my fastrack watch( model no. 3022SL02 ) has been experiencincing complaints.Since the day i brought (21/06/2014) it has been got repaired by the company three times.it has a 2 yrs warranty.every time it takes almost like 2weeks to even one month.now its again not working and in still under guarantee. if give it for repairing to titan, it means weeks .i am looking forward for either a permanent repair or a machine replacement.please do contact me - [protected]@gmail.com or in [protected]

    bought chronograph watch... very much unsatisfied by its perfomance. its glass is full of fog while in AC and while travelling. Cant see the time correctly. used the watch for just 3 weeks. whenever i go for a bike ride the watch's screen becomes foggy. we cannot even see the time. If i walk into an Air conditioned room then also the watch's screen becomes foggy.

        i bought fastrack watch from Madinat ziyad Mall Abu Dhabi before around 1 year after four or five months i feel allergy on wrist with bracelet so i avoid to ware that watch and now i went to same madinat zayid mall to inform without warranty card and fastrack agent told me that card is required for warranty and after 4 or 5 days ( 2nd June 2015 ) i visited again with warranty card... again they refused me with below mentioned reason. reason :- company not responsible for leather ( bracelet ). Note :- leather bracelet not damaged.. My family, my friends we all are using fastrack equipment.. even my wife's have 7 fastrack watches.. but in this case i am really shocked..

            I bought a fastrack watch 8 months back..the watch is a strap one...soon after 3 months of my purchase tne strap and belt holder were damaged(no external cause)...Then i went to store where i bought the watch to look upon my watch...instead of trying to attempt a repair they said that there is no guarentee for strap even after 1 day of purchase...howcome a 1600 watch go waste in few months???is this the quality/service which fastrack ensures to their customer???

              I have booked a Fastrack for 10hours pack morning 8AM to 6PM which cost is 1300Rs. Driver reached my place @ 8.20AM. We have visited 3places asked driver to go back to home @ 5.15PM where Coimbatore is 3KM away. Purposefully he took us Ukkadam to Forum area where we usually have more traffic instead of court route to reach Sivanantha Colony. When we reached home the time is 6.40PM and driver said it is more than 10hours you should pay day rent and charged 1980Rs. In Chennai Fasttrack I don't be cheated like this since I know the route. The next day I booked in balaji travels and visited other places in Coimbatore. I planned for 3days trip to Coimbatore. Its my experience just sharing for people awareness.

                    Hi I am Sruti from kochin. I had purchased a fastrack watch from lulu mall Cochin on the 8th of may 2015. Day before yesterday ie, on 18th may, my watch got damaged and when I went to the store the respected person in charge told me that the glass part doesn't have any warranty. I have been using titan products for the past 10 years and is this the way you treat your customers?                       I had bought a Fastrack watch ( details attached ) from Samay, Kamla Nagar, Delhi on 18th Apr. 2014 & gifted it to my son After a few months it started giving problems - went slow & even the polish on the top also got worn off without much of a use Since it is under a 2 year warranty, gave it back to Samay so as get it set right, it was returned back to me after repair stating that the complete machinery has been replaced & nothing much can be done on the polish on the top Even after the repair, the watch is not functioning & not giving the correct time ( going slow everyday ) I would like my watch to be replaced with a brand new one & a fresh warranty being given on the same, if not possible I would like to have a complete refund of the total amount Titan being one of the best brands in India & we being bent upon using & promoting an Indian brand, we are feeling cheated with the kind of quality & service being offered by this Top brand Indian watch company I am loosing trust in TITAN & related brands, will make sure I never buy or even recommend a TITAN brand watch Awaiting a positive response to atleast satisfy myself for having chosen a worthwhile lifetime gift for my son Regards Ravish Notaney A/C-1, 157-C Shalimar Bagh Delhi-110088 Ph. :[protected]

                        We have visited the fast track show room in Orion Mall Bangalore. We purchased one watch and made the payment via swiping debit card. After 2-3 attempts of swiping the Store manager said that the there is some problem in swiping machine and requested to pay the cash. We agreed to pay the cash but we come across the amount of Rs. 1995/- has already been debited from our account. We told this to the branch manager. Upon this he showed less interest and saying that in the settlement statement the amount is not showing and it means the amount is not deducted. We showed them net banking message as well as we open our net banking account in his system and showed that the amount was debited. Upon this the branch manager and the area sales manager named shekhar had said that the amount will be refunded back by the bank in one day. However we waited for 3 days and still the money not refunded. we again contacted the branch manager and this time he said to come to the showroom and collect the cash. When we reached there he showed us the settlement statement and saying you please go to the bank and they will refund. Still we have not received any refund. During this entire time period the behavior of showroom manager and mr. shekhar the area sales manager was very unfriendly and rude. They were telling us all false things and harrasing us. It is not about 2000 rs. but its all about the behaviour and customer handling done by these two guys. Our concern here is write this just to inform you how customers are been harrased. The same things happens with one of our friend earlier also. Due to all this we are going to send a legal notice against the fast track for fraud, cheating and mental harrasment to the customers.

                          Order for Merger of 50% DA, Retirement age news goes viral in Social Media

                          Recently rumour mill went overdrive in social media with the following news that

                          1.central government decided to Merge 50% DA with basic pay with effect from 1.1.2015 and order will be issued within 15 days

                          2. Encashment of Earned Leave to be curtailed to 180days instead of existing 300 days.

                          3.It went on to say that age of Retirement will be on completion of 33 Years of service or at the age of 58 Years whichever is earlier

                          According to the Social Media, the above strong decisions were taken in last three meeting of cabinet committee to recommend 7th pay commission. Further the post published in social media warned the central government employees that if above decisions are implemented; they should not expect more from 7th Pay Commission. Since it is considered to be the indication of what the think tank of central government will do for its employees.

