Poor Quality Service and product

I purchased a Fastrack watch from a shop in Mapusa Goa. A dealer in fastrack watches after about a month o[censored]se it just stopped. I took it back and he said that he would send it back to the company which took about 15 days for it to come back when i got my watch back after 1 week o[censored]se the secound hand just came out and the watch and again the watch has stopped....

Hi, I purchased a fastrack strap watch. Watch not received after repair & cheated by customer service providers

Hello Sir,

I had purchased a Fastrack Mens Watch (Model Number: 3081AL01) from Nucleus Mall, Cochin around 2 years ago. 6 months back (June 2015), I gave the watch for repair at the same store due to stoppage and also for changing the strap. And now they called me and told that the watch cannot be repaired, the parts are not available and showed me a slip with Depreciation amount of Rs. 758.

Very bad service...

Fastrack 3024 SM case corroded
