1 months the watch slows down and many a times it even stops working at all & automatically key fells. I have visited services center they repair it and told me it wont happen again but again in 3 days it was giving me the same issue and again its key fells. u guys make fool of customer. I am very much frustrated with the product. I want a solution for it

                  We used fast track vehicle no tn 22 cq8132d drivr cell no [protected] for a trip from t nagar to chromepet via sanitorium fly over and we have been charged rs 469 for a 21 km trip rates being rs 100 for first 4 km and rs 16 per km therfater, unfortunately not even anle to lodge a complaint on the telephone since no one picking up..                     I bought the watch exactly 358 days before. (ie, on 16.12.2014) from Pothys Life Style from Thiruvananthapuram city. I was really exited to wear Fastrack at first. But a few months later, things changed. It stops all of a sudden. Thank God, I got 1 year warranty for the battery. Immediately, I approached an authorized service center in the same city(Titan Service Centre - Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram -Ed Heights, Pattom) and got the battery changed.You can check my credentials with the service centre. But unfortunately, to add to my agony, it took only a week's time for it to stop again. I can't believe that this thing comes with a brand name of the prestigious Fastrack. This is so embarrassing. Now, I raise my wrist to look not the time, but whether the second hand really ticks!! I posted the complaint in our friends group in Facebook. It was them who suggested me that I should intimate you as a last resort.

                      I had purchase a fastrack watch model no-9463al08 dt-06/08/2015 from kolkotta diamond dimenisions pvt ltd. watch warany period is 1year after 2 month the watch suddenly fell down from my hand the belt is broken.that is only for company pesting problem there is no fault from our side. i had gone to titan showroom in raipur they told me you have pay full amount for new belt guarantee is only in more than rs.40000 watch. when my freind want to purchase a watch they are telling there is full guarantee of watch for 1 year in belt also. delear cheat to every customer please change my belt immedietly for good faith with company

                        I am a fan of fastrack products, be it watches, sunglasses, bags. but this recent incident has really disappointed me. I bought a fasttrack bag in october from a life style store and that bag got torn only in few days, the material os the bag started peeling off and now it is not even in condition to flaunt anymore. I have spent 2100 rs. for that bag. Please suggest the needful.

                          Incident 1: 21th Nov 2015 @ 21:30 hrs Booking Number : 60325 Booked at 18:00 Hrs Pickup from Redhills to vallur (Near Minjur) Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I have booked cab (Tata indica -mini) Redhills to vallur (Near Minjur) .the cab drive has charged 680 rs. i called fast track customer care and enquired approximate charge for this distacce. they told 380 rs. but driver received 680 rs from me. i asked to fast track customer care please register a complaint. but they given some number. but that number is not working. again i called them, they told that you will receive call from customer care. still i din't receive any call from them . and drive is not ready to explain anything.

                            I purchased a Fastrack watch from a shop in Mapusa Goa. A dealer in fastrack watches after about a month o[censored]se it just stopped. I took it back and he said that he would send it back to the company which took about 15 days for it to come back when i got my watch back after 1 week o[censored]se the secound hand just came out and the watch and again the watch has stopped.

My main complaint is about frame stick dismental on[protected], on same date we visited to your distributor DM Mule . There the owner and representive underestimated for above said problem and also not cooperating to resolve issue. we request you to look into this matter and support, help to get another fresh, new same or different model of fast track eye gear.also same time he charged us 20 rs as unknown charge. As a customer I think that the puchase product has been manipulated before so it got dismenteled. also purchase product as not seems to specification superior stainless steel. so I request you to give replacement of said product as soon as possible. and revert as soon as possible.                               During purchase of eye gear cover was provided was some different model no case cover. My main complaint is about frame stick dismental on[protected], on same date we visited to your distributor DM Mule .
                              There the owner and representive underestimated for above said problem and also not cooperating to resolve issue. we request you to look into this matter and support, help to get another fresh, new same or different model of fast track eye gear.also same time he charged us 20 rs as unknown charge.
                              As a customer I think that the puchase product has been manipulated before so it got dismenteled. also purchase product as not seems to specification superior stainless steel. so I request you to give replacement of said product as soon as possible. and revert as soon as possible.

                                  Hi, I purchased a fastrack strap watch. Please find the details below: Variant: 9462AP02J Date of purchase : 21/03/2015 Strap broken: 14/08/2015 I went to change the strap, but they said the stock is not available. After 2 months, the stock came and they replaced the strap on 09/10/2015. They charged Rs.275/- for the same. Now again the next strap started getting worn out and about to break.                                     I bought a new FASTRACK watch of Rs.750/- model no.9951pp05 on 19 May 2015, warranty period 6 months.From Fastrack, Near chinchwad box office theatre, side to just in time showroom. This watch stopped working 6 times in 5 months.at once of 6 times, authorized customer care center center sent my watch to main centre for 1 month. But after that also my watch stopped working twice.Still I'm requesting FASTRACK to replace my watch.Its not my fault that I got this faulty piece. So please co-operate. I want new replaced watch anyhow.

                                    But I would like to request you again, plz contact to the shop I have told you about and plz replace my watch as early as possible. Im fan of this brand and dnt expect this type of mistake from FASTRACK. It's just that, now I don't have time to go and contact every time to care center for this Rs.750/- watch. I have already wasted lots of time and money for traveling to the care center and showroom. I can understand your care but now please try to understand me. Because every thing has a limit at least in case of sales and service.

                                    I am going to register complaint on International Consumer Rights Protection Council.
                                    Your FASTRACK customer care system is The Third class Care System I have ever seen.
                                    I am requesting you since last one and half months to replace my watch and your third class system is still not doing anything for it. Roadside beggars are good that at least they takes money by direct asking for.

                                    Your company have not mailed to that FASTRACK shop or to me that you have accepted to replace my watch. They are refusing to replace that watch because they didn't get your mail.
                                    They told me that only a call from company to you is not allows us to replace your watch.

                                    Please, if you are not able to maintain your brand name and your service then Sell your company to any capable person.

                                      Hello Titan, I have fastrack watch model 4052pm01 and I had purchased it around 2.5 to 3 yrs ago and i loved the watch but a week ago the metal strap broke, I searched all the service centers of Hyderabad and secunderabad cites and every one told the strap is not available and the watch is now pretty much useless, buy a new watch! Some even told me the company discontinued the item so its not possible to raise a order for new strap and some told that strap is not even available with company too. Now i feel humiliated how come a brand like titan could not even provide the spares for the items only after 2-3 years of selling. I request someone help me in getting a new strap for my watch.I spoke with customer care on toll free number and raised a complaint regarding the issue; In return I was given a complaint number 956827.I was told that back end team would be contacting me within 2 working days.I never received a call, I again contacted on toll free customer care number[protected] and representative on the call escalated my issue even then also i haven't received the call from back end team. More over i persuaded one world of titan to at least try to place an order for the strap and the titan inventory of the company says the strap has been "Dropped" and its not possible to place an order. This is not expected of a Gaint in the world of watches which is Titan.Now I completely lost hope that something could be done Regards Vijay [protected]

                                      Instead of giving standard reply to each and every complaint i request you to address the issue.Your statement " Customer satisfaction is our main goal, and we go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy" is complete lie, If you could read the complaint you could understand that.I specifically had written in the complaint i contacted the customer care on toll free helpline and even wrote the complaint number.I would beneficial if you could have replied with something useful rather than giving stand reply.