                          We enquired about this rumour with one of the Member to the National council JCM, who recently met the 7th Pay Commission. According to him, the central government has firm on its decision not to accept the Merger of DA with Pay, since the due date of the 7th Pay Commission to submit its recommendation is nearing and the central government in many occasions cleared that the recommendation of 7th pay commission will be implemented from 1.1.2016. So there is no question of issuing order for merger of 50% DA with effect from 1.1.2015.

                          Further he clarified that the present government wanted to use the man-hours of central government employees productively by introducing new systems like bio metric attendance etc. Hence curtailing EL Encashment will lead the central government employees to take more leave if it is not allowed for encashment. So there is no need to implement such proposal as government point of view is against taking leave by Govt officials.

                          There is mixed response from the sources whether the retirement age of central government employees will be revised or not. It is believed that the present government is in favour of reducing retirement age to 58. But at the same time government doesn’t want loose resources of knowledge gained through experience by reducing retirement age of Government employees. Since the work culture of government service is deteriorating day by day due to various factors, govt would like to retain the experience of the senior Government officials . Anubhav is the one of the initiative introduced by the central government to improve the work culture of youngsters in government service. So there will not be any change in retirement age of central government employees at present.

                            Hi, I am Sachin Waskar.I have purchased fastrack watch with model number 3101YSA (with warranty period) on 23rd August 2014 from Kamdar & Kamdar shop, Dadar(E). After couple of months my watch is not working properly. I have visited to Dadar service centre 4-5 times till date.After servicing it works for few days but same problem occurred again, then I have visited the Dadar Service Center again, then they sent this watch to Main Fastrack service center for 15 days. Still my watch problem is not resolved.It is having other issues like (Belt gets ditached from watch, back cap of the watch gets ditach). So please look into this issue & give proper resolution.                               On 24/10/2012 i bought a fast track watch from the showroom and got 2 year warranty for that product.During the warranty period case corrosion happened in 3 times & i got repaired also.so now its warranty over and the same problem happened.I don't know why it is happening frequently.I think you are giving bad quality products to the customers thats why it is happening always.this month 14th i gave my watch to the titan service center and they are telling that it will take more than 1 month to make it ok and its charge would be around 1300 and that case will get 1 year warranty also.i have a doubt that if you are giving warranty to this paid one, then why don't you give this warranty to the last case which you replace.i have used that case only 5 months with in that period the case got damage.so please stop making people fool.waiting for your reply i copy paste my last compliant under this line Dear sir, Model no NC3024SM02 Fast track watch cost 2795/- has been purchased from Fastrack Abad Nucleus Mall, 14/392 n, maradu, cochin-682304 on 24/10/2012 and under guarantee period for two year, the watch shows the compliant of case corrosion, Yesterday i went to the Titan Showroom and gave my watch for repairing.They are telling for this simple compliant also will take 1 month to make it ok.I am very shame on you for this poor services, Fastrack like good companies are doing like this poor services surely you will lose your brand equity in the market.i haven't seen anywhere like this kind of poor services.With in the guarantee period the same compliant happened in 2 times, those times also they took more than 1 month to make it repair.So during the guarantee period my watch is at your service center only.I think this would be clear to you and you will take necessary action for solving my problem.(My service customer acknoledgement form also attached with this mail)My name and address are given below.                                 I Had given my fasttrack sunglasses for repair at Titan Authorised service Center loacated at 1st floor, Durga chambers, 18th june road, Panajim, Goa on 11/07/2014 & they had issued me a service record form no 1583. But till date I have not received my glasses back even after visiting them for more than 20 times. They are even not able to locate where my glasses are. I was told that I will be getting a discount coupon with which I can buy new glasses that too is not being offered. I have spent the amount more that the glasses on visiting their servie center & by calling them. I am very much upset with the way the service center is being managed by Altaf, stella . kindly do the justice to your consumer.

                                  This is in reference to my earlier complaint regarding the working problem of Fast track watch which i purchased on March 2015.Although it is repaired two times by company now the watch is not working.now i am not ready to give it for repair, because i am sure that this is not a good brand ang i should get back the money or replace with a new one. While i asking to activate card they said they are not responsible, and i ask pay back customer care they are also not responsible. after that i am unable to activate that card... please dont buy fasttrack gift card

                                      I have booked a Fast Track call taxi from Tambaram Railway station to Thoraipakkam on 20-Apr-2015 6.30 AM. When i was entered into the cab, the meter says 1.6 KM. I asked driver about this he said he turn on the meter while entering into the station and he went out and came back like that. Then driver charged two way toll gate amount from me. When asked him about this, he said Fast Track only told him to collect the two way amount from customers. As per Fast Track first 4 KM Rs.100 and Rs. 16 for additional KM. In my case Total KM is 20. First 4 KM Rs. 100 + (Rs.16*16(Additional KM. i.e. 20-4) =Rs.256)=356 + Toll Gate Rs.20. So the total amount collected from me would be Rs. 376. But they charged me around Rs.390 as per Meter and Rs. 40 for Two toll gate. Please refund my money back. Contact No: [protected].
